We loved the 2 bed 2 bath unit. ( my hubby snores quite loud) Its tough to find these at a reasonable price. Beautiful view over the marina . Lovely property - pool and even a little patch of beach to put your toes in. Megan was great- friendly and so helpful

We were on the 2nd floor corner ( left) . Every time someone uses the elevator - I can hear a loud noise ( the elevator box /utility room is right outside our door)- 2nd night I didn't sleep hardly at all - heard the elevator noise ( woke me up) at 230am, then 3am- then about 5-6 times between 4am and 5am . :( .

Our room was so disgusting and dirty. We actually left and went to another resort because even our bedding was dirty.

It was a great location, but again it was dirty and there's some smell in the room that you just could not sit in there and enjoy the view.

Everything as always. I have stayed there over the last 4 years with family, friends and my sweetie. It's just perfect.

Can't think of a thing...oh what 🤣 elevator can get hot in summer 😆 that's all I got.

They did not honor the total price of Booking.com in the "Booking Confirmation" and charged additional $19.95 so-called taxes on the "resort fees" when check-out. No such additional taxes for the last visit 3 years ago. Kept calling at 9am for change of furniture. Can't you leave bit inconvenience to yourself & not waking up guests in the morning simply bcz guests paid you $275 daily? No delivery bath towels despite of requesting and had to go to the office for additional bath towels during 5 days' stay.

Great location. Away from busy area but 10 mins walk to beautiful beach. Good restaurants and shops very near. Extended stay from 4 nights to a week because liked it so much.

Minor complaint re housekeeping confusion with extended stay but no real issue.

Suite wasn’t given a full clean as expected every 3 days even though left the rooms as requested. We were offered lots of towels but no toiletries or toilet rolls we purchased our own until we knew otherwise when speaking to staff Stayed for 14 nights and only cleaned 3 times

We were not made aware of additional and compulsory "resort fees". We arrived late, and only stayed one night, left early the next morning, but still had to pay those fees.

The rooms need to be cleaned better. Looked like someone had kicked the door in. Touch up paint is needed throughout the rooms. The master suite does not have a towel rack for hanging towels like the guest bathroom. The doors loooked chipped and cracked. The smooth surface stove needed to be cleaned better, had staines still left on it. Mold in the bathroom and on the sink drawers. It's a beautiful room but the maintenance of it is very poor, you have to clean it and clean the dirty floors not with dirty water...

The views from the room were awesome.

We stayed two summers ago and couldn’t have been happier … Fresh, clean and everything in working order. We could not believe the lack of upkeep and how dirty everything now was … So uncomfortable. We moved rooms once because the first room stunk so bad, but the second one wasn’t much better. So disappointing.

The location was Perfect. rooms were good and cold.

the pull out couch was not comfortable. and the chairs in living room are rock solid but in a bad way.

The views are beautiful. There was a lot we didn’t like but I do have to give credit to the manager who offered a refund for the rest of our stay should we want to move somewhere else. Treasure island was at full capacity so there wasn’t really anywhere to move to so we stayed and didn’t want to waste a day of our vacation moving to somewhere else but is unusual to be offered a refund to go somewhere else so I wanted to highlight this to be a balanced review and we appreciated it.

3rd visit to treasure island. Unit was filthy on arrival, couches stained, floor dirty, toaster had food sticking out of it, some kind of tomato sauce on stool. Cockroach on balcony, TV was glitchy so unable to watch anything. We did get a further clean where we left the room the following day to take place and although was cleaner, there were still significant stains and dirt missed which we cleaned ourselves. Pool was out of use for two days. When we did use the pool, there was the pool radio playing, a group playing country and a group playing Spanish music which any on their own is fine but all mixed into three was stressful and staff were present but did nothing. The guy we checked in with was rude and patronising and seemed so ‘over’ the guests visiting. Had to buy cleaning supplies and clean all the cutlery, plates and cupboards, not what you want to do on vacation. Housekeeping was mediocre, towels scratchy. So much potential but needs attention to detail and work on cleanliness.

The property was clean and the staff were informative and nice. Made you feel welcome. It was easy to check in and out. The view was wonderful. Saw manatees and dolphins from the balcony just before a rain storm. Located close to two public beach access points, Publix, and local restaurants. Family friendly.

Hay estación de carga eléctrica para vehículos, pero no hay asignación de esos espacios para los EV, por lo cual los vehículos de gasolina en ocasiones están estacionados en esos espacios y tienes que tener suerte o perder tiempo esperando que se desocupen.

Beautiful rooms and view. This our second day here and it's amazing spent the day at the pool. Great location and close to everything. The rooms are spacious with a full kitchen, living room, and two bedrooms/bathrooms, with a nice balcony overlooking the marina and bay. Just beautiful views day and night. I definitely recommend a stay here.

No restaurant or bar was open. We couldn’t check in until 4:15 after being told we would get a text when our room was almost ready, at 1. Spills in the living room floor. No sound on some channels on TVs. Ceiling fan light would not turn off unless light was off.

It did not appear to be as kid or family friendly as I hoped. When we opened our sliders we kept getting marijuana smoke coming into our condo from one of the other units near us. The floors were also extremely dirty, garbage disposal didn’t work, and parking was not the easiest. They also do not have any restaurants or much on sight, you have to walk down a busy road to restaurants. There also was tons of construction at night, which made it very loud when trying to sleep.

Apartment was not in good condition, water faucet on kitchen sink liquid, refrigerator was missing one self, only got one, ice maker in refrigerator didn't work good, bathroom towels holder was loose. Sofa was in really bad condition At pool was a stand for towels always empty Also excessive over charges,taxes and resort fees. No housekeeping services only delivered towels and after a message was sent they promised next day housekeeping will clean Apartment and they didn't, actually only living room was swept, bedroom floors stay dirty with sand. I believe they give the booking reservation the apartments in worse shape. I will regret big time this reservation and booking should pay attention to those resorts that don't provide good quality service and over charge costumers.

The staff were amazing. Everyone was nice and really accomodating. We left some medication in the fridge and they went out of their way to make sure we got it back. Great location. 6th floor is amazing! Can't wait to go back!!

We liked everything this trip! It just went by too fast.

There was no restaurant. The view was great. Unfotunately the seagulls crapped on our floor to ceiling windows.

No restrooms near pool. Pool water was way to warm. 24/7 lobby was often closed in the evening. TVs were outdated. Traffic was very loud.

The view was breathtaking. Grocery store the beach and Dunkin’ was so close that I rode my e-bike. The bed was like clouds, everything was spotless and the staff went above and beyond and made me feel comfortable and safe.

The only thing that bothered me was the kids screaming and yelling all day starting at 7 am

Loved the view from inside the condo/hotel also loved the fact that many things were within walking distance from the Fusion. Pool was warm and clean and the hot tub was hot and clean. Large balcony also

Be careful when stepping on to the balcony the door frame requires you to step up and if you have leg or knee issues you can hurt yourself also kids can fall. The pool is so beautiful at night but closes at 9 pm same with the hot tub. Also the condo needed an interior update, looked a little dated and dingy.

I am a person who has to have a fan to sleep. The room with a king-size bed was so loud that we had to sleep in the queen bed the first night and on the second night we slept with the fan off and had to crank the a/c. It was a sleepless night. There was duck's in the pool and duck poop around the pool and in the pool, so we didn't use it. The front desk girl Megan was the one who went to clean the pool side up. She was the best thing about the place!

First of all filthy dirty never stayed at a place that dirty! Had to buy pots and pans because theirs were so chapped and old and dirty looking! Had to beg for clean towels. Got lied to about the price was more then it was supposed to be. Roaches! Beds outdated and beyond uncomfortable probably 20 years old! No dressers so nowhere to put ur clothes. This is run down it’s not even a 2 star not at all worth 500$ a nite!!!

Cheap, ugly and uncomfortable furniture. Terrible shower heads, hardly any water flow or pressure. It took a long time to shower because the water flow was so bad I could not rinse the shampoo from my hair. The smallest bath towels I have ever seen, cheap. A few cheap and simple changes could really upgrade this resort.

Outstanding view!!!! Easy, free parking. Upgraded us without request to a suite with a washer and dryer, which was a terrific asset and very convenient for us. Big balcony facing waterway with table and chairs. Nice to use once they cleaned it. Fulfilled our cleaning requests and replenished laundry detergent, towels, and coffee. Helpful staff. Good location for our needs. Lots of hot water in the bathrooms and kitchen sink. Good water pressure in bathrooms. QUIET. Felt safe.

Stark decor. Old mattress. Old toaster. Balcony with bird droppings -- we requested cleaning.

Quiet place, pictures justified the actual hotel. Very spacious and comfortable.

The shower can be cleaner, perhaps minor door, shower reparations. The shower pressure was very mild, could be stronger. Price point was higher but the quietness and the size of the unit was perfect!

We loved the location, water views, the responsiveness of the staff and the quiet room despite being on a busy road! we definitely recommend.

Hot tub needs to be a lot warmer

The rooms were spacious and provided enough towels for us for 3 nights!

The pool and hot tub were dirty- there was no staff to clean them! We were locked out of our room for 20mins and someone had to come change out the door key card reader, we got a citation/warning for not having our ticket in the car window, (you should know which vehicle(s) belong there due to having the license plate number).

no breakfast but loved our room. (one thing though, the maid never even tried to sweep or mop our floor during our entire stay and our feet and socks were terrible.) BUT -- this was the MOST INCREDIBLE HOTEL EVER!!!! My two teenagers loved staying here. Me included. If we needed anything all we had to do was give the front desk a call and they, had it taken care of. The front desk staff were very kind, helpful and courteous. Can't wait to go back next year. The view was great. The room was exactly as pictured. Great experience. It is also dog friendly, which worked great for our tripod.dog.

The pool only goes to 4 feet 6 inches. Being a tall 6'2 frame in such a shallow pool is a bit strange but nothing wrong other than my own wishing.

Great location- very walkable - close to the liquor store, good restaurants, and a short drive to the grocery store. Great view of the inter coastal waterway! The staff is amazing and were very attentive.

This was not the resorts fault, but the area was still rebuilding after 3 Hurricanes that took place in 2024. Lots of construction and big trucks. I recommend going in the Low season which is between Labor Day to Memorial Day.
