The room was above a crowded back street, full of noise and cigarette smoke until well past midnight. In the morning, the shops on the street were being supplied, which added even more noise. Rooms facing the front road seem to have much better sound insulation.

Das Personal an der Rezeption ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit! Frühstück war erstaunlich gut und der Kaffee war klasse.

Das Zimmer ! Das EZ ist ca 10qm was eigentlich okay ist, aber das Bett und die Möbel waren unterirdisch 🫣. Das Bettgestell war mit Stoff bezogen der sich in Auflösung befand, die Matratze sehr durchgelegen und unbequem. Das Badezimmer winzig und das Waschbecken wäre selbst für einen Kindergarten zu klein gewesen. Der Teppichboden lud nicht zum barfuß laufen ein.

Bei Ankunft wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass keine Booking.com Buchung existieren können, da das Hotel nicht bei booking.com ist. Wir zeigten insere Bestätigung etc. dennoch wsr es sehr kompliziert doch ein Zimmer zu bekommen!Nach sehr langem Hin und her wurde uns ein Zimmer gegeben zu dem Preis wie wir gebucht hatten. Es war extrem unangenehm und es ging dadurch viel Zeit verloren.

Rooms were clean and comfortable with daily housekeeping. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast is excellent, the bar and restaurants were also very good. Nice outside covered seating in front. Close to Central station.

Una coperta in bella vista macchiata e la mancanza di wifi.

Estaba en el centro y frente a la estación central. Las habitaciones eran grandes, las limpiaban bien y las camas aunque viejas y muy blandos los colchones a mí me parecían muy cómodas.

Que necesitaba remodernizarse y que se oían los pasos de la gente del piso superior.

部屋にエアコンと冷蔵庫がなかった。またバスマットが置かれてなかったので、部屋に戻る度、Receptionにもらいに行った。

L'hotel està molt ben ubicat, en ple centre d'Àmsterdam i sobretot molt a prop de l'estació de tren. L'habitació era molt còmode i sobretot destacaria el buffet de l'esmorzar, molt bo i amb una habitació com d'un vaixell antic que era espectacular.

The location of the hotel is very good, near the Central Station. The room was cleaned and with a good size. At the breakfast I found a large choice.

During the night, various noises could be heard coming from the nearby square.

Close to city center, and train sitation.

We stayed at Hotel Prins Hendrik as a group of 4 for 3 nights and 4 days. Given the exorbitant rates which are far higher than many other options in the city, our stay was an absolute disaster. While the hotel is close to the central train station and city center, prime location cannot compensate for the total lack of hospitality, dreadful service, and nonsensical rules. Ridiculous Key Policy & Unattended Reception: In a setup I have never seen anywhere else, our group of 4 was issued only a single room key card. Worse still, the hotel demands you hand in the key at the front desk every time you leave. Every time we returned, the reception desk was deserted, forcing us to stand around waiting for minutes just for someone to show up and hand us our key. Hostile Night Staff & The Hot Water Incident: The staff's attitude was exceptionally cold and dismissive, treating guests like unwelcome intruders. Because the room provided no kettle, we went down to the bar at night simply asking for a bottle of hot water and two tea bags. The night staff glared at us with utter disdain—as if making an alien, absurd demand—and then had the nerve to charge us extra just for plain hot water. Dreadful Breakfast: The morning buffet was a complete joke. There was practically nothing decent to eat, the selection was bare-bones, and the quality was shockingly poor for a hotel charging premium prices. Completely Stripped, Smelly Rooms: The rooms lacked the most basic amenities—no kettle, no iron, no hairdryer, no minibar, and not even a single complimentary glass or bottle of water. The room had a persistent foul odor, suffered from awful ventilation, and the Wi-Fi connection was completely dead and unusable. Paying top-tier prices for bare rooms, inedible food, restrictive key rules, and staff who treat you with contempt over a cup of hot water is unacceptable. Do not be misled by the central location, book somewhere else.

La ubicación al lado de la estación central y al lado del centro siendo ideal para no tener que coger ningún medio de transporte para visitar la ciudad. El personal ha sido muy agradable. Habitación amplia con 4 camas Bonitas vistas desde las ventanas de la habitación.

Un poco viejo. Bañera muy alta para entrar. Desayuno básico e igual cada día.

Súper céntrico y uno de los pocos hoteles que te ofrecen una habitación familiar grande con 6 camas de verdad (nada de sofás cama o literas).

El hotel es bastante viejo, llega a las 3 estrellas con esfuerzo. Los suelos crujen y chirrían bajo la moqueta. El baño como el de mi abuela. El desayuno justito.

La habitación. No llegaba a ser un primer piso y se oía mucho ruido de la calle. No tenía doble cristal en las ventanas.

La ubicación es fantástica, al lado de la estación central y a un paso de tiendas, restaurantes y todo el ambiente de Amsterdam, pero el hotel no nos resultó cómodo. El personal es encantador: muy atento y disponibles 24h. Viajamos con bebés y nos facilitaron nevera para guardar la lecha y poder calentarla en microondas cuando lo necesitáramos; también atendieron nuestra petición al pedirles un alargador para el ventilador. La bañera fue genial. Enorme. Entrábamos los 4!!

El hotel no tiene aire acondicionado y el calor era insoportable (viajamos en plena ola de calor). Hemos estado 3 noches y era imposible dormir. No debería estar permitido que, al menos en verano, el hotel abriera, porque no es barato y no es agradable estar en la habitación. Nos dieron una habitación en teoría más grande para poder tener cama supletoria y cuna pero la habitación era un tetris. Nada cómoda.

It’s a wonderful hotel. The receptionist was very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was very good and more than sufficient, and the breakfast hours were quite flexible. The location is excellent, and we were able to walk to most places. The only downside was that there was no hairdryer in the room. However, the room was very clean, and it was also cleaned properly during our stay.

La gentillesse du personnel, celle de Carlo en particulier qui a pris la peine de renvoyer un objet que j'avais oublié rapidement et de façon sécurisée. L'emplacement : on ne peut pas faire plus central, presque face à la gare. La chambre était aussi très spacieuse, en duplex.

Mi habitacion daba a la calle exactamente donde había un PUb abajo y fue difícil dormir. El ruido aminoraba hasta la una de la madrugada. No tienen ventanas aislantes de ruido.

Ruidoso el exterior y no cuenta con ventanas aislantes.

Tenía que subir 2 pisos por escalera caracol muy angosta para ir a la habitación! De todos modos no nos complicó mayormente.

There were 3 women and our room was perfect. Large enough for all our suitcases. The location was great. Loved sitting out front people watching. Close to delicious fondue restaurant and not far from the cruise port. Everyone was so nice. Breakfast was delicious.

L hôtel est situé dans une rue très passante et très bruyante la nuit. Les chambres sont très sommaires, nous occupions une chambre pour 4 personnes très spacieuses mais les toilettes dans la salle de bain ne facilitent pas la vie à 4.

Qualcosa andrebbe "ringiovanito" e un pò più attenzione nella pulizia, indisponibilità di qualche cuscino basso. Come per tutti gli hotel del centro la scala di accesso è sempre "faticosa" con i bagagli, ma alla fine si fa solo due volte

Lo mejor es la ubicación y la limpieza. El salón náutico de la edad de oro neerlandesa también me sorprendió- agradable el desayuno en él. Como también descubrir el vínculo con el trompetista y cantante de jazz Chet Baker. La proximidad a la práctica estación de tren es otro punto a su favor.

Los toalleros del baño están oxidados. Creo que con un lavado de cara, simplemente modernizando los baños, pintando-lacando las puertas, y sustituyendo la moqueta por tarima flotante… el hotel ganaría bastante

中央駅から近く、アクセスは非常によかった。またフロントのスタッフも優しかったです。部屋の広さもスーツケースを広げる事ができ十分でした。朝食は比較的簡易なものでしたがパンは美味しくアムステルダムは物価が高いのでとてもありがたかったです。客室はかなり老朽化していますがきれいに整えられていました。

1番使う電源ポートが2箇所とも通電しておらず、バスルーム側の壁や床近くの電源を使用しなければならなかったことは不便でした（別の部屋は問題なかったようです）ヘアドライヤー、冷蔵庫、エアコンが備え付けではないこと、バスマットがなかったこと。部屋が薄暗く暗いことなどは不便に感じました。通りに面しているので雑踏の男、叫び声などうるさかったです。耳栓をもっていたので特に問題はありませんでしたが人によっては気になると思います。

​Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel ed è stata un'esperienza fantastica. La posizione è imbattibile: si trova nel pieno centro di Amsterdam, esattamente di fronte alla Stazione Centrale. Questa collocazione strategica ci ha permesso di dimenticare i mezzi pubblici e muoverci sempre comodamente a piedi per esplorare la città. ​Ecco i punti di forza del nostro soggiorno: ​Camera Familiare: La stanza, pensata per una famiglia di 4 persone, era davvero spaziosa e regalava una vista bellissima direttamente sulla stazione. ​Colazione: Ottima, varia e abbondante, perfetta per fare il pieno di energie prima di camminare tutto il giorno. ​Atmosfera: La sera il quartiere intorno si vivacizza; c'è movimento e si respira a pieno la vera e autentica aria di Amsterdam. ​Staff: Il personale si è dimostrato gentilissimo, sempre disponibile e accogliente per qualsiasi esigenza. ​Nel complesso è una struttura consigliatissima. Ci tornerei volentieri!

L'unica piccola pecca riscontrata è stata la mancanza di un minifrigo in camera, che sarebbe stato comodo soprattutto viaggiando in famiglia.

An sich enkel het gebrek aan airco op de kamer. Toevallig waren we net daar tijdens 1 van de warmste dagen van het jaar.

We really liked the spacious room with a beautiful view of the canal. It made our stay in Amsterdam even more enjoyable and gave the room a great atmosphere.

Hotel in una posizione davvero super centrale, comoda per raggiungere facilmente tutte le principali attrazioni. La colazione è stata ottima e molto apprezzata. La stanza era un po’ datata, ma davvero spaziosa e di grandi dimensioni. Un piccolo punto da migliorare riguarda la dotazione delle camere: sarebbe utile avere almeno un ventilatore, soprattutto nei periodi più caldi. Inoltre, per avere un phon è necessario richiederlo al personale. Nel complesso, però, è stato un ottimo soggiorno. Personale disponibile e struttura consigliata!

No air condition, no fan. When staff were informed, they gave us ONE tiny fan for a 4pax room. When I requested for them to bring the fan to the room, they did not do so. Instead they waited for us to come back from outside, the staff handed the fan to my sister. Service for me is 0/10. The only saving grace was the location.

The property charged. Differen orice than quoted (15 % higher). Besides that, no air conditioner in the room, and no elevators! 4 floors through stairs to access to the room…

De kamer was super schoon. Ontbijt was goed verzorgd. Personeel heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam, vooral de jonge man die overdag bij de receptie zat.

De bedden waren niet zo geweldig.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, muy cerca de todo, incluyendo la estación de trenes (al frente cruzando el puente), lugares donde comer y comprar, cerca hay supermercado, también está cerca de tranvía y metro, si hay que desplazarse más lejos. El personal era amable en general.

El cuarto no estaba mal pero carecía, por ejemplo, de aire acondicionado (aunque yo no lo necesité, abría una ventana y quedaba bien), pero sé que hay quienes que no pueden vivir sin él. Tampoco tenía refri, ni hervidor, eso si me hizo falta. Lo otro es que en la ducha no hay una separación en el suelo, solo una cortina, por lo que inevitablemente se moja el suelo más allá del circuito, no es cómodo.
