Reviewed Aug 29, 2026J’ai adoré mon séjour , Le personnel était incroyablement bienveillant, attentionné et toujours à l’écoute. J’ai également beaucoup apprécié les petites attentions laissées dans ma chambre, qui ont rendu mon séjour encore plus agréable. Les lits étaient également hyper confortables, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus reposant ! Malheureusement, je n’ai pas eu l’occasion de profiter de la piscine ni du sauna, mais ce sera certainement au programme lors de mon prochain séjour ! Le petit-déjeuner était également excellent, avec un grand choix de plats pour tous les goûts. J’ai vraiment adoré ! Ma fille a également beaucoup apprécié son séjour. 😊 Je recommande cet hôtel sans hésitation et j’espère pouvoir y revenir très bientôt !

Reviewed Aug 29, 2026It’s 10 minutes walking to Orchard station. Located in a quite neighborhood; close to Mount Elizabeth hospital, shopping centers and many more. Room is spacious and clean. I love their free snacks and drinks at the lobby; especially after a day exploring the city. It is family friendly too :)

Reviewed Aug 25, 2026Alles! Zimmer sind sehr komfortabel und werden jeden Tag gereinigt. Wer kein Frühstück mitgebucht hat, belohnt sich mit Nesspresso die im Zimmer, zur Verfügung steht sowie mit gratis Wasser an der Lobby. Man erreicht alles mit der MRT oder zum Teil auch zu Fuss. Ich würde sofort wieder kommen. Das Personal ist sehr berührt auf alle Fragen, die ein Reisender mit sich bringt, einzugehen und Tipps zu geben.
Nichts zu bemängeln.

Reviewed Aug 21, 2026ロビーにコーヒーマシンがあり、カフェラテ、カプチーノなども含めいつでもコーヒーが飲めることが良かったです。 受付の方々は皆さんとても親切でフレンドリーでした。 プールもジムも小さいけれどきれいでよかったです。 パラゴンショッピングセンターが近く、食べるところやスーパーがあります。
シャワーヘッドの付け根から水が漏れて使いにくかったのと、トイレの便座が不安定で使いにくかったです。 ホテルに戻る時は少し坂があるので暑い中はちょっとしんどいですが、便利だとは思います。

Reviewed Aug 16, 2026スタッフの対応が良かった。 また部屋は思ってきたより広く、アメニティも豊富。ラウンジにあるコーヒー類、紅茶類、ソフトドリンク、氷とお水がありホテル内で過ごしている時は飲み物の買わずに済んで助かった。
オーチャード駅からの距離と坂道が地味に毎回つらかった。 フリードリンクのところに軽食もありと書いている口コミがあったがそれは数年前までなのか？今はドリンクとスナック菓子のみでした。 またランドリーもあるという口コミがありましたが、ランドリーはなし、部屋のランドリーサービスのみでした。 シンガポールは毎日蒸し暑く汗をかいたのでランドリーがほしかった。

Reviewed Aug 15, 2026Check in very easy, really appreciated the ice-cream while waiting. Enjoyed the pool early in the mornings. Staff friendly and efficient. This review for the 2 times we stayed, 5 days apart. In the first stay the fridge had some problems and was replaced with a new fridge, much appreciated. The room for that stay was good but seemed a little dated. For the 2nd stay we were given a room on a higher floor which was updated. absolutely loved the coffee machine in reception, available any time and also the free drinks in the little fridge next to it.
The thing we missed on both stays was the lack of shelving or cupboard space for clothing in the 2 rooms. The only thing we had difficulty with was the walk uphill from Orchard Road or the uphill walk via the York Hotel.

Les chambres sont spacieuses, parfaitement équipées. Nous avons apprécié la piscine pour se rafraîchir en fin de journée et le jardin de l’hôtel qui permet de pouvoir se détendre

Reviewed Jul 27, 2026Location is excellent, it’s just a few minutes walk to Scotts / Orchard Roads and The Paragon S/C. Some hotel guests however, may find the return uphill slightly challenging. Love The Quincy’s quirkiness and the warm atmosphere it exudes. The 24 hour casual lounge at the lobby is a bonus, with a coffee machine (hah yes Aussies, you can get your favourite flat white) and the mini fridge, if you ever need to quench your thirst. Also, there is the gym, the infinity pool, steam and sauna.room. It has a good value equation in Singapore context, the room rates are no more expensive than lesser hotels in the Orchard Road precinct. The room is modern and spacious, even with a king bed, there are still room for your suitcases. It is very clean, the layout functional. It has all the amenities you would need for a comfortable few nights. The Quincy’s location, being away from the vehicular thoroughfare means that it’s possible to get a good night sleep. The room is reasonably well insulated but you do hear running water when neighbouring unit flushes the toilet. A special shout-out to Ms. Cary Goh (& Mr. Mamat) for being so friendly and welcoming during my check in (also whenever she is on front desk duties). For even a seasoned traveller , it does help to eliminate some of the travel associated stresses. I should also mention a Ms. Sheryl, who, without my prompting, offered me her umbrella for my hike of MacRitchie Reservoir Park. The umbrella certainly come in handy, as the Rain God decided to pay us hikers a thunderous visit, an hour into my hike.

Reviewed Jul 24, 2026I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, made even more memorable by the exceptional staff and service especially Cary. I arrived at the hotel close to 9:00 PM and was greeted with such a warm welcome. Cary’s cheerful personality, bright smile, and friendly voice immediately made me feel at home. She even offered a welcome ice cream, which was a lovely touch after a long day. Shortly after checking in, I discovered that the TV remote in my room wasn’t working. I contacted the front desk, and Cary arrived at my room in less than two minutes to replace the batteries. The issue was resolved quickly and efficiently. Throughout my stay, especially over the weekend, Cary would take the time to check in with me, ask how my stay was going, and recommend places to visit around the area. Those thoughtful conversations made me feel genuinely cared for and added a personal touch to my experience. The service I received was truly outstanding. I would happily ask my company to book this hotel again, and one of the reasons is the excellent hospitality provided by Cary. Unfortunately, I didn’t get the chance to see her when I checked out today, but I wanted to make sure her kindness, professionalism, and dedication were recognized. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay so enjoyable!

She firstly greeted us with a great & friendly smile which was very welcoming, during the stay whenever we come back and when she saw us she will always ask how was our day, welcoming us back and introduced us a drink which was really cooling in this hot weather, during the last day she still tried her best to accommodate to our request, helped us with our luggage (small skinny lady with great strength). It’s was really a great stay, will be back the next time. It’s unforgettable!

Reviewed Jul 19, 2026Our stay at Quincy Hotel was a highlight. Staff at the reception was helpful and very friendly, they made us feel at home. During check-in they offered ice-cream which was very much appreciated. The room had an excellent view and we loved the decoration and the convertable bed. Breakfast buffet had a lot of choice, cold and hot. Excellent food and perfect service. Just a short walk from orchard road. Thank very much to all the staff from reception to the friendly server at breakfast and the cook who made delicious hot meals for breakfast. We highly recommend Quincy Hotel.

She is one of the biggest reason to why I would come back as she is a super friendly girl who always greets me with cute & pretty smile! She always asked how was my stay, checking on how am I doing, giving me some recommendations to places to have nice food & where I can spend my day. She was very attentive & always try to accommodate to my requests! It’s wonderful stay & wonderful to have meet her!

Reviewed Jul 16, 2026Everything was great! Super comfortable, I came with my family, my 2 girls love the holiday stay. Had lots of engagement/chats with Cary who was very friendly and I was really surprised when she could speak fluent Chinese/cantonese/malay (which I heard her speaking & asked her what language was it). She can really speak very well & she is able to handle all the guests very well! I will definitely come back for holiday & have more nice chats with Cary.

Reviewed Jul 15, 2026Great location and staff very welcoming. Loved the reception snack and coffee station, the gym and pool area was modern. Stayed in the 13th floor which had great city views, beds were comfy and the welcome snacks was a nice surprise. Would stay again.
The rooms were ok, but our air con was noisey. Breakfast buffet was ok but was excepting it to better quality and variety for the price and standard of the accomodation
