Reviewed Aug 24, 2026De hygiëne in het hotel was heel goed. Je kan mooi wandelen voor het gebouw op de moderne pier. Er zijn twee restaurants en voor het hotel nog een paar, dus veel keuze. De bedden zijn super comfortabel en de kamers goed uitgelegen.
Het personeel kan nauwelijks tot geen Engels, dus wees voorbereid om je telefoon te gebruiken om dingen te vertalen. Het eten in de restaurants is ongelofelijk duur, dus reken niet op een snelle maaltijd. Het gebouw is heel groot en kan daardoor onoverzichtelijk zijn, maar als je goed oplet lukt het wel.

Ho prenotato una camera tripla per 3 adulti ma mi sono trovata una doppia grande, senza il terzo letto e con extra da pagare. Ho capito che il concetto di tripla in Cina è probabilmente diverso dal nostro, ma un hotel internazionale dovrebbe sapere che se prenoto per 3 adulti mi aspetto 3 posti letto. Inoltre poco personale parla inglese, solo cinese

Reviewed Jul 18, 2026Prachtig hotel en van alle gemakken voorzien. Perfecte plek voor een paar dagen Xiamen. Ook het ontbijt is zeer uitgebreid en heeft naast Aziatische keuzes ook voldoende westerse gerechten.
Net iets buiten het centum, maar dat mag geen probleem zijn gezien de taxi binnen 10 minuten in het centrum is voor een paar euro’s

Reviewed May 21, 2026Wir hatte ein riesiges Zimmer mit blick auf den Jachthafen. Das Frühstück, ist selbst für Europäer sehr umfangreich. Annie von der Rezeption hat ein Problem mit einer Flugbuchung , nach einigen Telefonaten gelöst, sodass wir unsere Reise unbeschwert fortsetzen konnten..
Leider gibt es ist in der Umgegend des Hotels, keine Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Mann ist immer auf ein Taxi angewiesen.

Reviewed Apr 23, 2026Great place to stay, the staff was excellent, so helpful, i am from Australia and found it difficult in china to order food, as my taste for food was western orientated. I hadn’t eaten for some time and wanted to get something delivered the staff particularly a lady named Vera went out of her way to get me a snack even after most things were closed late evening. I will 100% stay there again. The place is beautiful and very close to the airport.
The Gym could be a little better, but it was good enough, i am just being picky. To answer this question.

Reviewed Nov 6, 2025Wir hatten ein sehr geräumiges Zimmer im 11. Stock mit Panoramablick auf den Yacht-Hafen. Auch das Badezimmer war super ausgestattet. Das Frühstück haben wir separat gebucht. Auch hier blieben keine Wünsche offen. Außerdem hat uns der Pool sehr gut gefallen. Vom Hotel kann man ein paar Schritte zu einem Pier laufen und dort den Sonnenuntergang genießen. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Staff gave me and my colleague smoking rooms without checking with us on our preference. Ended up I had to change room as I am allergic to cigarette smell. It should be basic for staff to check this during customer check in.

Reviewed Oct 13, 2025飯店離五運碼頭很近 所以廈門入境後坐車只要10分眾以內即可到達，飯店的早餐整類很多，東西也很好吃，飯店人員的服務非常好也很熱心助人，非常喜歡，下次來再住這間。
離市區和景點較遠，大概坐車都要20-30分鐘，但是DiDi車價格不貴，所以可以接受。

Reviewed Sep 4, 2025Wij hadden dit hotel geboekt voor een nachtje omdat we de volgende ochtend pas zouden doorvliegen naar Sanya. Incheck ging heel vlot en we kregen zelfs een gratis upgrade naar een family suite. Het avond buffet was super uitgebreid en nog goedkoop ook. Met Heineken bier :) Na het buffet nog een rondje gelopen buiten over de steiger waar er werd gevist, gezongen en gedanst. Vanuit hotel raam prachtig uitzicht van kleurijke skyline
Er was wel iets van een lobby bar maar niet echt super gezellig. Dat miste ik sowieso veel in Chineze hotels.

Reviewed Jul 8, 2025That the credit card used to book could not be charged for the stay, I travel for work and my hotel bookings are done using a company credit card, I do not travel with this card and had to use my own credit card to pay for the booking. I also stayed in Suzhou at the Marriot Hotel and they had no problem charging the booking to the credit card used to make the booking. This is also the case in Europe where I also travel to often.
