We used the sofa bed and asked the staff twice to provide extra bedding. However, when they brought it, they didn’t make up the sofa bed. They simply left the bedding on the sofa.

The room was really big, clean, well located in the middle of downtown. Is a walking distance to the 16th street.

the only thing is that due the size of the room the TV was really far away and the screen light is really dark so I couldn't hear nor see really well

I loved the size of the room. We did not eat breakfast there. But the location was great for all our planned events. Front desk staff was fabulous.

Hotel had a cute aesthetic and set up on the inside. The bed was comfortable and there were many places to plug things in.

The room was not entirely clean, there was a broken glue on toe nail on the floor. The shower/bad did not work properly on the faucet and the drain plug didn’t stay up. Parking was a slight inconvenience to get in/out and the area felt really unsafe at night.

Location was wonderful; it was a reasonable walk to neighborhoods, the Capital, museums, shopping, and restaurants of all kinds. We didn't feel like not having a car was ever an issue.

For the price, the bed was uncomfortable. The front desk receptionist was rude. $5 for a small bag of M&Ms. The bathroom floor and tub were dirty. And the balcony was rusted and just not in good shape. I could have and should have paid for a cheaper hotel. They ST least include breakfast. Place was a bit more pricey and you get nothing included. To me, not worth the price.

There was dog hair all over the floor, we saw bugs in the sink and mold in the shower. The pavers around the pool were loose and a bad tripping hazard. There was construction right next door we were not made aware of before the stay and was very loud first thing in the morning. We went to the restaurant and the waiter spilled our drinks everywhere and I took 2 hours to get a pizza.

Everything was super nice and approachable. We had a great time. Staff super friendly and other patrons friendly which told me they were having a good time

Got a super price for a suite with a balcony. Plus, you get a free drink (wine, beer, hard liquor or soft drinks) for every night you stay at the hotel. Location was decent enough with some walking involved. From the airport you can take the train to Union Station and then the free bus to either Tremont/16th or Court/16th and walk 4-5 blocks to reach the hotel.

Not many options to eat around the hotel as it is a business area so all are closed during the weekend. There is a Subway, a few Starbucks, and a 7-Eleven within a few blocks but, for the rest, you can go back to 16th St to find other options. The hotel has a restaurant but nothing enticed me to eat there. Minor details inside the room that other major chains will not overlook... a) shower knob was not working so I informed the staff at 5:30 AM, the person at the reception came up with me and "fixed" by tightening it with his finger. Nobody checked afterwards, so had to tighten it myself a few times during my stay so the water can come out. b) the last two days, I will turn off the A/C in the bedroom only for it to turn itself back on after 6-7 hours... but set at a balmy 85°F! The A/C in the living room worked well. c) missing curtain on the living room d) some hair and stains from previous guests on the linens/towels e) I specifically asked for no housekeeping as I don't need my bed being made or the towels changed every day. I asked the reception to write that I would only need housekeeping to pick my trash and change towels every 2 days or so. It seems the message got mixed up as nobody came to even pick up the trash and my mother and I had to chase down someone in our floor to get the things we wanted done. f) finally, I asked one particular staff member at the reception (forgot his name) for recommendations to eat and ways to reach several places we wanted to visit. His usual answer was "sorry, I don't know". While I can certainly Google my way for an answer, it was quite disappointing that a staff member didn't know things to talk to their guests about the city or things to make their stay more pleasant. On a better note, the toilet tank was going non-stop since we arrived, this issue was reported immediately and handled quite professionally by the staff.

Saw stains of my sheets to show they weren’t cleaned or changed. Had this blue light to check for bugs but you could see the door handles, sink, toilet and other places are just not cleaned

Due to no fault of the property, the air conditioning went out on one of their hottest days in Denver. The staff was very apologetic, and I did think they handled the crisis remarkably well due to the fact that there were many angry guests…

During our stay they repaired the water pump which they never told us so no water for 4 hours having to shower at another hotel and then they burnt out the ac the last night so the room got hot. Other than that last day the rest of the stay was amazing.

Der Pool ist super klein. Wir haben an Keinem Tag einen Platz an dem Pool gefunden, sogar auf dem Boden war alles voll inklusive im Pool. Wir haben eine Suit gebucht, leider war der Balkon nicht nutzbar weil irgendwo drunter eine Abluft rauskam und es durch das Restaurant nach Fett gerochen hat.

Love the roof top pool ( although there are too many rules to try to follow) . The restaurant was wonderful, both the service and food . Front desk very friendly and helpful.

Room size was fine.

We stayed in a large king suite and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The room itself was not very clean—the rug was stained, the lampshade appeared to have blood/dark stain on it, there was tape stuck to the ceiling, and our shower had hair on the walls. The shower temperature also fluctuated between freezing and scalding hot. Housekeeping never brought us clean towels, so we had to request them from the front desk. We also tried five times over the course of two hours to order room service, using both the room phone and our cell phones, but the automated system repeatedly told us someone would call back and no one ever did. We were especially disappointed with the pool. We were excited about it based on the photos, but it looked completely different in person. The pool appeared dirty and poorly maintained, with brown/rusted edges and green, cloudy water, so we didn't feel comfortable getting in. The rooftop bar was also swarmed with bees. Dinner was another poor experience. We were seated next to a fireplace where there were used band-aids on the seat area, which immediately ruined our appetite. It took 45 minutes just to receive our appetizer, while multiple larger parties seated after us received their meals first. When our appetizer finally arrived, it also wasn't prepared as described on the menu so we told them to take it back. Finally, we had specifically asked the night before about valet service for our 3:30 AM departure and were assured it was available 24/7. When we checked out, however, there was no valet, and we were sent into the garage alone to retrieve our car. The garage was extremely difficult to navigate, felt very tight, and we ultimately had to call the front desk for directions to the exit. They did waive our fee. Overall, we felt uncomfortable and honestly a little gross throughout nearly our entire two-day stay.

We had a king suite with outside balcony. King bed was very uncomfortable, the pull out sofa bed was also uncomfortable. Our reservation stated that we had a family of 5, there was no bedding or pillows in the room to use for the sofa bed and we only had 3 towels in the bathroom. We also had an extra charge from the downstairs bar for drinks charged to the room, with no way to dispute that. Every drink we had in the bar, we paid for with our credit card. The location and the atmosphere of the hotel were great.

Quite and professional. After a long extended flight back for my surprise birthday party, definitely needed to get away with the wifey to enjoy the last of the night and sleep in the next morning.

For some reason they didnt have my room ready or something even with a confirmation number and prepaid card on file. Good thing my beyond beautiful responsible wife was there to seamlessly fix everything, charge her account and then take care of it in the early morning as we were only there a couple of hours before checking out.

The location is good just a short walk from the 16th street, it was very clean and we loved the roof top pool

The onsite Restaurant was good, but pricey. The rooftop Pool was the Best part of the stay, but would have been nice to have drinks available in the morning....maybe a coffee bar

The Valet was slow, upon checkout there was no valet in the morning and No carts available for luggage......front desk was zero help! They did comp that last day valet....How can you charge for a service you don't have!

The hotel itself was unique! Loved it! Would absolutely stay again! Old Hollywood style. Made normal people feel rich. It was definitely one of the coolest places I have ever stayed! Great restaurant attached to the hotel, we ate several meals there over the 3 days we were there and they were all wonderful. You can have housekeeping DAILY! This has become a thing of the past, but not here and we didn't even ask, just left our room, came back, had clean towels, made beds and the trash was gone. They have Valet service, and an underground garage. I love this in the summer! And year round for theft. It really made me feel secure. We had a huge room! Over 700 sq ft. And a large balcony! This hotel has been around since 1986 I believe, they have kept it very clean and updated somethings and are working on things again ( we did not see anything while we were there, I did a little digging on the web) Now, let's talk about the customer service. We got to know just about everyone there in 3 days. We NEVER less than a 5 star interaction! Not one single time. From valet, housekeeping, check in, waiter, bartender, checkout. Every single person was kind, attended needs, and attentive! Absolutely wonderful people!! I hope to see them all on our next trip ✨✨ ✨ I am so sorry I didn't take pictures!! I am more of a live on the moment person, and I really loved this moment, it was one of those weekends that resets your life ❤️

I didn't care for the location after the sun went down. I didn't feel safe enough to go outside. I am sure if I had just gone about my business, I would have been fine! But I sat on the balcony and people watched, it is an interesting neighborhood. As far as the hotel itself, there are a few little things here and there that my eyes caught that need taken care of, a little paint peeling, and a couple corners could use a good scrub, but honestly your really had to look! For the age of this building, it really shines!!

I didn't like that the price i had to pay for the room and i still had to pay for everything such as parking, drinks and snacks there was nothing complimentary not even a breakfast and everything was overpriced and didnt like how the restaurant and bar closed so early and there was no other means to get something to snack on or get something to drink after 10pm within the hotel.. The didn't like the shower had no water pressure and the shower head doesn't provide good water flow

We stayed at the Warwick Denver for our anniversary. The hotel is in a great location, and the room itself was clean and comfortable. The staff was polite throughout our stay. The disappointment was with our reservation. I booked what was advertised on Booking.com as a King Room with a city view because the view was an important part of our anniversary. We arrived about two hours after check-in and were told our reserved room was no longer available. Instead, we were placed in a Premier Suite with a queen bed and no city view. The hotel later explained that the Premier Suite was considered a complimentary upgrade and that city views are based on availability. While I appreciate the upgraded room category, it didn’t provide the features that mattered most to us—the king bed and city view we expected based on our booking. Overall, it was a decent stay, but not receiving the accommodations we booked took away from our anniversary experience. Better communication about reservation changes before arrival would have made a big difference.

The property is short walk to downtown but much quieter, which was nice. We got a King suite and it was plenty of room for our family of 3. The Gattara restaurant was great for breakfast.

Everything showed its age - the couch and chair in the living space had significant stains, as well as the rug and the curtains. The rooftop pool was much the same. The way the property advertises itself online I expected much more for the money.

Spacey room and balcony were cool, air conditioning worked perfectly during our stay on hot days, bottles of water were distributed via the front desk on request, also the swimming pool on the roof top was a good addition 👌

Room was slightly outdated, certain items needed a renovation (bedroom door was not closing, toilet did not flush at full power). Ongoing constructions on the opposite side of the hotel. I was not aware of the deposit taken on my credit card, but that turned out to be a formality and was released after a couple of days. Also my passport was snapped upon check-in

We couldn't get them to clean the room the w days we needed clean, 1 day it was the second day one never came. The cleaning staff said we were not on the list to be cleaned even after we requested it at the front desk Plus I CAM NOT believe you rent out space & tw at the pool for none customers. We stayed because of the pool. But could never get a chair & the pool water looked awful & green. Not a good thing.

This is an older property that's been well maintained. The rooms are enormous as compared to modern hotels. It actually felt a little too large, as if some furnishings are no longer present. I arrived too late to take advantage of the amenities outside the room, such as the pool, gym and bar/restaurant. The complimentary drink ticket upon check-in was still appreciated even though it remained unused.

Save yourself some real money by using The Parking Spot or possibly another apps for the adjacent parking structure. It's a little hassle to exit and enter outside of regular hours, and the walking path from the garage's "blue arrows" door could be more welcoming as the hotel entrance from it is on the back side of the hotel. I am sure they prefer you to pay valet or use their self-park lot. I also wish the private balcony of the room had been a little more attractive. It looked old and tired, which made it seem dirty. I don't think it was dirty. I just think they don't care enough to make it attractive.

Public parking. Front desk people need to tell guests how to get out of the public parking garage to get to the hotel. The signage was not good. Spent 20 minutes trying to get out of the public garage.

The Gattara restaurant was amazing -- pizzas were especially delicious and they had Harney & Sons tea at breakfast. The room was super spacious and the beds were comfortable.

Not sure if this was an oversight but there was no handsoap in our bathroom. The framed photos and old-fashioned playboy theme were classic but also a smidge sexist.

That i need to pay for car park. The hotel didn’t have free car parking for customers who have checked in to their hotel. So i have to pay overnight parking at the back for 35$ a night.

A bit more quiet than staying downtown. Easy access to other areas. Some good restaurants/coffee/bars in walking distance.

The location was great for walking to shops and restaurants.

The Concierge service was SUPER helpful. I usually just took an super nice 3-4 min ride on the Veo bikes to get to the LoDo or down town where there selection of restaurants is abundant Easy and fun!

We had a wonderfully large bedroom with a big closet & dressing area. I think it might have been bigger than our bedroom at home.

I wish the pool was a little nicer & bigger.

Tolle Lage, großes Zimmer, sehr freundliches Personal. Die Lobby ist schön und ein Pool auf dem Dach - nicht groß, aber schön und mit Bar - runden das Ganze ab. Es gibt teures Valet parking oder self parking (übliche Stadtpreise) hinter dem Haus. Durch einen Hintereingang gelangt man direkt ins Hotel.

Too far to walk to 16th Street Mall and back for someone with slightly limited mobility. Tiny trash cans, had a fridge but no microwave to heat up leftovers. Elevators small and slow. Restaurant was terrible for breakfast. Very poor service. Could not locate a glass for juice at the Continental breakfast so grabbed a water glass and the worker who couldn't bother to wait on us or take us to a seat suddenly found it necessary to tell me those were water glasses and are not to be used for juice, took it out of my hand, and placed it back with the clean glasses but did not bother to get me a glass for juice. We waited for a long time in a sparsely populated restaurant to be seated, which no one ever did, so we sat down ourselves, never received a menu, finally got up and got our continental breakfast, while all the time the waitress chatted with people at another table. And yet they expect a tip and did absolutely nothing.
