Facility Location Beakefast

Excellent breakfast, very cool meditation nook in the room. Some nice touches in our room like a record player with vinyls, a Bose speaker, and books on Kyoto as well as some cool technology to manage lights, etc.

Elevator was usually full and always stopped at fourth floor. Area was very commercial. Could be a plus for some but we were more interested in traditional Kyoto.

Beautiful rooms, well decorated and spacious ample room with 2 cases. The only place on my Japan trip with somewhere to sit and do makeup. I particularly liked that outdoor footwear comes off just inside the door and only slippers are used on the wooden floor, leaving this more modern hotel with a touch of tradition. Very well located with lots of things I wanted to see and do within walking distance. Close enough to one of the main streets to be super convenient but not overwhelmingly busy or crowded. I stayed for 7 nights while exploring Kyoto and its surroundings and I would stay again.

I arrived earlier than check in time. I explained stuff that we had 20 hours flight/ train journey and asked if the room can be made available earlier. They said no. The room was made available at 3pm on a dot. I can't believe they could not accommodate us

The paper note system for breakfast was tiresome. Maybe showing room key can be more welcoming. The elevator has a forced stop on 4th floor. This was also tiresome. The very large room lacked storage place.

Ik had een grote kamer op een hoek. De kamer was uitstekend en heel compleet ingericht. Alles was top! Ik heb ook genoten van het grote terras. De locatie is ook super. Midden in het centrum. Dit was waarschijnlijk het beste hotel tijdens mijn reis door Japan. Het is niet heel goedkoop, maar ik vond het iedere Yen meer dan waard.

Les chambres sont très agréables. Spacieuses et très bien équipées. L'établissement est très bien placé, à proximité des zones touristiques, du métro et d'excellents restaurants. Le personnel d'accueil a été très réactif lorsque je me suis trompée dans l'envoi de mes bagages.

Das Frühstück war sehr lecker. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt und haben das Zimmer eigentlich schon zum zweiten Mal gebucht und 19 Nächte dort verbracht. Auf der gemütlichen Couch haben wir viel gearbeitet und Tee genossen. Direkt daneben gab es viele Läden und Einkaufszentren.

Beautiful hotel inside a non-assuming building. Loved everything: from the comfortable beds, bathroom with separate rooms for the shower, toilet and basin. Staff at front desk were exceptionally helpful and kind as well. Location is nearby bus and train stations, as well as a short walk from beautiful pontocho alley.

The only uncomfortable thing would be that the floor plan is like a big square and if you’re staying on one of the rooms on the opposite side of the only elevators, then it’s quite a walk to / from the room.

The many things we loved about this hotel were the Friendly Staff, the amazing Location, spacious rooms, cleanliness, facilities and restaurants spread across multiple floors, the Good Nature Market downstairs.

Two things we didnt like; The sink is located within the room and was not seperated behind a wall which sometimes was a little noisy for a sleeping partner. also the room didnt have a proper closet. Other than that everything was perfect.

Ein ausgesprochen schönes Hotel mit sehr zuvorkommendem Personal, das Frühstücksbuffet bietet sowohl westliche, als auch Japanische Spezialitäten, das Restaurant hat eine kleine, aber feine Karte anzubieten. Die Zimmer sind geräumig, sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet.

Alles. Lage des Hotels : mitten im Zentrum Kyotos (Vielfalt an Restaurants und Geschäfte in unmittelbarer Nähe, Bushaltestelle und Taxistand in 1 Minute zu Fuß erreichbar)). Zimmer : Grösse, Qualität der Betten und der verwendeten Materialien sind top. Frühstuck : sehr vielfältig und exzellente Qualität der angebotenen Produkte, Frühstückraum sehr edel eingerichtet. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Location for us was great, the healthy choice of gluten free food in the ground floor shop. Comfortable beds. Shower was great too.

L’emplacement central, la grande chambre pour 3, la propreté et le service de chambre. Le lounge privé est très agréable aussi. Gym correcte. Très bon petit déjeuner.

Le concept écologique qui permet à l’hôtel de limiter ses services. Le mélange magasin-hôtel. Les terrasses sont intérieures ( il y fait très chaud!) et le mur rideau à lattes limite les vues sur la ville ( fenêtres et balcon).

We had a wonderful stay. It was a beautiful property in a great location. Some of the staff was a bit cold, but overall we had nice interactions. The rooms very well appointed, I would highly recommend this place. We loved having the quality restaurants onsite and the breakfast was exceptional! Please make sure to eat at Roku and Buonagio! That was the best part of our stay.

Hotel położony w starej dzielnicy Gion jednocześnie blisko świetnych restauracji i sklepów handlowych. Spacerkiem można zwiedzić okolicę. Hotel bardzo ekologiczny, czyste pokoje, które oprócz łóżek w pomieszczeniu miały kącik z wygodną kanapą i stolikiem oraz serwis do parzenia herbaty, bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa. Podróżowaliśmy z bagażem podręcznym więc dostępność kosmetyków oraz możliwość skorzystania z piżam na miejscu była bardzo komfortowa. Śniadania bardzo dobre, różnorodne dania. W hotelu dostępnych jest kilka restauracji z jednej skorzystaliśmy - pyszne jedzenie. Polecam :)

由於環保關係，牙膏牙刷需要另外付款，不過這不是問題，問題是我未開的口膏，清潔人員也幫我甩了🫣⋯⋯我只好借用自己攜帶的小朋友牙膏

L’hôtel est idéalement placé à proximité du métro et du quartier de Gion. La chambre était suffisamment spacieuse pour une famille de 2 adultes et 2 enfants. Elle est très bien équipée. Le petit déjeuner est super.

Everything - location, very large rooms, great and very comfortable beds, gym, atmosphere. Top notch!

Super hôtel, très sympa et très propre. Le personnel est très sympathique et arrangeant. Nous avons pu arriver plus tôt que prévu et le jour du départ laisser nos valises à la réception. Chambre très bien, spacieuses, agréable et bien pensée. Vraiment dans la vibe nature qu'ils ont voulu créer. Très cool. Ma fille a également profité d’un massage, qui était génial selon elle. Le petit déjeuner était très varié et délicieux. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour !

Amazing location - able to see the Goin parade from balcony, rooms were spacious, clean and breakfast buffet was wonderful. Staff spoke English very well. Restaurants on site were incredible. Spa service was great! Wonderful massage.

The location was excellent. I was familiar with the hotel and the market (downstairs) the last time I visited Kyoto. But this was my first time staying here. The room was very generous in size and a very comfortable bed.

The air-conditioning was set to 25 degrees and often switched off during the night. I found the remote control function very annoying to use. I would have preferred a cooler temp given how hot it was outside. I also tried to order room service one evening as I wasn't feeling well. When I couldn't get through to the restaurant, I called front desk. They told me the restaurant was too busy to take my order. I was instead pointed to the Pizza option. I was surprised given room service is a service offered. I also had 1 breakfast. It was a very pricey offer for a fairly average offer ($55 AU if you didn't book the night before).

La proximité du quartier Gion cœur historique de Kyoto et les stations de métro toutes proche. Les différents choix de restaurant a l intérieur de l hotel. Petit déjeuner très diversifié. La laverie connectée permettant de suivre a distance. Au sein du complexe un petit marché et une boutique.

第一次入住GoodNature，就被它的所在位置給驚豔到不行，逛街、吃東西、地鐵站簡直便利到不可思議！ 一進入到飯店的大廳，超寬廣的空間以及空氣中瀰漫著淡淡木質調的香氣讓人很放鬆，尤其是這次訂的豪華轉角雙床房，非常滿意！！整個清潔度以及枕頭棉被都讓我讚嘆不已，舒適到一點也不想外出逛街了。

Super mooi hotel. Heerlijke bedden en echt een super plek in Kyoto. Kan haast niet beter. Aan het begin van de shopping straat en direct bij Gion.

立地が便利。 京都のど真ん中にありながら開放感のあるホテル。 私個人としてはSertaのマットレスだったので、腰痛もなくぐっすり眠れた事。 連泊したけれど、朝食はアレルギー表示もされ、とても美味しかった。

探しても思い当たらない。

È stata la nostra seconda volta in questa struttura e non potevamo fare scelta migliore. La struttura bellissima e accogliente. La posizione ottima per shopping e uscite serali, vicina al quartiere Gion. Pulizia eccellente (sono molta attenta ai dettagli e non ho trovato nessun difetto) così come il personale ed i servizi offerti. Ci mancherá!

Right as you walk in, a gorgeous ‘spa’ smell hits you. Check in was quick and easy. The rooms are beautiful and so well equipped.

It was a little annoying that the lifts automatically stop at 4 (lobby) every time. The lighting in the rooms was really bad for make up and I wish they’d had a magnifying mirror. I thought the breakfast was only ‘okay’ but we found a brilliant one around the corner from us that was so much better and cheaper.
