Hotel is well maintained and clean

Airport shuttle is slow. Having to wait in excess ofb30 minutes after calling for an Airport pickup.

Wonderful staff. Really great hotel and location. Great ice and water machines. Free delicious coffee all day. Big comfortable room with a view of the airport as we requested. Great shuttle services, the drivers were very helpful

The breakfast the first day was great. The second day the options were a bit different, vegetables and turkey sausage instead of bacon and beans. These options were not popular resulting in big queues at the waffle and pancake stations

The facilities are nice, clean and modern. The room design is fantastic, very relaxing environment - LG TV/Entertainement System is intuitive and easy to use. Free Wifi was sufficient for my needs. Shuttle from the airport is a nice complementary service that I appreciated ... eventhough it took 35 min for the shuttle to arrive (for a 10 min drive) - I saved money on an Uber at the cost of time, nevertheless. appreciated the experience.

The check-in experience was absolutely terrible; I had prepaid the stay in-full, specifically because I knew I was going to arrive late (almost 11pm) and wanted a smooth experience.... "Oh but it was just a pre-payment" *Well I'd like to point oiut the money isn't in my account and if you hold it instead of cashing it .... its a precedure of yours. That expectation wasn't met to say the least. First of all, we are in 2026 .... I can't comprehend why Tap / GooglePay / ApplePay aren't supported in your facility. The last time I used my physical credit card must have been at least 8 months ago ... AND ABROARD. I literally can't remember the last time I use my physical card in Canada, and I travel a lot. Matter of fact, the card is in my wife's wallet, in case she needs to use it. I had to perform multiple banking transactions, move money to an unused card that was not even PIN setup ..... then, the terminal wouldn't work ..... so the clerk got another machine (and specifically said the old one has issue and this new one is much better ... (also APPARENTLLY SUPPORTED GOOGLE PAY as per the menus ... which tell me not accepting such a payment is CHOICE on your end ... and not a technical limitation) that second machine finally accepted the payment. The clerk was absolutely not empathetic nor seemed to care in any capacity for the situation. Ended up loosing 30 minutes of precious sleep before a demanding day away from home the following day. Also ... i was looking forward to take a quick swim before bed Pool closes at 9pm , and only opened way later than I had to leave the next day ... So really - I paid good money for a stressful night (check-in) and had a hard time falling asleep - I underslept, did not accomplish the work I was looking forward to do before bed. I understand also that my experience isn't representative of your operations in general ....

Schlechte Lage am Flughafen. auf der einen Seite des Hotels eine stark befahrene mehrspurige Straße, auf der anderen Seite grenzt direkt der Flughafen an. Sehr viele Maschinen fliegen im Landeanflug direkt über das Hotel. Es ist teilweise (besonders in den oberen Stockwerken) sehr laut. Oft 2 - 3 Maschinen in einer Minute. Flughafenshuttle vorhanden, kann aber nur einmalig bei der Anreise vom Flughafen oder zum Abflug genutzt werden. Das ist so nicht in der Beschreibung dargestellt. In anderen Hotels kann man das Shuttle so oft benutzen wie man möchte. Diesbezüglich sehr unhöfliche Mitarbeiter am Front Desk.

BEWARE when you park. My car was stolen from this hotels parking lot. The staff were very nonchalant about the situation. My car was parked for a few hours. Enough is not being done to protect cars. This was not the 1st car that was stolen from this hotels’s parking lot.

Nice, newer hotel. Very clean and modern. Easy to find, right on a major road. Blackout curtains work amazingly well! If you get an odd numbered room, on the third floor or higher, you'll have great views of the airport and runway. You'll be able to see the biggest planes, as they land or take off.

Breakfast selection could have been larger, and seating might be limited if you get there at the wrong time. Because it is located near the end of the runway, you WILL be able to hear the airplanes as they take off or land. Slows down overnight, but there are very busy bursts of activity, with take-offs every minute at times.

Newer hotel, clean sheets, free parking, fast check-in.

No amenities, gym is bad, pool could use a hottub or the pool could be slightly warmer (maybe 1 degrees), Nothing to really do around that area & the suite itself has nothing inside complimentary except maybe waters.

No carpet and cool colors

The not so welcoming staff. Minimum everything. No coffee machine. No microwave in room. No space to move in breakfast area. Very slow refill in breakfast section.

Excellent front desk service, friendly and so kind! It was very quiet overnight and we had a great sleep. There was an outdoor seating area to enjoy the good weather during our long wait for our delayed flight. Breakfast was busy but lots of choices.

Liegt mitten im Nirgendwo mit kaum Möglichkeiten sich beispielsweise ein Mittag- oder Abendessen zu holen. Im Hotel selbst gibt es nur eine kleine Auswahl an Tiefkühlgerichten plus Mikrowelle oder Süßigkeiten.

Unfortunately, we can’t use the airport shuttle if we’re going into town, as we’ll need to take the bus or metro instead. Also, the airplanes can sometimes be quite noisy. Not suitable for visiting town.

有一個比較白淨的印度女人，態度不太好！其他員工可以再有善一點。 使用機場接駁巴士不太方便，要三四小時前預約。又說一房間只能使用來回一次。但我有二人不同時間回程，到最後使用了五次。跟本比說話你聽，而且想留難你。若這方面改善會更好，十五分鐘至半小時一班車。 預定時可以付現金，但到了現場不能付現金。因我的咭用不了，最後無奈下才收了我現金。跟預訂時不同，這樣前後不對。

My family and I stayed in your hotel last June, and we had a very pleasant experience. The rooms were very clean, and the breakfast was good. A special mention to Ms. Gian, who handled our airport shuttle and and she also made sure we got the adjacent rooms as requested. The shuttle arrived on time to pick us up. Ms. Gian was very helpful, accommodating, and attentive to our needs. We were very happy with the service and will actually stay in your hotel (Tru by Hilton) again this Friday, August 21. Thank you, Ms. Gian, for making our stay even more convenient and enjoyable. You are truly an asset to the hotel!

The cleanliness . Our bathroom had dried pee stains on the floor right next to it, like we see in public restrooms! The receptionist came to clean it, but still. The shower also did not seem properly clean and so i chose to not shower there that morning and shower that night at home. Also the very small breakfast area… right by the reception desk with dozens of clients at once and very limited seating and tons of noise…. The coffee and food was good though.

Bel hôtel. Chambre propre et assez spacieuse. Salle de bain impeccable. Fontaine à eau dans l'hôtel. Bon petit déjeuner. L'accueil est vraiment top. Un peu de vocabulaire français serait pas mal. Grand parking facile de se stationner.

Piscine froide pour les enfants. Salle du petit déjeuner manque de place à l'heure de rush.

Very noisy. It’s close to the airport but does not have good noise isolation. Breakfast gets too congested - no sufficient tables for all guests. Breakfast should be extended 1h (this could improve people flow).

Breakfast was good. The room was comfortable overall. Staff was friendly and helpful. You are requesting too many characters for a voluntary survey.

It was too crowded, which is a good thing for the business but made it hard to get breakfast and also making the small common space cramped. The room would be more spacious.

Convenient location, the property and the rooms are clean. The staff was very friendly and we had free overnight parking.

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like. My only suggestion would be to move the make your own pancake and waffle station to the end of the breakfast station. It was congested and hard to get other food.

They promote free airport shuttle service but it turns out it is only for your original arrival and final departure needs. You cant use the shuttle just to get to the arport to take the UP to Union Station. This was very disappointing and not at all clear when booking. Had we known we would not have booked here for 3 nights. Cost us an extra $100+ in Ubers to get to and from the airport to take UP over our 2 day / 3 night stay.

Staff was professional and pleasant, breakfast was plentiful and tasty

Walking into the hotel was like walking into an amusement park, lots of people around playing games and very loud, not a good first impression after a flying day or any day. The breakfast in the morning had to be one of the worst as well, overcooked eggs, turkey bacon (what), the only good thing was the apples and oranges.

Everything was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good with a variety of options. Gym was also very nice and complete. Service was excellent.

The staff was amazing. They were courteous and went beyond expectations to make our stay comfortable (especially since I was traveling with a senior and 2 kids). The facilities were spaceous, clean and well maintained. Breakfast was also good.

The parking lot is shared with an event space that gets very full on event days. Although we didn't have a car, rideshares and food delivery people had a hard time to ding space to park on such days.

The hotel was very nice and clean and it's smells so nice when we walked towards the elevator and we really loved it. We also appreciate having to park our car just by the door it is woow for us. I also like the breakfast was delicious 😋

Honestly! I was disappointed with those old towels and no closet. It will be nice if you change them after a while, I did not expect to see off white towels at the hotel. I didn't like that.

We liked how close it was to the airport, the room and bathroom were good. The lounge with the activities/games looked like fun though we didn’t have time to use them (we arrived quite late) I did also get a chance to use the gym and I loved the variety of equipment I could use, including the TRX straps.

The breakfast - lots of continental breakfast options, though we had expected a bit more hot food options. The hot food that was there did not taste great. I would find a different hotel option next time for this reason. The pool- overwhelming chloride smell in the pool room and lots of chemicals were sitting outside the chemical room when we came.

Close to airport but a good 30-45 mins drive from city centre. Hotel shuttle is free.

The internet is free if you sign up for their program. Otherwise there is s charge to use it. Free shuttle cannot be used to return to airport to get the train to city centre, as per hotel. So expensive for transportation.

Shuttle takes you to the Airport where you can access the Marta train straight into the city and back. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Swimming pool needs a bit of attention and a good clean, the filters were blocked and a guest had to clean them out. When the pool maintenance guys attended the pool was cloudy for the rest of the day and we was told not to go in the water for 20mins 🤷🏻Some of the shuttle drivers just want a tip and make it clear when you get on the bus, others are very good but a few rattled my cage.

I was assigned a room that was not ready. They immediately gave me another room and a complimentary gift for the inconvenience. The breakfast had variety and was very good. The rooms are nice and clean.

Friendly staff, clean and modern rooms, a proper shower head, etc. One of the best hotels in this price category.

It is on the other side of the airport, not as close to the terminals as most other airport hotels. But as most people anyway move via shuttle or rental car, this is not much of an issue.

The room was clean and cozy. The bed very comfortable . I had a great sleep and enjoyed all services and anebities. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming.

Ottimo hotel all'aeroporto di Toronto. La.mattina dopo avevamo il volo e abbiamo potuto prendere lo shuttle gratuitamente. C'è anche una piccola colazione inclusa con bevande calde e cose fredde se si parte presto come noi. L'hotel è pulito e ordinato e ha molte comodità come le bevande calde sempre disponibili e un piccolo banchetto di snack e noodles in caso di tardo arrivo.

Great value, airport shuttle was handy! Clean, modern rooms. It was comfortable for our quick layover stay in Toronto and we’d look to book again if in the area.

I was a little sad to see that EVERYTHING was disposable at breakfast, all the dishes, cups and cutlery. Seems an odd choice these days. Especially when (smart) choices like full shampoo/conditioner and soaps in the room rather than individual amenities or hanging towels and reusing them are claims to being “green”. The amount of waste for coffee and breakfast seems so silly. And surely it can’t be less expensive?

ホテル全体が機能的かつ明るくポップな雰囲気で、楽しい気分で滞在できた。屋内プールはこぢんまりしているがプールサイドはゆったりしていてタオルも完備されており、旅行中の気分転換にとても良かった。ジムもある。１階ロビーで自由にコーヒーや紅茶が飲めるのと、同じくロビーにある24時間利用できる売店がスナックや軽食、飲み物（ビールやワインも有り）がかなり充実していて便利。空港へのシャトルバスはドライバーが親切で、安心感を持って利用できた。チェックアウト後、シャトルバスの時間までロビーで自由に過ごすことが出来、助かった。部屋や当日の風向きによると思うが、泊まった部屋から飛行機の離発着が見えて面白かった。

空港から電話でシャトルバスを呼ぶことになっていたが、海外（日本）のスマホからは指定の電話番号に発信できず、WhatsAppで連絡しても反応が無く少し困った。ターミナル１のE出口の近くに、シャトルバスサービスを提供しているホテルへ連絡するための電話機を見つけて利用したら通じたので助かった（写真を載せます）。ピアソン空港第一ターミナルのバス停番号は空港出口から出てすぐのレーンが奇数番号（ホテルのシャトルバスはここの並びに来る）、横断歩道を渡ったレーンの番号が偶数番号でわかりにくいので注意。あとは万事スムーズで気持ちよく滞在でき、今後もトロントピアソン国際空港近くに宿泊する場合はぜひ泊まりたい。

Rooms were comfortable and there was a well-stocked mini-mart. The location was very close to the International Centre where I had an event.

Breakfast had limited variety and I wasn't expecting paper plates and disposable cutlery.
