Reviewed Mar 19, 2026Staff are incredibly warm and welcoming. The room both smells and looks impeccably clean, and the location is conveniently close to everything. Everyone is always ready to help, which makes the stay even more pleasant. The bed is so comfortable, it’s hard to leave it in the morning.
Not really a big deal, but the breakfast venue is a bit small. I expected it might get crowded, so I always come early to avoid the rush. It didn’t really affect my stay, though as I still had a great experience overall.

Reviewed Nov 9, 2025We truly loved the location of the hotel. The gym, and kids play area snd the swimming pool were great. The breakfast buffet was great too.
I am quite particular with cleanliness in the bathroom, specifically in the shower. It is quite e when bathroom grout has not been steamed cleaned or scrubbed. And I noticed that was the case in our room. It was dirty and mouldy. I also didnt like that the room was not vacuumed daily. There were area’s I was waiting to be vacuumed, but it took 2-3 days for this to happen. The aircon in the Patio eating area was also dripping on me whilst having breakfast. This was a huge concern as it could have fallen on my food or in my coffee.

Reviewed Aug 18, 2025It was the best hotel in Quezon with great rates. I loved their shower with rainfall with hand held and another sprout. We liked the delicious breakfast, hardwood flooring, big bed, hot tea and staff.
My son wanted to see the poorer area of Phillipines with great rates and exceptional reviews . He took the train into Makati to meet friend whereas I just stayed at the hotel. There were no tours that can pick us up from Quezon.

Reviewed Aug 2, 2025Facilities are very clean and functioning well. The location is very accessible to any part of metro manila.
I didn't encounter this before but the room service is kinda taking so long. We requested towels, slippers and water but it took them 2hrs or more , which I didn't experience in my first and second stay. The room where I was being assigned for the past 2 recent stays that I had were both located in front of the elevator which I don't like because I can loudly hear some of the people talking outside the room. I hope they put a sign in the elevator area to converse in a much lower tone or voice to give respect to people who are already resting from 9pm onwards.

A lot of outside noise, from the street and Gas station next dore, alot of car noise (racing) all the time, not just in the day, in the evening and in the night (woke me up many times) And have air in the room (could not open a window)

We asked the staff if we can bring 2 breads and 2 slice of cheese upstairs (because our children was not able to join us for breakfast, still knocked down from our late night). I think that is acceptable since it was just a small portion, and the buffet will almost close(it’ nearing 10am) unfortunately, we were not allowed to do that for our children.

Glad they accommodated our last minute request at the resto before they closed. The ramen resto near the hotel was superb.
Nothing much. Just really minor details. The dirty bubbles in the pool and how cold it was. The kids playroom was unkempt.

Since we travel with a toddler, we got a free cot and was loved by our son. Also clean and comfy. It's Akeeva! ✨ Complete amenities inside the room. ++++ points too on their toiletries. We didn't bring any because we expected them, and no regrets! There's also drinking water that is refilled during room service. Staff are 💯 attentive and friendly. Breakfast buffet is good! 😋 Can request for needs like laundry bag and iron& board. 👌 Also, loved that they have pool, kid's play room, spa, and gym! Lastly, the location is superb as there's a lot of resto, stores, and other establishment within the vicinity. Perfect for a family staycation, indeed! ♥

The online site asked for my children's age and I entered it, so I assumed all breakfast was paid for, but when we went to eat breakfast, they charged me for my eldest child (10 yrs old) which confused me.

Staff are always nice and easy to approach. Food was excellent. The room was clean. Reviewed Mar 27, 2025I told staff at 9 am to prepare my extra bed and combine the 2 main beds together. I reminded them twice. When i arrived, they had not done any of the things i said. The bed was comfortable and the toiletries were good, just lacked conditioner. The breakfast was ok. Staff were good at greeting, just not in following instructions.

Reviewed Mar 4, 2025Lovely friendly staff. Good spacious rooms. Well designed and all round a good hotel. I only stayed 2 nights, so u didn't really explore the immediate area. The breakfast buffets were good with a wide selection of foods. I used the gym, which will give you a complete workout. There is a fantastic pool area next to the gym.
I know Manila is famous for traffic snarl ups, but it seemed I was always in a 40-minute taxi ride to get anywhere.
