The hotel is a little outdated. The rooms are designed in a strange way, there is no real bathroom, the sink is in the hall. Shower cubicle separate, toilet separate. We stayed in two rooms. In one of them I saw hair in the bed and the mattress was sunken in the middle. Breakfast was just ok; there was choice but the vegetables were not fresh and the food was just not tasty There were electricity problems in one of the rooms. Overall, disappointing.

The location is great.

The rooms are 20m^2 and we kept bumping into each other as we are getting ready. Technically no rooms for luggage and no extra space to sit. Unless you want to sit on the balcony.

When booked through booking it stated had pool, booked and paid to then be notified the pools were both closed, then the sauna was also put of order, very very disappointed

It’s central, walking distance to main attraction. Very comfortable and beautiful rooms, I liked that the door and the window were double glass so 0 noise . The employees were so friendly and helpful.

Room window faced windows of many apartments, so no privacy and had to keep curtains closed at all times. Gym also had no weights or treadmill or any machines other than a very basic cable machine that didn’t have the correct attachments. Hotel was very expensive for what it came with. Felt like the price was only because it’s a short walk to the Acropolis.

The staff were very nice and helpful. The location is very good.

The room were not to standard. Sheets were dirty and had to ask to change them upon arrival. Insects in the toilet. They should inform that the bathroom is divided and not in one room (shower alone, toilet alone, washbasin alone) not convenient if you are travelling with friends.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour. Le petit-déjeuner était un véritable point fort, avec un buffet très varié offrant un large choix de produits, ainsi que la possibilité de commander des plats à la carte. Tout était très bon et permettait de satisfaire tous les goûts. Nous recommandons cet hôtel et y séjournerions à nouveau avec plaisir.

Le seul point négatif concerne l’espace bien-être. Il manque des douches dans la zone du sauna et du hamam. À chaque fois que l’on souhaite se rincer, il faut sortir de l’espace et se rendre aux vestiaires, ce qui n’est pas très pratique et nuit un peu au confort de l’expérience.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. the room was pleasant and very clean, with an extremely comfortable bed. the breakfast was excellent, with great variety of delicious options. the location is perfect, and the staff were very kind, friendly and helpful throughout our stay. we truly enjoyed our experience and would definitely come back!

La posizione dell'hotel è eccezionale. Lo staff molto cordiale e super accogliente verso i nostri due cani. La vista dalla stanza è semplicemente eccezionale esattamente di fronte all'acropoli con il Partenone pienamente in vista.

Ci hanno consigliato un upgrade della stanza per accomodare tutti noi, ma la stanza me la aspettavo più grande essendo una suite e con uno spazio aggiuntivo. Invece era semplicemente una stanza normale leggermente più grande delle altre con la vista sull'acropoli. Peccato per la chiusura del rooftop.

Very convenient location right next to Acropolis. super friendly and helpful staff (i left the jacket at the hotel after check out and was on my way to airport but they were still able to give it back to me). Breakfast also had great varieties.

L’emplacement, le personnel, la chambre spacieuse et très propre. Le petit déjeuner était très varié, nous n’aimons généralement pas les buffets à déjeuner mais celui-ci était trés bien 👌🏻. Nous allons définitivement revenir lors de lotre prochain séjour à Athènes.

The hotel was perfectly situated… close to bars, restaurants and the Acropolis. The hotel was modern and well equipped. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were amazing and the bar selection and prices were good. Plenty of lifts. The Wifi and aircon was perfect and the bed was super comfy. We were disappointed to find out there is no longer a rooftop pool and the spa did not offer hot tub/steam room. These facilities would have been great after a long day of sight seeing. We stayed for 4 nights, but found our room was a little small for us as we had large suitcases ( we were continuing our holiday at another destination). The room was modern but felt the design was more “style over substance” for us. There was a towel rail in the toilet, but the sink was in the corridor of the room- without a towel rail. Our tea/ coffee was replenished, but with green tea and decaf, rather than a selection. The slippers and bathrobe were a nice touch but were a “one size fits all” so no good for bigger than average people. We ended up using one of the robes as a bath mat. Although we do not come on holiday to watch TV, one English speaking channel eg BBC world news would have been nice. Our room had a small balcony but it overlooked back of buildings, bins and graffiti, so we were not inclined to sit out there. Athens is an amazing city and we would stay at the coco-mat again, but look at upgrading to a larger room with a better balcony view, if possible.

El spa: sólo tenía sauna seca y Hammam. No había una ducha cerca, tenías que ir al vestuario para ducharte. La cama, cómoda pero muy estrecha para ser doble (de matrimonio).

Comfy big bed, wonderful view from the balcony, gorgeous bathroom. The staff were amazing, the receptionist sent us a free bottle of wine after I told her we were scammed by a taxi driver. The breakfast was phenomenal - possibly the best hotel breakfast I ever had! Honeycomb, greek yoghurt, olives, fresh fruit, various cheeses and small delicious pastries. If I am ever in Athens again, I would definitely choose this place again!

A good hotel in a good location relative to Athens’ most visited sights. You are a few blocks from the less entered entrance of the acropolis. Walking distance to the agora and plaka. Hotel staff were friendly and welcoming!

The location is very good. The spa is nice, the staff are helpful.

The hotel has a tired look. The rooms are uncomfortable, the sink is in the room, separate from shower and toilet. There is no duvet, just a bed cover with a sheet. The mattress is sunken. Overall maintenance is disappointing: no real wardrobe, the closet door was stuck, faulty lighting that we could not switch off, and there is a very strong smell of a cleaning product/fragrance, which is difficult to get used to. The breakfast was varied but not tasty, and the vegetables/salads are not fresh.

Amazing location, close to main sightseeings and neighborhoods. Very friendly staff. Interior design is very cool. Rooms are a bit small, but it did not bother us. It can be a bit loud in the evenings. We would definitely stay there again.

The aircon in our room was no where near effective enough for an Athens summer - it impacted our sleep. Perhaps a faulty air conditioner specific to our room??

The hotel doesn't seem to have been well maintained. It was clearly once a lovely property, but it now feels rather neglected and shows signs of wear and tear which should not be the case for a five star hotel and the price. Definitely not a five star hotel which it holds, far below that standard which is in a way misleading and the website states that hotel gives a new dimension to 5-star hospitality so we wondered what that dimension was.

La ubicación me pareció excelente, la oferta y el horario del desayuno también excelente (de 6:30 a 12h). La habitación muy agradable. ¡Repetiría sin duda!

En principio te dicen cuando pagas que tienes una 1h de SPA pero nadie nos informó y cuando bajamos estaba cerrado... ¡qué pena porque nos hubiese encantado! Una sugerencia... con la filosofía que tiene COCO-MAT sería super interesante reformular los kits que ofrecen en el baño.

The gym and spa is a bit small and was expecting a small hot tub or swimming pool along with the sauna and hammam.

1. The location is great. Great restaurants downstairs and metro station close by. 2. Can walk to museum, acropolis etc you wont need a car to go to main squares too if youre reasonably fit. Very lively and safe area. 3. The bell boy was very helpful with luggage and fast. Helped us both on arrival and loading our bags when we came back. 4. They gave us 1 hour late check out till 12pm. We needed till 2 but that was chargeable which i find strange if the hotel has space. Anyways thats fine. 5. The gentleman during breakfast was very friendly and polite. We only went to breakfast once in 3 nights though. 6. Weather was HOT outside and AC worked great! 8. The showers were nice and large. The water pressure was good and water in diff temperature worked well.

1. We had our bag inside the room closed by room service every night there. This caused the clothes on one side of the bag fall onto the other side and had to tidy it up cause of that. Would respect if nobody touched our belongings especially since the bag wasnt even opened on the floor, it was opened in the cabinet area. 2. Room service forgot new towels on one night in the room. After showering realised there is no towels which isn't convenient at all. Requested ones and was managed. 3. Noise from the rooms around 7AM. The doors of everyone's room is smashing which caused us to wake up earlier than planned on holiday. This can be fixed if their doors didnt slam if theyre left alone. 4. On low floors expect to hear noise from hotel breakfast since rooms open up to that space. 5. Room is small for the price offered. 6. No moisturiser in the room. Just "body milk" in shower. Products in shower are average quality. 7. Balcony needed cleaning from the time we checked in. The beds and linens are clean but the floor was dirty. If id wear white socks for 5 minutes in the room walking around they'd be dirty from bottom. 8. Bed is comfortable but too small. For two people it would sink and me abd my wife would be in a hole together. Cute but not every night. 9. Pillows were too big. Usually hotels have a thicker and a slimmer one for diffirent preferences. 10. Reception staff hate their life. Only on last day thwre was a lady who was maybe the manager she was great. On other days they always answered questions but their tone makes you feel like if you had something small to ask, you wouldn't be comfortable. Its not that they weren't helpful, but its about manners and welcoming someone to a hotel. 11. Rooms have blackout curtains that blackout light well but no Shifon. Only complaint is if you opened the curtains neighbours can see in to your room. If you keep them closed, then room is too dark during day you need light.

Super Lage - allerdings ist Restaurant und die komplette Dachterrasse geschlossen. Aussicht konnte man leider nicht genießen.

SPA war nur 30 Min statt 60 angegeben, Betten nicht komfortabel, kaum Glutenfreie Optionen beim Frühstück, Dachterrasse und somit tolle Aussicht geschlossen.

Great location (two blocks from Acropolis Museum and short walk to Monastri); wonderful bed and view of the Acropolis from the window; truly fabulous morning breakfast — but the “over the top” was the phenomenally helpful and fun staff — they arranged dinners, taxi’s, general advice with intelligence and good humor (particularly Vakeria, Maria and George). You can not do better for a 2-3 day stay in Athens. (Pic from dinner spot)

Got a room with a view to the Acropolis. Beautiful! Enjoyed the nice shower and room service. Sad that the rooftop was closed.

ארוחת בוקר מעולה,יש מבחר גדול מאוד בארוחת הבוקר יש אפשרות לבחור מתוך תפריט כמו במסעדה, סוגי עשיית ביצים כגון אומלט עם סוגי ירקות וגבינות, Eggs Benedict ועוד. מבחר ירקות, סוגי קפה, מיץ תפוזים סחוט במקום ,מאפים ואפילו חלת דבש. החדרים לא גדולים (בסביבות 20 מ' אך מסודרים בצורה טובה) ,יש חלוקי אמבטיה,מכונת קפה ומיני בר. המיטה גדולה והמזרון המפורסם של קוקו מאט מעולה ונוח.

הכניסה לגג סגורה אך לא באשמת המלון אלא בגלל רשות התיירות של אתונה. מחיר מעט יקר.

A lovely bright and clean hotel. It is in the perfect location for exploring Athens. The breakfast was amazing and all staff were so welcoming and friendly. We had an amazing trip.

Breakfast was good, the hotel itself was very nice, eventhough wear is noticeable and it starts to look old. The staff tried to be nice and polite.

There was a fan noise in the room which we complained about after the first night. It was very noticeable during the night and we couldn't sleep well. The hotel looked at it but nothing was done so the second night was horrible again. After the second night we asked to change rooms. The new room was quiet and it looks like the first room had an electrical fault which kept the extractor fan running 24/7. The new room was nice and quiet but the bed mattress was very bumpy, probably overweight people were sleeping there. We mentioned it to the reception but nothing was really done so we let it go.. We found dissapointing having to sleep under such bad conditions in a 5 stars, expensive hotel which even prouds itself for its beds and comfort..
