Lo que mas me gustó fue el desayuno, tenía mucha variedad para el destino

Que al hacer mi check out, aun no salía mi tren y pedí que si podría dejar mis maletas a resguardo, y para dejarlas tiene un costo

The female staff at the registration area was corteous and considerate when I requested to change my room view facing the canal. Thank you. The area was superb! It is near the train station and tram, and walking distance to some tourist spots.

Es un hotel cómodo, con buena ubicación y limpio. Las habitaciones están bien, solo un poco pequeñas.

Sehr freundliches Personal, sehr gutes und reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet, sehr gute Lage für Bahnreisende und als Ausgangspunkt für touristische Aktivitäten.

Zimmer zwar geschmackvoll eingerichtet, jedoch eng. Keinerlei Ablagemöglichkeiten im Bad. Einziges Fenster in Richtung eines Bahnsteiges des Hauptbahnhofes und dort haltende Züge. Vorhänge müssen ständig geschlossen bleiben, damit die Fahrgäste nicht ins Zimmer schauen!

Quarto extremamente pequeno, sem lugar para colocar as malas e as roupas. Existe um móvel de madeira no quarto, que mais ocupa espaço do que é funcional, porque não cabe quase nada dentro e tem uma abertura minúscula. O banheiro tinha um cheiro de xixi muito forte, que não passava nem depois da limpeza.

Rooms and bathrooms are very small . Staff by the bar area is inconsistent some of the staff is friendly and helpful others stare at you when you want to order some food and dont say a word. A good hello i will be with you in a moment would be helpful.

Hotel situato accanto/sopra alla stazione centrale e quindi in un ottima posizione, estremamente comodo per chi si sposta in treno o in tram . L’ hotel essendo situato sopra la stazione ferroviaria il rumore dei treni è percepibile ma non fastidioso. Al check out si possono lasciare i bagagli in hotel e ritirarli in un secondo momento. L’hotel è bello e accogliente, anche le stanze piccole ma accogliente.

Il personale ( non tutti ovviamente) non sono stati eccessivamente cortesi. La pulizia della stanza non è stata fatta tutti i giorni nonostante stesse scritto che è giornaliera

Location next to train station. Clean room.

Very basic room. No kettle! No tea making in the room. Floor 4 was just above the trains going underneath the hotel, so a bit noisy!

The room had a great view. It was convenient to the train station and all modes of transportation. The room and bed were comfortable. The tea kettle with coffee packets was much appreciated in the room. There were plenty of electrical sockets conveniently placed.

Mini fridge in the room would have made it a perfect stay.

It was centred perfectly in the heart of Amsterdam , right next to train station as well so commuting was easy if we needed to use transport . It was comfortable and the bed was huge , staff were really nice and it’s the perfect place to set up camp if you want to explore .

La ventana daba directamente a la via del tren, la ventana no se podía abrir por ese motivo puesto que te veían desde el vagón y el andén. Además de que era peligroso.

Almost above if the train station. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. I've asked for a late checkout because my son was a bit sick and going around in Amsterdam all the day (we go back with a night train) wasn't possible. They were really kindly and let the room up to 5 in the afternoon.

If there's something to say, is about the room: no desk or anything to put the small stuff on. The furniture similar to the wardrobe is ok, but would it be much better if one side could be opened. Anyway, I understand that the room is small and the space is limited.

Next door to the central station, & the €5 bonus to not have your room cleaned was great. I always put a do not disturb sign out anyway, so this was a bonus.

The bed was lumpy, the shower ran hot & cold - no consistency. And the room was far too small for a queen bed. The bathroom is a very tight fit.

Hotel situato sopra la stazione e quindi estremamente comodo per chi si sposta in treno. Arrivando prima del Check In si possono lasciare i bagagli per iniziare a visitare la città. Posizone comodissima per il centro e fuori dal caos. Per chi è interessato a fare il tour dei canali partono proprio in prossimità dell'Hotel. Buona colazione continentale con buona scelta di dolce e salato. Bagno e letti comodi.

Vista la posizione (essendo situato sopra la stazione ferrovaria) il rumore del passaggio dei treni è percepibile ma non fastidioso. Per chi è molto sensibile ai rumori sicuramente è meglio prenotare i piani più alti. A noi non ha dato nessun problema.

Excellent Location. Very close to Amsterdam Centraal and clause to Dam Square. The property is very well maintained. The reception staff was amazing and so much helpful. I don’t remember their names but there were two (a male and a a female), however would like to mention that so much of customer centricity and courtesy is rare to find. They are true assets to the hotel. Next time if I visit Amsterdam, there is no doubt that I’ll only and only stay at Ibis, Amsterdam Centre.

Our room was tiny and cramped we was under the train track I could hear trains all night and day my friend ordered a drink which was £18 euros and it took ages to get to our room wasn’t great for the money at all

Excelente ubicación al la lado de la Estación Central de trenes. Buen lobby con tienda para elementos básicos, un área para trabajar, barra, y restaurant. Me gustó mucho mi habitación, muy cómoda y silenciosa a pesar de tener una vista hermosa a los andenes de los trenes y.a los canales. 100% recomendado!

Quizás podrían mejorar con la implementación de algún sistema de control para el servicio de guardado de maletas post check out. Llegar y dejar una maleta sin un voucher en un cuarto donde entra cualquiera es un poco extraño.

The only thing i liked is the location.

Also all the hotels provide atleast complementary water here there is absolutely nothing , the only reason i took is because of the location and Ibis is very much overpriced also the room and other facilities does not even match the rate . Also the toilets had a very bad smell .

הצוות בלובי נעים מינוס. אין אפשרות לשמירת חפצים, אפשר להשאיר, ללא השגחה. אם רוצים שמירה זה בלוקרים בתשלום. האזעקה בכל המלון פעלה ב 12 בלילה, ללא התראה מוקדמת. ללא הסברים. ממש רגע מפחיד.

Sehr zentrale Lage, direkt über den Gleisen am Hbf. Deshalb wackelt das Gebäude nachts manchmal ein kleines bisschen. Es gibt aber keine Lärmbelästigung durch die Züge. Fenster nicht zu öffnen, aber die Klimaanlage funktioniert gut. Kleine funktionale Zimmer.

In den Zimmern sind keine Toilettenbürsten. Sowas habe ich noch nicht erlebt. Das Frühstück ist mit 19 € etwas teuer.

The location of the hotel was very convenient as you could just walk everywhere from there. The personnel of the reception were very helpful and kind. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and despite the fact that the hotel is very close to the train station, there was no noise art all. The atmosphere of Amsterdam was very interesting and beautiful, to which you'd want to return in the future.

Das Zimmer war sauber und hatte eine Klimaanlage. Genau das richtige bei dem warmen Wetter. Service alle sehr nett und freundlich. Frühstück sehr gut.
