Perfect location linking to a mall with private path. Delicious breakfast. Spacious room. Water with reuse glass bottle.

The door of the shower room cannot be firmly closed so that the water would flood to the toilet area a lot. Nevertheless, the entire experience is very good.

Great location. Clean. Easy access to mall. Secured. Guards are all good and helpful. Good breakfast buffet. Easy access for Grab ride. Great in house massage service. Comfortable bed. Great house keeping services.

Reception during check-in was good but other than that, they have a bad recording and communication system. We added and paid an extra bed with breakfast but this was not communicated to the buffet team. They charged us again with extra breakfast. They apologised and admitted it was their fault. The reception during the checkout was the worst. We were rushing to the airport and the lady held me up and asked me to pay extra night for the extra bed as she said they miscalculated the cost (the other guy receptionist computed it in front of me and I paid the full bill). We nearly missed our flight because of the lady at reception who won’t allow to go until I pay the extra night. They double charged me again. Be mindful of their receptionist as they are dodgy. They look kind and accomodating until they charge you twice.

The breakfast was surprisingly good and had lots of variety! Also loved the gym, it was small but complete. It was also attached to SM if you need to eat out or buy some things.

Parking was so inconvenient and traffic outside was super bad, esp on weekends. It shares its parking with the main mall and the hotel has very few hotel slots. No one’s even checking if the cars parked there are actually checked in.

Location was very good - easy connections and 3 huge super malls nearby; Breakfast was really good; the bed was super comfortable (very rare in Manila).

A/C was too loud and control was super complicated, in the end I had to switch off controler/ AC as temperature just went automatically up. A bit annoying was very intense pushing of their useless membership, which I ignored but in the end they send email with congratulations and my new membership details :-) just deleted as spam.

It took a long time to get to it. Traffic was horrendous in the place. Very few parking slots for guests. It was a literal battlefield just to get a parking slot. Guards were not very helpful. Carpet stains were visble and obvious along the hallway.

I love everything about the breakfast: setup, foods I never tried from other hotels (esp. the fried fish), and the self-service for the drinks.

Just a small detail in the bathroom: there's a bit of dust hanging on top of the sink, and it made me think if all the hotel rooms were cleaned carefully.

The location of the hotel is good coz it is within the SM mall premises. Staffs are accommodating. Atmosphere is cozy. The session halls are well-ventilated, but the projector needs maintenance. The food is quite good, but I hope that you have different choices of cuisine to serve. They always clean the room and provide amenities. The rooms are somehow soundproof. It is worth the money!

The staff were very approachable, friendly, and accommodating. The venue was also spacious, comfortable, and well-suited for different kinds of events. Overall, it was a great place to stay and host events, with excellent service and a welcoming atmosphere.

I like the location, the room size, bed mattress quality and clean sheets. Room is clean and toilet has good pressure of water. Environment friendly as they have water dispenser outside. Breakfast is always fantastic! It’s actually my 2nd time staying here in Park Inn, everytime I’m coming home abroad for vacation I book in Park Inn because it’s convenient. Staffs are all lovely. I had a wonderful stay at Radisson Hotel North EDSA. One of the best things about this hotel is its location. It is conveniently situated right beside SM North EDSA, giving guests easy access to the mall and a wide variety of dining options, especially restaurants, cafés, and shops. The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and approachable. They were always ready to assist and made me feel comfortable throughout my stay. The room was very clean, cozy, and well maintained. Upon arrival, I noticed a note informing guests about an ongoing renovation. However, I was pleasantly surprised that I never experienced any disruptions during my stay. There was no noticeable noise or inconvenience, which allowed me to fully relax and enjoy my visit. Overall, I highly recommend Radisson Hotel North EDSA for its excellent location, clean and comfortable rooms, and outstanding customer service. I would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely unacceptable experience. We booked 7 rooms—including a suite and a deluxe room—for our wedding SIX MONTHS in advance, and the hotel still completely failed to have our rooms ready at the promised 15:00 check-in time. At 15:00, none of the rooms were available. A few finally became available around 15:30, but by 16:00, we were STILL waiting for the remaining rooms. When we repeatedly asked for an explanation, the only response we received was that the rooms were “still being cleaned.” Seriously? What kind of hotel accepts and partially charges a reservation six months in advance but cannot even have the reserved rooms ready at the agreed check-in time? We were preparing for our wedding the following day, carrying luggage and important wedding items, and instead of being able to settle into our rooms, we were forced to sit in the lobby with all of our belongings because the hotel could not deliver something as basic as a properly prepared room. This was not a last-minute booking. These rooms were reserved six months in advance. There was absolutely no excuse for this level of poor planning, coordination, and service. A wedding is supposed to be one of the most important days of a person’s life, and the hotel added completely unnecessary stress to an already important and hectic occasion. Total disaster. Extremely disappointing. Absolutely unacceptable. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone, especially for an important event where reliability and proper preparation actually matter. If you cannot even honor a reservation that was made six months in advance, what exactly are guests paying for?

I really like the hotel’s location, especially because it’s directly connected to The Block. Very convenient—everything I need is just a few steps away! The staff were also wonderful and very helpful. I especially appreciated their service in preparing the balloons for my daughter’s birthday surprise.

Nothing much. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay. One small suggestion would be to provide two pillows per guest instead of just one. It would make the stay more comfortable, especially for guests who prefer an extra pillow.

Breakfast can improve. Namely the prepared scrambled eggs is not a nice experiences thats why many places have them done by request. Coffee was not amazing. The staff was pleasant and tryed to really assist. The premises were clean and properly maintained. The location with a big shopping mall atached was just a great thing.

I liked the experience staying at Park Inn I was able to witness the hospitality of the entire staff attending to our needs. Nadz at the front desk right away addressed my concerns regarding my room key issue.Also the room service catered by Jayson Samson with his supervisor Rhenz was excellent. I would recommend that you try to stay to find out what I’m talking about. Let me add the super hospitable staff at Casa Mariel and Cris. Who made us feel more comfortable. The staffs are really kind and the rooms are cozy too that it almost feels like home. The amenities are yet to be tried/visited since this is just our first day, and we hope to explore and try every amenities the hotel has to offer.

I had a good experience staying at Park Inn. The staff were friendly, the room was clean, and the overall service was excellent. The only minor concern was a noticeable smell in the hallway, which may have been coming from the carpet. Aside from that, my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. I would still recommend this hotel and would consider staying here again.

My husband, sister, & I stayed in Park Inn Radisson from June 29-July 17, 2026. Everyone is very helpful & accommodating. From the Security people, Concierge (?Sama), Casa dining (Dan, Gelo, Lenard, Ashley, Mariel, Angelica, & Tom), & housekeeping (Julli -An, ?All-en) are all exceptional & commendable. Our needs were met & services were always given with a smile. Only thing I would recommend is more variety of foods served. It could be due to the # of days we’ve booked (19days) that the array of foods have become not too appealing anymore & the cycle of dishes have been repeated several times already. Overall, it was a good stay & will book again if we’re back in QC, Philippines.

The manager and the safety officer help me to apply the first aid due to accident which I had a wound accidentally before going to the Hotel, the staff saw me walking with wound and a bit of blood i guess so they approach me to help and apply the first aid into our room. I really appreciate the Staff even the front desk as they look after the customers which is excellent. Breakfast is also fantastic including the crew member.

The security guard at Level 3 at Radisson (COLIS) always help us bringing our luggage to the car and very diligent even opening the door. Good job sir. Sometimes he will find me a parking space which I really appreciate.

With cleaning the room, it needs a bit of improvement especially the cleaning person should refill like the Tissue and coffee. Although they did their job tidying up the room which I am happy.

Floors are sticky. An air spray is done in the room and in the bathroom which has a pungent/toxic smell and reacts to people with asthma. There's only one pack of coffee provided which is even not enough for 1 person staying. The red single-person sofa has a weird smell and hasn't been disinfected for a while.

Location is good being close to Bulacan. Direct mall access. Friendly staff.
