Frühstück war super, Betten leider zu hart für unsere Bedürfnisse/Badezimmer mit Fenster = TOP Lage perfekt, um Porto in alle Richtungen zu entdecken! Rooftop-Bar klasse, sehr nettes Personal!!! Wir kommen gerne wieder 👌

Das Frühstück war gut und abwechslungsreich, inkl. frisch gepresster Orangensaft und Pastel de Nata. Die Lage im Zentrum in der Nähe von Bolhão Markt und Bahnhof und neben dem grossen Parkhaus ist optimal.

Das Zimmer war für ein 4 Sterne-Hotel etwas klein.

Tutto . Punto strategico per girare ovunque, i mezzi pubblici molto vicini ( bus e metro), vie dello shopping, mercato di Bohlao, stazione SaoBento , Ponte Dom Luis . Pulito , Staff efficiente e presente, colazione con ampia scelta . Camera pulita con tutto il necessario e - PUNTO A FAVORE - TV con anche canale italiano Top !

Nulla ( tranne un paio di gg sentivo degli odori del bagno tipo scarico delle cucine )

Het hotel is zeer centraal gelegen. Daarnaast zijn de kamers ruim opgezet en schoon en hebben ze (bovenin) een prachtig uitzicht over Porto. Ook is het ontbijt erg uitgebreid.

Bovenin het hotel zit een bar met een mooi dakterras. Het bestellen daar duurde alleen ontzettend lang en het personeel was niet erg vriendelijk.

Habitación super amplia, con buenas vistas desde el balcon y la ventana lateral. Personal amable. Desayuno y menu del bar normales, deberian cambiar las cafeteras, aunque son automàticas la calidad del cafe deja que desear.

En la publicidad web dice que tiene parquing y no es cierto. Hay un parquing publico de pago justo al lado, pero no esta en el mismo establecimiento. Una de las razones de elegirlo era el "rooftop" que sale en las fotos, lo cierto es que si no reservas para cenar, es complicado conseguir mesa en terraza exterior, es pequeña y siempre esta llena.

Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Teppichboden fast überall ist nicht mehr sehr zeitgemäß, aber es war alles sehr sauber. Unser Zimmer war sehr geräumig, im Bad hat es etwas gemuffelt - da kein Fenster und feuchte Handtücher dadurch auch schlecht trocknen. Das absolute Highlight im Hotel war die Rooftopbar - wir haben jeden Abend dort ausklingen lassen, der Blick auf die Stadt ist wunderschön. Das Frühstück war sehr gut.

Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich, jenes im Frühstücksraum leider nicht unbedingt.

מלון מצויין שמשקיף על כל העיר. מי שאוהב נוף פתוח ואוויר טוב זה אחלה מלון, לקחנו חדר עם מרפסת. החדר היה נקי ומסודר ברמה טובה. מאוד נוח ל 3 אורחים עם מיטות נפרדות. הצוות בקבלה היה נחמד מאוד. יש בקומה האחרונה מסעדה עם נוף מדהים לכל העיר, ממליץ בחום לשבת לאכול שם.

הגענו ב 9 בבוקר ושמרנו את החפצים בקבלה. הצאק אין היה אמור להיות בשעה 15 אך קילנו את החדר רק 16 בערך. הזמנתי חדר לקומה גבוהה וגם ביקשתי במיוחד בזמנה, לצערי זה לא קרה. הצוות בבר למעלה לא יודע אנגלית והיה קשה להזמין אפילו קפה.

Location is perfect for my trips: near the office and Bolhão market, but sufficiently far away from the main touristic areas. Staff is very friendly.

Decor in rooms and halls is a little dated.

Room cleanliness in general was good, but the carpet has seen better days. It had several dark areas. Breakfast was very well served and there was always someone from the staff checking if something was missing. Location is perfect

The main restaurant bar and outside terrace which was a selling point for us is only available if your having food, there is a bar a level down with a small outside terrace.

The hotel is well kept, everything has a high standard to it. Large very comfortable bed, large rooms, attentive and friendly staff, good breakfast and very well located to walk to the Mercado de Bolhao, main shopping streets and sightseeing locations. Car parking easily available. celebrated my birthday during my stay, without ever mentioning this to the staff, a bottle of champagne was provided to my room which was totally unexpected and very pleasant.

Necesita mejorar las zonas comunes. Recepción pequeña y complicada. Un ascensor no funcionaba, siendo un edificio alto, esto complicaba los desplazamientos.

All the staff were very friendly and helpful. My room had all the facilities I needed from toiletries to tea and coffee. The roof top bar and restaurant have fantastic views of Porto and the food in the restaurant was great.

It is a great and comfortable hotel, very friendly and welcoming staff. Breakfast was excellent!

El personal tanto en recepción como en el desayuno son muy agradables. La habitación era amplia, la cama y las almohadas cómodas. La terraza también me gustó. Y el desayuno lo encontramos muy bueno. La ubicación del hotel es buena.

La cena en el restaurante la encontramos cara y tardaron bastante. Pero en general ha sido una muy buena experiencia en éste hotel. Lo recomiendo.

La chambre, très petite ,style placard, sombre. La lumière devait être allumée en permanence Aucune vue Prix élevé pour une chambre médiocre dans un établissement qui prétend être un hôtel, quatre étoiles. J’ai demandé à changer de chambre à notre arrivée, car la première était coincée entre trois ascenseurs. Une autre chambre m’a été attribuée qui n’était guère mieux comme je viens de le décrire.

Tínhamos lençóis com manchas , houve um funcionario da noite um pouco indisposto e rude o que não me agradou a sua abordagem quando lhe pedimos algo.

Excelente atendimento, instalações muito bonitas e limpas, café da manhã sortido, uma vista sensacional do restaurante no último andar, além de uma localização próxima de vários pontos turísticos importantes. Voltaria com certeza. A cidade é muito charmosa e acolhedora e o hotel superou as expectativas.

O hotel é realmente excelente e o preço acompanha o serviço prestado.

Suite per quattro persone di ottime dimensioni, pulito. Personale gentile. Ristorante di qualità con terrazza panoramica piacevole (benché con numero di posti limitato).

Kolacja w restauracji na 17 piętrze -pyszna ośmiornica i krewetki grillowane ,cisza w hotelu ,wygodne materace, ładny widok na Porto, uśmiechnięty personel.Bliskość stacji metra -7 minut pieszo. Świeże wyciskane soki na śniadaniu .

Początkowo otrzymaliśmy bardzo ciemny pokój (numer 102) z widokiem na ścianę i rury,co nie było zaznaczone podczas rezerwacji– w ciągu dnia trzeba było mieć zapalone światło. Zdjęcia zamieszczam poniżej z tego pokoju. Było to tym bardziej rozczarowujące, że pokój rezerwowaliśmy z kilkumiesięcznym wyprzedzeniem. Zdjęcia pokoju na Booking nie odpowiadały rzeczywistości – taki pokój powinien być wyraźnie oznaczony w ofercie. Uważamy to za poważny błąd managera i sytuację niedopuszczalną. Na szczęście po rozmowie z recepcją ,następnego dnia otrzymaliśmy znacznie przyjemniejszy pokój.

La pulizia della camera è stata fatta nel mentre che eravamo a colazione. Quindi non si può chiamare pulizia, ma sistemazione camera, ecco perché quando siamo arrivati c’erano dei capelli sul pavimento in bagno. Inoltre in bagno c’era odore di fognatura.

Die Lage ist zentral und gut. Das Personal war aufmerksam, freundlich und effizient. Das Zimmer war sauber, geräumig und die Klimanalage ließ sich gut einstellen und war geräuscharm.

In anbetracht der 4 Sterne und des relativ hohen Preises war das Frühstück eher gut durchschnittlich. Das Bad wurde beim Duschen ziemlich unter Wasser gesetzt. Einige Kleinigkeiten eines 4 Sterne Hauses fehlten, z.B. Kosmetiktücher, Schuhlöffel, Schuhputzmaschine.... Die beworbene Roof-Top-Bar ist ab 17:00 nur mit Tischreservierung besuchbar.

This was a very comfortable hotel close to the heart of town and close to the metro. Bed was large and comfortable, the a/c completely adjustable, as required. The room was big enough to rest in as well as sleep in. Housekeeping were excellent, thank you for giving us what felt like a brand new room every day!

We paid more than we usually do for a city hotel but it was good value.

La localisation de l’hôtel top on peut tout faire à pied le dîner au 17 eme étages attention réservé sinon terrasse minuscule juste j’attends encore mon dessert et mon café 🤣 Peut mieux faire mais c’est pas grave on l’a pris en ville Chambre calme et spacieuse J’aurais aimé être dans les étages plutôt qu’au premier mais à mon avis les Resa booking sont pas prioritaire ! Ottimo hotel 4 stelle in posizione strategica, a pochi minuti a piedi dalla stazione della metro e dei bus di Trindade, ideale per visitare Porto senza difficoltà. Abbiamo soggiornato in una spaziosa camera al piano 11 con una bella vista sulla città. L'hotel ha più di 50 anni, ma è ancora ben mantenuto e offre un buon livello di comfort. La colazione è uno dei suoi punti di forza, con un'ampia scelta di prodotti dolci e salati di ottima qualità. Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è eccellente: per 4 notti, con prima colazione inclusa, abbiamo speso 575 € in totale. Da non perdere il bar panoramico al 17° piano, con una splendida terrazza affacciata sulla città, perfetta per rilassarsi con un drink al tramonto. Al 18° piano è presente un ristorante panoramico con proposte che ricordano la cucina italiana, che però non abbiamo provato.

Struttura ben mantenuta, anche se alcune parti esterne potrebbero essere valorizzate con una manutenzione più accurata. In camera sono disponibili un bollitore con caffè solubile e assortimento di tè, oltre a una macchina per il caffè a cialde. Unico aspetto migliorabile: le cialde vengono fornite solo all'arrivo e non reintegrate durante il soggiorno.

Estancia perfecta en el Hotel Don Enrique Oporto. Nos encantó la habitación, muy cómoda y con vistas preciosas. Pero sobre todo queremos destacar el trato y la profesionalidad del personal, que es algo que hoy en día no se ve en todos sitios. Tuvieron un detallazo con mi marido y conmigo. Habíamos reservado una habitación doble con vistas y les pedí si era posible que pusieran las camas juntas. Sabemos que no siempre se puede por disponibilidad, pero al ver que éramos matrimonio hicieron lo posible y nos prepararon una cama grande de matrimonio. Se agradece muchísimo ese gesto. Muy recomendables, sin duda repetiremos. Mención aparte para el restaurante y la terraza. Todo precioso y con unas vistas espectaculares de Oporto. La terraza exterior es pequeñita, pero es un lujo poder estar ahí tomando algo con esas vistas. Y la zona de copas interior es impresionante, súper chula y muy cuidada. De verdad que merece la pena subir aunque solo sea a tomar una copa.

Como pequeña sugerencia para mejorar, el desayuno buffet no está mal, pero se echa en falta un poco más de variedad. Por ejemplo, aguacate, salmón o un buen jamón serrano, que es algo que se espera en un hotel de 4 estrellas. Entendemos perfectamente que puedan ser extras cobrando un poquito más, y creo que mucha gente lo agradecería y lo pagaría encantada.

The bathroom was very good overall. The staff was helpful and nice. The hotel was very clean. There were pastéis de nata offered at breakfast and they were excellent. They have a small basic gym which is good enough for an after work or holiday short workout.

The lift was the obvious choice to go up or down as the stairs are kind of hidden and labeled as 'Staff' on the door. The coffee offered in the room (deltaQ) is better than at the breakfast. Soundproofing of my room was not the best.

Apparently the hotel has the best roof top bar/restaurant in the city and it showed. We were really thrilled to dine with an explendid view, delicious food and drinks. The service overall was very friendly from the check-in to check out and possibility to store our luggages as our flight arrived early. Our room had a balcony, was quiet and dark when it needed to be, as we opened the windows it had all the clarity we needed. Everything was great! Good work guys!

Atrašanās vieta ļoti laba, pats Porto centrs, kur ērti visu izstaigāt ar kājām, vai izmantot metro. brokastis bija ļoti labas, taču brokastu piedāvājums varēja būt mazliet plašāks (personīgi man gribētos vēl zivju piedāvājumu). ir iespēja vakariņot ar ļoti skaistu skatu uz PORTO

Hotelul are toate facilitatile, mic dejun bun, pat confortabil, restaurant / cafenea rooftop unde te poti bucura de o priveliste de vis, personal amabil care te ajuta cu indrumari.

Nu este f aproape de centru, 24 min de mers pe jos , dar merita drumul.

Aankomst! Personeel super vriendelijk, goede ontvangst, ook hulp met bagage. Ruime kamer en mooi uitzicht over de stad.

Lawaai in de kamer, constant een gezoem van een motor. Nochtans onze airco afgezet om te slapen en dan nog altijd een gezoem. Dit was erg storend Airco zat vol stof Heel erg vuile ramen! Handen van vorige mensen erop. Ontbijt oké, maar brood niet vers.

Sehr schöne winzige Rooftopbar mit 6 Tischen. Eher schwierig einen Platz zu bekommen, aber wir haben geduldig gewartet bis etwas frei war. Leider ist die obere große Terrasse nicht frei zugänglich. Man kann nur nach hoch, wenn man im Restaurant oben isst. Die schöne große Terrasse von den Bildern auf booking ist also praktisch nicht nutzbar. Man sollte auch vorher reservieren, sonst wird es eher schwierig einen Tisch zu bekommen. Unser Zimmer war okay. Allerdings mit Blick auf ein Parkhaus und häßliche Sozialbauten. Das Frühstück war nichts besonderes, aber okay. Das Personal war sehr nett. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ok.

The room was great, clean and spacious, only the pillows could have been little better :)). The breakfast was wonderful and quality, the staff very helpful and professional. We will recommend it to others.

La posizione e la terrazza .

Ich hatte das Zimmer im 15. Stock mit toller Aussicht. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereich und freundlich. Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe vom Bahnhof und dem Mercado und der Einkaufsstrasse. Und im 17. Stock hat es ein Restaurant und eine Rooftop-Bar mit toller Aussicht.
