Staff is friendly & helpful. There’s 4 Washers & 4 Dryers FOC for guests to use. There’s also a weighing machine for you to stuff your shopping to the full. Breakfast included.

Very bad internet speed especially in the evenings. cockroach under my breakfast plate!!! not enought toilet paper, and worst than all was the bad smell in the room from the toilet or air con.

We have paid total amount 6 days before arrival. I did not have any saving when I arrive. Although I have paid full amount reception said me that paid amount is deposit and I will refund it to your account. I said that I do not have any money to pay second time. Receptionist made transaction with POS without my permission and pushed us to pay again. They have called police officer to get the payment. We borrowed money and paid second time for not losing time in police station and we do not know Chinese language and it made us feel uncomfortable. We have suffered a lot in this hotel. They said that they have not received any money but when we looked at POS it was obvious that they have received 246 usd on 24 march at 9:29 am. I kindly asked them to keep this amount and we do not need refund in this scenario. Still we have not received any refund.

訂房網上提供的都是翻修過後的照片，實際酒店給予低樓層的房間，全部都是尚未翻新過的，房間內的整潔很糟糕，有蟑螂、蒼蠅、使用過的牙刷，地板還有不明液體污漬，反應後前台隔天晚上幫我們換房型，新的房型設備有裝修過了，但床非常老舊，躺下去整個陷下去還會發出很大的聲響，廁所水龍頭水溫忽冷忽熱很嚴重

Номера очень просторные современные. Удобные кровати, душевая и гардеробная. Очень вкусные разнообразные завтраки. Ежедневно меняют все полотенца и тапочки.

Нее хватает зеркал, в комнате и в гардеробной нет ни одного, только в санузле. у китайцев принято курить в номере не закрывая двери, запах из их номеров напротив идет в твою комнату, кроме того, они в процессе шумно разговаривают и ты вынужден их слушать. из уборки, только выносят мусор и чистят сантехнику. Не моют пол, не подметают и не пылесосят ковер до съезда постояльцев.

A very nice hotel. Friendly, helpful staff. Large, well-appointed rooms. Windows can be opened. Good breakfast on the top floor/rooftop. Location: close to the Beijing Street shopping area and the subway.

Stayed in family room. The location is half an hour to the airport by car. Feel secured as it is located beside a government premises. Hotel room is quite cleaned and spacious.

Limited mirror. Toilet door water leak. Staff are not willing to issue bottled water unless you call for room cleaning service. Breakfast is not fantastic and has limited tables. Coffee machines do not dispense good coffee. The hotel room has musky smell whenever we comes back from our outing. It has noise when we are sleeping. Should remove the carpet as I believe it is not cleaned.

The smell in the room very musky damp smell

Room are smelly and found the cigarette in the toilet.

The location is very good. Close to parks, metro stops and Beijing Lu. Many places to eat and shop.

The staff could be more friendly, I got a very cold welcome when I first arrived. Also my room, 301 had a very strange smell. In fact all of the 3rd floor had a not good smell. There was also very loud construction noises that started early in the morning.

It was musty and smelled. Rooms were old and outdated. Staff spoke minimal English.

Everything was great, only room needed a very little bit more attention when cleaning.

Everything good

Superb location. Breakfast was sufficient even though we could not eat most of the food as we are Muslim. The coffee at the lobby was great. Staff were helpful even with our language barrier.

We dislike the sensor operated WC in the family room as it was really difficult to flush fully. Everytime ..!

The breakfast is so-so. It's just that the hotel is small, it doesn't look as big as the uploaded photo. For cleanliness, it's OK. The location of the hotel is quite close to Beijing Road and MRT station.

The location of the property located closely to Beijing road and many subways, which made travelling easy. Very less noise pollution and less crowded.

The gym does not look as good as it was presented in the picture. As well as the cloth dryer is not woking properly.

Hotel okay but not booking.com taxi, we booked and paid for 2 taxi through booking.com. My flight was delayed for 30min. Both the drivers didn't turned up to meet you. I had reported to booking.com but till today after 9 days I had yet to get a confirmation from booking.com on my refund.
