Very nice hotel, conveniently located with an excellent staff. The breakfast every day was fresh, and well stocked.

We pretty much liked everything about this property

Room was great but no water bottles were provided. Breakfast had many choices but no hot oatmeal. Front desk was very nice to change our room to first floor. No pets is a great policy.

Bedroom was super cozy and clean. the food was really good, the staff was great.

Bed was lumpy and uncomfortable. Pull out couch was abysmal. Peeling/chipped paint and mildew in the bathroom.

We were traveling on a motorcycle and it was a very very hot day about a feel like 110° out and the girl told us to go to the end of the building and use that door to get in the building when our room was in the middle of the building she told us to go to the end of and there was doors there with the elevator right in the middle of the building. The lady at the desk should know better because our bag probably weighed about 80 lb and I had to track them up two flights of stairs after being in the heat all day long terrible experience won't stay there again

Great customer service!

Room was large but lighting could be better. Breakfast was good and the coffee was excellent. Staff were friendly. Facility was easily accessible and was near the WPBL ballpark which was the reason we visited Springfield. Parking was adequate and I felt safe while there.

The lighting in the room could be better, especially over the main room/bedroom.

Really convenient location, pool, fitness center and clean rooms. I really like the pillows and the fridge kept things cold. I enjoyed the large TV and the A/C worked great. The front desk Staff were pleasant. The cleaning staff were awesome and very helpful with directions. They really worked extremely hard during Fair week and they should get premium pay for that week in my opinion. We will definitely stay again when in town.

We happened to be in a handicapped accessible room and I did not like the shower head. Also there appeared to be a prior water leak with part of the ceiling paint coming off in the corner of the room. They did have a dehumidifier running though and our stay was during the State Fair so they were fully booked. I would rather have the small inconvenience than not have a place to stay. I appreciate the effort and it was a small inconvenience. I’m sure you will get it taken care of.

We have styed here before numerous times. It has a very Good Mexican restaurant on the property also. Close to all the Local Historic places to visit in Springfield aling with the State Fair Grounds.

I could hear every move of person above our room. They messed up our booking and gave us 1 bed instead of 2 bed ..

The staff were extremely polite and made us feel at home. Getting to our room was very quick. And once we were in there the room itself was cool and not super sticky like the weather outside. And the location was great and very close for where we needed to get to.

Really hard to find something we didn't like so I guess the shower head was spouting water out of the side.

The blonde at the front desk, I think her name is Chelsey? She was super helpful and very pleasant.

The side guest entrances didn't work all the time. Lighting in the room could be better. The outlets on the bedside table sparked when you plugged something in and were so old that everything would fall out. Management needed to be more strict with the teens that were loud and banging on other guests doors then running down the hall. It was after midnight.

Breakfast was the regular suspects (scrambled eggs, sausage links, cereal, yogurt, fruit, waffle maker, pastries, juice, coffee), but all were well done. Staff was nice and the room was a good value. We stayed on two separate nights over the course of a week. The first night was what we settled on after arriving in the area and doing a search for 'nearby'. The second night we intended because the first night was pleasant enough to stay again.

Room was humid when we arrived on both days. Booking through a third party was quite a bit cheaper than dealing with just the hotel, so it requires the extra interface to get that good value.

A/C worked like a charm, fridge and icebox was great, plenty of hot water, safe location, good breakfast. Would 100% stay here again. Got in late, got checked in easy.

The hotel was very quiet at night. The pool was never too busy and one night we had it to ourselves. We were there from Monday-Wednesday so it may be different on weekends. Breakfast was a standard hotel breakfast. The scrambled eggs were excellent. There were quite a few luggage carts so that made it easy on us.

There was a loud humidifier or portable air conditioner in the room.

The breakfast was far superior to many other hotels at which I have stayed. The breakfast room was easily accessible, bright & cheery, plus large enough to handle a morning crowd. The staff was super vigilant in assessing the needs for replenishment of food items & everything was spotless.

I recommend this hotel. Chelsey the front clerk was awesome. She registered us and we talked about things and she made it seem like we had been best friends for some time The room was very clean, bed was nice. The down fall was the room temperature was set at 74. I had to turn it down as I can not sleep unless my room is freezing. I would suggest to put a variety of pillows. The ones they had was ok, but I like a longer pillow. Breakfast was good, would have loved to had some gravy, but other than that it was good and the staff kept it clean and filled. Good location, nice hotel, recommend to stay any time.

There wasn’t one thing I didn’t like about the property. If I had to choose something, it would be nice if they had a jacuzzi where the pool is too. But I really have no complaints.

We loved that there was a pool and it was very short distance to food & the attractions that we had planned for our weekend. The room had plenty of space!

It was in a quiet part of town, easy to navigate to. Staff was very nice. We had extra cupcakes left from the wedding so I took them to the front desk they were very much appreciative for them.

The people that were behind the desk were not the best. My dog has a better personality and attention to others better than one of the individuals. You felt like you were none extinct.

Air conditioning unit was awful. Super noisy and too loud to sleep in cool mode, and using fan mode (no cool) just made the room humid and stinky. The AC unit alone made the room super uncomfortable and just gross feeling.
