Treasure Island Hotel and Marina

The location is amazing, the place is clean and our rooms were kept stocked through our stay, the beds are comfortable and the staff met our needs.

The only issue we ran into on a couple occasions was that we had to get new key cards twice because one or both stopped working, but the staff was quick to fix the issue and made new cards true us promptly.

The hotel floor was soaking wet and tired times I was there I slipped a few times and hurt my back

Only thing I didn't like is that the floor was soaking wet I don't know what was wrong with the humidity in the building or something but before super slippery and I fell a few times and hurt my back

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. September prices were very good. If you surf fish the fishing was excellent.

The breakfast area wasn't open but it was mid September. It was a bit of a walk to the water at the beach.

The buttons on microwave wouldn’t all work. The remote for tv was very hard to get to change channels. Everything would get damp in room do to the humidity I’m guessing. The floors the tables everything. There was no lights in pool or hot tub, seems like that would be safety issue. There should had been some kind a light in pool and also on pool deck.

Found bugs on the pillow, they switched us rooms, and the toilet ran all night and kept us up, staff seemed to not have any type of emotional whenever I spoke to them about every situation

Not able to use our balcony because door wouldn't open. Assuming it was "fixed" shut due to keeping humidity down. Our floor was soaked from the humidity!!! Had to keep room freezing to control it.

Location is great, hotel has no atmosphere at all. Bar was closed everyday apart from one!. I woukd advise people not to use this hotel, the parking is an absolute scam. They charge $16 a day to park which is fine, but they use a cowboy tow company who clear your cars if they feel you don't have a little blue ticket in the window. My car parked everyday with my ticket, day 8 I come out and my car is gone. We have to call the mickey mouse tow company and they have taken it! They towed at 2pm apparently at 5pm I'm waiting for them to open to be hit with a $445 release fee. They guy was totally rude and I asked for photos he said no take us to court. Three days later the hotel send me pictures no tag, guess what AI and photos hop will sort this quickly do they just buying time. Strangely enough my ticket was on the floor of the drivers area when I picked my car up. I still have even though I'm home. They don't check with the hotel if you are allowed to park. Never again will I stay here, I emailed the hotel on several occasions about it with no interest. I assume they are scamming together. Splitting 50/ 50. Ive been to this area since 1984.pick a reputable place to stay there are many also with better facilities and ambience. This hotel shoukd be your last choice believe me. If you don't get towed by the 1 star rated cowboy tow company it's OK just a boring hotel., if you get towed it's an expensive very poor hotel. You have been warned. First time in over 60 trips to this area came home with a bad taste in my mouth. IYS DEFINITELY A SCAM, nowhere else would charge you to park and let you get towed with the crazy release fee unless they was in on it and getting a share.

I love this place. Clean and comfortable. Pool clean and warm. Staff very helpful and accommodating, very friendly and pleasant. We were on the Marina side of the hotel and the view was lovely. Beach real handy just across the road.

The AC in the common areas was not working for the 3 days that I stayed there and it was so hot and smelled bad. The AC in the room wasn't great either. The girl at the front desk on Friday was not friendly or helpful. They have a small rooftop bar but it is soooooo hot up there and it's rarely ever open.

My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The room had a serious condensation and moisture problem, which made the stay very uncomfortable. When I reported the issue, there was no staff available and no willingness to resolve it. To make matters worse, Lina at the front desk was incredibly rude, unprofessional, and completely incompetent. Throughout the interaction, I remained calm, never raised my voice, and was never disrespectful. Despite that, she rolled her eyes, made dismissive facial expressions, and treated me with complete disrespect. Instead of trying to help, she threatened to have me removed from the hotel if I complained again. She also gave me what she claimed was the manager’s phone number, but it was actually the front desk number, where my calls were repeatedly hung up. The rooms have obvious moisture issues, and the customer service was by far the worst part of my stay. I would never stay here again and would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The resort is located directly across the street from the Gulf in Treasure Island, Florida! We had a great view of the beach and the Fireworks for the 4th of July weekend. The room was very clean, comfortable and each room has a microwave and refrigerator. The pool and hot tub were great!!! We were able to get extra towels and supplies every time we were out. This is an excellent hotel in a great location!!

Location across from the non crowded public beach was amazing! Convenience to grocery and restaurants. Room has comfortable beds with spacious balcony overlooking pool and ocean view! I loved the handy kitchenette with sink, microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker and counter space for food prep. Very clean room.

The mini fridge and one room chair in our room (210) showed wear but were usable. Fishing on the marina side is not permitted and should be added to the property description. Surf fishing here though is incredible and I recommend that guests to do that.

Asked the clerk once we checked in to switch our room to a higher level before we unpacked and she said unless there was something wrong with the room she couldn’t change it. Totally refused to move us at our request. Couldn’t leave the curtains open to enjoy the view from inside the room due to people walking by and seeing everything inside our room. No privacy while the curtain was opened. For 2 women staying in the room I felt the security was lacking. The side doors to the hotel were never locked. Anyone could come in without a room key even though it read must have room to key to open door!
