Stockwerk, kein Lärm, schnelle Aufzüge, alles sehr sauber, Frühstück war in Ordnung aber eher für Asiaten gedacht, frisches Obst, sehr gute Kaffeespezialitäten Die Lage des Hotels ist ideal, wenn man zentral und ganz schnell in der Orchard Road bummeln und nicht erst groß herumfahren möchte. MRT Orchard und Sommerset in ca. 300 m Entfernung.
Man kann nach vorheriger Absprache 1 Stunde länger im Zimmer bleiben, weil unser Flug erst abends ging buchten wir noch 5 Stunden dazu, was dann ca. 85 Euro gekostet hat. Leider hat das Hotel keine Möglichkeit zu duschen oder sich fertig zu machen, wenn man die Stunden nicht dazugebucht hätte.

Reviewed Aug 23, 2026HI Express in Orchard Singapore is a very nice hotel to stay at, especially if you want to be near the malls. It is near to MTR stations like Somerset and Orchard. Their staff are nice and easy to approach, especially Wang in the dining area. She was nice and friendly. We had a wonderful time. Surely we will go back again!

The best thing about this hotel were the staff, they were helpful, friendly and polite. The standout being Wang who would greet us each morning for breakfast and have a nice conversation to brighten our day up.

Became friends with Wang who is always to welcome us for breakfast & to offer assistance any way she can. Definitely recommend staying here.

The rooms booked viz-a-viz the rooms allotted were different. When we asked the time of check-in, we were informed that the Standard Room booked means the available room which maybe queen bed or twin bed will be allocated. If that was case, why the room charges for both queen bedrooms were different?

Our room was clean and inviting thanks to Thi Thi and the Clean Team! As we left to return home earlier today, Mr. Rasheed, from the Security Office was a great help as we waited for our airport transfer. He was very kind, efficient, and helpful! Thank you, Mr. Rasheed and Holiday Inn Express Orchard Road for such a wonderful stay in Singapore!

Reviewed Jul 21, 2026The location is excellent for shopping (malls are just a breath away), the staff was nice, the rooms were clean, and they have a bidet. For what it is worth, I also appreciate that you can also do your own laundry in their facility.
I have stayed in this hotel before, the problem we have always had was with the room design. The aircon blows on the headboard, therefore; the guest's head (hopefully, they can fix the vents). Also, the safe gets roasted by the heat coming from the refrigerator. We couldn't put our passports in there, as the chips (on anything electronic) might melt. If you can get past both issues, everything else should be fine.

Reviewed Jul 13, 2026地點超好，就在烏節路柏麗宮旁，所有烏節好吃好玩之處都在走路的距離內。 房間大小住三個人還行，其中一人是住在沙發床上。 只是沙發床當然舒適度不是很夠，所以起來有點腰酸背痛。不過床鋪本身非常舒服，員工也都很nice。 旅館一走出來就有很多的公車和捷運站，要轉車到其他地方玩也非常方便。
房間略小，一般備品都有，但是沒有潤髮乳（頭髮較乾燥的人需自備）。

Daily breakfast caters to predominantly Asian market - I enjoyed a 3N stay - pancakes on the menu once. Booked via booking.com marketing content referred to my room as having a City View. I was advised on check-in, the hotel didn’t have city views. Staff offered to change rooms the following day to a higher floor, unfortunately I had plans and was unable to do due timing. Staff advised they would refer my comments and share my concerns to booking.com

Reviewed Jul 1, 2026Enjoy staying at Holiday Inn Express Orchard. Hotel room is very clean. Breakfast is good and ready early in the morning from 6am. Aunty Wang is always there to greet and ask if I want anything for breakfast e.g., plain yogurt, poach egg that is not on the buffet. She’s very helpful and friendly. Hotel is centrally located in Orchard Road next to Paragon and behind Apple Store. The hotel is reasonably price and value for money is excellent in my opinion.
