Staff are friendly Clean hotel

When we turn on aircon, the room vibrates

The breakfast was great, and the location was amazing. About 9 mins to Legoland and 9 mins to the beach. They also had 4 ev chargers which was great for us.

It was a bit noisy to sleep, sounded like people were running around above us. Will try to get top floor next time. We brought an air purifier with us so that helped a bit with the noise. The walls are thin.

The facility was clean at all times. The room was exceptionally well kept, the bed and couch bed were comfortable, and pool area was fantastic. Breakfast was delicious and staff were very generous at all times.

I wish there was a tv outdoors, outside the pool area. That that it bothered me during my stay, would just be a cool addition in my opinion. There wasn’t anything I didn’t like about the place.

Clean and great customer service with welcome text and continue to check if we need anything.

Location is good. Very close to Legoland. They serve delicious breakfast. The room itself was clean and decent size. It had the amenities that we needed for our trip.

You can hear the noise outside your room very loudly. I wish there was a little bit more soundproofing on the walls.

Rooms are very nice and big.

People above our floor kept running and jumping all day long. I called the front desk and still didnt stop the mini elephants above us.

Upon arrival, we were assigned a room, but immediately after checking in, we discovered that the bathroom floor was completely flooded with water. I brought this issue to the representative’s attention, and she informed us that the room already had a known issue. My concern is: if the hotel was aware of the problem beforehand, why was this room assigned to guests in the first place? We were then moved to another room, but unfortunately the experience did not improve. The new room was located extremely close to the elevator and heavy foot traffic area, making it very noisy due to guests constantly walking by and talking. In addition, the bed was uncomfortable and very noisy, and the pillows were old, misshapen, and had an unpleasant smell. I requested several replacement pillows, but all of them were in similarly poor condition. The room itself also appeared not to have been properly cleaned. I have video evidence showing hair left in the room upon arrival. Overall, I am very disappointed and unhappy with the experience, especially considering the condition of the rooms and the lack of proper quality control.

My husband and kids loved the pool ! Especially that pool closes at 10!!! I loved the hot tub and everything in our room was wonderful.

The only thing I disliked about the hotel is that the parking was very full at night ): we luckily found one but there is very little parking spots.

Rooms were nice, kitchenette was well-stocked. Parking was ample.

I had two rooms and they weren’t ready at the same time. One of the rooms was supposed to be on a separate credit card and they charged the same one twice. So that’s wrong.

Outstanding for families. There are games that can be checked out to play in the lobby with plenty of seating. They also offer free doggy snacks for guests with dogs. Adorable! Free parking, wifi, and breakfast. Three less things I need to worry about with my kids on vacation. The staff was friendly and helpful. I like that there was a text option set up to ask questions. I was pleasantly surprised by the breakfast. There are plenty of options for adukts and kids. There were more options than most hotels provide. There were different types of eggs (scrambled, fried, and hard boiled), potatoes, pancakes, waffles, oatmeal, toast, bagels, English muffins, cereal, fruit, turkey bacon, Canadian bacon, and sausage. Coffee, hot tea, hot chocolate, and iced water are available all day.

Found one spider, room smelled of bug spray for the first couple hours.

The space in the room was great! The kitchen facilities were convenient and meet all our needs. Every hotel I've stayed in always has light coming through space between the curtains at night. Hilton has shades instead that blocked out the light and allowed us to get a good night's rest.

The paper products, toilet paper, paper towels, and Kleenex were of very poor quality.

The hotel is very nice & clean. Breakfast was great with a lot of options. The only downfall was the sleeper sofa was so uncomfortable that none of us were able to sleep on it.

It was very close to Legoland. The room was so spacious! There was a kitchenette with basic dishes, microwave and fridge. We didn’t use any of that, but it all looked clean and new. The built-ins were all new, but felt a bit weird. It was one giant wall of different modular parts. They served good breakfast in the lobby area.

Although the room was spacious and clean, it just didn’t feel as cozy.

This was my first stay at a Homewood Suites by Hilton, and it was an excellent choice for anyone needing extra space, a full kitchen, and room to spread out—especially for longer stays or families. What stood out positively : Exceptionally large, clean, and modern suites with a separate living area, full kitchen (including dishwasher, full-size fridge, stovetop, and microwave), ample storage, and a spacious bathroom. Clean, affordable laundry facilities ($2 per wash/dry cycle). Easy mobile check-in via the Hilton app—skip the front desk entirely if you prefer. Pool area with hot tub/spa. Complimentary 24/7 coffee, tea, and hot chocolate in the lobby. Pet-friendly policy. The only real downside was breakfast. The hot items (especially the eggs) were bland and rubbery, and during busy times, the setup becomes chaotic with poor flow and long lines. Honestly, you're better off cooking in your suite's kitchen—it's fully equipped and saves you the hassle. Overall, highly recommended for extended stays or anyone prioritizing space and self-catering over hotel dining. I'd happily return.

This is our second time coming to visit from Ireland and we absolutely love this hotel and the location. We love the pool, the self service for breakfast, coffee and teas in the foyer and the service is outstanding and the whole place is spotless. The staff are exceptional. Each one is polite, helpful, pleasant, friendly and a pleasure to deal with.

The pool was nice for the kids, but it did get a bit crowded at times. I liked the gym facilities and the free coffee at the entrance.

It's a nice place, but the bed wasn't very comfortable, and the pull-out couch made a lot of noise whenever you moved. The breakfast wasn't great either; the eggs and potatoes were not good. Additionally, there weren't enough plates or silverware for the number of people eating.

Clean, nicely furnished rooms, very convenient for long (or short) stay if you want to have kitchenette access. Also looks new inside.

When we came for breakfast at 9am (was served till 10am) many items were ran out and no-one was restocking them. There was no milk left next to cereals, no muffins left, no fruit, no waffle dough and it was not refilled. Looked like it was a great breakfast but half of it we were not able to have.

Room 247 was noisy because of the boiler room next door. couldn't sleep for 2 nights until we were moved to room 265 , No phone connection or 4G . Moved agaìn̈ to room 365. Much better connection . Avoid room 247 and 265

my family and i decided to stay here after legoland..beautiful and friendly staff. we felt welcomed from the time we checked in..it’s nice to see a hotel that has refreshments in the lobby. a choice of coffee,coco,tea and ice cold water esp after a long drive. the pool area,mini golf,and lounge area outside is kept nice and enjoyable. the lobby was nice and roomy..my family had a chance to watch baseball and play cards. breakfast was awesome!! everyone had a choice from hearty to simple healthy bfast. our suite was so clean and roomy. our family gives this place a 9! would we stay there again?? yes definitely

This is a great hotel, especially if you are traveling with pets. It's mostly quiet, except for the occasional door slam. The staff is very hospitable and kind. I love having a kitchen when I travel l, and we almost exclusively choose Home 2. My only complaint is that the breakfast here left much to be desired flavor and texture wise. It probably wouldnt take much to upgrade the breakfast a little. Maybe bring your own food and borrow a cooktop. The bed in our room was extremely firm. If i had to stay more than a night or 2 it would be very difficult to sleep on a hard bed.

Greeted by the front desk employee (Arthur?) as soon as we entered. He was very polite and explained everything to us about the room and breakfast very thoroughly. The room was super clean and cleaning staff were welcoming. We will definitely be back.

Perfect for families!

We liked the overall clean facilities and the generous breakfast varieties. The pool area smells strongly of propane gas, and there were some ants that found their way into our bathroom and kitchen area. When I called about the ants, they had someone promptly come up to vacuum, which was nice of them. The shower pressure and temperature is fantastic. The walls are thin, so we heard children screaming early in the morning and stomping in the room above us. Other than the few inconveniences, it was a nice stay.

Friendly staff, good breakfast. Unfortunately our room situation had faulty issues and the replacement room (last available room) was too close to the lobby that we can hear the crowd outside.

Clean, roomy, comfortable. We liked the complimentary breakfast and the location was great for our Legoland visit. Only small complaint was that when they cleaned the room they didn’t replenish the (almost empty when we got there) tissue box, paper towels, ice bag, or cups.

We travel quite a bit. This is one of the nicest hotels we’ve stayed in for a while. Very clean, staff are super friendly and efficient. The room was very comfortable. We loved the amenities. And the prices was very reasonable.

Quiet. Feels older as elevator was questionable. Room was quiet. Great location and near Legoland. The poor staff wasn’t ready for the amount of people that were staying there and wanting breakfast, which seems like a manageable error

Stayed only 2 days :(

Property is very nice. Breakfast is great. We were on the second floor and every morning around 6am we could hear the 3rd floor guests very well. Lots of stomping and what sounded like running. Too loud. Wouldn’t stay at this property again unless we could be on the 3rd floor.

Stayed to be around area. Easy location close to highway, but very quiet and clean. Nice hotel.

I would expect a better breakfast menue. We had the same menue every day, and usually not hot enough, although I was having my breakfast around 7:30am.
