Clean, spacious and very well appointed rooms.

Bed could be a bit firmer.

September 6-7, 2026 Location and facilities were great as well as staff, especially at the desk…. I believe the name was Santino- was so pleasant and helpful!

The width of the parking spaces was so narrow that I couldn’t open my door to get in the car and I was in a normal sized vehicle.

Very conveniently located in Downtown Springfield, very accessible by public transit, to anywhere you need to go, etc etc

I became very ill with a stomach issue while out during my 2nd of 3 days in Springfield area. The final morning of my stay I came downstairs to the breakfast area at 6,630am to find multiple homeless people picking through the food with their bare hands, no front desk staff, kitchen or security were present in the area. It was apparent this was not their first time doing this. I ended up putting two and two together after I left, but this location needs security or more attentive night/morning staff

Great location, completely breakfast was good and had lots of options (my kids favorite was the make your own waffle bar), staff was helpful and kind and everything was clean and kept well.

Bed was a little stiff for our preference

The noise of the fan

Location was good with on site free parking as it was downtown Springfield but just far enough out. Room was clean and seemed to be recently updated.

It was convenient to the highway but also loud because of the highway. Parking was a bit tight when it filled up at night.

The hotel was great. It was great for our needs. We were close to Six Flags which was the reason I picked it

It wasn’t in the best neighborhood. But I felt safe at all times

I love the place and the staff I definitely come back. Y tienen personas que hablan español en caso de que lo necesiten. They accept pets my lovely cat was really welcome here and they respect I have my cat in the room no issues with that either.

Easy to get to from the highway, it was quiet, the staff was great and breakfast was wonderful

Room and bed comfortable. Location easy to find, very near I-91 and the basketball hall of fame. Arrived about 9pm out before 7am so short stay.

Breakfast was OK but for what I paid for the room I was expecting a little bit more.

It was clean. Free Breakfast should go until at least 11AM.

I was surprised the employees didn't have uniforms. Too casual, unprofessional, and not representative of Hilton. Bed was lumpy and pillows too soft.

The staff was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. We did not partake in the free breakfast so I can’t comment on that. We went out for a late dinner and the main doors were locked when we got back which I wasn’t expecting but I’m glad they were as it’s a very busy/populated area.

I found several spots in the shower that were not clean. We also felt the bed was oddly placed. The tv was on the wall to the left of the bed.

Stayed 2 nights which was probably enough to do what we wanted to do. Hotel great situation. Easy check in. Room was very clean as was hotel and bed very comfortable. Loved breakfast. All at reasonable price

Tout était parfait ! La chambre est spacieuse, très bien équipée, propre, le lit tres confortable, la télé tres grand écran avec marqué "Welcome Vivien " sur l'écran en arrivant c'est trop la classe ! Le personnel est charmant, adorable, salle de sport peu fréquentée entre 12h et 14h, à 5 min à pieds du Hall of fame Basket ball et un restaurant type dinner sur le chemin tout à fait excellent

L'hôtel est situé au bord d'un quartier un peu mal famé, (des gens visiblement camés, des tonnes de detritus par terre ), pas dangereux non plus.. évitez la rue "main street " si vous pouvez

King suite joint rooms, random people in and out for bathroom and breakfast, hair in my omlete, mood music and nonstop suspicious behavior in parking lot. Maids loud as can be in hallway. Not clean, mold covered with chalk, no toilet paper, no just disgusting

Honestly the front desk was extra friendly and kind! I needed a pack n play and they brought it up within minutes! Everything was SUPER clean as well.

A hotel is very clean and seemed to be recently updated the staff was friendly the beds were quite comfortable and the rooms well appropriated. Breakfast was good all things in stock helpful staff comfortable places to sit with a variety of areas including charge ports for sitting and charging.

I realize there was snow which probably reduced some of the parking spaces however there didn't seem to be enough spaces for the amount of rooms that were in the building there was a large group of teenagers there probably from some sporting event they were well-behaved I'm not complaining about the teenagers but that might have accounted for some extra cars parking was very difficult to find.

It was close to an event I attended near by.

The hotel seemed rundown, unclean, and some of the people I interacted with seemed unhappy.

The breakfast was good. Plenty of parking. The room was roomy.

The shower was on the opposite end of the handle. Didn’t sleep well because I was next to the air conditioner. When it came on, it was too cold, and I had to put on the blanket. Then when it went off, it got too hot.

The breakfast was AMAZING! Great variety to choose from we were there for 2 nights, the room was very clean, the pool was so relaxing and the kids enjoyed it. The pool was also clean and Noone was there so we got even extra family time of having fun! The basketball Hall of fame, Dr. Seuss Museum with 4 other museums attached all for one price and the MGM all within a mile or less radius!

There wasnt many restaurants next door so we had to drive about 4 to 5 miles for places like Walmart five below and places to eat but it still wasnt the worst thing to do! It just brought us into more areas to see different things.
