Great location for our stay. Some yummy eats nearby and supermarket for those needing snacks and other goodies. We also had a wedding to attend in Washington Park which was one stop away on the light rail. Also the inn provided us with free tickets to the Japanese botanical garden which was very worth the visit! Overall wonderful stay!

We had a king suite on the fifth floor and enjoyed the view of treetops through the windows. The windows were large and opened easily. The suite had a good floor plan, and the kitchenette was well equipped. We appreciated the coffee, juice, oatmeal, apples, and cookies that were available each day. The location is convenient with several restaurants and a large grocery store within walking distance. The public transit stops are nearby.

While the suite was clean overall, more attention could be given to the baseboards and crevices around floors - especially the bathroom. The edges of the box springs were exposed - a bed skirt would be a nice touch.

El apartamento es amplio y tiene de todo excepto lavadora (luces de lectura de cama, microondas, vajilla, lavavajillas, pastilla de lavavajillas, microondas, vitrocerámica...). Personal muy amable. Zona relativamente segura. Aunque hay unos pocos homeless, en el downtown de Portland hay muchísimos más. A 4 minutos andando, supermercado de comida preparada, y restaurante vietnamita cercano en el que por unos 15$ quedas satisfecho. A 8 minutos andando, panadería. Supermercadoa 4 minutos andando

Sólo le falta lavadora. El aparcamiento en las calles que rodean al hotel está limitado a 90 minutos o 2 horas. Cuando el hotel está lleno es probable que el parking también lo esté, en ese caso ofrecen aparcamiento en un centro de la universidad y tienes que recoger el coche antes de las 9h. Pero si es fin de semana, en la calle es gratis hasta las 13h (adjunto señal de la calle). Hay homeless pero muchos menos que en el centro de Portland. En el centro de Portland vi de día más homeless que gente normal. Alrededor del Park Suites hay más gente normal que homeless.

Employees there very friendly and helpful. Awesome walk to a soccer match for sure. And just a tad walk to a few stores and fast food locations aswell. Bed were comfy.

Parking can be hectic if yiu dont get a spot you have to park out on the street. Then at the time not the hotels fault but neighbors at the top for the few days were really loud you can here everything BTW but these people were rowdy someone though did come tell them to pipe down though from office. There were a few spots like corners yiu dont really look at or bottom of the walls, that my daughter does look at that were very dusty and dirty a big deal for a germaphobe.

The location was good, close to restaurants and the Japanese Gardens. The room was nice and comfortable.

There was not an elevator on the side of the hotel we stayed in. Going up the stairs with luggage can be problematic for some.

The Park Lane Inn is nice hotel that has an excellent location. I always try to stay there when I stay in Portland to attend a Portland Timbers game.

The location was amazing! We walked everywhere and the fact that Washington Square Park is 3 blocks away is unbelievable. Good restaurants in both Alphabet and Pearl Districts were great and FREE parking made this centrally-located hotel unique.

The room was clean and comfortable. We walked to an excellent Mexican restaurant for dinner, but the neighborhood felt a little rough. Overall it was a good stay for a good price.

The bathroom door didn't close securely and was right next to the bed, which was not very private.

The window ac unit is SO loud, even when it’s not actively blowing. The walls were thin and we heard the room next door very early in the morning.

Situé près du jardin des roses. Il faut un peu de marche pour accéder au centre ville ou au marché du samedi. Le personnel a tout fait pour résoudre notre problème (chambre non faite et produits manquants) et demander au service de nettoyage de retirer une tâche collante qui était au sol.

Le service de nettoyage n'a pas fait ce qui lui avait été demandé deux fois. Mais le personnel a été très gentil et a fait ce qu'il fallait pour arranger la situation.

Checking in was more confusing then it had to be. The front did fix everything. It smelled like cigarettes and mold. Hair in the sink, toilet, shower, floor.

Room 230 was very small , I was told when I called I had a king suite, I was also told there was continental breakfast . Apples and cookie were the breakfast .

The location was great and free parking was a big plus. Once I parked, I didn’t need to move my car. Everywhere I wanted to go was either walkable or easy to go to with public transportation. The neighborhood was quiet. The room was comfortable and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would stay here again.

Die Raumbeschreibung entsprach nicht den Tatsachen. Man glaubt laut Fotos in ein geräumiges, helles Hotelzimmer zu kommen. Fakt ist, dass das Zimmer in einem Motel auf der anderen Straßenseite ausgelagert ist. Das Zimmer ist ein dunkles Loch mit alten Möbeln, einer durchgelegenen Matratze und der angekündigte Schrank war eine gammlige alte Kommode mit Auszugsfächern, in die keiner seine sauberen Klamotten legen will. Das angekündigte Bügeleisen nebst Bügelbrett war auch nicht vorhanden. Wäre auch kein Platz in dem winzigen Zimmer gewesen. Die Hausschuhe gab es natürlich auch nicht. Die Fahrzeuge der Gäste stehen 1 Meter vom Fenster entfernt. Mein Zimmer war ebenerdig. Entsprechend war die Geräuschkulisse. Housekeeping gibt es nur alle 3 Tage. Steht auch nicht in der Zimmer Beschreibung. Was soll ich sagen, schon von Beginn an war der Conditioner alle, die Kosmetiktuchbox hatte nur noch 2 Tücher drin ... Ich war super enttäuscht. Der Preis war dafür unangemessen hoch.

Attended a show at Providence Park and wanted to walk. Location was perfect. Rooms show some age but are clean and well appointed. Slippers, water and extra pillows. Friend and I shared a bathroom and each had our own bedroom in suite 501. We loved it. This 2 bedroom 1 bath had a kitchenette and fridge had orange juices. Walkable to NW 23 shopping and breakfast options.

Stayed for 3 nights last month at the end of a North West road trip. I didn’t feel the photos reflected the space. We were on the ground floor near to the road and our bedroom window looked out over the trash cans, which immediate it put me off. Our room was not sufficiently cleaned and the bedding had many many hairs, if it wasn’t for getting to bed after midnight, I would have gone to reception to complain. The bathroom had half used toiletries and the floor was dirty. It looked to have been cleaned in a hurry. Our welcome letter said that should have slippers, but none were left for us. There is no denying the value for the location and the free parking, but the spaces were really tight and were 99% full the majority of our stay, which put us off using our rental. The room was very dark and if you open the net curtains, everyone could see into your room, so as soon as it got to dust, you had to close the curtains and rely on the lamps. I may consider staying again if on a higher floor, but would check the bedding as soon as I checked in.

This is one of the cleanest hotels I have stayed in all year. The room smelled fresh and the parking was near to our room. Every person we met on staff was friendly and kind. This will be our hotel everytime we need to travel to Portland.

When we arrived, the comforters for both rooms were both stained and dirty. It could be from old use until we found multiple strands of hair . Too much that it was concerning. We called the front desk to ask if they could replace the sheets as we had to leave quickly for dinner plans. They asked to send pictures . Coming back, the new sheets were simply left to the side of the beds, also being heavily stained, without the initial ones being changed out.

That parking situation was terrible and complicated. Either you park on the street and risk being towed, or you park in a student lot (their overflow parking that isn't even marked as such) but have to move your car before 9:00 a.m. or the students will block you in for the day. THAT is the "free parking" they advertise. But, if you are lucky enough to score a spot in one of their two lots then you shouldn't move your car for the entire stay. There is also a long narrow strip of angled parking behind the building, but to get out of it you have to back all the way down the lot and to the street while trying not to back into the other cars and the hotel wall and stairs that you are sandwiched between. After spending an emotional day and evening at the ICU I just wanted to get into my room and sleep. Fortunately I brought a wagon to haul my things from the two blocks away I had to park. My room was on the second floor with no elevators. The pictures are misleading, the beds are uncomfortable, you can't block the bright lights from outside with their blinds, and the rooms are tiny.

Definitely great value for the location and space! This was a great amount of space for our family of 4, especially at the end of our trip when we’d been cooped up in single room hotel rooms. We loved having a corner room with a view of Mt Hood. The free Japanese Garden passes were a huge plus - we enjoyed getting to visit the gardens! The cookies in the lobby were great too.

Great location and GREAT parking! So happy to find a hotel in Portland with plenty of spots. Room was clean and had everything I needed. Staff were very friendly and helped me with everything I needed.

The back parking lot of the second building was tricky to get out of. Definitely would recommend returning to your room early enough to secure front-lot parking.

This was my second stay. My first stay I enjoyed it so much, I extended it twice while there was work being done on my house, and I was pet sitting, so it was nice to find a pet-friendly hotel that didn't smell like wet dog. This time around, the room was clean.

Upon check in, my room was found clean and fresh, except for one thing...a small pile of a crystalline powder substance , and a cut straw next to it. My wild guess, meth. I took a picture, packaged it up, and brought it to front desk. I told the agent about it and gave her the package. She spoke behind the wall in spanish with who seemed to be a supervisor. I understood perfectly the instructions to not offer anything more than a room change for the inconvenience. The room change was offered, I declined and mentioned that some other type of compensation might be in order. I didn't really get a response, it was awkward, I left. While I was downstairs, my friend in the room told me that a man came to the door and asked if any maintenance or housekeeping was needed. She said he appeared nervous and kept trying to peek past her into the room. My friend stayed. I didn't. Won't be returning.

Ideally located near Nobhill (cool shops/cafes), and the Japanese Gardens. Kitchenette wasn’t overly well stocked but has enough to be able to cook simple meals. Bed was incredibly comfortable and whilst there’s no official breakfast they provide free hot drinks, porridge pots, orange juice and fresh cookies and the staff are fantastic. You also get free entry to the Japanese Gardens (a must) which is a real bonus. From the outside the motel doesn’t look overly appealing but don’t judge a book by its cover!

Lovely, quiet, clean rooms. Parking is tight (lots of spots, but you’re parking on a hill & spaces are very narrow). You are in Goose Hollow so be prepared for hills, but public transportation is great or you can always Uber. They offer free entrance to the Japanese Gardens & have great coffee in the lobby at all times plus sometimes cookies & apples. No breakfast, but you are close to many great restaurants. Housekeeping is limited, but we like this. The Staff are 24-7 and everyone is friendly & helpful.

I liked how nice everyone was and the free cookies and coffee at the front was a big hit! Bed was comfortable and great having a large refrigerator dish washer, micro etc. I was visiting family and it worked out perfectly for us!

The bed was comfortable and the location was convenient if the parking situation had been different or if you arrived with no car.The desk staff was cheerful, although no one offered to deliver anything to the room.

I understand only changing the sheets every three days, but even that was not done. We were there for four nights. Not once did anyone come in and and do any sort of service on the room, take away the trash, replace towels left on the floor, or replace toilet tissue, facial tissue or soap. I had to go and ask for those items every day and carry them back to the room myself.The property is in two sections, so, I was dropping items from the pile in my arms along the way as I hiked across parking lots and up and down hills to do so.. After the second day, the room needed to be swept or vacuumed. Everytime you left the room you were going outside and tracking things in on the floor. MOST UNFORTUNATELY, there are not enough parking places, and they are TIGHT. In one parking area, you have a choice of driving in and parking and having to back out the length of the building or backing in the length in the building and pulling into the spot backward so you can drive out going forward. The location is great, but we hesitated to leave the hotel going farther than we could walk, because there might not be a place for the car if you left and came back. I had to pay damages on the rental car for a variety of small damage I know came from that parking lot. It was difficult to get in and out of car in some parking spaces. My husband is planning a trip to Portland in the next year. He will not be staying at Park Suites and Inn.
