Lage ist sehr gut. Wenn man von der Faehre um Mitternacht oder spaeter kommt, wird man freundlich empfangen.

Leider schon sehr abgewohnt. Fruehstueck war ein Witz. Nichts essbares mehr da, nachdem frueh der erste Schwung auf die Faehre ist.

Underground parking. Early breakfast (5am!) but no GF.

The noise of other guests running in the hallways at all hours of the night were annoying and meant we hardly slept and we had to be up at 5am for the ferry. Hot tap on basin did not work in the bathroom.

We liked the location.

The entrance, lobby, and dining areas are excellent. The rooms are in need of an upgrade particularly the bathroom.

The staff , specificely Carla who help me with a probleme whit a beding cover probleme. She was very helpful

The rooms are very old and run down. Also very expensive for what you get. Very little parking for guests.

Old and decrepit. No air conditioning and fans that were broken. Stairwell was filthy. Insufficient parking for the amount of rooms.

Preisniveau in Prince Rupert ist allgemein deutlich höher als im Rest Kanadas, ist aber bekannt

Everything went well.

Fridge is very very small and no freezer. Bit other than that, I am happy about my stay.

Best thing about the place is the friendly staff.

Hier müssen wir leider etwas überlegen. Sehr verkehrsgünstig zur Fähre gelegen, so dass wir bei Ankunft in Prince Rupert in der Nacht nicht mehr weit fahren mussten. Die Tiefgarage und der Eingang ist prima. Auch das Frühstück hat uns nach der Nacht positiv überrascht. Der Frühstücksraum schien neu renoviert.

Leider ist das Zimmer arg in die Jahre gekommen. Auf dem Teppich haben wir uns gar nicht getraut Barfuß zu laufen. Die Betten waren aber sauber und ordentlich. Die Dusche haben wir nicht genutzt, der Anblick des Duschkopfes hat uns davon abgehalten. Zu guter letzt ging dann auch noch die Toilettenspülung nicht mehr. Ach und nicht zu vergessen die Waschanlage, die akundenfreundlich 24h/7d geöffnet hat und überraschenderweise regelmäßig in der Nacht genutzt wurde.

Location was good, price was competitive.

The carpet in the room

Good location, friendly staff.

Very out of date and worn. Black-out curtains are so old they wouldn’t hang good and so many worn out patches that they were no longer black-out!!! And room was right at rooftop of all the heating etc . Noisy noisy noisy!!!! Couldn’t open a window… barflys loud. This is all after getting off a 17 hour ferry ride and getting in at 1:00 am dead tired! Sorry… but this hotel needs major upgrades!!

The breakfasts were adequate and well presented . Melanie , the General Manager , was the most pleasant and helpfull individual that we have encountered in many years of hotel travel . A true "Gem" !

The parking could have been a little more secure but overall , not bad .

Pillows not very firm or comfortable

Provided you don't mind the noise, the facilities are dated but serviceable, and the staff is fantastic.

Despite booking.com indicating that there is soundproofing, there is not. I've slept in much quieter hostels.

Staff was friendly and accommodating; I was in town for work and they let me check into my room early to drop my bags before I had to begin work as I wasn't expecting to be back until later in the evening. Also on the last night they let me park in the small bay near the entrance to the underground parking area as that was full, I appreciated this as I have a bad leg and didn't really want to hobble across the road from the adjacent parking lot with all my gear.

When I went to plug in my phone charger behind the bedside table there was a handful of crackers/cracker crumbs in behind it that had been missed, and there appeared to be a pill under the table next the window left by whoever was in the room last. The shower needed a new mixing valve or adjustment as the shower was less warm and more so spurting between bursts of cold and bursts of scalding hot.

Location. Close to the ferry. They are working to improve Room was clean but no air conditioning.

Location

All the staff were very friendly, very easy location, it was clean. This is the quietest hotel I’ve stayed at in years. Normally I wake up when people are walking in the hallways etc and I could not hear any of that here. The batting cages right next door were super popular with our kids.

The toilet didn’t drain every time it was flushed, the show switch was super hard to engage, no hot food breakfast options the second day.

The staff were so lovely, the rooms extremely comfortable and the breakfast was delicious! They went above and beyond to make our stay amazing!

Friendly staff

It was outdated, old and smelly and the carpets were dirty through the hotel. The hotel needed to be upgraded 25 years ago.

Hotel comodo dopo attraversata da Port Hardy perchè prevede check in tardivo. Al nostro arrivo i parcheggi interni erano terminati e abbiamo sostato lungo la strada (soluzione non male). La camera e il bagno avrebbero bisogno di un restiling. Le stanze danno sulla strada e difronte è presente un night quindi molto rumoroso sino a tarda notte. Offre una piccola colazione.

Asked where a good place was to go for dinner, and the advice was great!

First room toilet didn't work properly, but staff quickly moved us to a different room. It was comfortable. The continental breakfast was pretty good. There is a grocery store next to the hotel.

The bed was comfortable.

Dirty, worn hall and stair carpets. No underground parking as advertised the first night. Breakfast was poor. Bathroom fittings need repair. Staff were indifferent to our concerns. They are starting some updates according to a sign at the desk, but not in time for us. This worn-out hotel was not remotely worth the $500 they charged for a two-night stay.

The place was a dump, room stank, was filthy and disgusting.

Hotel staff was friendly. Boil water advisory made all water sources in hotel undrinkable. Only safe water was in lobby which meant brushing teeth or coffee for morning was a trip to lobby. However room was spotless and hotel very accessible to docks and other interesting locations.

Hotel is outdated even though they are doing renovations our room needed a complete new washroom in my opinion!

The room was dark even when all the lights were on. My stay at the Moby Dick Inn was nicer.

Grocery store right across the street so it was easy to provision the next stage of the journey. Check in very efficient and desk staff had helpful tips for dining and for the ferry trip.

Clean room

Property was advertised as having an eating facility and contential breakfast. It had neither. Nor, were the location surroundings similar.

Clean room. Comfortable bed. Nice staff. Breakfast available starting 5AM; great for fishermen wanting an early start. No AC; fans only.

When we arrived off the ferry at Prince Rupert it was 1:30a.m. Getting off the elevator on the 3rd floor the carpet was filthy (keep your shoes on). Entering room 307 the beds were not even made, so they sent us to 320, now it is 2a.m. We were dead tired after our 18 hour ferry ride so just crawled into our p.j's and climbed into bed. The next morning we noticed our white comforters were coffee stained and dirty on both beds. Pass on this one folks...

There was a nasty smell in the room.. the mirrors I don’t think have been cleaned in years.. the breakfast is meh.. great staff though

Lovely staff. The rooms could really of used the newer update instead of the entry. Tape weren’t securely attached to the sink.

Staff very good, breakfast good. The room had some issues, bed comfortable and clean, but the bathroom needs work, moldy grout in the shower area, dirty baseboards, The window in the room had something smeared across it, needs to be cleaned.

The property is dated but clean. The front desk staff were excellent, especially Terrance. The continental breakfast had an excellent variety. And unlike the Eagle Bluff, the rooms are cleaned daily!

No AC, no screens on windows. Property is old and run down, to charge the amount they do is astronomical.

Meal not included. Parking limited, we parked on street.

They didn’t have my booking which I paid for a king bed and they put us in a queen room.

It's an older property. So basic amenities. Lights not working in room. Delightful staff at check-in and check-out and a very nice continental breakfast with good array of itens to chose ftom.
