Понравились просторные номера и ванные комнаты, отличный завтрак. Очень доброжелательный и готовый помочь во всех вопросах персонал. В номере и отеле предусмотрены все необходимые удобства для комфортного отдыха: бассейн, фитнес зал, ресторан на втором этаже и лобби бар на первом этаже, где на ужин предлагается буфет.

Breakfasts

It was the second time we stayed at Double Tree’s comfortable double-bed rooms with seafront views. Rooms were clean and well appointed with comfortable beds. Views of the Wuyuan bay from the large windows were also nice. Staff — both at the reception and the cleaning personnel — were efficient and helpful. The welcome cookies were a nice detail—we liked them so much that we bought a whole box.

環境設施及用餐品質都很好，離五緣灣海濱公園及砂之船outlet、五通碼頭很近，很適合旅宿喔！

Very spacious room .

Hotel is not being maintained well . Used to be great but runned down . Not so clean with breakfast with a large choice of poor quality food . It was disappointing and we will probably ho somewhere else next .

鄰近五通碼頭，隔日一早搭船回金門很便利。亦有公車可進入市區。整體很清潔、衛生、清淨、舒適。

離五緣碼頭很近，面海房景觀很棒，房間也很大

Jacuzzi could be maintained better

Due to a layover, I specifically booked a day-use room hoping to get some rest. Check-in was at 12 PM, and the front desk said they would send fruit to the room as soon as it was ready, but it was never delivered. The front desk then mentioned that someone from Meituan would bring it to my room, but in the end, I had to go downstairs to find it myself. While the above issues were not that significant, what really upset me was that everyone knows day-use rooms are available from 12 PM to 6 PM. The front desk called me at 3:23 PM to ask what time I would check out. When I said I would leave before 6 PM, the person on the phone responded with "oh...," as if I was trying to overstay! I only had 6 hours, and I was just starting to sleep when they woke me up! Additionally, my room had a "Do Not Disturb" sign on it from early on! This is absolutely unacceptable! So I called the hotel later in the afternoon to complaint about the issue, the last listened to what happened to me and told me that theitlr manager will call me back shortly. But I never received this call, meaning they don't really care about complaints. This is the worst Hilton property I stayed, not going to come again for sure!

Property is a bit dated, but overall well maintained ,some area shows wear and tear but overall staff is very nice and the location is walking distance to a shopping outlet and eatery, away from heavy tourist areas ideal for a lay back less congested vacation

A nice hotel located in a quiet area. Good service and nice breakfast

The club lounge provided happy hour with a variety of local cuisines, actually a small-size buffet. Pool and gym were fantastic. Room was luxuriously decorated and have a stunning sea view. Free breakfast for hilton diamond and gold members were provided at restaurant.

long hair was found on the sofa in living room. Air conditioner was noisy and make me could not sleep the whole night . The choices for breakfast was getting less comparing other level hotels nearby .

Our second hotel during our week in xiamen, this hotel is fantastic with a wonderful pool and gym area. The hotel is in a quiet location not far from a sail boating activity area

All is the average standard of Hilton hotel. Quite far from many spots. The room is clean and ok, no big surprises. It is just a simple stay with no much good / bad surprise. The staff is helpful to provide the info.

大至上都還不錯，只是退房有些小插曲，押金記錄單找不到，以至無法快速結單，差點搭飛機遲到了！

Receiption is nice and helpful but quite not understand why hotel switch off their A/C and offering a moveable conditioner

침실과 침구류는 완벽합니다만, 청소상태 ( 찻잔에 담뱃재) , 밖이 보이는 창가에 수많은 손자국등이 흠이었고,, 도로가라서 낮에 뷰는 좋지만 밤에는 차소리로 시끄러운 편입니다. 수영장 탈의실은 어둡고, 안되는 샤워장이 많고, 전체적으로 습하고 오래된 느낌이었습니다. 공항이랑 가까운 편의점은 있지만, 주변에 아무것도 없어서 여행숙박으로는 적합하지 않습니다.

住房、泳池、健身房都很舒適，但有幾次在五樓健身房一帶以及電梯中聞到很濃的菸味，稍嫌美中不足

Staffs are helpfull in this hotel. Location is perfect. Only need 20 mins to the ariport. It has the shopping mall surounding. Breakfast is the buffet style, but it closes a bit early. Wanderful place for bussines stay.

Being a Hilton Diamond Elite , this Property used to my preferred accommodation in Xiamen , even I am also the Marriott Lifetime Titanium & Ambassador Elite and there are quite a lot of Marriott hotels in this city can be chosen from . I still sticked with this Double Tree for long time . Great gulf & sea view, easy airport access. Little big far away from hustle and bustle . And it is very close to company where I am visiting. When MR. was the hotel GM . The service was unbelievable . It was one of best Hilton Hotels in greater China . But this year , the service they delivered was far below to Hilton average standard. Diamond Elite was not taken good care any more . In Marriott and other brands hotels, you can always have 4 pm late out if you were their highest tier Elites. But in this Double tree , you will be forced to leave hotel by 12:00 noon by excuse of high occupation. They will call you by 12:00 and push you to check out right away. In Hotel App. you saw the hotel actually was not that busy . I like to ask Ms Zheng is this the good way you guys treat your most royalty Elites ? There are a Sheraton and a Marriott Courtyard nearby going to open very soon . Maybe it is the time for me to look for other alternatives, since we are not welcomed anymore here . Thanks Chen

I came here for business last year and decided to stay again. I like the area because it's close the the airport and as a few options for nature walks. I stayed in two other busier locations in Xiamen but I prefer this more quiet option.

早餐選項蠻少的！行政酒廊看海景還是蠻不錯的，就是下午的happu hour東西少又難吃！！
