It was really nice and clean. It had a little toy area for my toddler and it was pretty cute. They did milk and cookies.

I don’t think I stayed there long enough to find something that I disliked about it. I don’t really care for city driving so maybe location

Clean, location is excellent. Very close to Downtown area.

They only allow 1 car parked on property. We had two. When asked the most said it was stated on their website. I told them I booked it through booking.com. they then said take it up with them. I feel they are still responsible for what happened, since they are the ones who agreed to the use of the platform. Stayed there three nights and had to move the car to off premise parking on the streets of downtown Spokane where' their is a lot of crime.

The noise was insane with motorcycles, the perfume off the charts, especially on linens and carpet.

The staff were very welcoming; loved being able to have coffee or tea anytime in the lobby; beds were comfortable and the room was clean.

All of the completely food was amazing and made our stay extra nice.

It was very outdated and could have used some remodeling. The exterior looks very nice, but the interior could use some updating.

Schönes Hotel in guter Lage.

The location was the only benefit for the price of the stay.

The price, the quality of the facilities/aesthetic, the lack of cleanliness, the lack of response when these findings were discovered, the quality of the food and again, the price for sub-par a stay.

Staff was lovely and it was easy to check in and the room was clean and comfortable, and it was in a convenient location for where I was needing to travel to in the city

Rooms were dark. Breakfast was scarce and mediocre.

I love the location and comfort of this hotel. Friendly staff and perfect for traveling with my small dog.

The noise level. Honestly this is my favorite place to stay in Spokane (especially off season mid week) it is very noisy however. Thin walls and street noise.

The front desk person was personable and helpful. Breakfast was generously appointed and lots of diverse options. Closeness to downtown River Park was great - just a scooter ride away! (If you do rent a scooter - I'd do the monthly rate. Hourly gets really expensive.) The restaurant across the street diagonally has a great happy hour and a deck overlooking the river and trail.

Location is great and can walk everywhere. Breakfast was excellent. Friendly, informative staff. Given free appetizer at Clinkerdagger restaurant. Fabulous restaurant on the river. Amazing building.

Our room situation was so horrible that we left at 2 am, so no breakfast!

You charged us extra for a pet room, which was located next to the mechanical room. A serviceman was banging and working on the facilities next to our room. It was inordinately bad. I approached the night manager with my concerns, and demanded a refund. He said that I’d have to take this up with the manager. Let me tell you something. I built and ran the number one -Trip Advisor- Eco resort in Panama and all of Central America. I know hotel ownership, customer service and the industry to the highest order. I will continue this discussion on Trip Advisor.

Staff was great 24 seven coffee was great. Workout facility was fine traveling from the East Coast so I would’ve liked to have better options for breakfast earlier, but that’s to be expected.

Room was very nice , comfortable, clean,and quiet.

Breakfast wasn’t that great, coffee machines, only one worked other one didn’t….. numerous people waiting. Food was blah…..

Having parking next to our room and having access to lobby by another door in room. There was only a $25 charge for our grand dog! The beds were really comfortable. It’s a beautiful hotel with great views.

No pool or hot tub. However the room rate made this ok with us.

I didnt like the fact they only allowed one car per room. Y friend and I both live in different cities and we're going to meet there. We did decide she would come all the way to pick me up because she was able to stay a few more days with me after the concert night. Not allowed to pay extra for another car. We would have had to try and park a car else where and we were told it coule be a real pain finding a suitable place.

Very clean and well located hotel with friendly staff. Great for those visiting with a dog. Green spaces for them to do their business and Riverfront Park a short walk away. Great coffee and decent mix of breakfast options. I love having a fridge in the room and free parking is a plus!

On this particular stay the hotel was very busy. Walls are a bit thin. I could hear the person in the room next to me snore and a bit of hallway noise. That said, the staff was wonderful in providing a sound machine for my stay which helped drown out the noise. This is great hotel and I would stay again.

Beautiful motel close to town. They accommodate pets!- actually have an outside door to the room to take the puppy potty! Breakfast had so many options- a win for everyone. Also, BEST coffee at a motel I've had yet.

Comfortable beds. Nice location.

We were taking grandson to hockey game and front desk had no information on how much parking would be. Suggested we walk. We are disabled. Asked cleaning staff but none of them spoke English. Breakfast was not great. Elevator was Ricketts. Parking for hotel was a nightmare.

Parking area is challenging with large trucks/ oversized vehicles

The large fireplace in the lobby was so nice, we sat down by it for quite a while and we never do that.

The WiFi could be better.

The front desk staff were extremely helpful and friendly! Loved the happy hour, the evening cookies, and the variety from day to day in the breakfast buffet.

Breakfast was Great! Very Clean area. They also had a fireplace (couch was too close to it) it was too hot to sit there for very long. There was a wrapping area in case anyone did last minute Xmas shopping. Xmas cards too. There was a PAC Man machine to play. Around 5-6:30 there were small sandwiches, nacho’s, soup, then from 7-9 pm they had cookies!

Toilet was Too Low!

Was disappointed with Night staff. I had 6hr+ of delays and didn't get in til 330am. My reservation had been deleted . I was considered a no-show. He had to rebook me. and it would have been nice to have been met with low grade kindness and warmth vs feeling like I was a hassle
