Purtroppo le finestre sono rimaste quelle dell'epoca, difficile dormire per i rumori e latrati di cani tutta la notte. bagno piccolo e scomodo

El hotel tiene buena ubicación, el desayuno era extremadamente abundante y delicioso, el personal fue muy amable y las camas eran cómodas.

Reservamos un masaje con ellos pensando que sería dentro del hotel, pero fue en un local fuera en la misma calle. El agua de la ducha salía floja floja, super poca, y una vez por la noche nos quedamos sin agua mientras nos duchabamos, directamente no salía. Uno de los baños empezó a soltar agua e inundó el baño. Las habitaciones están bien pero son extremadamente pequeñas, más pequeñas de lo que parece en fotos casi no hay espacio para dejar las maletas. La ubi es genial, super cerca de todo aunque si vuelves de noche caminando siendo un grupo de chicas puedes pasar algo de miedo ya que la calle no está iluminada... a nosotras nos siguieron dos chicos aunque conseguimos perderlos de vista, pero bueno, en general no supuso un problema ya que al menos pudimos ir caminando a todos lados. Por la noche no hay nadie en recepción, hay un portón que se deja medio abierto... no nos dio mucha seguridad, ya que podría entrar cualquiera.

Het verblijf is schoon,fijn en comfortabel. Een uitgebreid ontbijt. Mogelijkheid om beneden een drankje te doen en te eten. Wij werden naar het station door de lieve gastvrouw gebracht. Kortom een heel fijn verblijf waar ik met een glimlach terug aan zal denken ❤️

Deze locatie is basic maar modern en schoon en ligt op loopafstand van het centrum. Het ontbijt is uitstekend, het beste dat we tijdens onze rondreis gehad hebben.

Er is geen lift (maar 2e verdieping is het hoogste dus is niet heel erg)

Emplacement parfait au calme mais a 2 minutes a pieds de la rue principale d Ella qui regorge de boutiques et restaurants. Chambres confortables, climatisees et propres Superbe Petit dejeuner varié et tres copieux. Staff exceptionnel .

Localização é num beco escuro perto da rua principal, o quarto estava cheio de itens aleatórios parece que o hóspede anterior deixou lá coisas e ainda lá estavam quando nós entramos. O colchão não tinha nenhuma proteção e parecia estar cheio de bed bugs

This Property was fantastic! The staff were so welcoming. We arrived late at night and they opened the restaurant just for us. The staff were super accomodating with all the requests we have. The rooms were super clean and comfortable. The location was amazing walking distance from everything we wanted to see in Ella.

Gute Lage, netter Service, Zimmergröße ausreichend

Zimmer ist sehr hellhörig, der Safe ist lose im Schrank (also eigentlich sinnlos). In der ersten Nacht war laute Musik in dee Lobby - scheinbar hat das Personal für sich selbst Karaoke gemacht. Auf Hinweis, wurde sie aber aus gemacht. Trotz allem hätte ich mehr Professionalität gewünscht und Rücksicht auf die Hotelgäste.

Location was very good as it was in an alley away from the bustling center. Staff was kind! Breakfast was good!

The room was a bit small. No refrigerator.

Once we arrived they upgraded our double room to a family room to give us more space for our luggage and baby stuff, which was a great start. Also, throughout the 2 nights, the team helped us a lot and even packed us breakfast when we had a super early planned trip. The location is great since it is close to all the restaurants and around a 30min walk to Little Adam’s Peak.

I ragazzi dello staff sono bravissimi, gentili e disponibili. La cucina è ottima.

Il problema è la struttura e la posizione, non siamo riusciti a riposare, confusione, rumori interni dal locale tecnico e le finestre non sono insonorizzate, semplici in alluminio.. Comunque ottimo per pranzare e cenare.

Gute Lage, sehr zentral und auch zum Little Adams Peak nur 15-20 Minuten zu Fuß! Sehr nettes Personal - haben uns gratis das Frühstück dazu gegeben obwohl wir ohne Frühstück reserviert hatten, was noch dazu sehr ausgiebig und lecker war! Saubere, schöne, moderne Zimmer. Schönes Bad mit Warmwasser und gutem Wasserdruck! Insgesamt gutes Hotel & gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis für Ella.

Dünne Wände, wenn man lärmempfindlich ist beim Schlafen eher Ohrstöpsel mitnehmen

El desayuno está muy bien. La cama es cómoda y la ducha genial. La ubicación es perfecta si quieres recorrer el centro de Ella.

Despite location being near the Main Street in Ella, the accommodation is located in what sounds like a building site & disco. The windows are pointless as they let so much sound in, it almost feels as though they are open. The noise starts from around 7.30/8 and ends at around 10pm. We had tuktuk drivers right outside beeping their horns in the middle of the night one night too.

The hosts were very nice and helpful. The dinner and breakfast were very good. The hotel is close to Hiking trails to 9 arch bridge and little adams peak. The room was clean and of modern design.

The room and bed were a little smaller than in other hotels we stayed on the way , but it had a nice green balcony

Guter Stil mit offenem Innenhof inkl. Bäumen integriert. Zimmer waren mal modern und stylisch - wirken aber jetzt etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

It is a design hotel with a very nice and helpful personal. Is is near city center. Breakfast is home made and great. I”ll be back.

Sehr zentrale Lage und doch total ruhig. Kleine aber nette Zimmer, sehr hilfsbereit bei Fragen.

Das Frühstück war schlecht.. Billigster Kaffee und Tee, Sie können keine Eier machen, ist nicht durch und halb gar. Kakerlaken liefen rum. Sie haben dann aber gleich desinfiziert.

Super location, 5 mins walk from the heart of Ella, tucked away down a little street. Went in down season so was upgraded to a room with balcony. Very clean and comfortable. Staff were exceptional and friendly, couldn’t do enough for me, gave lots of recommendations and were there to help if I needed. Breakfast was included but didn’t have chance to go since I was up early for the 9 Arches Bridge. WiFi was quick.

Didn’t like the towels, looked a little old and grey. Only a privacy push lock on the inside of the doors, would prefer a safety guard or deadbolt in addition for peace of mind whilst sleeping etc.

I liked the service - and how they gave us an early breakfast even though we hadn't asked for it!

We had an amazing experience at BBQ Hub Ella! The hospitality was exceptional — the team went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They even prepared a delicious Sri Lankan breakfast for us, which was such a thoughtful touch. The manager, Ashan, was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect during our stay. Highly recommend BBQ Hub Ella for anyone visiting — great food, great people, and a truly warm atmosphere!

Die Unterkunft hatte für uns eine großartige Lage, sie liegt in einer Seitenstraße in Ella, sodass sie relativ ruhig war und die Hauptstraße dennoch in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar war. Das Hotel ist ein süßes kleines Hotel, das Personal ist sehr freundlich und das Frühstück war das beste, was wir auf unserer Reise durch Sri Lanka in einem Hotel erhalten haben: Toast, Ei, Pancakes, Waffeln, French Toast, Früchte…alles war sehr lecker.

Leider hat unser Badezimmer sehr, sehr muffig gerochen. Wenn man geduscht hat, hat trotz großer Vorsicht das ganze Bad unter Wasser gestanden. Bei dem Trinkwasser, welches auf dem Zimmer für uns bereit stand, war der Deckel und das Innere des Deckels leider verschimmelt. Für uns hat das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis hier leider nicht wirklich gepasst.

Location, ease of access and service from the staff. Emasha went out of her way to keep everyone comfortable and make the stay pleasant.

It was bit outdated and bottom half of the shower curtains in the bathroom was mouldy and slimy. Water was in refilled glass bottle. It had green algae growing in the bottom half. We did not touch the water instead we bought bottled water from the hotel for use. Beds were comfortable. Good lighting and airy. We only stayed one night as we were travelling through.

En la habitación se escucha todo lo que pasaba en la cafetería. Se metían todos los olores del exterior, tuberías comida… El baño bastante mejorable, y el colchón estaba rehundido.

The Property was located near to the main area. Most of the attractions shop’s restaurants and train station are walking distance. Property was very clean and tidy.

The Rooms are very small. Maximum capacity is two. Property was bit dark. Need more lights.

В номере не было почти ничего, что указано в описании. Тапочки, халаты, утюг, wi-fi - ничего этого нет. Wi-Fi подключается, но доступа в интернет нет. На вопрос о том почему в описании указано одно, а по факту этого нет персонал улыбается и ничего не говорит. Наш номер располагался на втором этаже, недалеко от кухни (во внутреннем дворе) и в номере сильно пахло едой и дымом. Номер очень маленький и максимально простой.
