It's quite complicated getting to the hotel by car, but the hotel did email instructions in advance which made it easier.

Reviewed Sep 18, 2026Large room with a very comfortable bed and a Nespresso machine (capsules replenished daily). Very good breakfast with plenty of choice. Central location close to trams and within walking distance of railway station and all major sights. Reception staff friendly and helpful, providing us with an extra chair on request.
The room was sparsely furnished. There was a small wardrobe but no shelf space, and only one chair although another was provided as mentioned above.

Difficile de s’y rendre qu’a donné connaît pas la ville ….beaucoup de travaux autour. Il faut aussi circuler dans une zone piétonne.

Everything is in walking distance, and the stations of major tramlines are just outside on the street. Breakfast options are very good. E.g. there is capsule coffee and regular ground coffee to choose from, variety of cheese and hams, multiple kinds of bread, cereals, etc.
Breakfast room is a bit crowded, and some tables are too close to the counters with the food.

El personal (veníamos de una mala experiencia en un hotel de la misma cadena en Rennes), era muy atento y profesional, con indicaciones de todo tipo y consejos sobre los alrededores del hotel, zonas a visitar y de restaurantes para cenar.
A pesar de que nos habían enviado las instrucciones para llegar, el hecho de que gran parte de la entrada de la ciudad estuviera en obras, hizo que nos liásemos bastante hasta poder llegar, pero no es culpa de ellos. Una vez encarrilados, las instrucciones, seguidas al pie de la letra, no tenían perdida. Por lo demás, todo perfecto, si volvemos a Nantes, no dudaríamos en repetir.

Reviewed Sep 2, 2026De kamer is ruim, heeft een raam dat uitgeeft op de winkelstraat, een grote kleerkast, de badkamer heeft lavabo, douche en wc. Er staat een koelkast, een safe, tv en wifi, die allemaal prima werken.
De inrichting is niet leuk, een beetje somber. Er zijn geen haakjes of dergelijke om de handdoeken op te hangen. Je moet dagelijks aanmelden aan de wifi.

Pedí una cuna para mi bebé y no tenía colchón. En otros hoteles en los que he estado si que me han proporcionado la cuna con un colchón de cuna y sábanas. En. Este caso no fue así sólo tenía la sábana bajera encima de la colchoneta plegable que trae la cuna de viaje.

Fantastico il parcheggio della struttura per chi la raggiunge in auto; sebbene in zona semipedonale, con le dettagliatissime indicazioni fornite in fase di prenotazione si raggiunge abbastanza facilmente. Camere spaziose, colazione varia e molto buona!
Tutto pienamente soddisfacente, dall'accoglienza al soggiorno! Unico appunto, la zona wc merita un pizzico di cura in più!

A la hora del desayuno, hubiéramos agradecido q repusieran la comida caliente con más frecuencia; en los 4 días q hemos estado, ha sido imposible comer huevos revueltos.

Directions to parking option did not work (booking.com deletes any links, but they sent a link). We tried to navigate with the hotel‘s instructions but it was the most unpleasant experience we ever had driving through the pedestrian area and we got completely lost. We somehow managed to find a way back outside and found a paid parking place there. Was so much easier. Not really a fault of the hotel team, more of the city‘s way to keep cars out of the town and how foreigners could handle it

Reviewed Aug 21, 2026In the center of Nantes, thank heaven we were sent a detailed way of getting into the pedestrian area in which it is located. Lovely except for the rooms on the floor where we were which had slanted roofs which for my over 6 feet husband were hard to remember were there in the middle of the night. The other unfortunate part, and I believe only occurs in the summer time was that the breakfast room is not really laid out for big groups that arrive at the same time. They should probably ask the organizers to split them into 2 shifts...otherwise, traffic and access to the coffee machine were almost impossible. The parking is OK in the hotel garage though really tight.

Le sommier à ressort qui faisait énormément de bruit. Être réveillés à l'aube par l'alarme incendie, on s'est tous retrouvé dans la rue sans qu'aucun membre du personnel soit présent et nous dise quoi faire!

Badkamer beetje klein, maar wel prima. Op een ochtend ging vroeg het brandalarm af. Alle hotelgasten gingen via de nooduitgangen naar beneden via de hal naar buiten. Heel vreemd dat er niemand was van het personeel. Het was ook onduidelijk wat er aan de hand was en of we weer terug konden naar onze kamer. Veel gasten waren boos. Een personeelslid wat werd aangesproken liep gewoon weg. Uiteindelijk kwam er na aandringen een receptioniste van achter en zei dat het loos alarm was. Maar niemand nam uiteindelijk zijn verantwoordelijkheid.

It was under staffed - the bar was closed earlier than planned on Saturday night . The fire alarm was set off early on Saturday morning apparently by a toaster in the dining room . This was a huge inconvenience to all of us , it was highly stressful and nerve racking to be woken from our sleep and to have to evacuate . I felt that the staff members were poorly able to deal with the incident. Staff members were no where to be seen when we all gathered in reception and out at the front of the hotel . Leadership was terrible . There was chaos everywhere and no staff member about to direct us . Someone said that the staff members were hiding away in an office behind the reception desk . It was also said that there was just 1 person working on reception when the incident occurred . This hotel should have a proper fire safety policy and staff should know how to implement it .

Le petit déjeuner est un peu cher si on se contente du traditionnel café jus d'orange croissant. Par contre on peut y faire une repas très copieux qui justifierait le prix payé.

RAS Juste demander à l’accueil comment sortir de la zone piétonne en voiture car pas évident.

Reviewed Aug 6, 2026Konum harika. Kahvaltı mükemmel. Odanın büyüklüğü yeterli, konforlu, temiz ve rahat. Her yere yürüme mesafesi. Tam karşısındaki "antrikot" restoranı ayrıca tavsiye ederim.
Otel, araç girişi sınırlı bir bölgede ve otopark girişi sorunlu olduğu için rezervasyon yaptırmamıza rağmen, aracımızı başka bir otoparka park ettik. Onun dışında her şey mükemmeldi.

Er hat das kaum zum Hotel für den eine Straße die nach Urin stinkt Der Lift funktioniert nicht immer einwandfrei.

Vores madras havde stadig plastic på, så der lugtede fælt i værelset. Det blev fikset. Indgangen til parkeringen var meget uhumsk og der sad narkomaner og hjemløse. Det gjorde det lidt utrygt at skulle til og fra bilen.

Reviewed Aug 3, 2026Location was great for what walking we did in 2 days. 15min by taxi from train station. 30min to the airport. Great variety of breakfast. Beds were very comfortable. We dined out, so can't comment on restaurant. The cold glass bottled water in the fridge every day was a welcome treat. We would definitely use this hotel again.
The room we got had everything, but the carpet was VERY badly stained, and let the standard down.

Reviewed Aug 3, 2026Alles super entspannt, komfortabel und easy going. Sehr nettes hilfsbereites und kompetentes Team an der Rezeption. Großzügige check-in und -out Zeiten (14 h, 12 h out). Großes gemütliches Bett, ruhiges Zimmer, kleines nettes Gym 24 h, und - wichtig in Nantes - Möglichkeit, einen Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage zu reservieren. Gute Beschreibung vorab um das ohne Probleme zu finden, bei Fragen hilft das nette Hotelteam. Wir waren rundum happy.

Schalldämmung der Fenster ist in Ordnung, aber wenn man sie öffnet, genießt man Geräusche und Düfte von Nantes (Dafür kann natürlich das Hotel nichts)

Reviewed Aug 2, 2026Se situe en centre-ville donc très appréciable pour découvrir la ville à pied. La chambre double-classique est spacieuse. La séparation toilettes/salle de Bain est un vrai '+'. La literie est confortable. L'espace rangement (valises, vêtement) est suffisant. L'hôtel est calme.
Un peu compliqué pour accéder en voiture à l'hôtel mais les explications envoyées sont claires. Les places et les allées de parking sont très petites pour un véhicule type SUV. Pas de bureau comme espace de travail (seule une table sur roulette avec un fauteuil type canapé font office de bureau). La moquette est très vétuste, usée, tâchée et la moisissure sur les joints de baignoire ne sont pas acceptable dans un Mercure. Rapport qualité/prix moyen.

Reviewed Jul 22, 2026Locatie was heel centraal in Nantes. Heel comfortabele bedden, goed werkende airco en douche, heel uitgebreid ontbijt. De badkamer is best klein maar eigenlijk lukt het wel. De wc is ook apart wat heel handig is. De kamer is ook heel donker.
Personeel was ‘afwezig’ - eigenlijk kan ik niemand herinneren die eigenlijk ook maar iets warm zei of deed. Ze deden hun jib was perfect maar niet met liefde om het zo te zeggen. Mojito was echt niet lekker, de rest van de drankjes best wel.

Wir waren bereits mehrfach in dem Hotel, aber immer gibt es was, was nicht funktioniert….. Mal war es der Safe….mal war es die nicht funktionierende Kaffeemaschine. Man ist zwar bemüht, aber da Problem wurde während unserer Anwesenheit nicht gelöst bzw. behoben.

Reviewed Jul 10, 2026Personalen i incheckningen var utomordentligt trevlig och informativ. Tog sig tid att förklara allt som var värt att se i omgivningarna. Läget var väldigt bra. Utmärkt frukost. Perfekt med parkering i direkt anslutning till hotellet.
Lite utmanande att ta sig dit med bil, då hotellet ligger i ett område med gågator, men med bra beskrivning från hotellet hur man skulle köra och med lite hjälp av lokalbefolkningen gick det som en dans.

Найти отель на машине невозможно, инструкции что нам дали не совпадают с реальностью. Мы искали долго, около часа и GPSN не показывал отель.. Запарклвались как попало и пошли искать отель пешком. И только когда нашли, получили код, который дал нам возможность заехать на пешеходку и подъехать к отелю.

Driving in Nantes centre and complicated instructions to get to restricted access roads to park in secure hotel car park. Managed to navigate successfully and worth the hassle and was permitted to park until needed to pick the car up in late afternoon the following day.
