Reviewed Aug 4, 2026I was able to change room without hassle due to a misunderstanding on the description. Room was spacious and comfortable. Nin was very helpful on reception.
Shower door needed maintenance. Breakfast could do with improving upon.

king size bed was actually two small matresses combined which resulted in mediocre sleep experience

It was hard to find a member of staff as they also worked in the cafe. There was a sewage smell in my room sometimes,coming from the bath room. There was a kettle in your room but no cups to have cup of tea/coffee, just 2 glasses. Also no teabags or coffee.

Reviewed Jan 5, 2026Хороший номер за свои деньги, до волкинг стрит и пирса минут 25 неспешным шагом. Бассейн чистый, кровать удобная, шикарные завтраки включены в стоимость. На второй день нам приготовили ланч боксы с вкуснейшим кофе с собой, так как мы рано выселялись. В целом, все понравилось
Нет видовых номеров, по крайней мере мне так сказали на ресепшн. У нас был забронирован Делюкс с видом на море, а по итогу номер был с видом и выходом к бассейну

离主干道近，阳台玻璃门隔音一般，晚上睡觉交通噪音比较大。

The Bedrooom was very old and needs refurbishing . The shower wasn’t worth using and no hot water to the sink The Bed Mattress was Rock Hard and very uncomfortable.

Reviewed Jan 2, 2025The location is quite good, 7-eleven and laundromat nearby. Beach is a 15 minute walk. Easy to go out to a big road and catch a ride to Pattaya center. Breakfast was quite good for 150 baht.
Terrace doors could be made more secure (I stayed at ground floor). Cleaning is not done properly in some places (like under and behind the safe). Staff is often absent from reception.

Reviewed Feb 16, 2024Spacious triple room, newly renovated, very clean. Family owned hotel, like the atmosphere. Reception was helpful, provided the crutches to me after I had an accident and hurt my foot. Nice pool, but I didn’t have time to enjoy it. Good breakfast.
Room is close to the street, a little bit noisy in the morning.

Reviewed Feb 6, 2024Spacious and comfortable room with modern design and food outlook. The quality of the room is a surprising contrast to the aesthetic of the common areas which are pretty basic. The staff were very helpful and accommodating.
The front desk hours aren’t really aligned to running a property, only starting at 9am. This makes leaving early or going out for a trip a hassle if you need something from them. That said, I did call them and get things sorted.
