The industrial vibe, the simplicity of the design and the colours used (black frames and blinds), the style of the furniture. Excellent bed, very comfortable. Excellent bathroom with spectacularly nice toiletries

Cleanliness on arrival, the floor hadn't been swept/cleaned properly. I found a child's tooth on the floor near the bed (which I hope had fallen out naturally!). The balcony was in a poor state of repair and not pleasant enough to want to spend time on it, especially given the curious ambient smell in the outside air, but I appreciated the extra sense of space it gave. This isn't really a negative, but the place was showing distinct decorative wear and tear. It didn't bother me.

The room was big and the area is calm.

There is no amenities and the price I paid was way to expensive to not have any. The room had a funky smell.

My second time at this hotel .we just cant get enough of there.It is sooooo beautiful. From the moment you entered the room ,you dont want to leave .

The view from the terrace overlooked the U-Haul parking lot. Parking was limited and was first come first served.

The property is great. The location is fabulous. The rooms are clean, spacious and have balconies if you wish.

Accessibility, balcony, close to subways, metro gourmet bodega on the corner, very accommodating staff!

I would stay here again if I came back in a heart beat I loved this property

Very quiet with a nice park across the street one Avenue over you will find a variety of different places to eat. The hotel was not noisy at all and the room size were amazing with a small little balcony for you to enjoy. The staff was very nice and inviting and went above and beyond with every thing we were greeted by the staff every time they saw us I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting New York.

Something very minor was the limited parking, but there is a parking garage across the street and I was able to find street parking as well.

It was clean.

So when I arrived to property I was told for early check was 75$ for an hour early check in. I never heard of charging by the hour.

What breakfast?

Having a Keurig coffee maker in the room was a real treat! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and Stan was a gem—always ready to lend a hand. Very convenient location in Brooklyn.

The only suggestion I can offer is to consider purchasing new bedding. The current bedding was clean but had a worn appearance.

Wasn’t sure what to expect from this place. I was pleasantly surprised! Its location is kind of unattractive but who cares. One block away is 5th Ave Park Slope, a delightful place to walk. It’s a 23 minute walk from Barclays Center. The room itself was terrific. Spacious with 2 beds. A/C that worked well. Bedside outlets, nightstands and reading lights. Bed was comfy. Good pillows. Lots of storage space. Large bathroom and good as shower. The shower level is weird- what you’d assume is the way to get hot water gets you cold water. Just turn the lever enough to get the water flowing and it will become hot.

i loved the free late check out at 12pm instead of 11am. it was also very clean and they provided toothbrush and toothpaste which was perfect as this was an unplanned stay.

The worst experience, I was eager to leave early. This was the rudest staff, we had no body wash in the shower and they refused to bring us soap and body wash to our room (because our room was missing them) and several times until I mentioned I would make an official complaint. They wanted me to go down to the lobby to fetch them myself but eventually did bring the body wash. The hotel is next to a Uhaul storage facility and it gets loud at 7am on the weekend so you can’t even sleep in.

On site parking, the staff was awesome. Location was perfect.

We stayed at Hotel Le Bleu the night before boarding the Queen Mary 2 for our Transatlantic Crossing. It was an ideal location which felt very safe and friendly. We found a very nice restaurant for dinner and a lovely coffee shop for breakfast - both organic. This is a lovely area with a green space, tree lined steets and wide sidewalks. The hotel was clean and comfortable with an excellent shower and comfy bed. The room was a good size and because the hotel is set back slightly from 4th Avenue we were not bothered by noise. The staff were very friendly, helpful and smiling. The icing on the cake is finding a catholic church around the corner for morning mass.

This place needs a reprice or upgrades. I had stayed at this hotel in 2013. When I arrived this week, it looked like not much had been done: the glass door that was the bathroom door was gone and in its place a blue door (it was ok but the blue covering was scratched in places where you could see the wood under it), in 2013 you would fill out a card that was collected by 10 pm with a breakfast option (muffin/donut/croissant etc and you would get a small juice option) that is no longer available and you have to search for stores to get something to eat (DEFINITELY recommend the Organic Valley Deli). The other issue was the refrigerator (wasn’t cold at all) and the HVAC system (the indicator light labels were gone so we never knew what mode it was in). I thought I have the AC (it was rather warm in the room) but you could not tell because it never got cool no matter what light was lit. We had to prop the balcony door open (with our sneakers) which made it really loud. If you are staying for a night or two the room we were in was adequate…but the 5 nights we stayed was a lot for that room It’s too bad because again I had been there before and was happy…but it was just for one night then. It is about .6 miles from the F train so that was ok. Not terrible but eh.

The glass door on the bathroom lets in too much light if another person is still sleeping.

We purchased a Manhattan view room which did not look like the photo. The view was partial and mainly looked out over a huge U-Haul parking lot. Not worth the extra. Also, NO amenities. Not even a vending machine.

Our car broke down and it was convenient to where it was being fixed. Price was good in a very nice neighborhood

Clean with nice size room and large modern shower.

While the hotel is very nice, I wouldn’t spend extra for the Manhattan view terrace, as the view is mainly seen only while on the terrace to the side of the building. A regular room will do nicely next time we are in Brooklyn.

The room was cute for me and my girlies . Location was great .

The staff were completely rude . I called at 10:30 to get late check which is at 12 . At 11:07 and 11:47 they were banging on my door even tried to it without permission . The hispanic man was arguing with me back and forth about us leaving . The front desk receptionist was very irate, rude , and did not communicate with the staff making us very uncomfortable.

Location was excellent to our family in Brooklyn. The hotel is very clean. There are limited amenities. The bed was very uncomfortable with little cushioning. The pillows were small and not very useful for sleeping. The bedding was adequate but no blanket was provided other than an old blanket going across the foot of the bed. The cleanliness stands out but I would not stay here again if I wanted to get a good nights sleep. Very noisy

Overall, it was fine.

Only issue was with the door lock to the room…

This smaller hotel was more intimate than typical large chain hotels and I liked that. All of the staff was very professional and friendly, especially Stan! Anything you need - just ask Stan! He is a treasure and he added to my enjoyable stay!

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! They have roaches and possibly bed bugs. We found blood stains in the first room and asked for a second room and found the same thing. The hotel manager wouldn’t speak with us and denied our request for a refund. This place is dirty.

Tv kept going out. Was given 2 twin beds. I requested a king size bed request denied.

Clerk was rude and lied about me smoking in the room. She wanted to keep my $100 deposit
