Excellent position, clean but very small room and the shower was super tiny. No cleaning or redoing the room. Very good breakfast buffet style.

Small and dated room with an even smaller bathroom. Parking is very expensive with cheaper options nearby.

Windows not sealed well so could hear everything loud and clear from outside. Elevator did not work during busy time. They do not accept cash payments even though their registration card specifically said they do. Manager was notified and will be updating the cash policy to reflect that they do not take cash.

Struttura con personale accogliente e gentile.

Camera e hotel molto molto vecchi e puzzano di muffa, pulizia della camera avviene solo a fine soggiorno. Colazione pessima con pochissima scelta. Solo un’ascensore in tutto l’hotel e ci vuole 15 minuti per prenderlo negli orari di punta.

Location was great for Union Square and the trolley car.

The Room was comfortable but it was described as a King Deluxe. It was quite a small room and I would not describe it as Deluxe. The bed was comfortable and clean. No automatic clean towels each day. We did request clean towels but they did not arrive. It was not a problem. Breakfast on the first day was very average. Paper plates, cups and plastic cutlery. Second day breakfast was much better. Still at the paper plates etc. Not very classy.

I had a wonderful experience at Executive Hotel Vintage Court. The hotel is welcoming, comfortable, and very well located, and the overall service made my stay even better. I especially want to highlight Punya at the front desk. He was incredibly kind, professional, efficient, and genuinely helpful. He went out of his way to assist me with everything I needed and handled everything quickly and smoothly. His friendly attitude and willingness to help made a huge difference and made me feel very welcome from the moment I arrived. Excellent customer service and a great experience overall. I would definitely recommend Executive Hotel Vintage Court, and a special thank you to Punya for making my stay so pleasant!

The employee Vicent Urbain was very kind on my last day at the hotel.

They handed over my two rooms 46 minutes late. I think he was a supervisor. He told me he couldn't hand over the room because, apparently, it didn't match my ID—even though I had my purchase receipt. and then he told me my room wasn't ready. And then he told me they couldn't store my bags, even though other guests were storing theirs in the storage room. And supposedly they were two double beds; they looked like single beds. and didn't give me the parking ticket required to enter and exit with the vehicle without paying extra. If I were to arrive an hour early to check in, it would cost $30 plus tax. But what happens if the hotel room isn't ready for me until 46 minutes late? Would I get a refund of more than $30 x2? Because that would only be fair. My check-in was supposed to be at 3 PM.

L’emplacement, le confort de la literie et le calme. Hôtel très agréable. Petit déjeuner correct. Feu de cheminée dans le hall d’entrée particulièrement appréciable avec le froid qu’il fait à l’extérieur.

First room smelled like a mixture of cleaner and poop. They transferred us rooms and an hour later rebooked it. We realized the next morning that we left one of our cases in the room and they told us housekeeping didn’t see anything but we knew it was in there. I doubt house leaning cleaned a poop smell and the room and rebooked it in under an hour. Till is till night time 5-6pm to finally get our stuff back cause the person in the room saw the case and allowed housekeeping to grab it for us. The entire day was so stressful for us

The location was nice, close from Chinatown, walking distance to stores.

The room and facilities felt old and in need of better maintenance. The room was quite small, and the old AC unit was extremely noisy. We had to turn it off, but unfortunately, we could still hear the AC from the neighboring room. The breakfast was mediocre, and the food station was messy and poorly maintained. The overall atmosphere was depressing and uninviting. But it was complimentary. The staff were not particularly friendly or helpful. The room itself was poorly decorated and lacked any warmth or comfort.

Good position to visit San Francisco, spacious breakfast room, room was clean. The digital check in is a good idea, fast and simple.

I had an excellent stay at Executive Hotel Vintage Court in San Francisco. The location was very convenient, the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. A special thank you to Punya for being so kind, helpful, and accommodating. Punya provided excellent customer service and made my stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Su ubicación, la atención del personal fue buena y la variedad del desayuno.

No fue algo que no me gustó pero puede mejorar el baño de la habitación, es de cortina y se ve que la tina es anticuada. Ese sistema de "Checkin online" me pareció un poco ilógico que si reservé 3 habitaciones bajo la misma reserva debo pagarlas una por una en vez de un solo pago por todo.

Le petit déjeuner est bon Je tiens aussi à remercier Punya au front office qui nous a beaucoup aidé car nous avions oublié nos passeports à l’hôtel et il nous a permis de les envoyer et de le récupérer plus loin dans notre voyage. Personale super gentile e disponibile ci hanno fatto sentire a casa e colazione semplice ma buona. La camera non male un po datata ma ok per due notti ci hanno fatto trovare anche una sorpresa per la nostra luna di miele

Il fatto che il servizio in camera viene fatto solo dal 7 giorno che si alloggia in albergo altrimenti pagando 40$ viene eseguito. Siamo rimasti un po sorpresi però almeno su richiesta cambiano il cestino e portano nuovi asciugamani

I had a great experience at Executive Hotel Vintage Court! The location is excellent, just a short walk from Union Square, which made it very easy to explore San Francisco and get around the city. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, and I especially want to mention Punya at the front desk. He was amazing — extremely kind, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay. He made us feel very welcome and was always happy to help whenever we needed anything. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable place with a great location in San Francisco.

He was incredibly kind and helpful throughout my stay and was happy to chat and make me feel comfortable. He even offered to carry my luggage outside and helped me with receiving a few deliveries. The only hotel that was willing to accommodate our cat, who moved with us to San Francisco. The hotel staff were absolutely wonderful, especially Punya, who helped us a lot. He was very kind, responsive, and always happy to help with our questions and requests. The hotel’s location is excellent, very close to many different areas and attractions.

The rooms are a bit small and not very well designed. The breakfast could also use some improvement, especially the eggs, which were never fully cooked.

Le petit déjeuner ne varie pas souvent, la douche très très décevante, ça gicle partout, les plaintes de la salle de bain sont mortes , il n’y a pas de vmc dans la salle de bain pour évacuer l’humidité donc résultat la chambre est toujours humide. Et sur le site c’est marqué parking , cela est faut ! Il vous propose d’aller dans un parking plus loing et de payer 50$ fois par jour ! En plus

They changed my room for me

The room was very dated, old and rundown, chips on the doorframes, bathroom patched up. It was not as the pictures on the website. The room was very dark with a window no view, a view of a wall and the aircon was so loud. There was also another noise that might have been the aircon of the adjoining rooms. I hadn't experienced American hotels before and was shocked that breakfast was served on plastic plates with plastic cutlery. Generally the staff fluctuated between helpful and pleasant to completely un helpful and with no knowledge and common sense or sense of service. I asked to move rooms to a room with more natural light - which they did - great. I unfortunately left my passport in my previous room. It took 3 hr of conversation with the staff to get it back. They were so unhelpful and refused to contact the people in the room to see if they could check to see if it was there. This was my passport!!!!! The rooms where rundown and old and the service was poor for the my expectation of the price I paid.

The location

The furniture where all worn out the building is quite old and rundown. It’s close to a teardown. The breakfast was just bare minimum. The room service was not available. They charge $40 for regular room service that every hotel does free of charge if we asked for it and they charge $22 room service where there was no room service. There was a note saying that they cleaned the rooms once a week.

Location was centralized near Union Square! Lots of shopping, restaurants, public transportation, Staff was super nice, professional, and very attentive to our needs. Breakfast buffet was very nice. Selections available on daily basis was great variety. Room was wonderful. Bed & pillows were very comfortable. Would highly recommend to family & friends, won't be disappointed.
