Nice big tv, comfy bed

No hair blower, had to get a new coffee maker from front desk, as the one in the room was missing the filter basket, noise from the neighbouring adjoining door was not sound proof, a few more breakfast options would be appreciated, like fresh fruit.

Location what we wanted to see and do was excellent

The pigeon shit in front of the front door going in to check in it was still there the next day when we left and when we checked out the third day it was still there more seating available for breakfast when we went down for breakfast all the seats were taken and everybody had finished their breakfast and sitting there shooting the breeze they ran out of coffee had to find the person behind the counter to bring more coffee no where to be found ran

Stains on the sheets of one bed, long black hairs in the other bed, the large picture above the bed with the stains, looks like someone threw a nasty spit ball at the picture! Windows were so filthy with hand prints etc, we asked for new sheets, still slept in our clothes! Carpet was stained! Did they even change the sheets??? I’ve never ever experienced something like this, then was told they could not offer us anything, since I booked with Booking. Com

It was in a convenient location and the girl at the desk was lovely.

Our first impressions were not good as the lobby and room smelled of chemicals. The coffee in the room ("Heritage") had zero flavour, essentially hot water. At breakfast we were horrified to find what was on offer. A choice of toast or waffles. The bread was terrible and the toaster extremely slow. As there were no jam options to my tastes I had just butter on my toast. Cereal options were all children's cereals. Yoghurt options, again, none to my tastes. No water was offered. In Kapuskasing we were offered bagels, English muffins, sausages, bacon, two type of eggs, beans, and regular muffins. Far wider selection of jam and yoghurts. By my calculations, compared to other similar hotels in Sudbury I paid $30 for a slice of toast. The room is in need of renovation with peeling paint in places, and looks very dated. When the air conditioner cycled during the night it was so loud it sounded like a freight train. With the fridge, also loud, at the foot of the bed, I was woken frequently.

I didn't like the noise the staff made in morning cleaning other rooms while I tried to sleep Al so the break fast done at 9 was not good either I thought it be to 11

The ceiling lights are busted Front desks lady went in, she said she cannot do anything it. Breakfast is very cheap, no choices, coffee are running out low.

I know it is preferred to use towels 2 days but we had a problem and I went to reception to request additional towels. None were given, we bought some. I also like to have a coffee in room before breakfast but there was none. 1 sachet of sugar was available. I asked kindly with a smile and was told coffee would be there for the next morning. There was no coffee the next morning either. I have never stayed anywhere where coffee was not available. There was also no hairdryer and 2 pillows in two queen bed room! I have stayed in Super 8 hotels for years and years and only ever had 1 issue and that was with noise and the guy tried his best to locate it. He did not say he would do and not do anything. The service and facility has diminished severely. Even the coffee I got at breakfast was cold on day 1. Not sure I would book again.

The beds were comfortable and the location was central.

Towels were very warn. Some of the bedding was very old.

No eggs and only cereal and bread, butter was kept open - used. Microwave- when try to operate it switches off automatically.( didn’t eat food at night due to this issue). Room was not clean.

Hotel is tired and in need of some renovation/modernization.

We stay here every year only because of the location but starting to get out of our comfort zone.

Room had a bit of an odour our entire stay. Had to request to have our room cleaned on day 3. Towels are very small and worn, torn curtains in our room and visible stains on sheets. Basically, this hotel needs to start investing some money to get it up to standard.

The room was large. The bathtub was of a good size and comfortable.

We believe the cleaning staff stole a bag of new women's clothing. We reported it to the front desk but nothing of any consequence was done. The manager never replied.

Impeccably clean! I was impressed. My room was great and well supplied. Very happy with stay. Though it was a little noisy in the halls.

Cleanliness of the room left to be desired! At first glance it looked ok, but when we looked closer lots of things should be replaced. Shower curtain was all black at the bottom, bathroom towels were stained, bedspread and window curtain were also stained. When it comes to bathrooms and the included linens everything should be spotless. (we're talking hygiene)

Breakfast provided at 8:00 am .... cold coffee/water, bread for toast, pancake batter, juice. No fruit or replenishment of pastry, bagels, etc coffee or tea.

WLan Empfang war unzureichend. Im Zimmer hatten wir gar keinen Empfang, mußten stets in die Lobby gehen, um ausreichend WLan zu haben. In der heutigen Zeit untragbar!

Entrance door was hard to open. Towels were greyish. Topper on matress was very uncomfortable. Breakfast was really no assortment like fruits or muffins

The receptionist was nice, but that’s about it. The remote for the tv in our room didn’t work. There were no water cups. There were 3 small pillows on a king sized bed. I went and asked for a couple more pillows and it took them 2 hours to bring them. The breakfast offered was quite honestly a joke. There was stale white bread and blueberry bagels available, no eggs, no cream cheese, only margarine. No butter. It was not worth the price by any means. We would absolutely not return. Don’t waste your money.

Floor sticky, carpet ripped, bathroom toilet paper holder missing, shower curtain 1 inch coverage because rod was put in too high, water went everywhere. TV too small, was on first floor and sliding window couldn't be locked, heating/air con controls didn't work. Coffee pot was dirty and the top was missing. Booked for a king bed and had stated we had a small dog. They said we had to have a room with 2 beds because dogs weren't allowed in room with king bed. I said l booked it ahead, their comment was they don't follow 3rd booking agents accomodation and we had to pay an extra $25 for the day. The room was a dump and exterior unkept. Stayed a Liberty Suites in Toronto November on 20th floor. Was excellent. Clean, well appointed and comparable price. Had full kitchen, stacked washer/dryer, living room and separate bedroom with king bed.

Room decor was decently updated but the couch was filthy so I only sat on the desk chair. Breakfast was extremely basic: cereal, bagels, or waffles. No muffins or fruit.

The bed was hard. The duvet had a blood stain on it and was the thinnest blanket I’ve ever slept with in my life. The top comforter was stained overall the beds were the worst part.

The bath room towels and face cloths were brownish looking and stains on them. Not sure if they were clean or just rehung after use. The continental breakfast could have used a little more selection.

The staff was quite welcoming. The room was comfortable and on the ground floor per my advanced request. We enjoyed a quiet, peaceful sleep and nice breakfast before carrying on in our travels.

Only concern was that the coffee area did not offer decaf or a hot water option for tea. Upon request water was provided but it was warm at best. Not a deal breaker but a suggestion going forward.

Can not believe!

We were totally satisfied with our stay. The staff was excellent, very friendly and helpful. Desk clerk was humourous! Rooms were clean, fresh scent, crisp smelling linen, clean surfaces.

It was clean and comfortable.

Fridge was a little noisy but fixed it myself so it stopped, other than that it was fine.

I like the price, the staff was kind and the majority of the facility was clean.

My room was gross, bathtub full of dirt. Old password papers all over. My nightstand was gross, dust and old juice stains. My fridge smelled so bad, that I couldnt use it. Not to mention the fact that water splashed all over when i opened it. No coffee, or fresh coffee cups. The one cup had nasty all over the rim.

the room was comfortable, the bed was very inviting. once i was in bed, it only took me a couple minutes to fall asleep. the person at the front desk was very friendly and very helpful. i do plan to stay there again next time we come through sudbury.
