I was pleasantly surprised by the fact that the property provided updates via whatsap on the weather and including local menus form restaurants in the vicinity ! Very private and not over crowed especially the parking facilities !! a Big plus is the fact that the town was easy reachable from the property. Location is superb !

Everything was planned and communicated with me while I was travelling check-in was simple and efficient. Everything worked and was available. Easy transition to rest and recovery..

Electric blankets warmed up the bed very quickly. How Jeanette kept in contact with me via whats app.

Beds for our personal liking were too hard. Stairs leading up to the room could be an issue for some guests, but Jeanette did check with us if we were ok with steps :)

The facilities were accessible with no hastle, especially after a long trip. The room made me feel right at home. A quiet space just to recharge for the next phase of the journey.

The parking was limited but with good instruction and coordination it was not a problem. I had to be careful unloading my baggage from the car.

The place was fine and well situated.

Just the curtain could be less thin...the light from outside comes in easly.

Big, spacious, clean, modren and have all the necessary luxuries for a warm overnight stay. Love the location and view over the town and mountains.

The room was clean and comfortable. Really nice bedding. The view from the stoep is beautiful and one feels part of the little town. We could walk to the restaurant of our choice (Die Plattelander) safely and slept so well. Jeanette is friendly and welcoming.

Fantastic view. It was clean comfortable and had everything I needed for a one night stop over.

Probably just the people shouting in the street which there’s not the properties fault at all. I would stay there again.

Secure parking with secure rooms, aircon, facilities including the soaps etc., bedding and bed was comfortable, and the self check-out.

Cleanliness as there were crunchy dead bugs (from being there a while) and dust under things Iike the table in the bathroom. The church bells do also make it difficult to sleep as they ring every hour.

Not accessible for persons with mobile problems. A veranda with no covering. Definitely not book here again.

Room was everything we needed for a one night’s stay - clean, air-conditioned and a comfortable bed! Very easy to check in and out, and Janette was a great host!

Everything was clean and tidy. The room was as expected, as per the description and pictures. The location is good and central.

The mattresses were bouncy and soft. Listening to the church bell ring every 30min though out the night was disturbing. No sink to wash dishes, but rather a bowl. There was only one spot to hand a towel - far more hooks are required. The bath needs some tlc. The rooms need some maintenance and upgrades to uplift the space.

The bed was dilapidated. If you lay on the bed it made a noise. We did not sleep at all. We got up at 04h20 and left. The railing on the step was too low and the wood was rotten. The furniture in the room was old..

The view is good and the staff friendly.

The place is dirty. Linnen dirty. Shower dirty. Microwave dirty. Shower drain loose and almost caused me to fall. Hair from what we assume is from animals on the bed? Steps up to the room a challenge for older people. Parking sucks. Very little space. See photos.

Not properly furnished, especially the kitchen. Severely small mirror in bathroom. really battle to open the security gate. Steps are a mission to get luggage to room staff did not even assist. Beds are really uncomfortable

Situated near town , quiet and peaceful. Great for overnight stay on our way to Cape town

It was such a great welcome to weary travellers. The accomodation was clean, free of dust and everything was fantasically communicated as we arrived late ar 9pm and left at 6 pm. There was sufficient hot water and more than enough tea and coffee, sugar and ice water in the fridge. The bed were comfy. We all had a great nights sleep. The Bath is such a luxary and it made up for the shower.

The shower can do a bit of a touch up, the fridge did leak? for four people there was one too little milk. That we did not stay a day longer to enjoy Colebsurg

Host was superb, very helpful , will stay there again
