I absolutely love the layout of this property. Living room area and separate sleeping area just like a small apartment. Very quiet, very clean, great breakfast, and social hour drinks.

What I don’t like about this property is the paying for parking. They have you pay to park in the garage and it very tight not to mention trash thrown on the ground and people sitting in their vehicles smoking dope.

Nice setting. Good room size, welcome drink and snacks, good breakfast. AC was cold.

Pool too small, furniture somewhat old and outdated.

Good location for UCI visit. Lots of restaurants near by. Easy drive to near by beaches. Room was clean and comfortable. Our room had fridge and microwave. Free breakfast was great. The usual stuff plus an egg station. Overall good value for what you’re paying.

Close to airport, what we were looking for. Helpful staff. Food options ok at Vibrante. Very clean and neat.

Airport shuttle starts at 6am. For any earlier trip to airport, we need to organize transport ourselves, not what we expected.

What an experience! Our stay was completely made by this sweet girl we met in the lobby area / restaurant, Haley. She was nice, informative, and accommodating throughout our entire stay! Thank you again Haley, until next time :)

I am a Lifetime Diamond with Hilton and this place is absolutely horrible. It’s filthy for starters. Dried food and beverages on 2 tables. Carpets are not vacuumed. Rubber glove fragments in the bed. Towels were dirty. You must leave the hot water on for 30 minutes (instructions from the front desk) before you get hot water. It reeks of cigarette smoke. The air conditioning is not turned on and they (evening mgr) said they won’t turn it on. “Open the balcony” doors only to be deafened by the highway out front. Balcony filthy of cigarette/cigar butts. Lamp and outlet does not work. This is by far the absolute worst Embassy Suites I’ve ever stayed in. You have been warned. You WILL be disappointed. I wish I would have read the reviews before staying here.

We continue our loyalty to embassy suites hotel by staying here in Irvine. The location was fantastic. It was very quiet in the hotel. We absolutely love the modern decor and two room set up here. The breakfast included did not disappoint with made to order omelettes, pastries, juices, and coffee. We think it was an extremely good value for what we got. We definitely will return to this location.

Had a great stay at this property. Spoke with Haley about the great promotions going on with Hilton with even better prices. If you’re planning on going anywhere this is the way to do it! The hotel was comfortable and the staff at the front and restaurant were great as well. Highly recommend this hotel

We booked more than 60 guest rooms through an assigned travel company, and unfortunately our experience with the sales department fell well below expectations. Throughout the planning process, multiple commitments regarding our meeting space were changed, requiring us to repeatedly adjust our team's plans. The two complimentary guest rooms that were ultimately provided for our team meetings and competition preparation were later scheduled to be taken away with less than two hours' notice based on the incorrect assumption that they were not being used. I had to make a phone call and send email explaining why the rooms were essential before the decision was reversed and we were allowed to keep them. This situation created unnecessary stress at a time when our focus should have been on supporting our athletes. We were also very concerned to learn that staff had entered or inspected our guest rooms without notifying us and concluded they were vacant, despite our team actively using them throughout the competition. Another concern involved the handling of confidential documents. The sales department emailed me a signed cake waiver, but the document contained another customer's name and signature instead of ours. Receiving another guest's signed document raises serious concerns about the handling of confidential guest information and internal processes. I do want to recognize the Food & Beverage team for providing excellent service. Despite receiving our request with only about two hours' notice, they graciously accommodated an earlier dinner start time and were professional, responsive, and helpful. Their willingness to assist helped make our team event successful and was greatly appreciated. Unfortunately, despite my efforts to resolve these concerns before our departure, I never received a follow-up from the General Manager after missing his call. I left both a voicemail and an email requesting the opportunity to discuss these issues and reach a resolution prior to checking out, but my messages went unanswered. I was disappointed that no attempt was made to contact me, especially given the seriousness of the concerns and the size of our group's stay. A timely response and willingness to address the situation would have demonstrated a commitment to guest satisfaction and service recovery. Overall, while we appreciated the outstanding service provided by the Food & Beverage team, our experience with the sales department and the lack of follow-up from hotel management created significant disruption and unnecessary stress throughout our stay. Given the size of our group and the amount of business we brought to the hotel, we expected a much higher level of communication, professionalism, accountability, and follow-through.

This property was great! I enjoyed the happy hour and enjoyed talking to Haley with Hilton Vacations about the promotions going on with Hilton! Highly recommend this hotel to anyone coming to this area for the happy hour and free drinks but also great vacation deals!

I really liked the size of the room and bathroom. It was fairly clean and the staff was very friendly.

I didn't like that the omelet station opened late. I think it should open at the same time as breakfast does. I also did not like that the hallways had trash and plates left out and housekeeping did not pick it up. I left my room in the morning, and some rooms would leave their plates and forks outside their door and when I returned in the evening the items and trash was still there, but our rooms were cleaned.

The suite was spacious and clean. The bed was really comfy. We always travel with our own down pillows because a lot of hotels have uncomfortable overstuffed pillows. Not this one. The pillows were so comfy that I had to look and find the tag to see if I could find them online.

The shower gel smells like crushed pine needles. Horrible! The setup with the inside windows and black “scaffolding” ceiling gives the hotel a Death Star vibe.

I travel extensively for business and find this to be one of the most comfortable hotels to stay in. The front desk is friendly and helpful, you can count on daily housekeeping service and the dining options are a big plus for the business traveler. I especially like the room layouts for the 2 bedroom suite. 5/5 highly recommend.

Hotel is located in a nice location. Rooms are old but has been maintained well. Breakfast is good enough. Staff in the front office are efficient and friendly. Jasmine on the lobby was quite helpful and was able to share some local area information. Conference room rented for our work is not uptown the latest level of technology and lighting and ambience can be really improved

I recently stayed at Embassy Suites by Hilton Irvine. and had a wonderful experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and very well organized. The staff were professional, welcoming, and always ready to help. A special thank you to Jasmine from the sales team, who was absolutely outstanding throughout the experience. She was professional, attentive, and incredibly helpful from start to finish. Her excellent communication, warm attitude, and dedication to customer satisfaction truly made a difference and reflected the high standard of hospitality at the hotel.

I liked the omelet.

The sink in our room was not draining down. The ac unit in our room did not have air coming through to the bedroom. For the price we paid we were expecting a clean pool and jacuzzi. Very disappointed that all it had was a pool and it was not maintenance. The water looked dirty, towels were everywhere, people's left over food was all over the seats, and again no jacuzzi for the size of this hotel and price was a disappointing. The breakfast lines were horrible and had no structure as to where the lines should go. The omelet lines were ridiculously long. People should get what they paid for not turned down because staff wants to make sure they close breakfast down before 9am. Kids were running around everywhere and the breakfast food always ran out. There were not enough seats and people had to wait to sit and eat.

Great value. Breakfast was worth the price. Evening reception was a nice added feature.

We asked for towels and an extra pillow on two different nights and never received either. It was a very busy weekend for the hotel but we ended up not getting things we asked for multiple times.

Breakfast was included and pretty good. Hotel was clean. Staff went above and beyond, we accidentally left items behind and they were extremely helpful and accommodating. Also, the room was quite large.

Design of the hotel is a bit dated, but it was fine.

Old, lumpy mattress gave me an extremely sore back. Have never slept on such a horrible mattress. Also, TV situated on opposite side of room. When in bed one has to twist head all the way to the left to watch TV. Also found print over toilet disturbing. ( Photo attached)

I was in town to celebrate my graduation. Joshua was at the front desk and greeted us warmly. We arrived after 10 PM and he gave us a bag with water and snacks, which was very nice. The next morning,we ate breakfast. Liliana was at the omelette station and was polite and cooked our omelettes. It was delicious. Val worked in the food area and gave my friend extra syrup and helped us out. Finally, we met Jasmin, a Hilton Grand vacation representative. She helped me purchase a getaway package. Jasmin was extremely helpful and very kind, and we I enjoyed talking with her. We wished we could have stayed longer! I highly recommend this hotel. The food, service and hospitality were excellent.

Jasmine was very professional in her presentation of packages offered. She was not pushy at all. Very knowledgeable about her packages. Been unfortunately nothing worked with our schedule at this time at this time.

The quality of the room is very high.

The electrix socket is the American one. For international traveller there is an option in the lamp but I noticed it very late. Mw phone battery died when I arrive so the very first night waa not peaceful for me.

Staff was fast and friendly. Hotel was quiet and clean. What more can a business traveler ask?

It’s truly a beautiful place. It was clean and nice. Had a bar and restaurant in the middle.

You can tell it’s an older property and does have signs of wear and tear, but they have been good about keeping it up. Was a little let down by the evening snacks choices, but hey it’s no extra money and the free drinks are nice.

The timeshare guy didn’t even let us take a bite out of our food when he approached us. Normally I don’t mind them, but at least let us eat our meal before trying to pitch to us.

I always enjoy staying here whenever I travel to Irvine. Its location is incredibly convenient, just minutes from SNA, which makes arrivals and departures stress-free. What truly stands out is the staff — consistently friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help, which makes the experience feel warm and personalized. A special thanks to Arya, who kindly explained an excellent package in detail — his professionalism and friendliness really made a difference. The hotel itself maintains the high standards you’d expect from Embassy Suites: spacious rooms, clean facilities, and a very comfortable atmosphere. The food is delicious, and I especially appreciate the quality of the coffee — rich and flavorful. There’s also a great variety of teas available, which is a nice touch. One of my favorite parts of the stay is the complimentary evening reception. The snacks and drinks create a very relaxing environment, perfect for unwinding after a long day. Overall, it’s a reliable, comfortable, and enjoyable place to stay. I definitely recommend it and will continue choosing it whenever I’m in Irvine.

Clean and functional but barely. The bed was worn out, saggy but hard. Room was clean but stained carpets and curtains just felt shabby. The franchisee or whomever owns this property needs to invest. Breakfast was inedible and pointless. The property itself is tired and dated. Rooms are gloomy. WiFi was pay only for anything beyond dial up. In 2026. Surreal. Won’t make this mistake again.

I am a Hilton Diamond Member. Embassy Suites are our favourite brand. This one was among the best that we have stayed at. Nice greeting at check-in, clean, comfortable and quiet room, good breakfast. Can’t fault the place.

This Hilton location is gorgeous! The staff has been wonderful! Katrina checked me in and was very informative and friendly. The rooms are super comfortable and the breakfast selection is exceptional. One of my favorite encounters was meeting Arya. He was very pleasant and introduced me to some wonderful Hilton travel packages! Thank you Hilton for an enjoyable, relaxing, and refreshing experience!

The property did amazing in compensating for our AC not working by moving us rooms. The property was very clean.

This hotel is fantastic! The customer service is exceptional, especially Gaby, who went above and beyond to assist us during a challenging start to our day. Gaby was incredibly friendly and helpful, securing us a room at a great rate. The hotel offers a range of excellent amenities, including complimentary breakfast, clean rooms, an indoor pool, a convenient shuttle service, and a well-equipped fitness center. My family stayed there recently in room 514. My wife opened up the blue wool blanket from the closet and placed it on the couch. It wasn’t until the last morning that she had detected a bug crawling on the blanket section that was over the right arm armrest. She had killed the bug, we kept it, and I notified the front desk at checkout. I informed them that I would be getting this bug tested. Once home, I started up an email conversation with Jacqueline Maldonado, operations mgr, and Evan Smith, front office manager. I reported said incident, and I informed them that I would be notifying the Orange County Department of Public Health. Additionally, I informed them I’d have the bug tested. Long story short, the report came back as a confirmed bedbug. In further follow up conversations, Jacqueline informed me they had their independent pest control company inspect the room, but did not detect any evidence of an infestation, and the company performed some spot treating. The OC DPH representative had gone in and inspected, but did not find anything. To all the guests who do choose to say, if there is such an incident, resist the urge to inform the front desk / hotel management. First and foremost, inform the Department of Public Health Orange County 714-433-6000, or you could file electronically here and upload pictures https://ochealthinfo.com/services-programs/environmental-health/report-issue-or-contact-us. Let them inspect first to confirm the findings. This way the hotel doesn’t go in, treat, and destroy evidence. Let OC DPH find evidence so that this hotel will be penalized accordingly and held accountable. Or, better tip, avoid all this, and stay elsewhere.

Whenever we stay in Irvine, we always choose this property. Great staff, great rooms. Arya is very welcoming. My family will definitely be back!

This was our fifth time staying here and we always have a great experience. The breakfast is really good and the location works perfectly for what we need. The staff are all super friendly, especially Arya. We had a nice chat with him and he was very kind and welcoming (and always looks sharp!). Definitely one of our favorite places to stay.
