Breakfast was always amazing. I saw that they have added some vegetarian options on their menu which is very good and happy to see. Staff are very attentive and accommodating. My daughter felt extra special when Chef Nina stopped by at our table and talked to us. It’ one of the happy experiences she wrote on her back to school paper.

The rooms are spacious and clean. Room service has a lot of variety. Very old school feel. The gym is incredible though. Very much recommend.

I think the layout of the hotel emphasized catering to the gamblers of solaire. It's not a deal breaker. But it's a pain when you're not driving over.

Noisy AC unit, smelled stuffy. I dislike the water in the refillable bottles, my stomach got upset.

Our room was as expected. It was spacious and as clean as a typical hotel can get. It was very kid friendly. The pool was great. Perfect for my kids. It had a playground as well which entertained my kids. Considering the amount of people coming and going, we felt safe staying in our rooms. All our valuables were in place.

The bathroom had moulds in the shower part and the shower cable had a lot of moulds as well. The towel rack fell off on my last night so had to find other hangers to hang my towels.

Close to malls, big rooms with good facilities.

Both of them were incredibly accommodating, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. They consistently checked on us throughout our meals and made sure we had everything we needed. Their warm hospitality and willingness to assist at any time truly made our dining experience more enjoyable and memorable. Excellent customer service like theirs is what keeps guests coming back. I always choose Seda hotel everytime I booked a room or on any location, love the ambiance and the facilities, it is value for the cost and I will rate the convenience as 5 star, the staff are all accommodating and today my 18months old daughter had a lovely interaction and laughed and play with Kuya John, he made my daughter happy, all the staff are all accommodating, the place is kids friendly and they even have a plate for kids. So overall, I highly recommend Seda Hotel.

Room is kind of "okay"? It's clean and functional but not really wow. Television/entertainment is a bit outdated. Room felt bigger in the photo.

The location is convenient. It is walking distance to the mall, convenient stores and casino. The rooms are clean and spacious. We check-in late but they are kind enough to adjust our check out time to 2pm instead of 12pm. The staff were very accomodating. Service is excellent.

The breakfast buffet host John is very pleasant and cheerful. Actually, all of them are. As for the food, I didn't have rice as it makes me feel bloated which may have caused the beef tapa and the danggit taste very salty. My favorite is the omelet station. The chefs there know how to make a good omelet. Keep up the good work!

We are so very pleased with our weekend lunch buffet experience at Misto. The French buffet spread was very extensive. Staff were very helpful and attentive. S/O to Mika, Jan and Tim, they always asked us what we needed. We did not need to get up for our refills. Salamat sa inyo! And see you again soon!

The location is great, right beside Vertis North and their basement parking is also connected! Their room is impeccably clean, food is great and the service is top notch. Shout out to ate Mika from Misto buffet, your attentiveness and care for your guests really makes them feel at home. When you stay here, you're getting the value of your money and even more. We especially appreciate the complimentary mango cheesecake—it was such a thoughtful anniversary gift and made our celebration even more special. 😊 The room was spacious for two people, clean, and very comfortable. We also loved the bathroom containers and dispensers—they looked so nice that we're actually thinking of getting the same style for our own bathroom! A couple of suggestions that could make the experience even better: It would be great if the TV could support YouTube or Netflix. The hallway leading to the guest rooms looked a bit dated. I even asked my husband how long the hotel had been operating because the hallway gave that impression. Refreshing that area could make the overall ambiance feel more modern. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely consider coming back. Thank you again for making our anniversary memorable!

We had a great and restful staycation at Seda Hotel. Everyone from bell services to front desk to housekeeping and room service was helpful, polite and accommodating. Even our attendants at the gym. No bad experience at all for this trip. 🩷🌷 To celebrate my son's graduation, we dined at the Misto restaurant, even though we booked our rooms without breakfast. Mika Blay our attendant was like a friend welcoming and attentive. I simply requested her to take our photo as remembrance of this time but she also gave my son a congratulatory cake which was so sweet and so nice of her. Thank you, Mika! 🩷🌷

Best Seda branch. I've stayed at Manila Bay, BGC, and Makati Residences. Vertis North is the place to go if you really want to relax. The other 3 might be in more central areas for tourist sites and exploration in the Metro, but if you want to unwind and really feel refreshed and reset, Vertis North is the place to be. I've tried all their rooms from Standard to Corner Suite. I've taken my family and fiance'. I've celebrated holidays and birthdays alone or with company. This will always be my go-to hotel.

Rooms were clean and had complete amenities. Food at Misto was good and affordable. John was specifically attentive and went the extra mile in serving our food. Good job Seda!

Overall Impression: We had a pleasant, spontaneous 1-night staycation at Seda after checking out from Solaire. While the ambiance and rooms are naturally different, we were very happy with our unplanned stay. Everything went smoothly, the room view facing Solaire was great, and the pool amenities were excellent. Outstanding Service: A huge shoutout and "Good job" to the front desk lady who assisted us (I believe her name is Rona). We were walk-ins comparing online deals versus direct booking offers, and she was incredibly friendly, accommodating, and helped us find the best option. She made a fantastic first impression! Room Maintenance / Layout Improvement: Just a minor detail regarding the bathroom setup: the design/location of the toilet bowl causes the floor to get wet easily. It would be helpful to provide an extra floor towel to keep the area dry and safe. Service & Communication Issue (Housekeeping/Front Desk): We noticed phone requests were a bit slow, but our main concern was an uncomfortable encounter when requesting an extra blanket. Our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 teens, aged 14 and 15) was fully declared at check-in, and the front desk knew we were fine sharing the large King bed and the long sofa (especially since my husband works graveyard shifts and didn't stay overnight, leaving only 3 of us in the room). When my son called for an extra blanket, he was interrogated over the phone about the guest count. When I took over the call to clarify, the staff member abruptly told me I needed to pay an extra ₱2,500. As frequent staycationers, being cross-examined and suddenly asked for a steep extra charge just for asking for one blanket felt very awkward and unprofessional—especially since our family count was already cleared at the front desk upon walk-in. Conclusion: Despite that awkward phone incident, our other requests (towels, slippers, pillows, utensils) were accommodated well, and we still had a good stay. I hope the team can improve their internal communication so guests aren't made to feel uncomfortable over simple requests.

This is my 3rd time here in Seda Vertis North that’s why i chose here to celebrate my birthday today. the service is always the best. The room is absolutely clean and cozy. The buffet breakfast is the best and the service. And the highlight, Thank you so much to John who assisted us today and when i mentioned that its my bday today he came back with a surpise cake which i really appreciate that simple gestures. & he’s customer service is superb! :)

Seda Hotel has been like a second home to our kids and family through the years. We've been to other branches like Nuvali and Manila Bay. Here at Seda Vertis North, we were treated like a family. We had a great time especially at the breakfast buffet thank you Sir John for assisting us. For the wonderful chef who cooked the vegetarian noodles soup especially for our diet. It was delicious. Thank you. We truly appreciate all the hospitality and warm welcome to your hotel. We will always come home. More power to all the staffs, personnel and management of Seda Vertis North Hotel.

The staff were very friendly.

The smell from the sink and toilet and the seating/ tables for breakfast was always crowded. Like the place was overbooked. Also, there were no refills for certain food options since there were a lot of people during breakfast. Leaves a lot wanting when it comes to value for money.

They broke something inside my bag. I reported it immediately, but they don’t really care about it. They just wish their shift to end.

La cucina filippina, purtroppo è piuttosto scarsa. Troppo ricca, troppo fritta, troppo grassa, troppo bruciata, troppo tutto insieme. L'hotel riflette questa non cultura alimentare. Per mangiare equilibrato, bisogna fare lo slalom, spesso tra piatti che portano nomi noti ma il cui contenuto è completamente alieno dagli originali (vedi "roastbeef" fatto con la pancetta di maiale e stufato in una classica gravy di glutammato, una specie di brasato molto pieno di salsa). Buona la piscina. Spa da migliorare ma di buon livello. Personale molto collaborativo. Buon servizio lavanderia. Ottima palestra. Area ottimamente servita

Il buffet serale messo insieme con i piatti cucinati per la colazione. Verdura fresca inesistente. Frutta ottima ma limitata a tre tipi. La piscina è purtroppo utilizzata essenzialmente come surrogato della spiaggia per famiglie, con pic-nic incluso. Valutate bene i tempi di percorrenza perchè Manila può essere un incubo per il traffico.

Not much room option for families. It’s not too comfortable anymore after adding 1 extra bed. Had a hard time during the check in as 2 of my guests checked in first. They needed an authorisation letter from me but I wasn’t informed ahead of time. Multiple emails of informing them about the situation, but I wasn’t told at all. Not much table for their buffet breakfast in their restaurant, staff will convince you to go to the extension in second floor instead. But food options are limited there.

Staff are friendly and very attentive to the guest’s needs. Mika assisted us in our breakfast at Misto and she was very accommodating esp to my children's needs.

All the staff are very helpful, polite and respectful. This is wonderful to see. Over and beyond this is John (Manager) at MISTO. He was very understanding of the predicament we had and helped us. His staff from the fruit counter and reception were also helpful. Nothing was trouble for them to extend their hospitality.

Seda Vertis’ breakfast buffet is my favorite highlight of my stay, particularly my mom! I love the hot chocolate they drink and the hospitality is superb. This is my 2nd time in half a year staying here. The staff are accommodating and courteous, especially Miss Mika who always refill my favorite choco drink!! She’s so polite, nice and courteous.

I stayed at Seda to both celebrate my birthday and prepare for an exam. A special welcome setup for my birthday would've been a nice add-on, but Seda did not give one. Pam in the club lounge has always been above and beyond in her service.

Unexpectedly nice dining and hotel experience!! The buffet staff are friendly and always greet us good morning. Sir John of Misto was exceptionally helpful and friendly, what a fresh breath of air! It was a pleasing time staying in the hotel that is gift to us during wedding 2 years ago. All people are accommodating always smiling when we are approaching them.

Good comfortable quiet hotel located in Quezon City. The room was comfortable and breakfast had enough of a selection for me. Staff were helpful and professional. The roof top bar was a great way to end the nights. My only dislike was that the traffic trying to go to Manila especially for the nightlife. This hotel was recommended by a friend and as a first timer to the Philippines, I think I would have had a better experience overall had I stayed in Manila itself.
