Schöne ruhige Lage direkt am Hafen und Meer. Personal war sehr freundlich & hilfsbereit. Die gesamte Hotelanlage war gepflegt und sauber. Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich reichlich Auswahl. Strandhandtücher konnte man problemlos gegen eine Pfandgebühr ausleihen. Waren sehr zufrieden,mit dem Hotel.

Hôtel tranquille,le logement n'est pas une chambre mais un petit appartement avec une pièce salon salle à manger et cuisine.deux chambres. Proche de la ville à pied. Vue sur le port et la Mer.

WC un peu près du lavabo. Le parking du port un peu chère malgré la réduction de l' hôtel.

Beautiful rooms with sea facing balconies: mine was 209 highly recommended. King size comfortable beds with no ridge in the middle. Large fluffy towels. The pool was the largest and best hotel pool I have ever experienced. An exceptional stay.

Not a criticism but as we were not having breakfast, tea/coffee in the room and bottled water would have been very welcome.

Early breakfast hours, far from city centre, noisy

The property was in a good location (quieter than the main hotspots) but it was a 20 minute into the centre of town which was good for me but might not suit you if you want to be near the sights and clubs. The pool was fine and nice to swim in although had something strange in the water which wasn’t nice for underwater swimming.

The reception staff were exceptionally rude. Carlos helped face to face but once we left did not fulfil the promise of the refund. Our room had a dodgy air conditioner. It smelt at first which we tried to ignore. It then leaked on our third night. We complained to the receptionist. But he (not Carlos) was so rude, he ignored us and then dismissed us. After the third time of asking went up to see (and obviously we weren’t lying since there was a huge puddle of water) he cleared it up and claimed it was fixed. We had no apology or offer of compensation for our damaged property. The next night the conditioner stank and we had another night of poor sleep so I complained to Carlos the next day but they said they’d only give me one nights refund since I didn’t complain to him (even though I had complained to his colleague). We still haven’t received our refund despite getting in touch with the staff here multiple times.

El peor lugar para alojarse si quieres arruinar tu noche con tu novia, esposa o cualquier pareja en este lugar es divertidísimo 1. La peor cama, combinaron dos camas individuales para nosotros y la hicieron doble 2. No hay silla, no hay mesa para beber y sentarse con su compañero 3. No hay pañuelos en la habitación Mencionan que el hotel es de cuatro estrellas, no sé cómo consiguen cuatro estrellas de su hotel, hay muchas cosas que demostrar para tomar las estrellas ⭐️ y este hotel es para mi experiencia, es como si fuera un albergue u hotel de tercera clase barato

La ubicación es inmejorable. El personal es super atento tanto en recepción como en la limpieza. La piscina super limpia. Las camas son muy cómodas y han reformado los baños lo que ofrece algo más de confort.

Hay poco menaje para cocinar para ser un apartamento. No tener una cafetera de cápsulas o un tostador o un micro es difícil de justificar. Y el aire acondicionado en una de las habitaciones era demasiado viejo y no funcionaba ya, aunque seguro que es fácil de solucionar.

The hotel is just a walking distance from the beach. It has a private pool inside the hotel. Very quiet and calm.

The rooms are relatively small and the nightstand is super small. The bed width is quite small, probably 80 cm.

The hotel doesn’t really have much architectural charm, and the furniture is rather plain. Overall, the atmosphere feels more like a hospital than a hotel.

Le spie dello specchio sempre accese, la mamcanza di un armadio e pessimo arturo, poco empatico sgarbato maleducato cafone e inidoneo a confrontarsi col pubblico oltre che ai vari errori commessi nel farmi pagare doppia tassa di soggiorno. Per colpa sua e per il disagio che mi ha arrecato non do' 10. Una struttura cosi merita personale qualificato e arturo non lo e'.

The staff were incredibly friendly and tried to be helpful as much as they could. I enjoyed having vending machines available and the pool was amazing!. Sunset views were beautiful.

I was in room 127 and the air conditioning was a joke. The unit was as big as my bed and was putting off more heat than it was cooling. It was impossible to sleep and during the weekend of the 4th to the 6th, it was incredibly uncomfortable. I had to leave my hotel room open to get the cool air from the hallway. Luckily, a very kind man at reception gave me a fan to help me ease into sleep, albeit it a few hours as that was I could handle. He was very nice and was the night shift person from Saturday the 5th to Sunday the 6th.

The room was very very small for 1st night then tthey changed to s better one next day .

A very well run, efficient hotel with clean rooms, nice views and close to 2 amazing beaches, one clothed one optional. The whole area is super pleasant but not near the city center. A 20-25 minutes walk if that is your main focus. The pool was great and the breakfast was perfect. Lots of choices and great coffee machine. .i would stay again. The bathrooms were excellent with a great bidet and shower.

The rooms were smaller, not even a chair.

The location. Right in front of the sea. Calm area. 10 min walk to the old town / center. There is a pool. 2 min walk to the nearest beach.

The toilet was in the same room as the bedroom. It didn’t say anything when we booked. That was very uncomfortable. Toilet should be a separate room.

Die Lage im Yachthafen muss man mögen, mir gefiel es nicht. Altstadt ewig weit weg, keine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe, Gastroangebot in der Umgebung hat mich auch nicht angesprochen. Vollkommen überteuertes Parken für eine Nacht. Wenn in der Beschreibung "Parken" angegeben ist sollte da auch die Preise aufgeführt werden. Irgendwie habe ich den Yachthafen als "Schickimicki" empfunden, ohne dass es wirklich edel war.

Wasn't very keen on the privacy regarding the bathroom situation, would prefer a door on the toilet and shower. No kettle in room but reception kindly borrowed me one.

The hotel gave us what we needed - a good base. Beds were comfortable, rooms were clean. Kitchen had kettle, pans, plates and cutlery. Swimming pool was excellent because you could actually swim in it. Staff were helpful with organising taxis to bus stop - but they did not tell us that buses to the airport was cash only.

Kitchen could have been better equipped - chopping board, sharp knife. As we arrived late in the evening, complimentary tea, coffee and milk would have been useful (a standard I expect in hotels). The bathroom started to smell after a few days, despite us keeping the door open and keeping towels dry.

Unfortunately, my experience was deeply impacted by an unfair overcharge at the reception. I was charged more than the price on my booking. It was a very bad surprise at the end of my trip.

La habitación era muy grande y el baño también, la cama muy comoda.

El personal de recepción tanto el chico de la llegada como el hombre de la salida bastante secos y pasotas, ni un "bienvenidos" al llegar, o una pregunta sobre que tal había sido la estancia, un tracto muy frio y lejano muy atípico de un hotel de 4 estrellas. Las mujeres de la limpieza en cambio han sido muy simpaticas y nos han saludado por los pasillos.

El lugar muy tranquilo, dentro del Port Sportiu d'Aiguadolç, recomendado todo, desayuno, piscina....

Debería tener lavandaria y algo muy importante tener vehículos (scooter o sillas de ruedas), a disposición de personas con discapacidad o movilidad reducida.

The port has a great environment and is very quiet at night. Loved that the nudist beach is close by. Relatively easy to access spite the large amount of stairs.

L établissement se degrade au niveau propreté. Les 19, 20, 22 août 2026 le ménage n a pas été fait correctement ( terrasse pas nettoyée, douche avec moisisure, cendrier non vidé et draps humides, poussière non faite , frigo pas froid). Nous avons demandé une chambre des mois avant que nous n avons pas eu. Impossible de faire ses besoins ( excréments) car la vitre de la douche est trop près des toilettes.

- Saubere Zimmer und gutes WLAN - Frühstück war reichhaltig und gut - aber wenig abwechselnd - je nach Vorstellung - Sehr gute Lage am Jachthafen - mit guten Restaurants (aber auch dementsprechend hochpreisig - wohl hauptsächlich für die Jachtbesitzer) - Schön ausgebauter und gut beleuchteter Promenadenweg zur Innenstadt. - verschiedene Strände gut erreichbar - guter, sauberer Pool mit ausreichend Liegen und Schirmen. - Freundliches und bemühtes Personal (vor allem im Frühstücksraum)

- Die Klimaanlagen sollten bisschen besser funktionieren - die niedrigste Temperatur in unserem großen Familienzimmer hat 25°C nicht unterschritten - und in diesem Zimmer waren insgesamt 3 Innengeräte verbaut... Eventuell war das Problem auch nur in diesem Zimmer und es war zu unserer Zeit auch dauerhaft sehr heiss - jedoch waren wir anderswo Besseres gewohnt. Trotz mehrfacher Anfrage konnte die Funktion nur geringfügig verbessert werden. Eine Erkältung erhält man zumindest mit dieser Klimaanlage nicht. - Leider sind preislich vernünftige Supermärkte (z.B Carrefour und Mercadona) bisschen weit entfernt und benötigen einen 20 minütigen Fußweg. Der nah gelegene kleine Supermarkt am Jachthafen ist nur für das absolut Nötigste und sehr überteuert. Andere Supermärkte wie Aldi und Lidl sind noch weiter weg. Hier würde ein Mietwagen benötigt werden. - Die Badezimmer sollten mit eigenen Ablüftern versehen werden. Die Tür zum Badezimmer ist nur eine Glastür ohne Abdichtung und Absperrmöglichkeit. Dies sollte aber bei einer reisenden Familie kein Problem darstellen.

Nous avons adoré la vue, le grand confort des lits dans la chambre, le calme et la piscine, très bien entretenue et dans laquelle on peut nager et se ressourcer sans avoir à affronter des groupes d’enfants qui hurlent et vous sautent dessus ! Le personnel est très serviable et très agréable, et la propreté des chambres comme des parties communes impeccable.

Nous le savions déjà, mais il n’y a ni four ni micro-ondes, et l’équipement de la vaisselle est très basique, cuisiner dans les appartements est assez difficile.

Hotel review – critical assessment of a 4-star property The hotel is located at a considerable distance from the town centre. On foot, the walk takes approximately 40 minutes. In high temperatures of around 35°C, this can be demanding, particularly when making the journey multiple times per day. Access to the property also involves a significant number of stairs, which may present difficulties for guests with reduced mobility. The room provided did not correspond to the expected pool view category. Photographs of the allocated room are attached for reference. The bathroom layout lacks separation between the toilet, shower, and sleeping area. The toilet is fully open within the room, and the shower is also not enclosed, resulting in limited privacy and reduced practicality for guests sharing the accommodation. Storage facilities are minimal, consisting only of two hangers, with no proper wardrobe available. This is below the standard typically expected of a 4-star hotel. No complimentary bottled water was provided in the room, and the minibar was empty. Guests therefore need to leave the property to purchase basic refreshments after arrival. Opening the window requires unscrewing a bolt mechanism rather than using a standard handle, which is less convenient than expected. A photograph of this mechanism is attached. Despite the presence of a “Do Not Disturb” sign, staff reportedly knock on doors at around 9:00 a.m. to inquire about room cleaning. In addition, general noise levels within the hotel can make rest difficult. Reception is not consistently staffed, which may result in periods where assistance is not immediately available. The overall condition of the property appears dated and poorly maintained. Certain structural elements, including the surrounding hillside reinforcement, contribute to an impression of deterioration. Hôtel propre, bien situé, rande piscine

Amazing location with a great size pool. Views over the harbour and sea were lovely. Close to lots of restaurants.

Kitchen needs upgrading especially the fridge. Aircon struggled and didn’t seem to have been maintained in ages. We reported this and staff said they were aware so hopefully this is planned soon.

The location was nice, right in the beautiful little port of Sitges, there were great restaurants and bars around and 2 nice beaches. The limited staff were polite and friendly

This is no way a 4 star hotel. No facilities whatsoever. The pool was too small for the hotel and not enough beds or shaded areas. There was no bar, restaurant or places to sit and relax. It was literally just rooms. May as well have stopped in a self catering apartment. Parking was expensive and you had no choice but to park there. The room was falling apart. Drawers half hanging, toilet not flushing properly. No.privacy if you open the curtains. The side tables on the bed were half hanging, you couldn't put anything on them. It was very claustrophobic. Nowhere to put anything. At most this is a 3 star top 2 star hotel. I understand we had a budget room but what we got was ridiculous.

Se vende como 4 estrellas, y la habitación en la que estuve es de un hotel de 3 estrellas puntuándolo de forma muy generosa.

Instalaciones muy viejas; todo de baja calidad y de muchos años. No es un hotel 4 estrellas ni de cerca.

Bella camera con bagno open space e la doccia trasparente che divide la zona notte. Buona posizione per il mare ma per andare in centro bisogna camminare circa 20 minuti con molti sali e scendi.

Nulla di negativo sulla struttura ma una sola nota stonata per la zona: la mancanza di un supermercato. Al porto c’è solo un piccolissimo mini market che vende quasi esclusivamente alcolici e prodotti da bagno. Fine.

Rapport qualité prix intéressant, belle chambre . Carmen au petit déjeuner qui était à nos petits soins, dynamique, professionnelle et qui de plus parlait très bien français.

Manque d’un placard de rangement dans la chambre. Linge de toilette et de lit un peu usés.
