The beds were in bad shape, there was so much noise you can here everything going on inside the room. They only have one shuttle so it runs every hour.

The beds were super comfortable, and the sheets super soft. The towels were really clean, and the bathroom felt like a nice spot. The room was very spacious. We liked the coffee in the room, and the fridge kept our drinks really, really cold. Free Parking. Had an EV charger nearby (like 7 min driving in a Canadian Tire Gas with lots of business nearby), but the beds and the housekeeping service were so good that even with the cons, I would go back. Also, the staff is SUPER NICE. And the shampoo, conditioner and soap were really good smell and high quality.

Breakfast was complimentary, but there was never anyone there, so after waiting for 2 days several minutes for even someone to take our order or just give us coffee or tea, we left and ended up eating somewhere else. Also, a bit of a sketchy neighbourhood; I wouldn't walk there at all. Lots of trailers. Finally, the fire alarm rang one day at 5 a.m., and we went outside, but then no one told us anything afterwards. Suddenly the alarm was turned down, and people started to go back, but we had to hear from someone else that we were able to go back in. No staff was there AT ALL. No one at the front desk or anywhere really. And this was at 5am, so not late even.

Everything! The room stank the floor carpet was black. They didn’t even have pillows. They had couch cushions as pillows four of them. It was nasty. Had to wear shoes around everywhere. I’m pray to God that it didn’t have bedbugs.

We were very well greeted and were able to check-in early which we truly appreciated. The manager even suggested which was the best way to get to downtown in offering the hotel shuttle to the airport first. Excellent service!! Love the comfortable beds and pillows which is one of the main reasons we always choose BW!! Also appreciated the upgrade very much!!

The hotel is due for some upgrades…becoming outdated.

When I checked in, the concierge let me know I could stay on property and use amenities for a couple hours after checkout until my shuttle to the airport. The next morning, after I asked to use the pool since I had three hours until my shuttle, I was told that I cannot use any facilities on the property. I had nothing to do but sit and wait. There also was no food service available - the restaurant did not open that morning. Additionally, the room had peeling wall coverings.

The airport shuttle service was a great touch. The hotel is a bit dated, but it seems like they are trying to come up from 2 to 3 starts. The employees were supremely friendly and helpful.

It wasn't a terrible experience; however, it was a 2.5-3 star experience. It did what it needed to do, but you can't help but think you're going to get eaten up by bed bugs! There were not bed bugs to my knowledge, but it gives that feeling.

Was very happy with the room, and all i wanted to do was to have a shower, relax and watch Netflix movie, the TV would not let you access the internet, the enter PW verbiage was there, but was being blocked as the remote would not function to allow you enter the passcode, your maint was a joke as he brought batteries for the remote that working fine on all other functions and after almost 2hrs of dicking around with NO response from a technical person i demanded a replacement Tv or room, they sent me to 533 across the hall, but wait it gets better, I walked the unit over and over, looking for the hall light switch and after calling service, they directed me to the hall closet as the far door covered thee wall switch, and we are still going, i get up try to make coffee, and what do you know, NOT working, i finish getting ready and head down to the lobby to get a coffee there.......and once again NOT working and i am thinking Best Western???, how about WORSTWESTERN??? and just to make Shure that this company had reaally Pissed me off, they charged my C/C $107.50 for the shuttle to the airport!!!! and then reversed it back to me after they realized, the was included with my purchase, so if you think this was a good time, please come and see me, you have my address , oh last thing was the mens washroom in the from the lobby was a disgusting mess, overflowing garbage containers, papers all over the floor, what a repulsive place is all i can say

Very close to the airport! Greeted by friendly staff and warm delicious cookies! Nice rooms.

Staff were helpful trying to get us set up in room smaller than we expected.

The listing included two beds and 1 pull out sofa, but the room only had one Queen bed and one pull out sofa. The hotel apologized for the mistake, but we were disappointed.

Rooms are way smaller than it looks on photos, sound insulation is extremely bad, you can hear people whispering in next door rooms, imagine when trying to sleep, shower door doesn’t close, keeps reopening getting the floor wet

The front desk staff with the duty managers on August 6th to 7th were exceptionally hospitable and professional in handling customers. The manager I met on August 6th was a dynamic intelligence person who understood how to accommodate everyone with different challenges especially new visitors to Toronto who are yet to fully blend with society demands like compulsory transaction with credit cards. The manager worked out templates to accommodate all, so that most new comers to Toronto won't be stranded for not having credit cards. I greatly appreciate him & would recommend Best Western Plus Hotel to all my friends. Lucky O.

CAUTION: Property advertised as having free parking but I was charged almost $300. This was the only reason for selecting this accomodation and they ended up charging me more than if I'd parked directly at the airport.

Not only was the staff, facilities and price amazing, the morning breakfast is fantastic, and at 15 dollars a great deal these days.

The room was extremely noisy, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. To make matters worse, the air conditioning wasn't working properly, so the room was uncomfortably hot throughout the night. The front desk staff were also not very welcoming or friendly, which made the overall experience even more disappointing. I expected much better service and accommodations for the price I paid. Unfortunately, I would not stay here again or recommend this hotel.

The first room was not up to the cleanliness standard we are accustomed to but upon complaint, it was immediately changed.

The shuttle service was good. Some of the billing practices were not clearly explained.

No notice was given that the pool and hot tub were not available. We definitely would have changed location to get access to a hot tub and pool.

I requested 1 room with king size bed and 2nd room with 2 queen. Did not get the room with king sz bed.

The hotel is in a very good location, and the entrance and lobby are beautiful. The beds were clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was also clean and well maintained.

The furniture in the room looked quite old, and there was a lot of dust around the lamps and in some corners. We could not control the air conditioning, and the air was very strong, which caused nasal congestion throughout the night. The windows could not be opened, and the bathroom fan was not working. The restaurant was beautiful and elegant, but I would have preferred an open buffet where guests could choose their own food, with breakfast included in the hotel price.

The hot tube not working. The building a strange smell when I entered thr hallway. Staff were helpful didnt have safe to store my personal items. Just really disappointed in the hot tube been down. Me and my family were really looking forward foe our vacation time. Had to go holiday inn after.

The front-desk team were all AMAZING! We arrived later in the day/evening, and the team welcomed us whilst also juggling other guests and a customer on the phone. The team on in the morning were equally welcoming and super helpful with our Shuttle to the airport. The onsite restaurant was also a highlight. We had breakfast on the morning we were checking out. Whilst there was only one team member working looking after all guests, she was AMAZING! - cannot say that enough. She took everyone's orders and just kept making sure everyone was okay!

Hot tub broken and was not informed ahead of time. We booked specifically for the hot tub because I have fibromyalgia and after a LONG day in Toronto I needed a good long soak in the hot tub. Unfortunately, I'm now in agony because it wasn't available.

Due to an issue with my airport shuttle pick up I was upgraded to a suite, which was perfect in every way. lovely big room, nice citrus toiletries small pool, towels provided location perfect for quick overnight, I will return next year

the shuttle bus driver did not stop to pick me up at airport, and I had to wait more than an hour for next one. NO ANSWER when I TWICE phoned to book my ride
