The staff were really helpfull with their recommendations and the location is very convenient.

Breakfast was a little disappointing. The self service was fine but then closed not long after we had sat down. Empty milk jug, watered down orange juice. coffee empty, salt and pepper condiments empty. Staff helpful with any requests but when the hotel stay had been so good the breakfast didn’t seem to match.

The quality of breakfast was excellent, but I would have preferred that the continental portion be self-serve rather than ordering off the menu. I wound up wasting food because I couldn't pick and choose the quantity. For example, I received yogurt with both granola and with fruit.

This property is not a proper Hyatt. I would not stay here again. Simply sub par. And the breakfast is something you would get at a Holiday inn off the interstate in Oklahoma... And breakfast bizarrely ends at 9am on a Saturday (which was fine as I had a flight to catch)

Room was spacious and very clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We met a staff member in the car park and she was so helpful. All staff were friendly and helpful and smiling. We were going to a concert in nearby vicar Street. Hotel was very close to the venue. We really enjoyed our stay .

The only thing we could have been unhappy about was they didn't have our favourite drink at the bar. But we had plenty more to choose from.

The best thing about the hotel is its fantastic staff! We also loved the bar and delicious cocktails! We had the Bloody Marys and Penicillins from the new menu…*chef’s kiss*! Loved how the hotel really reflects the area it’s in and the history of the Liberties.

The cooked breakfast could’ve been slightly warmer and the vegan sausages a bit less well done but overall breakfast was fine

The location was extremely convenient for site seeing and accessing from the airport via taxi and picking up our rental car at St Stephen's green. The hotel was able to give us our room early which was a very pleasant surprise.

Das Frühstück entsprach nicht ganz unseren Erwartungen; das kontinentale Buffet hatte eine sehr überschaubare Auswahl, Kaffee und Tee aus Spendern, es fehlten uns z.B. Auswahl an Brotaufstrichen, frisches Gemüse wie Gurken etc.; dagegen war das Frühstück a la Carte zwar lecker, aber unflexibel und es dauerte recht lang

La posizione, praticamente davanti la cattedrale di Saint Patrick, possibilità di comodo parcheggio in struttura, ottimo ristorante per la colazione ma anche per una squisita cena. Camere pulite con tutti i comfort della categoria.

La colazione viene servita in due sale adiacenti, in una solo buffet ma non puoi ordinare alcune cose dal menù, invece nell'altra sala puoi solo ordinare da menù e non beneficiare del buffet.

Die Lage finden wir perfekt. Die Bar ist sehr schön und auch die Lobby ist schön eingerichtet. Die Dusche ist aussergewöhnlich gross. Das Zimmer ist sehr sauber. Die Drinks und das Essen waren sehr fein. Das Personal ist überall sehr nett.

Die Zimmer sind eher altmodisch und es gibt keinen Schrank für die Kleider.

The room felt like it was designed for someone with a wheelchair. There were notable modifications in the bathroom which wasn’t needed. The price was very high for a king deluxe room. Would stay somewhere else when in Dublin next.

Επειδή είχαμε πολύ early check-out λόγω της πτήσης μας και δεν θα προλαβαίναμε το πρωινό, φρόντισαν να μας ετοιμάσουν πρωινό σε take away για το ταξίδι. Μάλιστα, φρόντισαν να υπάρχει και ταξί που θα μας περίμενε. Αυτές οι μικρές λεπτομέρειες κάνουν πραγματικά τη διαφορά και δείχνουν επαγγελματισμό και ενδιαφέρον για τον πελάτη. Άριστα στην εξυπηρέτηση της ρεσεψιόν!

Δυστυχώς, η εμπειρία μας στο πρωινό ήταν εντελώς διαφορετική. Την πρώτη ημέρα, ξέχασαν να μας φέρουν περίπου τα μισά από όσα είχαμε παραγγείλει. Τη δεύτερη ημέρα, άργησαν αρκετά να πάρουν την παραγγελία μας και στη συνέχεια μας ξέχασαν εντελώς για περίπου 40 λεπτά. Το πιο απογοητευτικό, όμως, ήταν ότι ενώ περιμέναμε και βλέπαμε τους πελάτες στα διπλανά τραπέζια να εξυπηρετούνται κανονικά, καλούσαμε το προσωπικό για να ρωτήσουμε τι είχε συμβεί και ουσιαστικά αδιαφόρησαν. Δεν υπήρξε ούτε εξήγηση ούτε ουσιαστική προσπάθεια να διορθωθεί η κατάσταση. Η καθυστέρηση μπορεί να συμβεί σε ένα ξενοδοχείο. Το να ξεχαστεί όμως ένας πελάτης και, όταν ζητά εξηγήσεις, να αντιμετωπίζεται με αδιαφορία, είναι κάτι που δεν θα έπρεπε να συμβαίνει. Είναι πραγματικά κρίμα, γιατί κατά τα άλλα το ξενοδοχείο είναι εξαιρετικό και η εξυπηρέτηση της ρεσεψιόν ήταν υποδειγματική. Θα επέστρεφα σίγουρα, αλλά θεωρώ ότι η εξυπηρέτηση στο πρωινό χρειάζεται άμεση βελτίωση.

Frühstück bescheidenes Angebot warme Speisen musste man im bedienten Teil extra bezahlen obwohl ein satter Preis im Paket inbegriffen war. Immerhin express Buffet noch möglich, aber es rechtfertigt den Preis nicht leider. Sonst sehr zufrieden

Loved the location. Close enough to city center but far enough away. Dublin is a great walking city so it was no issue. Staff was super helpful. No issue with an early check in, held luggage after checkout - which was nice to see was noon. Hotel bar was great, with a local pub next door to the hotel if thats more to your liking.

Accueil d'arrivée très long 30 minutes pour récupérer la chambre avec 4 personnes et une responsable accaparée par un couple avec 2 enfants en bas âge très mal élevés. Cela aurait été bien de s'occuper du couple avant nous ainsi que de nous au lieu de nous ignorer. A noter que le personnel du check out différent était parfait

Had my first stay at the Hyatt centric in Dublin last weekend, I was there on a golf trip with friends, from the minute we arrived it was the perfect stay. Very friendly helpful staff, hotel was so comfortable and clean, food from the breakfast through to the evening meal was fantastic. Location for the hotel couldn’t be better, walking distance to so many attractions in the city centre. Special mention to the manager that we met Jane, she was absolutely top class, making sure we were looked after. Highly recommend this hotel, already planning a trip back with my family. John king

Smashing hotel. Best in Dublin. Spotless, modern, new and the staff are very friendly and can't do enough to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. So close to everywhere and the food was a 10 out of 10 ate there for breakfast and dinner and it couldn't be faulted. Live music on their too in the lounge which was very relaxing and set the tone of the night!!

I recently stayed at the Hyatt Centric Hotel in Dublin and had a fantastic experience again. I'm a frequent guest but it never fails to impress. The hotel is always exceptionally clean and its located close to city centre with plenty of great bars locally within 10 min walk. My room was immaculate, beds are very comfortable, and featured a great modern shower. All the staff are very welcoming and attentive especially Jane who made us feel very welcome and part of the Hyatt family and is always ready with helpful recommendations. I highly recommend staying here if you want a stylish, relaxing hotel for exploring Dublin!

Stayed in the Hyatt hotel last night. Have stayed there on numerous occassions and i must say the standard keeps rising and rising. An incredibly high standard of quality at this hotel. Food, bar, bedrooms all exceptional quality backed up by wonderful staff. A must stay when in Dublin.

The Hyatt Centric was a fabulous hotel. The location was perfect, easy to walk anywhere in the city centre. We also ate there and the food was outstanding and the service was just as good. Staff were excellent throughout the hotel with a special mention to Jane who made sure our stay was perfect!

I've just returned from my fourth stay at the Hyatt Centric The Liberties Dublin, and once again it exceeded all expectations. Every visit seems to be even better than the last, which is why I feel it's worth taking the time to write this review. The hotel is fantastic in every way. The location is perfect for exploring Dublin, the on-site parking is a huge bonus, and the rooms are always spotless, modern, and comfortable. The food is excellent, with plenty of choice, and everything is very reasonably priced. A special mention has to go to Jane, who went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. Her friendliness, professionalism, and willingness to help really stood out and made us feel genuinely welcome. The consistently high standard of service is what keeps bringing us back. I couldn't recommend this hotel highly enough and I'm already looking forward to staying again in the future. Five stars, without hesitation! John Boland

Had a fantastic stay at the Hyatt in Dublin while travelling for a conference. The whole experience was seamless from start to finish, with excellent service and a very welcoming atmosphere. I was even greeted with a handwritten note upon arrival, which was a lovely personal touch. Would definitely recommend and look forward to staying again!

Clean property in a great location - able to walk to all Dublin attractions. The service was impeccable. We were able to secure connecting rooms prior to arrival. All Globalist benefits were upheld - early check-in, breakfast, late check-out. All staff were very friendly and helpful. We would not hesitate to return to this property the next time we're in Dublin.

My room was facing a quiet neighbourhood and it had amazing mattress and pillows.

Staff at reception wasn’t well trained. They didn’t know how to generate a company invoice. We had two rooms booked under my name and both were missing slippers and other necessities.

Wow wow wow What a weekend I had with friends in Dublin… stayed in Hyatt Centric and it was simply unreal… from the moment we walked in the door and are greeted by manager Jane who could not have looked after us any better…. We had food in restaurant and its was simply delicious… Could not recommend this hotel enough to anyone who wants 5 star experience and the location is second to none… I will be back!

The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. It was a great location for getting around the city. I recommend trying the high tea option in the restaurant. It was a lovely experience.

This was my second stay at the Hyatt Centric Dublin. It is a wonderful hotel -- clean and comfortable with good beds and roomy showers, great food, a busy but responsive staff, fun bar with music, interesting neighborhood with easy access (via foot, taxi, bus) to the whole city. Most of the major tourist sites are a 10-15 walk, mostly flat with some gentle rise. The Liberties, however, is a fascinating area of the city, somewhat less touristy than the main visitor locations. It was once a working class neighborhood (and there are still many small streets where locals live -- and probably have for generations) mostly related to the whiskey distilleries that were once there. It sits at the edge of the Cathedral district by St Patrick's Park (lovely) and is close to the new boutique distilleries. The crowds are less, maker this urban location quieter than one might expect. There are florists and antique dealers, small family businesses, and local restaurants and pubs. Don't look for the big name shops or major tourist spots here -- you won't find much in that way (the cathedrals and distilleries are first-rate attractions). But you'll discover a sense of an old, proud neighborhood with heart and history to share. Hyatt in the Liberties is such a comfortable place that it fits right into that vibe. You don't get the "bling" of some other Hyatt European hotel properties. But you get way more genuine welcome and warmth. Like me, you'll look forward to coming back. This hotel is a treasure in the Hyatt portfolio.

We had dinner and drinks in the hotel bar and we had a great server by the name of Roisin. She was very personable and friendly. She was attentive to our needs and answered all our questions. It was a delightful experience.

Breakfast was okay. We booked this place as a one night stay between taking the train in, and flying out the next day, so we didn't really need it to be central. It's very American- lots of elevators, bus friendly, spacious, lots of tour groups. But if you want something more central or more authentically Irish, this isn't it.

Excellent hotel, very centric. Transportation was accessible for any type you choose, from city buses, tram, hop-on-hop off buses, taxis, or walking to many pubs and restaurants. Highly recommend this hotel
