Location was great. I was working so it wasn’t a pleasure stay. The staff did offer to go above and beyond though.

The cold shower. I left early for work around 8am so there wasn’t anyone available to talk to about the no hot water.

The property was in a great location, central to everything. The room was lovely & spacious with good amenities, we have stayed in many places in Llandudno and this is the best. Staff were very friendly and breakfast was only nice.

Stairs bit tight , so our elderly friend struggled abit , pity bar wasn’t open as often as expected to get a drink , , but plenty of others were , just thought missing out on extra revenue , didnt feel like staying in a hotel that we’ve done many times in Llandudno so a bit mixed review on snooze

the room was a great size with a good sized bathroom, very clean and presentable. The breakfast was the best we have had, absolutely wonderful. Excellent satff were very welcoming and pleasant. We will definitely visit again and highly reccommend it.

Lovely hotel and the staff were all really polite and pleasant to deal with. The breakfast was excellent and the room really large and comfortable.

The only issue for us were the stairs as my wife struggles with Arthritis.

The room was well appointed, very comfy super king size bed but what we really enjoyed was the atmosphere and the impeccable customer service we received from Brian and the team - top notch!

The Snooze was quiet and really comfortable and the staff where friendly.

Fan in the room didn’t seem to be working, had to open windows which let in very early morning noise from delivery trucks etc. There was a smell of damp from the bathroom as it had no extractor fan and secured windows that don’t open.

Excellent location. We also loved the aesthetic, and mood on arrival. Bryan was nothing but exceptional, from start to finish. The breakfast was excellent in the morning as well!

The property is no good for anyone with mobility issues as the stairs are steep and narrow in places.

Breakfast was good apart from the sausage. The location was great and free parking was a bonus. Bed was comfy. Room was large with lots of storage. .

Room was dirty. Musty smell in whole B&B. Thick dust at side of bed, behind the mirror and dirty carpets. Wall damp.. mold around windows. Shower hose and head were covered in thick black mold and bath was not attached to wall properly. Bedding and towels stained.

Goede locatie, grote kamer, prima bed, koelkastje, meerdere stoelen, gratis parkeren. Bar gaf geen overlast en ging netjes op tijd dicht rond 22:30.

The location was perfect . Brian made us feel very welcome. The hotel was extremely accommodating re car parking , especially with the Duathlon taking place . Rooms were large , clean , with complimentary water etc . We chose to eat in the hotel and the quality far surpassed anything we have recently had at many other venues . I have completed a full review on Trip Advisor too , giving our stay 10/10 .

Nice room, very comfy and quiet, breakfast was great, staff were excellent and very helpful, enjoyed the stay and would recommend it to others. The restaurant on the ground floor looked good and was popular ... we didn't eat there in the evening, as we has reservations elsewhere, but in hindsight I wish we had, as if the breakfast was anything to go by ... the food would have been excellent quality ... and as for location it was perfect near the pier and the tram up the great orme

The room (specifically the bathroom) could use a little TLC in places, it was very clean and actually very nice, but a little tired in places, but nothing major and could be sorted with a lick of paint here and there, Parking was ok, if a little cramped, but it did what it said on the tin ... and was free (not easy to find parking in llandudno so it was a bonus) ... None of these comments should put you off ... this was a great place to stay !!

The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable, the ajoining en-suite was large, clean and bright. The room had a table and chairs and plenty of free tea, coffee and biscuits. The staff were very polite and helpful and made our stay welcoming. The breakfast was exceptional the quality and preparation was great and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

I like the fast refund for the stay as we didn't stay at the property at all

The property didn't answer to my messages about check in and parking. When we arrived the hotel was closed and no answer at the door. The phone number provided by Booking.com for this property was invalid. When eventually someone turned up (the manager) at the hotel and opened the door it was completely not what we expected. The photos on the booking.com are very old and not reflecting on the current state of the property which is falling apart. The room had tons of mould, the ceiling was pilling off in the bedroom, right above the bad. There was leak on the ceiling and another wall and the wallpaper was coming off as well. Horrific smell of dump everywhere. We requested the refund as it was not acceptable !

Stayed in room 3. Nice size, no tea or coffee. More attention to detail needed regards cleanliness. Dusty skirting boards and window in bathroom. Had to have cold shower in morning as no hot water. When you pay for accommodation then the basics should be right.

The room was amazing, clean, great big tv and amazing bathroom, Brian who checked us in was brilliant, as were the girls at breakfast, the breakfast was 10/10, couldn’t recommend this place highly enough.

The breakfast was brilliant, great choice. Lovely room. Good facilities, fridge, fan and large television included. Hairdryer, iron and even ironing board. Great value for money, staff excellent, nothing too much trouble.

There was no milk supplied with the beverage facilties in the room, but shop near by.

The car parking is a bit limited. It depends on the time and how busy as to whether you'll get a space. I can imagine in peak season it would be tricky. But in April we had no major issues.

Beautiful, spacious room with lots of attention to detail, such as decent hot drinks variety, a fridge, huge TV and warm lighting. The spa bath was wonderful! The breakfast was delicious and generous (hardly needed to eat for the rest of the day!) and the staff were friendly and helpful. The general atmosphere was of relaxed luxury.

Lovely hotel, very cosy. The room was lovely and the bed was very comfortable. The room was big and spacious. Food wS very nice we had breakfast in the morning.

. The room was spacious. There was a small fridge with bottled water and we were given milk for our drinks. The bathroom was spacious. The shower was perfect. It is situated very close to the pier and the main part of Llandudno. At breakfast, I had the best scrambled egg and salmon ever. Very tasty. Breakfast was superb.

I couldn't find the parking space at first and panicked. I was told where to park and it was ok. Parking is very difficult in this area.

It was a great location, just a 2-minute walk to the seafront. Breakfast was very good with two courses if you wanted. The room was very spacious and had a whirlpool bath.

The weather was fine; nothing bad about the hotel. It has a very nice and trendy lower-ground-level contemporary restaurant.

The location, the massive room, comfortable bed and jacuzzi bath! The breakfast was incredible and the staff were so welcoming and helpful.

Some areas of the room had been missed when cleaning, the fridge was noisy (but not really an issue) and again this is not an issue as was probably my fault but couldn’t open the windows.

Bedrooms were beautiful, massive bed breakfast was delicious, Nothing was too much bother.

First time at this fabulous hotel and the staff were so friendly and helpful and they even took my rucksack inside while I went off on my way and came back later to book in. The room was out of this world and beautifully decorated and a lovely comfortable and warm bed and hot shower and spotlessly clean. The breakfast was tasty and HOT and served to you with a smile and friendly attitude.

Substantial Breakfast which would have been good to have a fresh fruit and yoghurt combo. Room 2 was excellently spacy with interesting side views to the rocks on the Orme one way, and to the Grand that isn't, the other way. Rooms 3 and 4 don't have a bay window so don't have the side views and presumably are not as spacious.

Oddly dodgy ratings for the Restaurant on TripAdvisor since Xmas.

Absolutely stunning interior, very modern and well thinned out. The rooms are gorgeous and immaculate, the facilities are exceptional and the staff couldn’t have done more for you. Brian is was amazing he made myself and my partner feel so welcome and comfortable throughout our visit. The best place Ive stayed in Llandudno and already can’t wait to return. Joe you have created something truly special, a magical hidden gem that we will now stay in every time we visit. Thank you 🫶🏻
