One of the best room I had in China for the money. Facilities are great, so is the room for the Money. The adjacent mall is also super convenient.

By right next to a mall is not bad. The hotel itself has a good Chinese restaurant, great food, wonderful staff.

The room is not up to date especially for the rate being charged for. The sunna was not hot enough, the facilities should be upgraded. 10 min outdoor walk to subway is a minus.

Location is good near airport and high speed train station. The shopping mall also next to the hotel. Breakfast is very nice and more varaity. The room are big and cleaness everyday. I would recommend to choose this hotel when stay in Xiamen.

I had check-out at early morning 5 AM but the system is not working to void the deposit from credit card. The staff informed me that the system will available at 11 AM so, they will manage and send the receipt by e-mail later. This is first time I found this issue when compare with other hotel they can void the deposit immediately once customer check-out from hotel.

Stylish

Location is close from Gaoqi International Airport and it costs around 20-30 CNY by taxi. Very wide room with nice view. I also enjoyed the fitness center. The hotel is connected to the shopping mall, therefore easy to access restaurants. The very kind staff allowed me to use another room in mid-night when I claimed noise from other rooms. Front Desk helped me to call taxi even at 5:30 AM.

When I checked in, I could not change the setting of air conditioner such as temperature or even on/off. However, it was fixed during my dinner soon after I claimed.

The restaurant close a bit too early (9pm) so we have to find something for dinner outside since we landed at the evening.

15-minute drive from XiaMen airport. The hotel is with Hyatt standard. Room is spacious. There's a shopping mall linked to the hotel, so it is very convenient to shop and eat around. Taxi to downtown area is about 30 minutes and RMB30. My most visited hotel in XiaMen.

As a long-time top-tier member with both Marriott and Hilton, I wasn’t sure what to expect from my first stay with Hyatt—but this beautiful bayside property truly went above and beyond. Ms. Sun at the front desk made an immediate impression with her warm hospitality. Not only did she graciously upgrade us to our preferred room type, but she also took the time to patiently explain the benefits of the World of Hyatt program. Her thoughtful approach made me feel genuinely welcomed—not just by the hotel, but by the Hyatt brand as a whole. Throughout our stay, the entire team was attentive, friendly, and professional.

The stay is good, but the location is not the best. It was advertised as having free high speed WIFI, but the WIFI is completely useless.

酒店位于五缘湾附近，连接湾悦城商场，周边环境很好，吃东西出行都方便。 普通房型面积也足够大，有桌子和沙发，还有大飘窗，装修和设施都在普通凯悦之上，但管理有待提高。客房清洁比较随意，杯子没洗垃圾桌上垃圾没扔。房间设施的维护也比较差，电视很难用，灯控也时灵是不灵，洗手间放备品的盒子已经掉漆，在大理石台子上格格不入。

If you are in need of luxury, convenience, and amazing amenities, then you will be fascinated with the service and rooms at the Hyatt Regency Xiamen Wuyuanwan. I was in Xiamen for two wonderful days and wanted a hotel within 15 minutes of the airport and 15 minutes to the center of town. The hotel met this demand and also boasted a shopping mall with food, convenience, and a grocery store in case I never wanted to leave. The service is impeccable. All of my requests were met immediately. I had trouble using the TV, and engineering was there within minutes. I needed ice, and the request was met within minutes as well. The main highlight for me is the amazing gym and spa facilities. There is a large pool, outdoor hot tub, indoor sauna, steam room, hot tubs, and relaxing outdoor grounds. I fell in love with it all. I was also pleased with the Regency Club service, as every staff member ensured a memorable visit. The rooms are luxurious—plush beds, amazing views, large bathtubs, and excellent shower pressure. I love this hotel and highly recommend it. This is the kind of place where you truly feel taken care of. I will definitely be staying here again the next time I’m in Xiamen.

I've stayed at this hotel multiple times and am generally satisfied with the quality of both service and facility at the hotel. The location is also quite convenient -- about 15 min ride from the airport and immediately adjacent to the Wuyuanwan wetland pack, where there is plenty of opportunity for walking and jogging. The hotel is next to a shopping mall, where it is easy to find food options. I'm particularly happy about my experience in the club lounge on the 25th floor. During evening cocktail hours, they not only replenish food items, sometimes they even put out completely new hot dishes different from the ones just finished, thus allowing guests more opportunities to sample a variety of new things. In comparison, many club lounges in other major hotels in China can be simply called "cutting corners" in terms of quantity and quality of food offered during cocktail hours. The Hyatt Regency Wuyuanwan truly stands out in this aspect.

There are three hyatts in Xiamen. I have stayed at them all and like them all - I assumed Regency might be more stuffy or older... WRONG. It's great. Comfortable. Location is fine. Good staff. Would stay again. The pool is actually heated. Swam outdoors in the rain in February and it wasn't cold. How amazing is that? Club/globalist recognition is spot on. I also stayed recently at Andaz Xiamen and Hyatt Centric Xiamen and was happy at those, but am super glad I also tried Hyatt Regency (which tends to be cheaper too).

We had an excellent time enjoying the food in the Market Cafe and Regency Club. The hotel and rooms are clean and tidy, the staff are super friendly especially Ivy, Zora, Heidi and Sarah. The hotel is centrally located on the island of Xiamen close to the airport and has access to an excellent shopping mall. It also has beautiful views of the bay especially from the Regency Club at night.

Excellent rooms, mattresses are comfortable - not to soft or to firm. Maid service is daily. the common areas are comfortable and the hotel is connected to mall (if shopping is your thing) Breakfast is an option and there is plenty of food to choose from. There is food, coffee and shopping in walking distance. It is also within walking distance of the BRT and subway. There are also bikes nearby for rent. Great place to stay if your are visiting Xiamen Huli District.

We had a fantastic three nights at this property. The room had a nice view of Wuyuanwan Bay and was super comfortable. English proficiency of staff is not great but all tried their best to communicate and were all professional. Communication via email were always prompt. Breakfast quality was superb. Concierge staff Will was especially helpful with ferry reservation and sightseeing information. All around superb hotel!

We stayed in the suite and it was magnificent. The room felt like a large apartment, well appointed, very homely. The breakfast buffet had a lot of variety including western and chinese food options. The club access also had good food (the pork dishes come to mind). One of the best hotel experiences I've had.

This Hyatt is a little further out from the main downtown area but it’s connected to a mall nearby, and about 20 mins walk to the nearest subway station. It has great view of the wetland park across the water. There is a regency club within very good food selection and breakfast was tasty. I travelled with two kids and having a good regency club is super helpful especially when they need to adjust jet lag. Hotel room is spacious and clean with a big soak tub.

My only "complaint" is that during my stay members of the China Football National Team held an event at the hotel and for a few days it felt like an armed encampment. It was understandable but off putting nonetheless.

The food selection was wonderful especially at breakfast, most of the staff understood English, facilities were clean and timings were appropriate especially for guests who work until late, easy access to the mall.

A great hotel to stay in, all your needs will be taken care of. There is a variety of food, Most of the staff understand English, the hotel is near the airport, rooms are clean and well ventilated, facilities are wonderful gym, pool, steamer, sauna.

The air conditioning can be better improved in the rooms on L26.

Of the best hotel stayed in Xiamen. Near to airport and surrounding have many malls and amenities. Strongly recommends for family or business trip. Always stayed here whenever I visit Xiamen

The hotel and rooms are very nice. The staff is very helpful. The views of the bay from the upper floor rooms are amazing. The amenities, like the pool and workout center, are excellent. The location is right next to a major mall with tons of shopping and an excellent selection of restaurants and bars. My only complaint comes from the thermostat in the room resetting to warmer than I would have liked and the AC taking a while to get it back down to cool when you get back.

The breakfast noodle bar was great, love the local noodles and wantons. The room was big and nice, with a good view towards the bay. The lounge was comfortable and the staff there was very helpful and attentive. It is attached to a shopping mall.

Nothing much really, there are construction next to the hotel at the moment and the location is far from downtown.

호텔의 청결상태와 직원들의 서비스는 매우 좋았습니다. 바로 옆에 큰 쇼핑센터가 있어서 매우 편리했습니다. 중산로, 샤먼대학, 구랑위등 샤먼을 대표하는 관광지와는 거리가 많이 떨어져 있어서 숙박기간내내 택시를 타고 이동해야하는 불편함은 있었습니다. (다행인점은 택시비가 매우 저렴합니다)

硬件方面：房間理想，湖景是開揚遠望著湖景，看著太陽升起，挻美的！軟件方面：職員較少掛上笑容，很冰冷的，適用於夏天。

前台接待的女性服務員有一位相當好，幾次接洽都相當貼心。因為腳開刀不太方便，也相當留意我需要的協助，提供離電梯近的房間。不過飯店隔音很差，隔壁房吵翻天到11點請前台處理，服務員敲隔壁請他們喝酒小聲點，下一秒按我門鈴，說有請隔壁小聲了...如果我被隔壁揍應該也是被你們害的吧！後來前台打電話來告知隔壁喝酒很high,加上他們其他房朋友都來同一間才這麼吵，我不太認同高檔酒店這樣的默許客人聚眾吵鬧，一樣有花錢，我還連住5天，這點覺得需要改善，其他的部分都很好。

Lucky that I've picked the right hotel! The weather is super hot in Xiamen in June, our families prefer to have in-door activities, such as high-tea and visit big shopping mall right next to the hotel, actually our rooms are big with sofa and coffee table, playing cards in room is also a good suggestion. There is a huge wetland, about 10 mins walk from the hotel, worth a morning walk along the river.
