Lage nahe an U-Bahn-Station und noch näher an Bushaltestellen. Ausgezeichnetes, abwechslungsreiches Frühstücksbufett. 4 Aufzüge bei 12 Etagen waren sehr ok.

Die Preise (z.B. für Mineralwasser) an der Hotelbar im Erdgeschoss war schon recht hoch. Da empfiehlt sich der Kauf bei dem Kiosk-Laden 200m weiter.

It's in a quiet location which I liked. It's not exactly in the city center but still very accessible with public transport. Earls Court Underground, and West Brompton overground is just around the corner. There are plenty of stores and restaurants in the area. The ambience the reception area is great, quite modern. The rooms are clean and there's air-conditioning which is a must during the warmer days of the year.

This was our second time staying at this hotel, and it’s definitely going to be our go-to spot whenever we travel to London in the future. The hotel is located in a really cozy area with super easy transport links to everything, like the airports and Wimbledon. The breakfast has a huge selection and is delicious. And the staff are really friendly.

Nice location. Close to the tube and in the cozy neighbourhood. Breakfast was superb. The room is quite small but you have everything you need and the room is newly refurbished, so feels fresh. We also booked for a relatively low price, which was also an advantage. Of it had cost significantly more, I would probably be a bit disappointed.

The bathroom is super small, every centimetre is used, but it could be a slightly bigger still. The staff at the reception were a bit slow, especially during the ‘busy’ check in hours.

The reception team were very friendly and always happy to assist with any queries. The room and bed were clean, comfortable, and quiet & perfect for a restful stay. The neighborhood felt welcoming and is conveniently close to the West Brompton Tube station. I will definitely return to this hotel in the future

The lobby area

The room had a bad smell and it would not go away. The third sofa bed that they used for the third person was very uncomfortable. The cleaning was horrible. We even found stuff from the previous people in the room. They had a remote control for the TV including NETFLIX which did not work.

Close to tube station and empress theatre for come alive show. Two nice pubs nearby too. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice bar. Comfy rooms and bed.

Being put in a disabled room

My Wife and I stayed here last night as we had a show at the Empress. This hotel is in a perfect location. Short walking distance to the bars, restaurants and the Empress. First impression was good, clean and very modern. Our room was spotless and very comfortable. The only thing that was disappointing was that there was a major leak opposite our room. We got back to the hotel to have a drink in the bar but was told we had to take our drink and sit in reception as the water had got into the bar from the 3rd floor. This was completely out of the hotels hands so it was not their fault, just one of those things. We would absolutely return to this hotel as the area was great and as I said, location was perfect!

L'emplacement, car il faut environ 25 à 30 minutes avec la ligne de métro à West Brompton pour rejoindre le vrai centre de Londres. Mais bon, ça participebaussi à la découverte !

Although there are coffee sachets in the room and tea, I wish they keep the coffee maker available 24/7 so we can still enjoy it after hours.

The hotel was beautiful when you walked in, looked very posh which you would expect for £160 a night.

The bedroom was tiny, it didn't even have a small seating area. We were put in disabled accommodation which i didn't ask for but I have no idea how a wheelchair user would of moved round as there was absolutely no room.

Style of room and shower room modern and clean. Beds very firm and comfortable. Liked wooden flooring much more hygienic than carpet. Breakfast was good quality. Spaced out tables good and being able to choose where you sit is good.I liked that you didn’t have to book a time for breakfast. This made our morning more relaxed. All staff polite and friendly acknowledgement.

No main light in main area of bedroom, just bedside lamps. Need option of a ceiling light to use.

Camera ampia e sempre pulita. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Staff cortese e disponibile a venire incontro a ogni richiesta: abbiamo avuto un piccolo problema con l'aria condizionata e il loro intervento è stato tempestivo. Posizione eccellente: a pochi metri dalle linee District e Piccadilly e nelle vicinanze supermercati e ristoranti di ogni genere e per ogni palato.

It was great value for money and everything was clean and modern. Staff were helpful and able to store baggage etc.

The rooms were really small, and having travelled with a baby who needs a cot there was barely any room. The cot needed positioned under the room’s fan too which made him really cold at night. There was also only one small pillow per person which was surprising for a hotel, and the fan didn’t work in the bathroom meaning there was a lot of moisture in the room in an already v.humid city!

Location is excellent. I asked for connected rooms because my two kids were with me and my wife, and the hotel gave us connected rooms. A/C was more than enough to sleep comfortably at night, and we couple of hot days. Cheap shops and delicious Middle Eastern restaurants are around the corner. Overall, best value for money, I would stay there again if I visit London.

It is next to metro station , room equipped with AC , close to restaurants and glossary stores .

Might they need to add small fridge in the room , bags storage room that let Customers to keep their bags if possible .

We specifically booked a hotel with Air conditioning due to the heat wave - and then our rooms air conditioning did not work - advise in the am came home late pm to a fan set up in the room - not impressed

Just had a couple of nights there with our extremely lively 5-year-old granddaughter. The staff in general could not have been more welcoming towards her, but would like to particularly mention Ayesha in the restaurant who was so kind to her. The food in the restaurant was also good. The hotel is very attractive throughout. The bedroom was compact and the bathroom was a little too small but the room was comfortable, clean and very attractively decorated and furnished. Just five minutes walk to West Brompton tube station was an added bonus. We would definitely pay a return visit mostly because of the wonderful staff team.

Our stay at Ibis Earls Court hotel exceeded our expectations. Every member of the staff was friendly, kind and attentive, and always willing to help! Accomodated our request for interconnecting rooms and late checkout.Special thanks to Rahul and Adams. Rooms are modern and comfortable, though a mini fridge is missing. The restaurant was another highlight of our stay. The food at Barnaby's restaurant is delicious (we had lunch 4 times throughout our 6 day stay)! Overall, this hotel offers hospitality, excellent facilities, outstanding service and it is affordable!

Lovely hotel. Good location, for West London in particular. Near a tube station. Super polite and helpful staff. Delicious pizza on Bar Menu. Great breakfast with lots of choices to eat and drink. Nice room and lovely bathroom. Good shower. All in all a very nice hotel.

The only thing that caused me a little problem, , which is not uncommon with other hotels, is big, too high/thick pillows. Bed was comfortable, but for myself personally, pillows not comfortable.

AC issues each day kept saying it was fixed and then was coming into a wet room, some of the staff were friendly and was concerned but some other staff didnt seem to be bothered about the situation

كانت الخدمة ممتازة اول ما نقولهم على شي يتصرفوا والفطور كويس الهاشبراون اكتر شي عجبني، عندهم مكاين قهوة في مكان الفطور، االغرف عموما نظيفة، احنا اخدنا الغرف في الدور السادس ، مافيها تيليفون ولا مكوى، لكن لمن سألنا قالولنا في غرفة كوي. قبل سنتين اخدنا في الدور 8 كانت افخم واريح، سألناهم اذا نبغى نغير للدور ال8 قالولنا تدفعوا 30 باوند لليلة

ريحة الحمام كانت مزعجة، والمكيف كان خربان في غرفتنا بس ما كلمناهم، لو كلمناهم كان صلحوه، في غرفة امي وابويا كان المكيف ممتاز. لمن يدخلوا ينظفوا بس يرتبوا السرير، ما يشيلوا المناديل وتنظيفهم مو تمام المناشف اللي كانت في الحمام كان عليها بقع ، فما استعملناها

Rispetto a tante strutture della capitale, questa gode di camere ampie, luminose, silenziose, letti comodissimi, e pulizia giornaliera. Pur non avendo scelto la colazione inclusa, abbiamo usufruito del servizio caffetteria, che abbiamo trovato sempre aperto, fino a tarda sera, con prodotti di ottima qualità. L'hotel, inoltre, è situato in posizione che può inizialmente apparire decentrata, ma collegata perfettamente con metro, bus, e treni. Attorno alla struttura ci sono tantissimi locali, supermercati, e negozi di vario genere, che rendono la zona viva e dinamica.

The room was quite big and the bed large and comfortable. The breakfast was very good.

The room that I was given was N244. It's on the 2nd floor, next to the service lift and faces the back yard. I could hear noises from the lift, the HVAC outside units that were located in the back yard and pigeons who were cooing. So, I didn't sleep well because of all these noises.

Świetny, odnowiony hotel. Jak na Londyn to wielkość pokoi i wystrój całego hotelu na prawdę super. Za tą cenę coś bliżej centrum wyglądałaby tragicznie. blisko metra. Nowoczesne wnętrza. Dobre śniadania. Godny polecenia. Dobre, ciche okna (muszą być polskie :-). Niespotykane w starszych hotelach w centrum, nawet tych o wiele droższych.

czasami nieprzyjemny zapach z kanalizacji łazienkowej. No i mimo iż w Bookingu rejestrowałem się jako gość 3 + 1 co hotel bez problemu uwzględnił a nawet chciał mi dać trójkę bez dostawki tylko pełne łóżka to jednak system Booking nie zapłacił za moje śniadania i mimo iż fizycznie byliśmy w 4 osoby i mieliśmy pełne 4 łóżka + dostawkę (bo chcieliśmy spać 3+1) to mieliśmy 3 śniadania.... ale to wina Bookingu a nie hotelu

Although advertised as only circa 15 m² there is any place for one suitcase on a stand otherwise the other has to be on the floor somewhere but otherwise the room was fine

Ho soggiornato di recente presso questo Ibis e sono rimasto davvero colpito. La struttura è nuovissima e si vede in ogni dettaglio. L’ingresso è grandissimo, molto accogliente, e dispone di un bar dove preparano un ottimo caffè: è stato un piacere iniziare la giornata lì. Il personale è stato estremamente gentile e disponibile durante tutto il soggiorno. La camera era spaziosa, moderna e chiaramente ristrutturata di recente: pulita, confortevole e con uno stile davvero curato. Consigliatissimo!

My experience was extremely unpleasant. Some members of staff treated me coldly and disrespectfully, looking me up and down and making me feel judged and humiliated.

The staff are amazing, especially Elizabeth who was so kind and friendly from the get go. The hotel rooms are so spacious and the aircon was an absolute winner especially escaping the London heat. Location wise is 10/10, within 3min walking distance of underground and 10min walk to Piccadilly line.

The sheets were dirty can jam on them under the pillow very bizarre. Corridors were noisy the aircon wasn’t strong enough to make it past the bathroom

Struttura moderna e pulita, in una buona zona, a 5 minuti a piedi dalla fermata “West Brompton” della metropolitana District. Accoglienza cordiale e disponibile. Sala colazioni stupenda e con un’ampia offerta internazionale. Letto comodissimo; spazi sufficienti per soggiorni entro la settimana e finestre insonorizzate.

Qualche difficoltà iniziale nella gestione (non immediata!) della climatizzazione che ha richiesto l’aiuto del personale della reception che poi ha risolto.
