Die Lage ist sehr gut. Es ist nur ein fünfminütiger Weg von der Fähranlegestelle aus. Wir haben nach der Fährfahrt um 1:00 Uhr nachts eingecheckt. Es funktionierte alles reibungslos. Die Betten sind sehr gemütlich und das Zimmer war sauber. Die Dusche war ein Highlight. Genug Wasserdruck, sodass man nicht ewig braucht bis das Shampoo aus langen Haaren herausgespült ist. Auch das Frühstück war ausreichend. Es gab zwar nicht viel Auswahl, aber ein leckerer Bagel mit Ei oder eine Waffel sorgen für einen guten Start in den Tag. Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Die Bilder spiegeln leider nicht das Hotel wieder. 2 Handtücher für 4 Personen, ein Zimmer was extrem nach Rauch gerochen hat und durchgelegene Betten.

Continental Breakfast was nice. Would have preferred some hot items such as sausages, ham etc. The staff at reception were very friendly and accommodating.

I really wanted to have a better experience here, especially considering the price we paid, but unfortunately the cleanliness really let this hotel down. The hotel itself was older and much more dated than I expected for the cost. After a very long drive, we were exhausted and just wanted to settle in for the night before catching the ferry to Haida Gwaii the next morning. My daughter wanted to take a bath and asked me to clean out the tub first. At first I looked at her confused because we had just checked in, but when I looked more closely, there were several small black pubic hairs in the bathtub and even some in the sink. I immediately called the front desk because that was extremely unpleasant to find in a room that was supposed to have been cleaned before our arrival. The woman I spoke with was very kind and accommodating and moved us to another room, which I believe may have been an upgrade. Unfortunately, after moving all of our belongings into the second room, we went over to the window to look at the view and I stepped on something dark, cold and sticky on the floor. I honestly had no idea what it was, and at first I thought I had stepped in something like dog feces. It was disgusting. At that point we had already moved everything from the first room, we were exhausted, and we just wanted to sleep, so I didn’t even call the front desk again. The whole experience really threw us off and made us uncomfortable about the cleanliness of the hotel. My daughter ended up having a shower instead of the bath she wanted, and I didn’t shower or bathe there at all. I waited until we reached our next hotel in Haida Gwaii. There was breakfast available at the hotel as well, but after what we had already encountered in both rooms, I just didn’t feel comfortable eating there. I didn’t want to risk feeling sick before a long ferry ride.

Das Frühstück war recht einfach. Wer Waffeln mag,dem gefällt es. 15 min vom Hotel gab es das Café Cowpuccino‘s und eine Bäckerei. Diese waren klasse.

Wir hatten neben dem Zimmer die Strassenampel - diese hat bei Fussgängergrün laute Signale von sich gegeben. Das war auf Dauer störend.

There are a few things about this hotel which detract from it's posture as one of the best hotels in Price Rupert. First of all, it rains a lot in Prince Rupert, often very hard. For a hotel to not have a covered place where you can unload your car out of the rain is really LAME! The only place to unload your vehicle here is in the back alley which is poorly lite at night, amid some big puddles and with some shady people hanging about. If it's raining hard, you're going to wish that you were staying across the street at the Inn on the Harbour. The other thing is that hotels need to get away from having carpets in the rooms. The carpet in our room really needed a good shampoo. Also, the ceiling panels were a bit askew with some of the edges showing. The second time we stayed here, the room was a bit better but didn't have a desk or chair to sit in which is inconvenient if you want to use a laptop

Hotel Staff were super-feiendly and always smiling. Basic breakfast but just what we needed and the serving staff so lovely. Room was great.

We stayed 2 nights and the room was not serviced. Only the bins were emptied. Whether we stay 2 or more nights the price is the same. The Level of service also should.

Heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Kregen een gratis upgrade naar een kamer met twee bedden. Het is al een wat ouder hotel wat desondanks redelijk wordt onderhouden. Verwacht geen 5sterren, maar heel basic, snel in- en out hotel. We betaalden niet veel.

Kleine kamer met laag systeemplafond. Voelde ietwat bedompt en mist een zekere frisheid. Matras leek versleten en helde naar een kant.

Bagno con sedia e altra attrezzature per handicappati che prendeva solo posto. Moquette per terra non delle più igieniche. La colazione pessima : solo uova sode e waffles... Una tristezza infinita come anche il personale per niente accogliente

I got there after an overnight ferry super tired just noticed I had left my new I phone in the taxi . While I was freaking out before I could say anything - the taxi called and was coming back with my phone . Nice room good breakfast.

The hotel was conveniently located downtown and a short walk to the harbour district. The were numerous very good eateries within a few minutes walk from the hotel. It was also very easy to access Highway 16 .

Die Lage ist praktisch um am nächsten Morgen die Fähre zu erreichen. Es ist sehr Gäste freundlich, dass das Frühstück bereits um 5 Uhr öffnet. Da schafft man es gut 2 Stunden vor Abfahrt am Fährterminal zu sein und kann mit einem Kaffee starten. Danke dafür. Mit ca. 110 - 120 Euro sind die Übernachtungspreise für ein Double Queen angemessen. Restaurants fußläufig in der Nähe.

Wie bereist das Prestige in Prince George, vermitteln die Fotos nicht ganz das Flair der Hotels. Zweckmäßige Klötze, die die besten Zeiten hinter sich zu haben scheinen.

Lovely room, very comfortable, clean and nice. Friendly staff at check-in and breakfast staff. Nice breakfast included with room. We arrived at hotel after disembarking from ferry at 1am so it was a very late check-in, but the comfortable room was a perfect way to arrive and get some needed sleep.

My husband was not that happy about the breakfast choices. No decaf coffee in room or at breakfast.

The hallways were freezing cold. Room was small with little room to move around.

Breakfast server, Nancy, was wonderfully pleasant and welcoming. She is a real asset to this hotel.

Very central and just a quick walk to the airport shuttle. Room had a refrigerator and microwave. Breakfast was simple but all you needed. The lovely lady in the breakfast room was so attentive and enthusiastic. She really made our stay great

Very comfortable room, very clean too. Staff was very helpful. Only one block from the airport bus drop-off. Reasonable breakfast included. I was talking to someone who used this hotel for business too and they had changed to the Prestige Oceanview finding it preferable to other options.

The vending machines were all out of order. Breakfast as ok but a better one with Buffet bacon, hashbrowns etc would make a big difference. And no one made bed all week!

I was a bit confused when I checked in as the clerk asked if I had a pet — he said Booking.com had registered me as a Standard Room with 2 queen beds (pet friendly) and showed me a printout indicating that. I checked back to my confirmation number and I had selected and paid for a Superior Room with 2 queen beds which was definitely a more expensive choice. In any case, they were fully booked and the room we had was 204 and we were comfortable and pleased there.

The breakfast can hardly be called a breakfast. It was more like a collection of a few unhealthy snacks. I have experienced much better breakfasts in significantly cheaper hotels.

Floor, sink countertop were dirty. Shower caulking is stained. Housekeeping was requested and it was never completed. Old carpet and doors. Although some things were renovated, still feels dated and dirty. Try somewhere else.

Parking was convenient (hotel parking lot), hotel was very close to shopping, cafe, city hall (all within a few/several minutes walk). Front desk staff friendly and helpful. Room had decent view of ocean, was clean comfortable.

Despite our early arrival time (off the ferry from Port Hardy) we were able to leave our bags all day until we checked in at 4pm. The option of an early breakfast from 6am made it easy to get to the train terminal in time for a 7am check in. All worked very well. Comfortable rooms.

I had a very good stay at the Prestige. Complimentary breakfast had great choices and service. The room was very clean. Desk staff was friendly. I highly recommend The Prestige in Prince Rupert.

Partial ocean view was nice to have, seeing ships and the activities on the water.

We stayed here overnight. The stay was made difficult by a boiled water advisory for Prince Rupert. However the problem we experienced was all on the hotel. When we got up there was no water at all in the hotel. No coffee, nothing, the hotel had no water at all. No one could shower. The manager was nowhere to be found in the morning. It was a terrible place to stay. It reflects really poorly on the entire chain of Prestige Hotels. There is a note on my hotel file requesting a reduction or refund, totally ignored. The solution for us is that we won't stay at a Prestige property again.

The hotel could have made amends instead of charging us full price for a totally bad stay, they didn't.

Had 3 two-night stays in Sept. First 2 were fine - nice room, good location, good breakfast. Third visit (Sept 28-29) I booked an ocean view room at a higher cost. Room was under furnished. Only one chair for two people, only fixed bedside lights in main room so no chance of reading or working after sunset in the one comfortable chair. One of us had to sit on the footstool or try and sit on the bed to read or catch up on e-mail. We did have an ocean view, but it wasn’t nearly enough to make up for the extra cost. Also had a king bed - I had booked a queen, which would have been a better bed for that room (but there was room for an extra chair and a floor lamp in any event). As it was only a one-day stay and we were leaving early for the ferry on the 30th I didn’t take my complaint to the front desk, so they didn’t have a chance to fix things. Nevertheless the room should never have been given to us in that state for that price. A very disappointing third stay at the Oceanview.

Both washroom floors were dirty and sticky. We asked the front desk to mop the floors but unfortunately the message did not make it to housekeeping. We had to lay down additional towels.

Beds were a bit too firm, but they had good pillows. Water pressure wasn't strong and they had a boil water warning so didn't trust drinking their tap water. They had one elevator under repair and had construction in the lobby on the entry door. Staff were very unhelpful when asked if we could do a late checkout for one of our two rooms if we released one of them. They said no as both our rooms were rented. We checked in quite late so didn't use them the whole time we could have and we were only asking for an additional hour 11-12 and their checkin time is 3pm which should have allowed for them to clean it, so I don't think we were asking that much.

First time in Prince Rupert. Pros: Great view, convenient, good coffee at breakfast and easy to find. Cons: Our room was never cleaned, garbage emptied, bed made or fresh towels in the three days we were there. We also requested an extra pillow and they did not have any. Also our air conditioner/heater stopped working. Luckily it appeared to just be a breaker. So we managed to fix it both times.

Was not an ocean view, it was a tim hortons view. Room had no hot water. Was told to let it run. After wasting up to 10 minutes of running water. Was given another room to go shower in. Still no hot water.

Yes the ocean was visible from our room. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Stafff was friendly and helpfull and the hotel is in a very nice central location. We enjoed our stay!

One night stay after getting off the ferry. Quick check in. Friendly staff. Breakfast had the usual selection. There was a notice on the desk at check in about boiling the water before drinking. No bottled water was offered for brushing teeth.

Hotel is good but there is no green space to take a pet . There was a boil water in effect during our stay so bottle water was given that was good. No for the shower…. The tap is broken and gave no pressure and not hot Luke warm at best . Could use extra chair in the room

Amazing service. This was one of the best hotels I’ve been with this price. Breakfast was great. Gym equipment was excellent. Front desk coffee was good.

Great people who work there who make the best of what they have to work with. Kitchenettes are ultra minimal, a tea towel would have been nice. Oceanview is nice and location excellent!

Very convenient for the ferry to the airport. We were given bottled water as there was a boil water instruction in place. You could refill these. Breakfast was included and you could have toast,bagels yoghurt, fruit, muffins and waffles.

The room was big

The place itself was all right but there was basically NO water pressure in the shower . I believe the diverter did not have the valves open all the way , perhaps a water saving idea ??? And at the bathroom sink the hot was on the cold side and vice versa .

Good location - found restaurants across the street. The waffle bar was fun. Old and rundown condition, for which the clerk apologized. One elevator was out of service, the plate around our door lock was coming off, making it difficult to open or close.

The hotel was well located for downtown dining, shopping and to the ferries. A good breakfast bar too! Be careful with asking for late check out - we were charged an extra night at rack rate (fortunately the hotel corrected the error).

Staff was awesome, can’t have had better service . Front reception and check in was so nice and helped us out as we left another dirty hotel to be at the Prestige.

The location was very good with a beautiful view over the harbour.The Internet was only working once for an hour.The first day the breakfast was OK.The second day we received a paper bag with a muffin,a small fruit drink and a yogurt.Not good at all.
