The staff at Reception were very friendly and helpful. The bed linen and pillows were very good quality. The bed was comfortable.

The breakfast seemed to have no hot food. I think 25 Euros for breakfast was not particularly good value. There wasn't a full length mirror in the bedroom.

The hotel staff were great and excellent in their service. The first person who we met at the check in counter, Ana, she knows her job well. She gives us a detail explanation from transportation, food and tourist attractions in Salzburg. Well taken care for the 3 days.

A szoba nagyon tágas, modern és szuper tiszta! Harmonikus berendezés kényelmes ágyak Korán érkeztünk ezért a csomagjainkat ott tudtuk hagyni a recepción

Szobák átvétele 15:00 tol lehetséges amit én kicsit későinek gondolok, ha valaki több órát utazik és korán érkezik fáradtan nem biztos,hogy szeretne varni órákat.

Leider ein wenig hellhörig und grad neben dem Bahnhof laut. Frühstück war ok jedoch ausbaufähig.

清潔でエアコンもあり、快適だった。駅から歩いて行けるのも良かった。朝食も美味しかった。

4人で泊まったので、スーツケースを広げるところがなかった。トイレが自動点灯なので、夜中に行くのに気を使った。

Poloha blízko centra, parkování u hotelu, i když je hotel v těsné blízkosti nádraží, nebyl v pokoji hluk. Pokoj pěkný a čistý.

Snídaně nebyly v ceně, nutno doplatit na místě a cena poměrně vysoká (25€/osoba), naproti hotelu výborná kavárna s mnohem příznivějšími cenami, chodili jsme tam.

Sve je bilo uredno. Osoblje jako ljubazno, cak nam je devojka na recepciji dala bolju sobu.

Fußläufig zum Bahnhof, was von Vorteil war, da wir früh mit der Bahn weitergereist sind. Mit der Touristensteuer kommt ein Fahrschein für die unentgeltliche Nutzung des ÖPNV in Salzburg.

Leider nur kleiner, offener Parkplatz für € 20 pro Tag. Die meisten Hotels bieten Garagenplätze für € 20 an.

Este un hotel foarte bun, la 15 min de mers pe jos de centru și 5 min de grădinile Mirabell. Camera mare, curata, modern decorată ,patul confortabil și mare. Micul dejun bogat , cafeaua foarte bună. La parter au un restaurant cu specific , cu mâncare bună și o grădină terasă foarte frumoasă.

A great stay! Room was OK size, with all amenities. Staff were really attentive and helpful. Breakfast was very good. Parking worked out OK. Location is not central (about 14min walk to Mozart house), but quite doable.

abbiamo chiesto di aggiungere la colazione al nostro arrivo, ma non è stata aggiunta anche se ci avevano confermato di si. il mattino successivo in sala colazioni ci hanno riferito di non averci aggiunto il pacchetto colazioni e abbiamo dovuto pagare un extra di 75 euro per una sola mattina

I really enjoyed my stay. Everything was very clean, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the location was excellent.

The only downside was that the pillows were very soft, which made it difficult for me to sleep comfortably.

This hotel offers great location, comfortable bed (firm). Breakfast options were ok. Great tea selection and coffee. Breads and and fruit etc. Accessible to bases and trams. Salzburg like vienna has excellent public transportation.

Pillows were very soft and flat, didn't have any comfort. No housekeeping everyday. I noticed dust on the lamps which was not a good feeling. I want to come to a clean room and bathroom. If I dont get that then rather get an Airbnb. Parking is available but expensive. No early check in

Schönes sauberes und zweckmäßiges Zimmer. Frühstück war lecker und ausreichend an Auswahl. Das zugehörige Restaurant mit angrenzenden Biergarten ist empfehlenswert.

Keine sicheren Unterstellplätze für Fahrräder. Die Fahrräder mussten an der Hauptstraße an öffentlichen Ständern befestigt werden.

Ausstattung hervorragend, alles was ich brauchte war vorhanden. Das klimatisierte Zimmer war ein geeigneter Rückzugs- bzw. Erholungsort aufgrund der hohen Temperaturen draußen. Die Lage des Hotels ist in der Nähe von der Altstadt und den meisten Buslinien, sowie die Salzach ist ebenfalls nur ein paar Fußminuten entfernt.

Das Zimmer war sehr modern und schön renoviert auch die Klimaanlage war sehr leise und sehr angenehm das Bad ist ebenfalls sehr schön renoviert nur ein bisschen wenig Platz für Toilettentaschen

Der Raum bei der Rezeption beziehungsweise die Sitzgelegenheiten dort waren nicht besonders ansprechend

Excellent location a short walk from prime Salzburg sites. Comfortable bed, we slept well. Great shower -good temp, plenty of hot water, excellent water pressure. Coffee & tea in room with a costed mini-bar as well. Good air conditioning on hot days. The location meant we could pop back and have a cold shower part way through our day. Secure parking out the back for about 20 cars, reasonable price for a central location.

Nice hotel. Great staff. Cozy room. Location very convenient from the train station. A bit of a walk to the old town but not too far. Very quiet despite being next to the train tracks. If you don't use checking services you get a small voucher for the restaurant or mini bar.

There are some lights low in the walls that are meant to go off on a timer but never went off for me. I had to put things in front of them to block the light at night.

Fantastic hotel in Salzburg, centrally located and close to Salzburg central station and the main sights of Salzburg only 10-15min walk away. Rooms were nicely furnished and very comfortable. Love the breakfast options and dinner was great too. Authentic Austrian food. Friendly staff. Very good value. Highly recommended

Really great hotel. Super convenient to the Sound of Music Tour and Mirabell gardens. They have limited parking behind the hotel. The restaurant was good both for dinner and breakfast. There was good, cold air conditioning! It was very clean. Would definitely stay here again.

Very nice family room, very clean and comfortable, great location just a 5 min walk to the main train station and a nice stroll through the Mirabell Gardens to get to the old city. All very walkable. Enjoyable restaurant with traditional restaurant food. Very friendly staff. Would stay definitely stay again.

Significantly overpriced at €320 per night for what is ultimately a rather basic hotel. The location is around a 20-minute walk from the Old Town. Parking cannot be reserved in advance and costs an additional €20 per day. Breakfast was also quite basic.

Location was OK. Definitely not in the historic city center, but very close to a direct bus line that takes you there within five minutes.Also a five minute walk to the main train station. The lobby seems very dated, but when you go upstairs, the rooms they are completely updated. We got a quadruple family room. It was great for my family of four. There was a separate toilet room, which made things very easywhen we were getting ready. In addition, there were two sinks, which was also super convenient. Everything was updated and new. The air-conditioning seemed to work well considering this is Europe and we need to lower our standards from the states as it relates to air-conditioning. The room was just ever so slightly a little bit tight, but they did provide ample storage space within the closets. I would stay here since everything was updated within the rooms. I do think they need to update the lobby. All the staff was very pleasant.

Mehr Schinkenauswahl (es gab nur eine Sorte Schinken), dünner geschnitten

Localização próxima a estação de trem e de alguns pontos turísticos fizemos em uma pequena caminhada mesmo… chuveiro quente, cama super confortável, bom café da manhã e na recepção fomos muito bem orientados e recebidos, voltaria a me hospedar sem duvidas.

Es war sehr sauber. Ich schlief selten in so einem gutem Bett. Das Klima im Zimmer war trotz geschlossenem Fenster gut. Die Lage zum Zentrum und zur Altstadt war super. Wir konnten alles zu Fuss machen.

Das Hotel liegt nahe beim Bahnhof. Deswegen sehr hoher Lärm von den Zügen. Man kann nur bei geschlossenem Fenster schlafen.
