Bon emplacement car non loin du centre et des principaux lieux d'activités sans être sur la route principale (plus bruyante). Cadre verdoyant agréable. Chambre simple et propre au très bon rapport qualité-prix.

The property was centrally located surrounded by restaurants and bars. A 10minute walk to the path to 9 arches bridge. Tuk Tuk on site. Wonderful breakfast served on our own balcony. Food plentiful and freshly made. Clean and comfortable. Quiet location just off the main road. Staff warm and welcoming, happy to help. The surrounding gardens are very tranquil with occasional visit from local wildlife. Afternoon tea on arrival is a special touch. Overall the property is extremely good value for money.

Beware of the stairs when wet. They are extremely slippery and quite narrow. Use the handrail. Water pressure and temperature very average. Remember the bug spray.

L'hotel é carino e curato, la camera molto spaziosa e la colazione buona. Il proprietario gentilissimo, da non sottovalutare la posizione centrale ma non nel casino.

El alojamiento esta muy bien ubicada y la cama es comoda. No dispone de aire acondicionado pero no fue necesario porque el clima era fresco

La amabilidad del personal, tenia preparado un mapa para las rutas mas típicas de la zona. El desayuno muy bien y la habitación espaciosa, comodisima la cama y la ducha. Tienes tu propio espacio en la terraza para desayunar. Ubicación muy tranquila fuera del bullicio de Ella pero a poco tiempo caminando al centro

Die Unterkunft ist außerordentlich gepflegt, wahrscheinlich die beste während unserer 4-wöchigen Reise. Das ist an vielen Details erkennbar, zB schließen die Türen ordentlich sogar mit Dichtungen, Möbel und Bett sind in einwandfreiem Zustand. Der Gastgeber kümmert sich mit großer Leidenschaft um die Gäste und die Zimmer. Das Frühstück ist toll und wechselt täglich, es gibt viele Sitzgelegenheiten auf den Balkonen, die Anfahrt mit dem Auto - es gibt einen guten Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus - ist sehr gut möglich und in 5 Minuten ist man zu Fuß im belebten Stadtzentrum, die Ausstattung des Zimmers hängt von der Rate ab, ist sehr gut, wir hatten Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher, Moskitonetz und Klimaanlage.

Comfy bed with clean bedding, the duvet was great as gets a bit colder here at night. Ample space and having a kettle was great! Shower hot and powerful. Breakfast was very generous.

Shower very mouldy, whole bathroom needs a good scrub. Bathroom floor gets very wet, needs a scraper for after showering. Would have appreciated a mosquito net as well as the plug in provided. They only want payment in LKR or card no USD.

The hosts left us to it unless we needed help or setting out breakfast which was perfect. The arrival of breakfast on our upper storey deck was wonderful. help with luggage etc was great. It's an easy walk to numerous restaurants and the main road. Really good value for money and because it was a bit off the main roads it was reasonably quiet. The decks were surrounded by trees instead of just buildings which was lovely.

Провели в отеле 3 ночи. Очень удобное расположение, немного в отдалении от основной улицы. До моста минут 25 пешком. У нас было 2 номера на разных этажах: на 4х и на 2х. Номера уставшие, но чистые. Отличная терраса со столами, креслами и лежаками. В номере на 4х большой холодильник. По бутылке воды на человека. Хороший завтрак. В округе много строек, но нам это никак не мешало. В первый день столкнулись с проблемой слива в душевой и нерабочей розеткой, но хозяин быстро со всем разобрался и все заработало. Остались довольны проживанием))

The guesthouse is situated close to the center, but in a small quieter street. We spent 4 nights there and the owner offered us a different breakfast every day.

Wifi was a bit chaotic, and the owner had to fix it everyday…

Perfectamente ubicado, muy buen desayuno y personal muy amable.

Schönes, großes Zimmer, sehr hell, viel Ablagefläche, großes Bad. Wunderschöne Terrasse am Zimmer. Ruhige Lage in Ella, dennoch sehr zentral, ca 8min zur großen Hauptstraße. Das Frühstück wurde auf der Terrasse serviert und wir wurden jeden Tag gefragt, wann wir frühstücken wollen. Am Abreisetag mussten wir früh raus, haben um 7.15 Uhr trotzdem Frühstück bekommen (der Besitzer meinte, Frühstück wäre auch um 4.30 Uhr okay). Sehr bequeme Betten. Sehr schönes Haus, viele Pflanzen auf dem Grundstück. Jedes Zimmer hatte einen eigenen kleinen Sitzbereich. Wir waren hier 3 Nächte und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Ruime schoon appartement, inclusief eigen patio voor hét goede ontbijt. De ligging is heel centraal, veel op loopafstand, zoals de nine arch bridge, little Adams peak en de centrale weg.

Er wordt veel gebouwd in de omgeving. Maar dat geldt eigenlijk voor heel Ella. De druk van de douche was laag.

Fijne ruime kamers met heerlijke buitenruimte waar het ontbijt geserveerd werd. Lekker ontbijt, fijne warme douche. Erg goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding.

We had a great stay at Freedom Guest Inn. It is near enough to walk to plentiful restaurants but set back and therefore quieter away from noise of the main road. The room was comfortable with a fridge and kettle and a nice outdoor seating area where the delicious breakfast was served. Nelson was very friendly and helpful and we would definitely recommend staying here if you come to Ella.

Room was great, lots of space and great to have a sofas as well as the beds. Breakfast was lovely out on the terrace by the room with the view. Lovely staff. Would definitely come here again.

L’emplacement était idéal ! Proche de tout mais assez en retrait pour être plus au calme. Le personnel était très gentil et attentionné. Literie confortable.

Odeur assez forte d’humidité/ égouts dans la salle de bain, heureusement couloir avec une porte fermée permettait de ne pas sentir jusque dans la chambre. Notre chambre donnait sur la terrasse principale et au dessus des fenêtres une partie est semi ouverte, du coup on entend beaucoup dès qu’il y a du passage.

Трехместный номер на первом этаже, который нам достался, был весьма большой, со всеми местными удобствами, напоминающий квартиру. Там даже была полка с книгами и журналами. Постель чистая, удобная, горячая вода, чай-кофе - все было. Центр очень недалеко, а также рядом начало живописной тропы через лес до знаменитого моста. Ночью в этом лесу летают светлячки, сразу у главной дороги, очень красиво. По соседству с отелем есть отличный реторан Ak Ristoro, где чрезвычайно приятно посидеть вечером.

Было очень сыро и утром прохладно. Но по отзывам, это нормально для данного региона, когда идет дождь.

Bivanje je bilo super. Prijazno in ustrežljivo osebje. Lokacija blizu mesta. Zelo lepe in prostorne terase.

Imeli smo dve sobi. V eni sobi ni delala klima, zato smo slabo spali. Ker pa smo preživeli le eno noč, nismo tega urejali.

The location was great, all the attractions were nearby and city centre is within walking distance. The host is very helpful in guiding you on where to go and how and very accommodating about your breakfast needs. The house is so beautiful. You are surrounded by chirps of birds, greenery and you get your own patio to chill and enjoy this peace with some hot tea! Book this definitely for your next stay if you want to enjoy some nature with peace

The host Nelson is a gem, really helpful. This is nicely tucked away, not far from the Main Street.

Niente solo che c'è stato un po' di fraintendimento con l'orario della colazione.

Eine sehr gute und saubere Unterkunft mit einem tollen Frühstück und einem netten und umsichtigen Betreiber, inclusive Laundry-Service, was wir sehr zu schätzen wussten. Die Unterkunft liegt sehr nah an der Stadt in einer Nebenstraße - deshalb sehr ruhig. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten wie "Little Adams Peak" und Neun-Bogen Brücke oder der Bahnhof sind fußläufig erreichbar. Der Betreiber hat uns gute Tipps gegeben. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert.

Great stay here in Ella, the hotel is located a little away from the busy street of Ella which makes it calm and comfortable. The beds were incredibly comfortable and sheets were soft. The staff were very helpful.

Everything was good (just a little bit of noise one night because the windows are quite thin) but it’s generally a calm street.

Quiet location but close to walk to town. Loved the setting lots of birds. Host was helpful even went on scooter to pick up things for us. He also arranged a ride to our next destination. We stayed an extra night because we liked the place so much.

Obiekt położony jest nieco na uboczu, więc zapewnia spokojny wypoczynek. Do głównej ulicy można dojść w kilka minut, a jeszcze bliżej znajduje się dobra restauracja z muzyką na żywo. A jeszcze bliżej jest salon masażu. Pokoje są bardzo wygodne i czyste. Śniadanie było świeże i smaczne. Na piętrze, na powietrzu jest wspólna przestrzeń ze stołem (śniadanie) i kanapami, gdzie spędziliśmy miły wieczór. Gospodarz jest niezwykle miły i dba o gości. Dał nam mapę okolic i zaznaczył drogi dojścia do poszczególnych atrakcji. Korzystaliśmy i wszystko przebiegło doskonale. Bardzo polecam.

Jedno gniazdko z przedłużaczem na cały pokój. Trochę to niewygodne.

This place is a gem. Not far from the high street yet away from all the bustle. The host was fabulous and made us coffee on arrival and created a great breakfast every day. The room was beautiful and overlooked a lovely garden with lots of wildlife. our lovely host drew a map for a fantastic walk and recommended good restaurants. Fantastic value, fantastic food. Highly recommend.

Enorm prettig verblijf gehad! Hele vriendelijke eigenaren en goede locatie. Kon mijn tuktuk hier kwijt en was minder dan 5 minuten lopen naar de hoofdstraat met restaurantjes. Ook waren de eigenaren behulpzaam toen ik mijn planning met ze besprak en was het ontbijt goed. Echt een aanrader en zou hier zeker terugkomen!

Wir waren 2 Nächte hier. Super gelegen, nicht zu laut, sehr freundliche Inhaber. Alles war super sauber und das Frühstück war toll. Der Inhaber hat uns sogar zweimal gefahren und uns wertvolle Tipps zu Ella und zum Zugfahren gegeben. Gerne wieder!

Location was great walk to everything. Comfortable clean rooms and very accommodating staff.

EXCEPTIONAL. The hotel is a small and seemingly family owned and run place. The hotel itself is nice and clean, but the best part is the people who work there. They are so friendly, so happy to help, give good advice, and the breakfast is absolutely massive and very tasty. On top of all this the location is excellent, 2 minutes walk from town. I highly highly recommend staying here.

Bardzo polecam to miejsce, jest blisko centrum i wszędzie można dostać się pieszo. Pokoje były bardzo czyste, śniadania bardzo dobre, a obsługa wspaniała! Właściciel ma własny ogród i poczęstował nas swoimi owocami.

The apartment is spacious, in a quiet and very convenient location - you can walk to the center, the distance is short. The hosts were nice, the breakfast was especially delicious, they treated us with fruit from their garden. There was always hot water in the shower and very comfortable beds. We were very satisfied with these apartments and are glad that we chose them

Lage der Unterkunft war top - gutes Restaurant gleich um die Ecke. Zimmer war sehr sehr sauber! Leider von außen einsehbar, wenn der Vorhang offen war.
