Appartement très confortable ,et très bien équipé. Il y a un centre commercial dans l e bâtiment abritant l'hôtel, idéal pour les amoureux du shopping .

Petit bémol la connexion internet... Mais le personnel a pu régler le problème à la veille de mon départ.

Need some renovation and room cleaning services is a bit late like 4-5pm. Else I will go there again as the place is well situated !

The location is convenient, very near the Beijing Road and the metro station is at the basement of the A Mall where the apartment is located. The apartment is clean and the facilities are good.

Shower had no curtain and needed fixing. Minor setback.

Location! location! It's an apartment block right above a metro station (Line 1 & Line 2). Easy access via Guangzhou's extensive metro train system. It's right beside the People's Park. Hence the Metro station is called GongyenQian or "At the front of the Park." It's also a block from the Beijing Road Pedestrian Walk.

Reception staff not as friendly as those of hotels.

The area was in the middle of a very vibrant place in Guanzhou

I hope can improve the anti noise system.. can hear clearly the guess walked and talk at corridors..

Требуется, хотя бы, косметический ремонт. Обои в пятнах, под стойкой телевизора штукатурка висит бахромой. Неужели, нельзя потратить 200 юаней и поменять обои на одной стене?

Found a hidden cam staring right towards the one of the beds. Tore out the wire. But there might have been others which we didn't find. Regrettably, found that the day we were checking out.

The cleaner was exceptionally lazy. She mopped the floor with a dry dirty mop. Didn't even try to do better even after we told her. When we used translating app to communicate, she responded fast in Cantonese, which she obviously knew we didn't understand cz we were already using a translator. Also, after the first day she started to cut the edges of towels with scissors and we caught her red handed. Same awful person everyday.

The property was clean and spacious, the area was accessible and near to everything. Good coffee shops nearby. Staff were helpful especially the cleaning ladies.

Wifi was a little slow but still works.

广州冬天20多度，但是没有空调，只有暖气，很热，一开窗又满满烟味。去前台问有没有办法处理，前台态度很差，说就是这样的了，没办法处理

空間夠大，地點方便

浴室內間格有點奇怪，但還可以接受

位置非常好，很便利，隨近美食很多，景點也多，交通方便，房間比較大，瓶裝水充足，梳洗用品也可以等等

花灑 連蓬頭常有問題。

The overall convenience - suitable for those who enjoy shopping and eating. Walking distance to various malls (we’re next to A-mall) and Beijing Rd pedestrian street shopping. The metro is next to the building and we can easily catch a cab to other places of interest (eg: YongQing Fang / Shangxiajiu shopping street, Chen Clan Academy, Canton Tower, APM wholesale mall) and to Baiyun Airport (we took a cab at 5.30am!). If visitors like a good massage, check out the spa centre at Level 16. Well trained massage therapists for acupressure massages / oil based massages.

The people assigned to run the counter / desk for Pengman /Boman customers could be more customer-centric / customer-friendly. (Check-in/ General enquiries). My friends & I observed the other counters that represent other apartments within the same complex. Those officers looked friendly, smiling .. gives the impression they welcome their customers. Their customers also looked relaxed and smiling.

Location is convenient, near food and shopping

Very dirty and poorly maintained. Bathroom is full of mould and calcium residue. Not recommended. Does not look like photos at all.

Lite småfel på rummet, stolen var lite trasig och en garderob gick inte att öppna. Men bagateller jämfört med det som var bra.

L’appart hôtel est parfaitement placé en plein cœur de Canton, sur une très belle place, et avec à ses pieds une énorme station de métro. L'appartement était très bien. Excellente literie. Bonne salle de bains. L'ensemble est bien conçu. J'étais au 31e étage, donc avec une vue imprenable que une telle ville tentaculaire asiatique.

L'accueil n'est vraiment pas très agréable. Il faut être patient pour prendre l'un des 4 ascenseurs. Et l'air de l'appartement était très très sec, ce qui est très nocif pour le système respiratoire, cela est dû notamment à l'étage très élevé. La solution est de mettre de l'eau au sol, qui s'évapore petit à petit. Ce sont des détails par rapport à la qualité de la prestation.

Very near to places we want to go for first time visit. Large accommodation. Provided us a dryer when we asked for it.

Frontdesk wasn’t typical hospitality standard. It feels like they were disinterested in serving customers. Even something as basic as making eye contact. We felt like we were imposing on them, and they were there for basic administration.

The bathroom glassdoor feels like dropping off. The hairdryer in the bathroom not working. There was electricity blackout on 16th December midnight till 2am & we were not informed nor notified about it. There were no coffee or tea bags provided.

Roomy. Very central, easy walking to shops and restaurants. Close to Beijing pedestrian street. Attached to shopping mall. Included a washing machine.

No light switches or power sockets near bed. More thorough dusting could help.

Located above MRT, near many eateries and about 10 mins walk to Beijing Road Pedestrian Street. Big rooms and comfortable beds. All toiletries are provided. Daily housecleaning and changing of towels. Fully furnished - including washer, cooker, etc

The wait for lifts can take some time as there are many apartments in the building.

The location is good it very convenient to place

1. The staff was rude unwilling to help 2. water at bathroom doesn't flow down 3. warmer in the toilet is not working 4. washing machine without dryer so u need to think how to dry ur clothes after u wash 5. tv is not working 6. no phone to the room that connect to reception 7. Hot water inside the toilet need to keep montior the temperature as it will suddenly goes low.

The value not matching the property cleaning and location , location far from the muslim restaurant, not all staff helpful

Location: Excellent Train station right below the mall. Plenty of eateries around the property and all within walking distance. Very convenient to access. Staffs: Excellent service Provided toddler pram even with a last-minute request, and arranged birthday flowers and lights as an extra service. Offered late checking out and baggage stratagem due to late night flight. Room: Huge size Come with one King Size bed and two Queen size bed. Children love the bathtub.

Rooms are due for upgrades.
