The desk staff was helpful. The location was great, restaurants, shopping pedestrian street close. The room was cleaned every day which is highly appreciated.

The lobby can be very busy since there seems to be a lot of apartments in the building, therefore the lifts were sometimes delayed or crowded.

The location was good. Lots of restaurants close to the facility.

The reception staff couldn't speak English at all. The other reception desk had mostly bilingual staff, except Boman Apartments. There were barely cutleries and pots. Room was cleaned on a daily basis and the bedding changed regularly too.

Great location and clean facilities. The cleaning staff is great.

Reception staff needs some rigirious training regarding interacting with customers. Its one thing not knowing the language but having stern angry looking face is not welcoming for its guests. Won't ever be staying at this place again.

The location was excellent, with the metro conveniently located below the apartment. Access to taxis was also very convenient as the property is close to the main road. The room was spacious and comfortable. Housekeeping was carried out daily, with fresh water bottles and towels provided. Room service was also prompt and efficient.

Some of the furniture in the rooms appeared to be makeshift and did not blend well with the overall room design. This could be improved to ensure the tables and chairs are more functional and better integrated with the room. The kitchen utensils provided were generally adequate. However, it would be beneficial to include tablespoons and teaspoons for use with the coffee and tea provided in the room, as currently only dinner forks and spoons are available.

we walked 3kms and cant find the property , entrance is in backside of the main road . hard to find .

Close to Beijing Road, entrance directly from Gongyuanqian metro station underground. Food places in shops attached to the metro station. Luggage storage place.

The lifts are slow and a bit of a wait as there are 30ish floors to service and people rush in once lifts arrive. On our return trip the room was smaller than the first time we stayed. Requested a change and they were accommodating.

very convenient. Close to everything

The location is great, being walkable to Beijing Lu and surroundings and located within a mall and next to another mall and a basement full of shops. Check-in and out was relatively straightforward although the two guys at the counter seem not too pleased to serve. In terms of facilities, there is washing machine and oven and fridge and a dish washing basin. We washed our clothes and were able to borrow a dryer to dry our clothes in. Toilet paper thick and nice.

We booked 3 rooms. While no complains about the other 2 rooms, my room 2709 was terrible. Once checked in, we were surprised at how dark the room was. As we discovered- at least 3 lights were spoiled. Luckily the team came immediately to repair them. The queen bed is obviously badly sunken in the middle, we suspect that the board underneath must have broken. There was also a very suspicious looking reddish yellowish stain on the side of the bed. I think the housekeeping is not so perfect as actually a family member in the other room also found a used tissue in her bed and under the bed when she first checked in. We stayed there 5 days, the bed sheet was not changed for at least 4 nights because I recognise the same stain on the bed sheet. Worst of all is the very poor drainage in the bathroom. We woke up to very bad sewage smell every morning and sometimes when he returned to the apartment at the end of the day. I suspect that the room has not been used for a long time since it is so badly maintained!

We visited 4 different cities and hotels in China, this was by far the worst experience we had. The staff are all unfriendly, rude, unhelpful. When they check us in upon our arrival, they spoke maybe 2 words with us, act like we are bothering them for making them work. We reserved a unit for family of 4, yet they refused to give us more than two key and 3 towels. We had to asked multiple people multiple times in order to get that 4th bath towel. There were no coffee in the room nor dinning table (despite their listing description and amenities). Upon check out, we ask if we could store our baggage there, they pointed us to a room to self serve. They don’t count the number of our bags nor give us any type of claim card. When we return to get our baggage, they told us to help ourselves without even checking our identity. Anyone could literally walk into a fire escape door and take all the guest luggage without any issue. The room is also in very bad shape, water stains everywhere on wall and wall paper. The picture taken was at least 20 years old. There are hotel that cost half the price with way better value. I would recommend to stay clear of this one.

It was easy to go around the city with the metro station next to the hotel and there were plenty of food and shopping options near Beijing Road. The room was clean and staff made the room on time everyday.

The staff wasn’t able to communicate in English so fortunately we were able to get by using translate.

Excellent location, near MRT station... Will choose here again if I come next time...

There is a washing machine with washing powder provided for use. It saves time having to look for laundry facilities. Apartment is close to Old Beijing Road, a shopping district where there are many things to see.

There is no dryer. You have to hang your clothes outside.

The location of the property. Also inside the room, the kitchen, washer, frig. The spacious room size is a plus.

I didn't have things that I don't like there. The elevator can get crowded sometimes.

Апартаменты расположены в самом центе района Юэсю в огромной здании, в котором помимо апартов есть еще небольшой ТЦ. В этом же здании расположен вход в метро. Расположение можно сравнить, как вы живете напротив Кремля в Москве или рядом с Галереей в Питере. Это самый центр исторического экскурсионного района. Плюсы - до всех достопримечательностей 1-3 остановки на метро или пешком. До вокзала, вокруг которого расположены основные рынки тоже пара станций на метро. Из минусов расположения: цены на все (еда, магазины) +1,5 раза к любому спальному району. Мы, например, до этой локации жили в Пажу. Большие супермаркеты с едой и свежей рыбой нужно прям искать. В ТЦ и рядом есть только небольшие магазинчики типа 7eleven. Воду и салфетки купите, еды, которую можно приготовить, нет. Брали улучшенный номер с закрывающейся перегородкой, которая отделяет спальню от остального пространства. Это точно не полноценная двушка, но иллюзия отдельных помещений создается. В апартах есть кухня. На кухне: чайник, плита (индукционная), небольшой холодильник. Было 2-3 тарелки, 1 вилка, 4 чашки и 1 кастрюля. Если хотите готовить, посуду надо везти с собой. Полотенца и постельное белье меняют каждый день, выдают 4 бутылки воды. В целом в номере чисто, но не 5тизвездочный хаят. Если вы приехали на несколько дней, чтобы посмотреть на Гуанчжоу - место идеальное. Жить подольше становится неудобно, потому что хочется и магазин поближе, и посуды побольше, и несколько отдельных помещений.

I asked the property for early checkin of 2am in the morning instead of 12pm in the afternoon and they obliged without charging me any extra. They also allow me to check out late 1pm. The property is also very neat and the staffs are responsive.

住宿位置超棒的, 樓下就是賣場跟地鐵站(公園前F出口) 附近也有很多餐廳, 對面過個馬路就是北京路步行街 房間設施雖然有點老舊, 但整體來說很乾淨 每天都會進來整理床鋪; 換浴巾及垃圾 房間有微波爐, 洗衣機很方便 (我們是都沒用); 每天也都會補充瓶裝水很讚

1) 感應門鎖, 有點故障, 要感應多次才能打開門 2) WIFI輸入後, 還要用手機號碼驗證- 擾民 (同事是用SIM卡的, 要怎麼驗証???)
