The rooms need to be sound proofed. You can hear every thing from your neighbours

Staff were excellent while I was checking in and were very prompt in arranging for airport transfer.

Room on the 8th was a bit noisy from elevators and air handling equipment.

Location was a bit industrial for my liking, but it was certainly handy for airport, Toronto, Mississauga etc by bus or Uber.

Room was a bit dark, but you cant do anything about that.

I was one hour into a five hour flight when the hotel emailed my they had tried to take payment for the accommodation. Then two hours later (two hours to land) they emailed me to say they have canceled my reservation do to non payment. On the booking confirmation it says it was pay at property and the reservation was still active. Then when I got there and managed to sort the booking out. The front desk assistant tried to reinstate my reservation and take payment from my credit card, payment when through but the reservation wasn't able to be reinstated. So she did another booking and took payment again.

Stayed overnight for a business meeting following morning. The housekeeping staff did a great job, the room was clean, but slightly dated in decor. The bed/pillow was fantastic and I enjoyed a great night sleep, truly. Although my room was close to the elevator, and on the street side, the noise was minimal thankfully. Our conference in one of the lower conference room was fully packed with people, and everything was confortable with adequate circulation. Not sure if the breakfast/ lunch were catered in, however it was excellent. The bar / restaurant staff were very pleasant, quick service and great selection. Would recommend for a value-add stay!

I paid through booking.com but upon arrival they took my credit card for a deposit and billed me $100. If my room was already paid for throught booking.com why did the hotel bill me additional $100??? Thats not a deal

Great location, housekeepers are nice

1. We booked the shuttle to airport at 2:50pm and the note they gave to me shows 2:50pm. But the staff wrote as 3:50pm. As a result, We had to rush in the airport. The shuttle was really hot, with no AC, driver drove quit aggressively on the road making us feel not safe. 2. We bought a bottle of orange juice at the front desk, employee charged us 5cad+tax and the label showed 4cad. After I asked the employee, she tried to argue with me but later returned the difference.

The staff were incredible especially the cleaning staff always made sure the rooms were cleaned everyday.

The furniture was outdated and mostly broken, I paid for the room upgrade but I felt like I got upgraded to the wheelchair accessible room. I got $100 taken out of my account then I got $790 taken out of my account a couple of days later and I’m still unsure why they said it was for pre approval on my credit card it didn’t really make sense and I wasn’t told about it. The hotel food wasn’t great and overpriced. There isn’t really any other place around to eat you do have to uber everywhere but Ubers were fast and cheap.

The location is convenient to the highways but there is a semi truck loading station behind the hotel that creates noise and traffic. This area is rampant with car thefts. Do not drive your car to this area unless you have a back up plan. The food in the restaurant is basic but the server is friendly and welcoming. The rooms are nice, kept up and does not look worn.

Staff beyond weren't particularly helpful. The food selection was severely limited for breakfast. Hotel Shuttle was available but you will be billed after beyond 2 bags. NEVER seen that in all of my travels

I just had a wonderful dinner dinning experience at the restaurant on-site last night. I was well served by a very delightful lady named Yolanda. She was smart, social, and considerate. I also had the best steak and fries dinner in town. The charcoal tendered steak preserved the aroma of smoke and the juicy texture of the New York steak, paired with warm and crisp fries, and (definitely a treat), a fresh Caesar salad. Everything was excellent especially with the very moderate rate of my King bed room, I will surely come back to stay at this Four Points by Sheraton Toronto Mississauga (Dixie Road).

Quick stay. Krish st the restaurant was great. Remember two properties with similar names so ensure you are traveling to the correct one via airport.

Krish was an incredible server. He took care of our table with care during our stay at the Four Points. It was my daughter’s birthday and he brought her a special treat and made sure she felt special on her special day! Thank you Krish for taking care of our table & family!

A bit further away from the airport than I thought

Soon after I checked in, I got an email from one Gino asking me to leave a top rating for this hotel and if I couldn't give a high rating I was supposed to reach out directly to him so he could "make it right". Travelers (like myself) rely on truthful reviews to make informed decisions on where they should stay and what to expect. I decided to leave an honest review, not a bought one. This hotel is pretty poor value for what it offers. The rooms are a little worn but still adequate. The bathrooms are in need of some maintenance. There are no exhaust fans in the bathroom so don't be surprised to see some mold on the walls (visible in my photos). I didn't enjoy dealing with the staff. Jewel especially. She would become impatient and snarky if I asked her too many questions about my reservation. I tried the restaurant once. The second time I went to get a refill of cream and sugar for my coffee. Krish was very pleasant when he thought I was there to have dinner. When I told him I had come for coffee supplies, his demeanor completely turned. After getting me some cream he grabbed a basket of sugar, plopped it on a counter and said "Here, take what you want" and walked away. No eye contact, no "goodbye" or "good afternoon". How dare I ask for some cream and sugar. I just ruined the man's day. The worst part is location. Unless you're driving, it takes 1h30min to get downtown. But then again, this is a Toronto reality. The shuttle drivers were considerate when I forgot my phone in the hotel after checking out and made the effort to bring it to me on route to the airport. The complimentary coffee is more like coffee-flavoured water. It's gross. There's a small pool and fitness center. The King bed was comfy. In all, I realized I had made a poor choice of hotel when I next booked at a Best Western Plus for 30$ less a night as a member and got a lovely room with a couch and coffee table, complimentary shuttle, hot breakfast, Van Houtte coffee in the lobby (plus tea assortment) and Tim Hortons coffee in my room. Huge difference in value ! I won't be choosing Four Points again. Incidentals go from 50$ to 200$. You're allowed 2 bags in the shuttle and more than 2 costs 5$ per bag.

Nice hotel and wonderful restaurant. Krish is a wonderful server and made me feel at home.

Quiet and comfortable

Service was amazing at the bar! Krish helped us pick out the cocktails, wine, got us glasses for the room and some snacks to go! Definitely a positive experience and happy to have some more drinks at the bar again:)

The rooms were spacious beds were comfortable, TV is fine free Internet, and free shuttle to 1 from the airport. And most importantly location to the airport.

The room was a bit smelly, it looked like it was cleaned well, but there was a musty smell in the hallways and in a room.

Room was nice and bed was super comfy! Little fridge supplied as well which was nice! Breakfast was delicious! Top tip: add the choc chips to your waffles! Sakitha was super friendly and helped with anything I needed! Will be back if I’m in Canada again!

The bed was super comfy and the room surprisingly quiet though facing the airport. Spectacular sunrise was a bonus! I slept great. :) The server in restaurant was AMAZING. Breakfast and dinner. Her name started with Sat...

Windows didn't open, and leaked with heavy rain. Heavy scented cleaner lingered, but eventually I became nose blind. The lobby smelled like a bottle of Ralph Lauren's Polo had exploded recently. We stayed 4 nights and it was present each pass through. The carpet has lived its life, I think. But it was clean though faded and stained.

The staff was friendly and respectful. The bed, pillows and bedding was very clean and comfortable. The shuttle was ready at 3:30am as requested.

The lobby and elevator could do with some updating. I found a few strands of long hair on the vanity in bathroom.

I am writing this review to address the level of service we experienced at Four Points by Sheraton Toronto Mississauga (6090 Dixie Road, Mississauga, ON). We arrived from Buffalo, NY after a full workday, expecting a smooth check-in based on a confirmed third-party reservation (Park Sleep Hotels, Booking ID: PSH-236801). My wife had the reservation readily available on her phone. Upon arrival, we were informed—without any prior notification—that our reservation had been canceled. What followed was the most disappointing part of the experience. The front office manager, Hazelle Caseria, was polite in tone but completely indifferent in action. There was no effort to assist, no attempt to investigate further, no alternative solutions offered, and no basic hospitality courtesy extended. While the hotel may have been sold out, that does not excuse a complete lack of initiative. In the hospitality industry, when a guest is stranded due to a system or booking issue, the expectation is simple: try to help. Recommend a nearby hotel, make a call, offer guidance—something. Instead, the response we received was effectively, “there’s nothing I can do,” delivered with clear disinterest. Body language and demeanor matter just as much as words. The indifference was obvious and, frankly, unacceptable for someone in a leadership role in hospitality. When I expressed my dissatisfaction and requested a business card, it was handed over without hesitation, along with a dismissive attitude toward my intent to leave a review. For contrast, we contacted Hilton Garden Inn Toronto Airport immediately after. The difference was night and day. They accommodated us promptly, arranged shuttle service, offered complimentary breakfast, and most importantly—showed genuine concern and professionalism. They even apologized repeatedly after hearing about our experience. I strongly advise travelers to be cautious with third-party booking services like Park Sleep Hotels, as well as with this particular property. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend Four Points by Sheraton Toronto Mississauga. If you value service, professionalism, and being treated like a guest rather than an inconvenience, stay at Hilton Garden Inn Toronto Airport instead.

We took the shuttle from Toronto Pearson airport. It was labelled “ Four Points Sheraton”. The driver did not ask which hotel we were going to and did not indicate that there were two such hotels in the airport vicinity. As a result, we were dropped off at the wrong hotel and were told we would have to wait 40 minutes for the next shuttle to go back to the airport and then wait for another shuttle to our designated hotel. We elected to take two Ubers at considerable cost as we had small children who were very tired.

My wife and had dinner here, the atmosphere was peaceful. We sat in an alcove bench style seating, very comfortable and conducive to conversation. Krish was our waiter, he was attentive and friendly, the service was excellent. Our spinach salad was crisp, fresh, and tasty. My wife had the Grilled Chicken and I had the Rueben. They were delicious. Our room was clean, comfortable and well laid out. The carpet was somewhat worn and should be replaced but it also was clean. I very much liked the fitness room, it was well equipped and new. Overall we are glad we chose the Four Points and will stay here again.

Clean hotel and well run. Restaurant has good home style cooking. Ask for Krish. Great waiter.

Great location, close to 401 and airport made getting to my meetings very convenient. The parking is a little dicey but once you get the hang of it, all good, lol. The public spaces were bright, modern and fairly clean. The experience at the front desk when checking in or asking questions was top notch. Regine (I hope I remembered that right) was very efficient, friendly and helpful 10/10! My room was old and dated but the bed was comfortable as were pillows. I loved that I had a complimentary bottle of water on arrival and every day when I came back from my work day. I loved that I had a microwave and a mini fridge AND the hotel had a lobby bar and restaurant, breakfast and complimentary coffee each morning! The wait staff in the restaurant were so kind, friendly and helpful. My bathroom was updated and clean and main toiletries were complimentary in shower. I loved watching the planes take off and land from my window (truck traffic was a bit noisy as it is in a bit of an industrial area) but overall, slept well. The hotel could use some updates in the halls and rooms (water damage in the hallway ceiling, furniture old and damaged, etc...but the staff more than made up for any lack of fancy furniture. It exceeded my expectations when I arrived and would recommend again for business travel. Wouldn't recommend for family vacation as the pool was TINY, the parking lot was a bit treacherous (tiny sidewalk, difficulty getting in and out) and very little to do around the hotel for families. Overall, 9/10

I will preface this by saying I usually avoid Four Points properties as they have issues with service and lack of modern rooms and properties. This one however, is a breath of fresh air. The front desk manager was eager to assist with using my gift card, helping me organize the shuttle and was just overall super friendly. I was upgraded to a Deluxe Room which was actually a suite with 3 separate areas with a full size couch and 2 single couches, a stovetop, microwave and fridge. The rooms are modern, comfortable and just overall on par with a flagship Marriott or Sheraton property. The shuttle was comfortable and on-time. The MiWay 5 bus is nearby to take you to the TTC and other destinations. Tim Horton's & restaurant steps away! I'd definitely recommend!

Conveniently located near the airport. Clean, modern facility with large bedrooms for a nice price point. Nice restaurant with local beers on tap. Good variety of restaurants within walking distance.

His great attitude and excellent service really stand out and make every experience at the bar more enjoyable. He goes above and beyond to make guests feel comfortable and taken care of. I would highly recommend stopping by to see Krish at the bar on the weekends—you won’t be disappointed!

We had a great stay! The beds were absolutely amazing-so comfortable and made it really easy to get a great night's sleep. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the overall experience was very enjoyable. Would definitely stay here again!

Location was good for our event, very clean hotel. Rooms were good size for a good nights rest, beds were very comfortable. Rooms were quiet but could here some of the road traffic, but didn't interrupt sleep.
