They didn't have the room we reserved so they upgraded us for free..

It was clean, tidy, decently comfortable, staff responded very fast about the timer issue in jacuzzi. It was also laid out very nice with the jacuzzi (which easily fits 2 people) in an open layout with the king size mattress beside of it. The jacuzzi was a nice touch and the water got very hot. Located near plenty of restaurants and stores. Easy for dashers to bring out of town customers food.

The furniture is a little dated. The hot tub timer did mess up on us, but the staff was very eager to help once notified. The mattress and pillows are not what I would call super comfortable, but it wasn't uncomfortable either. I would rate them a 6.75/10 on overall comfort.

The place is beautiful, clean, and well-maintained. The area is relatively quiet and peaceful. The staff are friendly, and the restaurant chef is especially kind and welcoming.

The swimming pool was not very suitable for swimming. The chlorine level seemed quite high, and we experienced some irritation in our skin and eyes. Unfortunately, we were not able to enjoy swimming comfortably.

Very clean and well kept. Always had ice water and coffee available and there was an ice machine as well. Quiet and cozy, comfortable beds and a nice pool that was well kept.

I honestly can’t think of anything negative about it.

The biggest problem, which I always forget about, is the toliets are midget sized. They are so low that it is hard for me to get up & down. Also, since I have forgotten about this problem, I almost injure myself the first time I use it because the drop to the seat is so far down.

The hotel needs updating. Carpet dirty in elevator and hallways. Having a dehumidifier in the room indicated to me that the hotel had water issues. They tried to blame it on the humidity in Illinois but I live in Illinois and dont require a humidifier to keep my house cool.

Very noisy heat/AC and dehumidifier ( that was full and needed to be emptied) that made it difficult to sleep.

I needed a night stay close to the hospital to visit my nephew, and this location did not disappoint. I've been to other hotels in the area, but I had too many problems. For this location, from fast friendly check in, to breakfast, the next day, everything was worth the stay! Clean facility, clean dining area, clean bathroom, white clean sheets, and clean towels. Definitely will be staying here again.

I couldn't regulate the heat in the room. We turned off the air, and the room warmed up. Otherwise, it was perfect.

Property is in good condition and comfortable. Ample breakfast, quiet at night.

Dehumidifiers in every room are effective but too loud to keep running continuously. Also, I turned mine on overnight, and when I woke up it was full and said the room humidity was 80%. Why is the hotel so humid?

Breakfast was very good. Hot, fresh scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, along with fresh fruit, muffins, etc., and of course, coffee & juice. Also plenty of tables & seating!

This is a super clean hotel in a very safe abd quiet area. Rooms are super comfortable. Staff is wonderful... My only wish is that they would allow pets, and this would be our go-to hotel for Springfield (my home town). It's a great hotel!!

Front Desk attendant was very helpful, and friendly. The jacuzzi suite room was clean, bed was comfortable, air purifier in room was definitely a plus, felt safe and relaxed. Breakfast was typical, yet fresh and hot. Breakfast area was clean and seating options were nicely setup.

The air conditioning unit and air purifier were a bit loud(yet still appreciated), Didn’t like the knocking on door by 2 different people over an hour before checkout time waking me up in a panic, had me feeling a bit rushed

Someone had set the alarm, so we were forced to wake up at 5:30am. The person next to us was using their shower, and we could hear everything. Only stayed here to take a state test that is proctored in Springfield. Will stay elsewhere if we need to return.

room had mold on the shower curtain, mold on the bathroom wall, hair in the shower, dirt/dust on the counters. Door lock did not open properly, causing management to open it for me each time

Everything was great until housekeeping decided to barge in room at 10am. Wife was just out of shower and in a towel. Made her freak out and ruined the last hour, if ya know what I’m sayin. No tag present to notify we were still present. A knock prior to barging in would be great possibly. A bit ridiculous and wife stated it was rude af and made her pretty upset. Hard to say if we will book here again just for that reason solely.

The only issue that we had was a lot of loud noise in the hallway in the night sounded like kids running up and down and banging of doors.

The location is great, close to a Walmart and multiple restaurants. The staff was great and the breakfast was good as well!

Would have liked to known the pool was down before we got there. However it was nice to go next door for the kids to swim still.
