chambre, petit déjeuner et emplacement : bien
il y a un discothèque dans les environs qui fait du bruit tous les jours jusqu'à 2h 30 du matin en plein air. C'est pénible.
The hotel was clean, staff were very friendly. The hotel looked very nice.
Nothing
L'emplacement est très pratique par rapport aux restos et différentes commodités Chambre très propre Petit-déjeuner varié et très bon
Le pommeau de douche ne fonctionnait pas tout à fait car l'eau coulait un peu de la douche au plafond.
It has a bar and restaurant.
All fine.
The food here is great. A good sampling of St. Lucian cuisine. The staff are friendly and very accommodating, the rooms are clean, comfortable, private, and quiet. Is a very family friendly facility. Another plus is the location being within walking distance of some great restaurants like KeeBees, city center and an ice cream parlor, Elenas.
We were a little disappointed because the booking was for 2 double beds and when we arrived were told they had none left and we had to settle for a king bed. But they quickly corrected that in 2 days.
Great breakfast buffet
L'hôtel est bien ainsi que la piscine
Le bruit constant. Manque de tranquillité pour se reposer et profiter pleinement de tout ce que nous offre l'hôtel
My stay at Coco Palm was lovely. Telcar, Khadija, Martin, and Carleen were a great help. Major shouts to Telcar and Khadija they provided a sloth check in, made sure I had everything I needed, was safe, and helped my stay be as comfortable as possible. The room was spacious, comfy, and clean, with a pleasant balcony view. The hotel pool was awesome and the hotel itself has a great activity schedule.
I am just back from 3 nights stay in the Coco Palm Rodney Bay resort with my mum. We absolutely loved it here. It is very well connected to the most beautiful beach (5 minutes walk), bars, restaurants and shopping malls (1 minute walk). The hotel itself is boutique style, so they only have 1 restaurant and bar, but they are very good quality. Our room was a pool view room and was equipped with everything we needed. I would highly recommend getting the passionfruit infused BBQ baby back ribs. Big shout-out to Bryan behind the bar, who was very nice and always had a good chat with us any time we were there! Similarly to Anuska who looked after us for lunch and dinner, she was such a joy to be around! We would highly recommend going on the Friday night strip party in Gros Islet, we had the best time and our tour guide Denver could not have been any more helpful or kind. If you are not a party person or you don't like very loud music or be in large crowds, this tour may not be for you. We ended up getting lost finding the transfer home (our fault completely) and Denver was the absolute best in locating us and getting us back to the hotel in the midst of the crowded chaotic strip party! I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a nice hotel in the center of all the fun!
Our stay at Coco Palm Resort was truly great and welcoming from start to finish. Garfield at the concierge desk was a fantastic resource, helping us find tours and offering great local advice throughout our trip. Michael at check-in was also incredibly helpful, making our arrival smooth and easy, and he answered any questions we may have had during our stay. The servers in the restaurant were attentive and accommodating, catering to all our needs at every meal. And a special shoutout to Denver, who was a fantastic guide at the street party in Gros Islet. Overall, this was a wonderful stay; the whole team went above and beyond to make our short vacay memorable. I hope to return again to Coco Palms soon. I highly recommend Coco Palm Resort to anyone looking for a warm, welcoming getaway!
Diana Great customer service! Will definitely come back.
When making the making the reservation Diana and Martin were very accommodating
The stay was very great the staff was very professional the room very spacious and clean I will strongly recommend
Great experience, breakfast, service in general was great Until next time
Had a great stay at Coco Palm with my family. The highlight was the staff - particularly Sam, who provided local knowledge and helpful tips to get around. The food was also excellent, and the servers (particularly those at the egg station) were always happy to have a conversation, making the stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, the hotel was situated close to local restaurants, shops, bus/taxi stations and a beach, an ideal location.
Four of us enjoyed a wonderful stay at Coco Palm in June/July (9 days). Great location and first time in St Lucia. Very clean and well-kept hotel, which is small enough to retain a homely feel but large enough to have all the amenities and be a fun place to stay. Lovely rooms, including poolside and garden. The maintenance guys kept the pool, garden and facilities in top condition and the house-keeping was excellent (special thanks to Anna and Rufina!). Without exception, all the staff were so helpful and friendly - the hotel is clearly an excellent employer and recruits extremely well. We always try to do a lot of trips by ourselves and the staff were keen to help us with local tips and bus routes, as well as all our questions on food, places to visit and insider knowledge! The rates were phenomenal - we got a great deal on our accomodation, which included daily free lunches and all day house drinks. The food was absolutely top class, well-balanced and portions were generous. The bar was excellent, with brilliant bar staff who maintained a great atmosphere and playlist. We haven't felt this well looked after and relaxed on holiday for some time, and we have done a lot of travelling between us. Competition is stiff in St Lucia but we wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel over the bigger names, especially if you are an independent or more adventurous visitor. Rather than feeling trapped on an isolated resort, this hotel is really well located in the middle of Rodney Bay, which is a useful town and a short stroll to an excellent public beach. You really do feel a part of the island if you stay here and you can dip into local life if you like to get a bit more out of a trip.
Great experience overall. Clean facility and hospitable staff. Especially Telcar and Marcellina. Would recommend and would return.
This place is amazing! The staff are so friendly and very accommodating especially with dietary requirements. There are two lovely ladies in the restaurant but i'm not sure of their names, thanks to one of them bringing gluten and dairy free biscuits spoiling me which were unexpected! The only issues are wifi does not work from one place to another and you need to switch to another connection, it's weak sometimes. And the air conditioning doesn't seem to cool the room when I lowered the temperature. But overall the stay was lovely and pleasurable, would recommend this place to others! Thank you to all staff!
I was staying in the Creole Village, which was not what I had in mind. But a staff member named Marcellina went above and beyond to make my stay a bit more comfortable with her professionalism and focus.
The hotel was pretty average. The air conditioning was for the five days I was there. However the staff was really professional and friendly. Eva from housekeeping was exceptional in always checking on me. Not a bad stay.
Our stay at Coco Palm Hotel was everything we needed. The location is excellent. Close to several restaurants, shops, beach.... so convenient!! The pool, rooms, restaurant were good. Service was overall amazing, shout out to Carleen for the excellent customer service. Would definitely return
OMG, the best experience ever! From the moment I arrived, I felt so welcome. The food was excellent, and every meal exceeded my expectations. The staff were amazing, friendly, and attentive especially Marcelina, Gernil, Mattaniah, Miracle and Ashpill, who made my stay extra special. They truly made me feel like part of the family. The pool view was beautiful and added to the relaxing atmosphere💯.I can't recommend this place enough. I will definitely be back. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!
My partner and I won a trip to St.Lucia which included a 3 night stay in Coco Palm hotel. On arrival it we were greeted by the hotel staff, although we was super early and our room wasnt ready. Once everything was ready, we we're welcomed and even given a welcome drink of rum punch and the facilities/shortcuts to the strip etc was explained to us. Once we were settled into our room, we stayed in room 319. we headed down to the bar and were met with 3 of the most amazing staff Miracle, Denesia and Malika, they were extremely welcoming and made us feel like long lost friends, honestly we had the best time here and it was all because of them! We had all inclusive so made sure to make the most of it and pretty sure we tasted every drink (even the bartender specials). They are all definitely a true asset to the Ti Bannane team as they had everyone smiling, laughing and enjoying themselves. We will most certainly be back to enjoy their company again especially Malika! We were given a garden view room, spacious and had most of what we needed however, given my partner is 6'5 shower space was limited, there was a shower to the back right corner which I believe was more for assistance and there was an in shower seat and the overhead was a little awkward and also dripped on your head when the smaller hose was on. The bed was comfortable but a little squeaky at the slightest turn but overall okay. We attempted to use the iron but was a little darkened so stain one of our tops but we had also brought our own travel iron so we managed. Prior to our checkout we received a slip to settle any bills etc and a thank you note however, it was slipped through the door quite late so we didn't see this until front desk was almost closed at 11pm so would recommend if these are given a littlw earlier in the day for preparation purposes. With regards to check out, all was fine and we were allowed to stay on premises and keep our luggage in the hold until we were ready which is amazing especially as our flight wasn't until 20.30 and transfer wasnt arriving until 15.30. There was a couple of things we observed during our wait time which we personally didn't receive such as a cool face towel and other guest luggage being taken to the room, we were kind of left to our own devices and had to find the room ourselves as well as bring our luggage up but i wouldn't say it dampened the stay. Overall Coco Palm was one of best hotels we've stayed at during this trip (out of the two) but most certainly wouldnt be the same without the bar staff. Thank you so much Coco Palm, until next time.
Eve was great , she was polite, she was very helpful . I overall had a great experience
Idk where to start about this hotel but this place is very welcoming very friendly staff How every shift will sing happy birthday for my girlfriend she was definitely treated like a superstar for here birthday The bar staff is 2nd to none De de ,Malika, Bryan ,Gernil I think that was how name an the house dj waitress staff I can’t remember everyone’s name but they all where 10 outta 10 with there service The front desk staff was excellent ,they even decorated the room an gave my girl a bouquet of balloons a card and a bottle of wine
Pas mauvais seul choix de jus au service faut demander aux employés un autre parfum
With recognition Mya the waitress was excellent her smile says all about her, such a jovial young lady. Chef Nigel his cooking too was excellent. His cooking came out with a passion. Nigel continue the good work especially u greeting the guest after meal. It promotes u to be a better person. Thumps up too u. Rufina thanks for cleaning our room you too was excellent. Everybody welcomed us Thank again guys till next time. Thanks again much appreciated
Two years ago we vowed to return to Coco Palm - we kept our vow. We were welcomed back as family before unpacking in our room and checking out the changes. The first change is reception manned at various times by Carleen, Michael, Teclar and Khadija plus Garfield when things get busy. Bedrooms have been brightened with all white furniture. The biggest change is the restaurant/bar area. The restaurant seating area has been extended with the old area now enclosed and used for parties. The bar is now at the back of the restaurant and looked after by Mikila, Bryan, Gerrill and Darcy. Service in the restaurant is attentive and the food is good (special mention for the pork ribs, pumpkin soup and the apple and blackberry cobbler). New pool loungers, umbrellas and cabanas round off the changes. All good stuff1
The staff were so kind especially as I passed out from heatstroke and I was provided with fresh cold water and some honey for sugar. A kind employee also gave me a hairband to tie my hair out of the way. Food was amazing, so much fresh fruit, and the rooms are beautiful!
L'emplacement la proximité avec les boutiques et restaurant extérieur. Le petit déjeuner était excellent.
Well what can I say! Our Stay at the Coco Palm far exceeded our expectations. On our arrival we were fortunate to be upgraded to a Suite (I say fortunate, because we arrived during the very busy & popular Jazz Festival Season). Coco Palm's beauty is that it is a Boutique Hotel, with typical Caribbean Asthetics, offering the warmth & homeliness of a quaint island guesthouse, with the attention to detail and personalized service of a higher end hotel. Claudine (Operations Manager) epitomised the standard & values which were then noticeably reflected in every area of the Coco Palm hotel! We celebrated our 32nd Anniversary there, where Claudine led the way, by secretly collaborating with my Hubby, to source the most BEAUTIFUL HUGE BOUQUET of tropical flowers, brought in to the Tune playing that we danced to on our Wedding day (not a dry eye). Claudine & her staff also arranged for a lovely complimentary Anniversary cake & back in our Suite was decorated with Petals throughout. Their contribution really enhanced a truly magical day of celebration! The Hotel Cuisine was DELICIOUS, as were the amazing Cocktails at the Bar. The Staff were fantastic from Michael & the Team in Reception, our Housekeeper Francisca, who did an impeccable job, through to the Restaurant Staff with Garnette, Denise, Sam and all the rest of the Staff whose names I didn't capture (apologies) & the Bar staff and friendly Entertainment staff all of whom deserve credit. It was also nice to meet & chat with the friendly Hotel Owner Sir Michael Chastanet. The Coco Palm is just a 10 min from the Beach, and conveniently positioned just minutes away from local shops. We also had a great time at the Jazz Festival, in addition to going on all the great tips like seeing the Famous Volcanic Piton Mountains, Sulphur Springs and sailing alongside the Dolphins. All in all we had an AMAZING time & will most definitely make a return visit!
Very beautiful hotel we had a fantasti c time. Khadeja the receptionist was very polite and helpful, Gernil in the bar, Natasha and other servers and Coutney the manager all we very welcoming we had a marvellous time and I recommend Coco Palms in St Lucia looking forward to visit again
What can I say about this hotel and the warm welcoming staff. We felt seen and known personally. They got to know us by name. They were always willing to go the extra mile to make our stay comfortable and memorable. We chose it for the fact that it was local and not a big chain. It was the right move. We met many repeat visitors and we liked the closeness to the beach and the town of Rodney Bay. So many locals and other Caribbean guests come here too. They come for celebrations of their own and to treat themselves to a local vacation. We will surely come back to this hotel. The grounds were also beautiful and the food was excellent. I loved the creole food and local drinks. Denver our entertainment guy made Karaoke by the pool so much fun. Thank you to every person we met, from start to finish. Karen, Ans and Renee
The location of this hotel is perfect if you want something that has everything in waking distance. The beach and bars are so close. The room was cleaned and restocked daily. We loved the swim up deck rooms! Garfield and Martin made our check in easy even tho we were there early. We were able to hang out by the pool while we waited for our room. Denver was amazing at helping us with their new events. He made sure everyone was comfortable on the trip off the resort and tried his best to engage with us on the guest were resistant. Denver also gave detailed info for safety and stayed near us to ensure everyone was ok.
Pros: 1) Bibles in the rom 2) Room cleanliness excellent. 3) Staff genuinely friendly. Service very good. 4) Rates reasonable. 5) Location near the public beach (7 minute), public beach is fine, very wide, barely visited. Hotel near restaurants, and mini-downtown. Great. Cons: 1) potential loud music at night (until 11pm to midnight so) from nearby pubs (especially the bass frequency sound). The hotel owner should buy those places and turn them into family-friendly restaurants or something else !!! :)
My husband & I had an incredible experience at Coco Palm. The hotel has a very homely and welcoming vibe. We felt really relaxed and comfortable throughout our stay. . The room was lovely, spacious and clean, and had a daily excellent house keeping service. The food at the restaurant was tasty and varied, with a true Caribbean influence, particularly breakfast, which we thoroughly enjoyed. The drinks were lovely too. The all-inclusive package is great value. In a great location, a short walk to the Reduit beach, and also Rodney Bay, where you will find local restaurants, bars, shops and amenities. We attended the Jazz Festival during our stay, which was an incredible event, and an added bonus to our vacation. A big thank you to the staff, who provided exemplary service, including Jan, Vanessa, Garfield, Germil, Sherlani, Kelian, Natasha, and Natysha. Also a big up to staff working behind the scenes, I.e. in the kitchen and the cleaners. The hotel is very well organised and we acknowledge that this due to staff members’ hard work and an incredible management team. We highly recommend Coco Palm Hotel and will certainly stay again when we return to St Lucia.
This was a last minute booking for an overnight business trip in the north of the island. We were immediately surprised by the impact of the spacious renovations at reception followed by the pleasant and hospitable service from Simone Skinner and her team. The pool, bar and Ti Bananne restaurant has been spectacularly upgraded and enhanced with a fusion of international yet Caribbean artistry and comfort. We loved the menu offerings and we will definitely return to sample some more of this excellent food and deserts. The service was exceptional once again. Thank you Coco Palm for another excellent stay.
Location is perfect and hotel is lovely. Room was very nice but need a proper balcony to sit out on. Pool side room should be avoided if u dont like loud music coming from high road till 2am,7 days a week. . Fitness room was lacking lighter weights and maintenance too treadmill and other equipment were rusty which needs attention. Breakfast was yummy and staff were very pleasant. Especially Garfield for helping me organise a cake for my sister birthday and domestic ladies Terianne and Eva. Very nice and helpful ladies. Would recommend stay 👌🏾
Day pass was worth it! Food , drinks and service 10/10 Recommended by coco 4 life
This experience has been an amazing one all the staff members have been lovely and accommodating especially travelling with a toddler. On arrival I requested a toddler cot and they didn’t have any left so they went out of there and brought one and put it together in my room with no extra charge. My daughter loved the pool. The breakfast was a little repetitive but was fantastic, was able to put in requests as my daughter asked for pancakes and the next few day they served pancakes which was a life saver.
Thank you for a brilliant holiday at the Coco Palm. From the moment we arrived to the time we unfortunately had to leave i cannot fault the hotel and amazing staff. Nothing was too much trouble for the team who are an absolute credit to the hotel and owners. From arranging trips through Garfield, the resturant team too many to mention, the bar team especially Miguel and Malicka and recepetion to the housekeeping team you made sure our escape to St Lucia to celebrate my sister in laws big birthday was unforgetable.
Excellent service all around
We stayed here for 8 nights and it was amazing. We were really looked after - the rooms are very clean and modern. The breakfast had loads of options and variety - we were full every morning. All the staff are super helpful and approachable. It's also super close to the main strip with loads of restaurants and bars (and shopping mall and supermarket) if you want to venture out. The beach is about 8 mins walk and is gorgeous! I'd highly recommend Coco Palm Resort and will be staying here again when I'm in St Lucia again!
We really enjoyed our stay at Coco Palm Resort in St. Lucia. We chose the all-inclusive option, and the food was one of the highlights of our trip. Food is important to us when we travel, and both the lunches and dinners here were exceptional. You absolutely have to try the vegetable lasagna — it was one of the best meals we had during our vacation. The resort itself was quiet and relaxing, which made it easy to unwind. Our room was on the first floor and had a lovely private deck with seating. It offered just enough privacy from the pool area while still giving us easy access to the pool whenever we wanted. Another standout was the staff. Everyone we encountered was exceptionally friendly and welcoming, which really added to the overall experience. The resort is not directly on the beach, but it is within walking distance to one. They are currently upgrading the beach area, so there is some nearby construction, but it did not take away from our overall enjoyment of the trip. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend Coco Palm Resort to anyone looking for a peaceful and friendly place to stay in St. Lucia.
Perfect location in Rodney Bay. Walk through the back gate and you're right on the main street to Bay Walk Mall and JQ Mall. Everything is in walking distance.

The pool was a highlight of the stay—clean, relaxing, and well maintained. The restaurant was also enjoyable, with good food and a pleasant atmosphere. However, the room was disappointing. It felt outdated and could really use some renovation to match the quality of the other amenities.
First time to Saint Lucia; we followed in the foot prints of friends who came in February. We stayed three weeks and it was lovely from beginning to end. The hotel is an oasis right in the town of Rodney Bay. Good sized rooms (we had a suite with two full bathrooms), great pool, lovely small bar, and a full restaurant. We signed up for the all inclusive option. Excellent breakfast buffet; lunch and dinner offerings are wide and varied. Our favourites included the crab cakes, Roquefort and tomato salad, lasagna both vegetarian and meat, pumpkin soup, pastas, and salmon. Shout out to all the staff from Carleen and Garfield who helped with day trip plans; Garnette the restaurant Captain; servers including Christal, Dorina, Nevis, Tafanni, Megan, Jan, Vernessa, and Denise. (I know I missed some people!). Also bar tenders Nick, Miguel, Bryan, and Keilan. And omelet makers Sherice and Sherlanie. Please excuse any misspells and omissions. A special note about the new activities offered throughout the day which started during our stay. The guide and instructor for all is Denver who is as excellent leading Aquafit in the pool as he is leading a walking tour to Gros Islet (home of Friday night street party). His activities really added to the Cocopalm experience. We sure hope to be back! We went on a boat trip that Garfield arranged. Small boat with 9 of us. Excellent day touring. We also went to the rum distillery with Stormy Norman and birdwatching with Donald Antony. And a trip to buy fabric in Castries escorted by taxi driver John.
It was a great experience; good food and good vibes thanks to great people like Malika the bartender , Denise the server/waitress , Stephanie our housekeeper and Didi our driver. Thank you for the wonderful time and hospitality shown. We would definitely visit again.
The property was lush and very well maintained.
Everything was good.
What a lovely hotel. We staying for 2 nights in April. The rooms were great and the staff was very friendly. There was plenty of options to lounge or sit around the pool which is open all night. We also liked that we could easily walk into town for food and shopping. We would definitely stay here again.
Friendly staff, lovely pool and great breakfast 👍 we went for the Friday party at gros islet. The hotel arranged a taxi and we had a great time. The next day we went up to smugglers cove which was stunning.
Nothing that the hotel could control… quite noisy at night as you’re close to Rodney bay strip
Great place to stay! Beautiful room and friendly staff!
It was a great experience front desk we’re friendly Carleen at front desk took good care of me and my girlfriend. It was worth the stay
We had the most outstanding trip made special by how good this hotel was. The staff were excellent - especially in the restaurant where the service is efficient, friendly and the food 10/10 always. We had the complimentary lunch and drinks offer which was a real highlight and helped us relax into the holiday. The pool is stunning, the rooms are large and very beautiful, housekeeping is excellent. It was my birthday when we were there and the hotel helped me celebrate with a special song and cake after dinner and a nice card etc in the room. Great location. We would 100% stay here again.
Location perfect, hotel fantastic. All inclusive wasn’t what we thought. Breakfast was a buffet help yourself, and was fantastic. If you wanted a lie till after 10:30, there’s no food available until lunch 12:30. Which was a menu and you select what you want, and it was served to you, although the food was fantastic. From 3:30 till 6:30 nothing, no ice creams , although the bar is open for drinks only all day. Evening meal is 6:30 till 9 last orders 8:45, again a menu and food brought to you, and again fantastic. Sunbed saga, people putting towels down early and not using them until late afternoon, and some not at all, this is unfair. Rooms were immaculate and cleaned every day. Staff amazing, very helpful and extremely friendly. Fantastic overall stay but bear in mind the all inclusive, there’s music on weekends if you are near the pool. So much could be done to improve the hotel, even if it’s just the basics.
I could not have had a better experience with staying with Coco Palm. Khadija and Garfield from the main Lobby were always eager to assist if i had questions or concerns, and they were both incredibly professional. The hotel bar in the evening had some amazing people working as well. Malika, Dainesha, Shayann, Nick, and Miguel were all incredibly fun to be around and recommended some great local spots to hit and places to go. The outdoor pool had plenty of seating and the pool/pool deck was always clean. The location of the resort was awesome, since you are 5 minutes walking distance from countless restaurants and multiple Duty Free shops. The beach is also a short 5-10 minutes walking distance walk depending on which part you want to go to, and if you’re looking for an incredible beach massage, you won’t find anyone better than Spencer from the resort. The room I had was very clean with all modern amenities, including the bathroom with a rainfall shower, and very comfortable beds. The AC for the rooms also work extremely well so being comfortable was never an issue. This was overall an exceptional experience, and the resort staff was a critical element in my experience. I will definitely be staying here when traveling for business from now on!
The Coco Palm is a locally owned 3-star hotel with a good restaurant and it’s close to the beach, shops and other restaurants. It’s a solid option for the budget traveller. We were a bit disappointed as it doesn’t quite look like it does in the photos on the website. The pool is nice but it’s not nearly as big as it looks in the photos on the website and on Instagram. The rooms were clean and nicely appointed but there were a few deficiencies such as taps leaking, toilet not flushing well and tv not working well. All of which we could live with. It is just a 3 star hotel after all. This is not Secrets! The air conditioner was new and worked extremely well. The bed was not comfortable. It was like sleeping on a brick! The staff start making as much noise as humanly possible between 6-7am so don’t plan to sleep in! Most of the staff were fantastic! Some were a little cool, rude and unfriendly at first but once they got to know us many of them warmed up and were lovely. We were there for a week. We are Canadians and maybe they thought we were Americans at first. Who knows? Breakfast is included and is average but it’s okay. The selection is same every day but there is a fresh egg and omelet station. Limited fruit choices. If you want juice just ask for it. Many people loved the restaurant food but we are foodies and chefs and so found it just average. As Canadians we also found the food very expensive particularly for the portion sizes. Amazing crab cakes and cocktails however! Wine is decent and is quite reasonably priced.
All divisions of this hotel are singing from the same song sheet, they are all striving to offer the best experience to guests. The staff are the strength of this hotel, we experienced nothing but friendliness and smiles. We booked B&B but were offered the lunch and drinks offer as were a lot of other guests. Take this because it is excellent. The food at this hotel is worthy of a much higher rating. The breakfast is buffet style with an omelette station. There was plenty of choice for everyone with items varying slightly on a daily basis. The lunch menu in MHO was outstanding with an extensive menu and table service, I felt that we ate like kings and queens. The drinks service was also outstanding, cocktails were a good quality with plenty of variety, the draught Piton was just what the doctor ordered on a hot day and the wine was perfectly quaffable given that it was included. The bar staff and mixologists were fantastic. Housekeeping was another outstanding area. Our room was spotlessly cleaned every day with towels and linen changed on a regular basis. Our room smelt as fresh as a daisy every day we returned. Front of house couldn’t have been more helpful!! The culinary team were faultless. We couldn’t believe the high standard of cooking and presentation. In particular we enjoyed the fish dishes……. Mahi Mahi and Snapper were amazing. Well done to the chef’s and their team. The location of the hotel is excellent, 7 minutes to the beach, similar into the village and a plethora of restaurants close by. We ate out twice for dinner, once at Spinnakers and once at Jaques Waterfront. Our room was a garden room, it was very quiet. It had two large beds, a good sized en suite, plenty of storage space and a safe. The aircon and fan kept us cool throughout our stay. Do not hesitate if you are thinking of booking this hotel. Outstanding value for money. Thank you to all the staff who made our holiday so memorable!
Coco Palm is an excellent hotel with lots of Caribbean charm - a real gem! We visited a couple of weeks ago and have just rebooked again for November! The hotel location is fabulous- in the heart of Rodney Bay. A short walk to Reduit Beach and a 20 minute stroll to the beautiful marina. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby with a great choice of cuisine. Friday night street party in the nearby Gros Islet is an absolute must! The atmosphere in the hotel is very chilled, reception and bar staff are helpful, welcoming and friendly. As a special offer we had the enhanced breakfast package which included a delicious waitress served lunch and all day drinks. Excellent value with cocktails galore on the menu! Rooms are comfortable, generous in size and cleaned daily to a high standard. Good air con, ceiling fan and tea /coffee making facility. Everything you need. The pool area is stylish - bordered with lush palm trees-exactly as the pictures show. Great for relaxing and soaking up the sun! I’d highly recommend Coco Palm for a Caribbean escape. It ticks all the boxes! St Lucia is a stunning island with dramatic scenery and lots to see - if you can drag yourself away from the hotel!
Like a lot of other reviews, I cannot fault this hotel. We booked on a B&B basis for 12 nights with the lunch and drinks free upgrade offer. The location is excellent within walking distance of lots of good restaurants. Highly recommend the Spice of India and Amici both a 5 min walk from the hotel. We had lunch frequently in the hotel and dinner 3 nights out of the 12. The food quality and quantity is excellent. Try the cobbler desert! The hotel staff were all lovely and the hotel housekeeping are the best, rooms cleaned daily efficiently and towels etc replaced as required. Reception are also very helpful and will book you taxis etc and assist you with whatever you required. We chose a rear garden room and it was lovely quiet and a nice size with 2 double beds. No noise at all from any of the local bars during our stay. You need to be up early for the best sun-beds, same as most places I find when the hotel is busy. We did the land and sea speedboat tour with Knotty girl tours, again highly recommend. (Google it). They will pick you up and return you to the hotel, you can book online in their website. We took a taxi from the hotel to the Gros Islet Friday night street party (2 mile) it was fun and felt very safe. Arrange with your taxi to pick you back up at the time you would like. The best beach is a 10 min max walk away from the hotel, 2 beds and an umbrella will cost you about 20-30 USD. We took a small amount of XCD however we found everywhere pretty much takes card payments. There is a bank with an ATM next door to the hotel although I did not need it, so unsure of the bank charges. . Coco Palm is under rated at 3 star for sure. I am sure you will enjoy as much as we did.
Where do I start All the staff were amazing going out of their way to ensure we had a fantastic stay. We had gone on bed and breakfast but got uprated to lunch and drink package this was perfect for us we enjoyed lunch when we had pool days. This also allowed to eat out in the evening. We were near to lots of good restaurants and ate at different one’s just about every night. We did have dinner at the Coco Palms one night this was excellent with the impeccable service we revived all holiday. The room was super, looking over the pool and cleaned every day to a high standard. The pool was clean and safe. The area was safe to walk round with the lovely beach only a 5 mins walk. The marina is walkable in 20 mins and worth visiting. The street party is super do visit it . We booked a trip on a speed boat to sugar beach , waterfall, mud river and hotel chocolate. We booked this for $130 from Carlton at the far end of the beach well worth it. When at the hotel we got sun loungers with no problem and always noted that plenty were spare. We all got bit, not sure where but I used skin so soft every evening and only got bit in the day on the beach. If you have any doubt’s about booking I would go again in an instant. As we didn’t go AI I would suggest this is a great experience not like the larger hotels with the large buffets. With a waiter service and great food . Thank you for a fantastic stay!
We had the absolute pleasure of staying at Coco Palm Resort in St Lucia, and although words hardly do justice to the experience, I will try to capture it here. We first discovered this wonderful boutique resort on YouTube, and it immediately caught our attention. As a family, we love travelling to different countries and immersing ourselves in local culture, often choosing boutique properties over large all-inclusive resorts so we can truly experience the destination. We were looking for accommodation that offered relaxation while still allowing us to explore St Lucia, and Coco Palm exceeded every expectation. This trip was especially meaningful as we were celebrating our father’s 70th birthday. From the moment we arrived, the team created an unforgettable welcome with live music, refreshing rum and fruit punches, and a beautifully decorated room for my parents complete with birthday balloons, a card and a bottle of wine. The warmth and care shown by the staff immediately made us feel at home. The rooms were incredibly spacious, spotless, and offered a stunning poolside view to wake up to each morning. Claudine (Senior Operations & Revenue Manager) kindly arranged a complimentary lunch for us, allowing us to experience the full dining offering despite booking on a bed-and-breakfast basis. Breakfast was truly the highlight, a fantastic buffet filled with fresh, flavourful options showcasing delicious Creole cuisine. Coco Palm delivers everything you would expect from a larger resort but with the charm, intimacy, and comfort of a boutique property. The calm atmosphere, distinctive architecture, and weekend live music added a special touch that made our stay even more memorable. What truly sets Coco Palm apart is its people. Every member of staff was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely kind. Their hospitality made us feel less like guests and more like family. By the end of our stay, we felt we had gained a home away from home in St Lucia. The location is excellent, just a short walk to Reduit Beach and close to Rodney Bay Marina, making it ideal for both relaxation and island exploration. Coco Palm is perfect for travellers seeking the best of both worlds: a peaceful place to unwind alongside easy access to experience the beauty and culture of St Lucia. To our Coco Palm family, thank you from the bottom of our hearts for making this milestone celebration a trip of a lifetime. We cannot wait to return. Love & Blessings, The Ahetos Special mention to Palm Taxi Service, a seamless airport transfer, and Kervin made our journeys around the island smooth and enjoyable.
What a lovely resort the Coco Palm is; the location is great for the beach (short walk) and some great eateries in the village. The staff cannot do enough to help. The rooms are immaculate and the pool area is great. We booked tours beforehand through Viator and a rum distillery tour with St Lucia Volcano Shuttle; but the hotel will be happy to organise for you when you arrive.
It's been a week since returning from Saint Lucia. Our stay at Coco Palm exceeded our expectations. A good friend who is from the island, recommended this hotel, so we cancelled a previous reservation, and booked Coco Palm instead. This was the BEST decision we made! Claudine is the heart of Coco Palm and she insured that all of our needs were met, and truly made us feel at home. We needed extra towels...they were delivered to our door within minutes. Our ceiling fan was making a clicking sound..this was repaired promptly. The food at Ti Banane restaurant was absolutely top notch, and better than any All Inclusive resort we have ever stayed at! The wait staff went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Our son has a list of life-threatening food allergies, and the wait staff took this very seriously, and ensured that the food was prepared carefully to keep him safe. A very special mention goes to Jan, she is a true gem and Coco Palm is very lucky to have her. She took such great care of us and always ensured my son had meals that were prepared according to his allergy restrictions. I would also like to mention Denise, she is a trainee at the restaurant, and has a heart of gold. She has a calm, caring nature, and really made us feel welcome. A shout out to our bartender Genil. He made the best drinks, was fast, and always had a smile on his face! Overall, I would without hesitation, recommend this resort if you like a smaller, boutique style layout that feels like home. The grounds are beautiful, rooms are bright and very clean, (special mention to Francisca who made sure our room was clean and pristine each day), and the staff go above and beyond to ensure you have a great stay! We are planning on returning in December..see you soon, Claudine!
Location is perfect and convenient to beach , the shops, restaurants , shopping Malls etc.. had a very pleasant atmosphere around . My room I had was on ground floor very large & very clean very happy with it and would definitely request the same room on my next visit . As this was my first solo vacation to St Lucia I must say I felt very safe in and around the hotel . Only 1 negative part maybe try and send confirmation of taxi pick from arrival at airport at least 1/2 weeks in advance, as it helps put people’s mind at ease knowing well in advance.
Thanks for staying there love everything Thts for the great smile Shyann puts from the restaurant the friendly and warmth she make my family feel Shout out good job
Just left coco palm and felt the need to review because this place is fantastic. Small tiny improvements can be made but nothing that will take away from booking here again. Traveled with my husband and 3 year old daughter, I must say, this place was perfect for us. The shallow ledge in the pool and loungers made the pool great for kids. The restaurant staff need a round of applause. JUST the best. Again one or two won't smile but they do work hard and that doesn't take away from giving them 5 stars. FOOD was amazing !!! ( OH YES WE DID ALL INCLUSIVE AND ITS WELL WORTH IT ) ROOMS - can use upgrading but very clean. STAFF- amazing !! GROUNDS- clean and well maintained. LOCATION- stellar! By tons of restaurants and only 4 min walk from beach, park and a rum shack on beach!!! I would for sure book here again! THANKS !!!!
Stayed for 8 nights and really enjoyed the hotel. We had a garden view room with patio. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated. We were so impressed with the staff, the team in the dining room were efficient and very helpful and friendly. A special mention goes to Coraleena from the reception team. We had someone take our case in error from the lobby just as we were leaving. Coraleena stayed beyond her shift to sort the problem out. She went above and beyond , so thankyou again Coraleena.
When we arrived check in was slow. There was one receptionist and she spoke for about 30 minutes with one guest checking in! Too long when you have other guests sitting waiting. The room was lovely clean bright spacious pool view. Large clean bathroom and great shower. We were all inclusive and for breakfast it is buffet style and an egg station however just one cook preparing so could be slow. Lunch and evening meal are chosen from a menu and served. The food is absolutely delicious and the waiting staff are so friendly warm and helpful. The bar could be hit and miss and we actually left the bar once after a 10 minute wait to be served. The cocktails were delicious though. The noise from the bars and nearby road was very loud but we did still sleep very well. We did email in advance to say we were celebrating 26 years anniversary on the 26th February but nothing was celebrated for us. Not even ribbons on a table which seemed to be the thing for birthdays and celebrations. Overall we had a good experience which is mainly to do with the food and waiting and cleaning staff.
From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, we were in paradise. The front desk great you with such a warm welcome (and a rum cocktail) to check you in. Then heading to the room which is absolutely lovely. We had a garden room on the ground floor with a beautiful patio outside to sit and relax. The restaurant is just amazing and as all inclusive guests we got to try everything. The breakfast is a buffet with fresh eggs and omelets cooked to order too. Lunch and dinner are both absolutely delicious, the seafood being my favorite. The salmon is amazing but honestly I didn’t eat anything I didn’t like. Jan, our server most of the trip, made everything even more special. She’s a true asset to the Coco Palm team. The walk to the beach is about 5 mins away but not being beach people we mainly enjoyed the pool which is always clean, the pool guy working hard from around 7am to keep it that way. I used the gym daily and it had enough equipment to work out comfortably daily. We had such a great stay, we have already booked for 2027!
Beautiful hotel with wonderful friendly staff. We had a room at the back of the hotel which was very quiet at night. We found out when we got there it was their Independence Day celebrations over the weekend. The only downside for us was the building work going on by the nearest beach. Not far to walk to the other end where it was busier. The pool was lovely although it could do with a hand rail to get down the steps into the pool. Food was delicious 😋
Beautiful pool and view of pool. Beds are not very comfortable. Shower hose doesn’t work only ceiling shower head but water goes out all over the bathroom floor. Very quiet and peaceful here.
We have stayed at Coco Palm four years running and the hotel has become our home away from home. Coco Palm is a small boutique hotel that is situated in the heart of Rodney Bay Village and is walking distance to the beach, local supermarkets, bars, restaurants and the Marina. The rooms are large and airy with a large bathroom, if you want a quieter room, opt for the garden view, but we prefer the pool view and don't mind if it gets a bit noisy on the weekends. The restaurant, Ti Bananne, breakfast is buffet style; the lunch and dinner menus have a wide selection. The food is consistently good using local flavours at all meals. There is a bar off of the restaurant and the cocktails are really great. The staff make the hotel and the friendly atomosphere, they are all excellent at their jobs, the rooms are clean, the pool and grounds are kept clean, the staff are always cheerful and do a great job of seeing to everyone's needs. Can't wait to return.
When my husband and I were searching for a hotel for our 5-day getaway, we knew we did not want to stay at one of the "all inclusive" resorts, since we knew we would not be spending much time at the hotel. And we didn't want to spend a huge amount for a beachfront resort. Coco Palm was exactly what we wanted. It's located in the lively Rodney Bay Village, with lots of good restaurants and bars. The price of our room was reasonable; it was only a 5–10-minute walk to a nice beach; the grounds were surprisingly luxurious, with a large beautiful pool, lounge, chairs, umbrellas, cabanas, and a poolside bar. The staff at the front desk was always very pleasant and helpful. And we really appreciated the hotel restaurant. It's an inviting, open-air building, rather upscale, with delicious food. At dinner, there was even really good live music. A delicious free breakfast buffet was included every morning. The hotel room that we booked was on the first floor, with garden view rather than pool view. It was nice and quiet, and we enjoyed lounging on our private patio. If we ever return to St. Lucia, we would stay here again.
Overall I had a good experience. Good food nice intimate setting Lovely staff with a few exceptions. My only concern (major) was the mosquitoes in the room. The balcony door remained closed the entire stay but some how they were a lot them in the room which made sleeping very stressful. I want to take the time to thank the staff that really made my stay comfortable. (1) Garfield night shift manager he was very welcoming and had a wonderful attitude and quite the comedian. (2) Natasha restaurant night supervisor exceptional every night went above and beyond to ensure my dining experience was always amazing. Sadly I encountered 1 bad egg Samantha from the morning dining surprisingly she is a supervisor. She could use some re training in hospitality. Her attitude towards me was disgraceful. Really takes away from the beautiful experience and the vision of excellence and the standards that the hotel strives to maintain everyday.
We loved our 2 weeks at Coco Palm resort The staff were very friendly and polite at all times The rooms were comfortable and kept very clean We had clean towels everyday The pool area and outside area were also kept tidy and clean The food was also exceptional and quite a choice
Our Two nights at coco palm were amazing From the front desk ladies to the service at the bar and restaurant, everyone were awesome and they didn’t treat us any differently (note well we are locals) Big shout at to our bartenders - Megal, Bryan and Gernil Not forget the great service from Garnette the supervisors both at the bar and restaurant.Highly recommend
We travelled to Coco Palm from Canada for two weeks this year. 4 kids and 4 adults. Communication before our arrival was fast and efficient, always clear and helpful. Upon arrival our family was treated exceptionally well, the staff were so friendly and accommodating. The rooms were spotless, the food consistently DELICIOUS! Chef Nigel made a point to speak to us directly several times which was a lovely gesture. Vernessa and Natasha made us feel so special with small touches like tea prepared for my parents , our special table set each day, local fruit offered. the bar staff were amazing. They all treated my children with respect and consideration. I would highly recommend to anyone. Solo travellers and families alike.
The room was nice and housekeeping was wonderful and pleasant ..Any requests were taken care off straight away..The concierge was amazing and helpful...They lost two stars because of the restaurant both for dinner and breakfast. The food for dinner was mediocre and not fresh in my opinion...My Mahi Mahi was like it had been cooked and reheated and was dry and boring and my wife meal tasteless . The service was so unfriendly and I think the staff did not know they work in hospitality and customer service is very important. Asked one server for lime and she said she would be back but ten minutes later she was till on her phone in other room ...Breakfast same no customer service asked for bananas on Island that grows bananas and she said no. So u lost two stars for that part (Restaurant)
We spent 7 days at Coco- Palm early in February and we're making plans to return next year. Our swim-up room had 2 very comfortable beds, a mini fridge, ample closet storage, and a massive TV. The hotel is located in the centre of Rodney Bay and that makes it very easy to go shopping and dining. It's also just a short walk to Reduit Beach. Very convenient! The room was serviced daily and the hotel common areas were very well maintained. The vibe of the hotel is very friendly and relaxing which helped make our stay even better. Buffet breakfast at Ti Banane was included with our stay which added to the value.
I stayed here for a week with my mum in February 2026, with an all inclusive package. The hotel is small and quiet and set in a somewhat underwhelming village. Whilst Reduit beach is only a 5 minute walk away, the reality is you need to walk another 10 minutes along to beach to find a decent spot to settle. We found it too crowded and so didn't use the beach besides one afternoon walk. The sunloungers around the pool were all taken by mid morning, be mindful that those closest to the rooms don't get the sun, neither do the swim up rooms so I wouldn't waste your money on those. The loungers in the pool are comfy and can be repositioned. We had a pool view twin room (with two double beds), on the second floor, which was lovely, spacious, comfortable and clean. The food was plentiful with a buffet breakfast and two courses for lunch and three for dinner. The food was so rich and portions so huge that we could never manage more than one or two courses. I have reviewed the restaurant, Ti Bananne, separately. There were plenty of staff, most of whom were helpful, we did find a couple of waiting staff quite miserable though, which is not what you want when you're on holiday! The music was also very repetitive (when you could hear it), and there seemed to be a lot of people celebrating their birthdays at the restaurant, we heard Stevie Wonder at least three times a day! There was no spare room to shower after check out, which meant those of us with 10pm flights back to London were showering around the pool, which was not ideal. We also didn't manage to catch a sunset due to the positioning of the hotel. When we asked staff about entertainment, they said there was entertainment on selected nights but they couldn't say when! We were there for Valentine's Day, when they did have live singers. They bizarrely took time to erect a stage but the didn't have any lighting for the band, which seemed a little disrespectful and meant we couldn't really see them! During a 7 day stay, there was only entertainment on the Friday and Saturday. Overall, a lovely hotel if you're after peace and quiet, a decent night's sleep and good food.
We enjoyed our visit to Coco Palm staff was very helpful. Garfield was very friendly and answered any questions we had. The resort is very close to shopping and great restaurants. The only negative is our room was on the garden side of property and you could hear dogs barking at night.
This is a beautiful hotel, the rooms are comfortabel and clean. The pool is excellent with enough space for everyone. The hammocks are a nice extra. The restaurant offers a wide selection and everything is fresh. The Caesar salad with shrimp is delicious. The staff is very helpful and friendly. They really make everyone feel at home and assist with booking excursions. Special thanks to Martin, front Office, and Tatiana from Ti Banana for making this an unforgettable vacation.
We had a great time at the Coco Palm hotel in Rodney Bay. It is situated in a great location with supermarkets, restaurants and duty free shops in a 5-10 walking distance. We had a particularly good deal with British Airways, which included lunch and local drinks in addition to breakfast. Special thanks to Carleen in reception who provided local information and all the staff in the restaurant and bar, who were very helpful and provided great service. The hotel is a good base to travel to the Friday street party in Gros Islet and Castries, both reachable by the local bus, 1A. For Pigeon Island and Fort Rodney, it's a 12 min drive in a taxi. We got an Allez car, like Uber, for approx $38ECD. Other taxis quoted $50 ECD. Great holiday and well looked after by staff
This was a great hotel for our purposes. The location is ideal; it’s near the strip so you get access to the malls and shops nearby, it’s also near to a beach and easy to access by taxi. The staff was helpful and friendly, buffet breakfast was tasty and plentiful, the pool service was also great. There’s an elevator in the event that your party has mobility issues and the rooms are a decent size as well as the housekeeping does an excellent job of keeping them clean.
Came back from coco palm resort a week last Friday. We had a wonderful stay there for a week . The hotel is not too large and with very friendly staff in reception(sherniah and team) , dining area (sam , tatiana and team)and pool area(Kryshane and team), it was always lovely to be greeted with a smile. Our rooms faced the garden and were clean and bright. Bathroom could do with some work but fine. Restaurant , bar area and pool were wonderful. The restaurant menu could do with a change once a week but was still very good with good quality food. 10 minutes walk to nearest beach was the icing on the cake So in summary we really enjoyed the hotel and location and so had a great week.
If you’re looking for a calm resort with clean, well-maintained rooms, this may not be the right choice. There were drunk guests singing by the pool at 2 p.m., with little consideration for those wanting a quiet, peaceful atmosphere. The hallways were also very loud, even after 10 p.m., with both guests and staff making noise. Room service was disappointing. I noticed my makeup still on the pillow and asked housekeeping if the bedding had been changed. The cleaner showed me her checklist and said it had, but when I pointed out the sheets, she acknowledged it and said she would change them.
