Breakfast was great and pleasant staff

Human hair in the shower was quite disgusting

The hotel was not at all clean. Washroom sealing was leaking. Towels were not clean.and hot tub and pool as well not clean. However the staff was helpful.

To The beds are extremely comfortable and the room very clean.

Dinner at the restaurant was expensive

Small room, small closet , not having much space to hang up clothing , window glass was dirty and blurry can’t see outside for sightseeing

We were treated very rudely by the bar staff. We sat for twenty minutes(my husband said on the tv he watched an entire set of tennis being played). Not one person greeted us, apologized because they were busy or even made eye contact.

Very convenient right off the highway for a one night stop on our drive home from visiting Nova Scotia. Room was big clean and comfortable. Breakfast buffet was quite extensive and decent, better than expected actually.

First, we booked at King Premium room and were given room 109 - not a premium anything - overlooking the garbage, security spotlight blasting through the window and not overly clean. The poor girl on the front counter had to deal with 2 buses plus others all by herself. I complained about the room and the room we were given was better but still not great. The staff did their best though.

The bed was extremely comfortable! The pool was beautiful & open late so my son and his friends were able to take advantage of it even after arriving well into the evening. The staff on arrival were so polite & friendly - immediately good vibes.

There was a biker crew outside of the main entrance in the evening that didn't feel overly inviting. They could have been innocent, but they stayed awhile & as a single mom I felt uneasy about leaving & entering.

We chose the Crowne Plaza Saint John Harbour View because of its convenient location after arriving on the ferry. The hotel offers on-site parking, making arrival easy, and our spacious room was clean, quiet, and had a view of the harbour. The Wi-Fi worked well throughout our stay, and having an on-site restaurant was a welcome convenience after a long day of travel. Check-in and check-out were both quick and easy, and we would stay here again.

Very nice stay at the Crowne Plaza. Great staff. Friendly service. Nice clean room with great view, comfortable beds and good AC. Breakfast buffet left a bit to be desired - but was acceptable.

Spent one night in the hotel as passing through St John from the ferry. Room was as expected and perfectly adequate. Your restaurant was dreadful! The food barely edible, staff miserable and unhelpful, particularly at breakfast. I was never shown a breakfast menu and only realised when I was leaving that there was a menu and I might have chosen something more interesting after the previous evening's offerings. Check-out staff at reception somewhat under trained and took ages as others were in and out before us.

The staff were nice, the hotel was nice, the breakfast was good. Over all a good stay!

The hot tub was a bit murky seemed like it needed a treatment and the pool felt too cold to swim in, I heard other people saying they thought it was too cold also. There was no hair dryer in our room, I asked for one but never received it. The hook on the back of our door was broken where the hair dryer would have been. It felt like they didnt believe us that we didnt have one.

The room was beautifully updated and very comfortable . We enjoyed having the pool, arcade and resturant all in the same building so we didn't have to leave the hotel. Staff was very helpful and accommodating

Hot breakfast options. Seating was amply spaced with a bright breakfast area and comfy couch seats. The hotel lobby and rooms were modern with nice seats and a panoramic view of the city. The room soap & body washes smelled good too. The hotel reception staff and manager were courteous and accommodating. As we were a generational family with a younger infant, I appreciated that there was a bit of leeway during the check-out time. The renovated modern bright aesthetic of the hotel is infinitely better than from when I first visited back in 2022.

The turkey bacon tasted a bit weird - I would prefer the regular pork bacon. Two people already knocked at our door when checking out. The second lady didn't know that we had been previously asked.

Service at the hotel is excellent. A wonderful young gentleman checked us in - super friendly and helpful. Service in the restaurant was also good, as was the food for dinner. The hotel is a little tired, the room could have done with a vacuum and the pillow cases are way too small for the pillows leaving the pillow innards sticking out. The free parking is a plus and the location was good for a road trip.

Very few healthy options for breakfast food. Apart from scrambled eggs and fruit saladI. I do not count the turkey bacon as healthy because it was most unpleasant to look at. 4 cereals from which to choose were all sugar laden. Mini croissants hard and dry not a healthy choice. Multi grain bread would be a good addition as would bran muffins rather than 2 sweet offerings of muffins. Yogourt choices all had fruit bottoms full of sugar. Plain ,no sugar yogourt might be an experiment for your catering staff..

Hotel and room were lovely. We ate at the restaurant which was really good too.

It was ok, there was a San Valentine's buffet event we should have known before so we can attend. Breakfast was excellent.

Way too many people at breakfast and line was slow. No underground parking.

This is an amazing hotel with great staff all around. The rooms are very clean. We’ve been staying here on and off over the last few months because of the hospital, and the staff here have been like family and treated us like gold. Wasana, Mark and Ishan have been amazing to deal with at front desk. Whether it has been to answer questions, get us something, or to help in any way at all, they are great to deal with! This hotel also has an amazing restaurant. Very good food and great waitresses! Shoutout to Shianne who will make your breakfast memorable and ensure you get the quality of food that you deserve. She always looks right after you in any way she can. Paul is a great morning cook! Breakfasts here are not continental, they are real restaurant food even if you get the buffet. Overall, great experience here with great staff! It won’t disappoint.

Overall a nice retrofitted reno and the Crowne Plaza name. The room is modern and the beds are super comfy. What shocks me is no blackout curtains. I've never seen that. It's a bar with grommet curtains that are very difficult to close. And there is light. The tv remote batteries are in the opens, no cover. Paper cups. The staff are very pleasant and and well trained. Great views if the city's uptown and harbour. Get a room with a view.

Large room for a family of 5. Great amenities with pool. Clean hotel. We also loved that they have healthy energy booster shots as part fo the breakfast buffet. Also easy check in and check out.

The room was clean and a good size. It had a fridge, microwave and lots of storage space. There is an arcade area on site and the pool was clean and a nice temperature.

Room was great little bit chilly cause my window was facing the wind, didnt have any great view but at least it was quiet and good. Breakfast was great especially the Turkey bacon.

No underground parking. It was very cold so I had to bring some stuff up my room to prevent from freezing (no food), it was a gift for my daughter.

The room allocated was not sufficient- 1 room had 5 occupancy’s though they gave us the room and said it can occupy 5 it did not have a sofa or there was no space to put the couch they gave us for the 5 th person. So clearly there was no room for 5 . This was uncomfortable. As three people had to share 1 bed.

Cindy was our server on our last night there and she was wonderful. So personable and interested in us. She would be a strong reason for us to return to the Crowne Plaza Saint John - Doug de Nance, FMX World Tour announcer.

A little noisy with people coming and going and slamming doors at all hours but if you’re a heavy sleeper this won’t affect you.

I highly recommend this hotel to go to. I suggest you go to Cindy if you want a good laugh. She will tell you some good places to go and a good meal to eat. They even have deep fried ice cream 😃

Many amenities, modern building, close to attractions.

The hot tub and pool were the main reason we chose the hotel. The hot tub was boiling, unusable and had piles of dirt in the corners. The pool was cold, and also filthy.
