It was close to the events we were attending. Good parking. Our room had a bath tub which I enjoy having. Mattress was comfortable. Room was very dark allowing me to sleep in. The AC worked great!

Facilities were a little run down.The hallway to our room had a strong odor. One of my pillows smelled like a man's cologne which was odd. All of the pillows were pretty firm, usually there are softer options on the bed.Toilet paper in the room was low. There were only 2 full size towels when most come with 4. I called in the morning asking for a later check out and the receptionist said they were out of late check outs for the day without offering me an option to pay for additional time.

The staff was very helpful in dealing with booking.com issues with their card and I had to pay out of pocket again.

I will no longer use booking.com and will directly book with the hotel.

The location was great! We were in town for a sporting event. Close access to Freeway was a plus! The breakfast is INCREDIBLE! Such wonderful staff and food options galore. There was a lounge offering beer and wine for low prices on site. They had a mini putting green, the pool area is perfect and a separate hot tub. Overall a great place. The best part was the staff, hands down!

Our internet kept searching for signal so every couple of minutes the television would freeze up. It was annoying. The rooms are very small and the bulky furniture did not help the situation. We were in each other’s way constantly. The layout and access of the rooms is not convenient if you have heavy items (our cooler for instance) you are bringing from your vehicle to your room.

Breakfast was a nice selection, staff was friendly

The rooms were okay we ordered room service paid a ridiculous amount and then had to pick up ourselves in the lobby. Rooms were kinda small.

Easy to get in and out of and the breakfast was fantastic. The bed is very comfortable and the air conditioner worked great.

Just wish the shower curtain was a little longer. Quite a bit of water got out of the shower and onto the floor floor, even with the towel on the floor.

Room smelled it wasn’t the suite I ordered the receptionist was rude We didn’t stay and they charged us anyway!

The room we got this time was smaller than the past . But everything was good this is the 3 rd year in a row we stay when we go for my sons tournament

Friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast selections were good and the food was good.

Room was above the pool and very humid. The A/C did not take care of the humidity. That was really the only thing I didn't care for.

Basic No Frills lodging. Breakfast was decent. Room was clean. Pool was a bit crowded so we didnt try it. Fitness center was small but functional.

One of the two elevators was broken

Not very pleasing. Sausage was horrible.

There were virtually no luggage carts available and we are elderly and disabled. The staff refused to help us get one yet they knew what guests had taken each cart. We asked why they couldn't call them to return the carts. She refused. My husband is a cancer patient and I am a heart patient in our 70s. Worst customer service ever. Took us 30 minutes to carry luggage to our room. We were in tears.

The pool was great The breakfast was great.

The keys didn't work had to replace 3 times very sensitive for even though I kept it away from the phone it still didn't work. The TVs had to be unplugged and plugged that in before they was work they also didn't have any way to do Netflix or any other stations other than the TV air conditioner had to be cooked before it cooled. Also, the Decor the rooms though the pictures were OK they were hung weirdly and they had a long one hung very high and done in the second area that one picture was hung in a corner instead of in the middle of the wall over top of a light fixture very very when you look at it it just fell on with a little work. This could be an amazing place with someone that actually knew how to hang the pictures. The shower also sprayed on the outside. It was OK except it just dripped water down the center of it.

My kids and I enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was great and they had fun at the pool. We were able to rest after a long ride.

A lot of shady people in the parking lot and outside the door. Apparent that people live there. Insatiable smell of marijuana everywhere! In the hotel room it was very damp. Windows were bolted shut so you couldn’t get fresh air inside.

The toilet was way to low.It was like for little kids. The bathroom fan stayed on all the time and very loud,

I enjoyed breakfast in the morning. Good-sized room. The bed was comfortable. I really liked the fact that it had two bathrooms. It was nice that the location was super quiet.

I asked the front desk for an extra towel, and I was told someone would bring it to the room. It never got there. I went out and found an employee cleaning one of the rooms, and asked her for an extra towel.

Cookies at reception desk. Breakfast was very good. Nice variety of food to choose from. Staff was helpful.

Map of room location and how to get there was confusing. Phone was broken and had to call the front desk from my cell phone to get it replaced. Worst of all, bed was so uncomfortable that I ended up with a sore back.

There was a cockroach in our room. We were in the back of the hotel. The elevator malfunctioned multiple times, yet there was no note on the elevator door.

Toilet is a height for a 3 year old. We are older adults and felt like we had to do deep knee bends to sit on the commode. The floor plan is awkward. The sink area is outside the bathroom and immediately adjacent to the bedroom so every time you turn on the light over the sink, it goes right into the eyes of the person in the bed. The breakfast area has a weird layout. The waffle station congests an already tight area. It should be off to the side so that people can move through the 'buffet' area quickly and efficiently. There should be more than 1 coffee carafe set up for the morning rush. We had a gentleman in front of us empty the pot filling numerous cups of coffee.

3rd night in a different room was better. Air working well whereas the first room for the first 2 nights were not comfortable as air conditioning not working right at all and made a lot of noise! So stuffy in room & noise coming from 2 rooms by us also

Air conditioner the first 2 nights. Very rattle & noisy. Staff not very friendly. I signed up for gift card for 3 nights stay & told I couldn’t receive points because of going thru a third party. Very disappointed.

The hotel staff was nice, easy to talk to, the room itself was really clean and tidy, and the breakfast was pretty good. Beds were pretty comfortable, and the air conditioning worked great. Also, it was a great location that wasn't too far from Big Boy's location during its America 250 Excursion, with a 5 minute drive to get to it. It was also not too far from Sacramento, which was a 20-30 minute drive. The price for staying here was a little high for a 2 night stay, but it wasn't too bad. Overall, my family and I had a decent experience here.

The fridge in our room wasn't really cold enough, there was only one elevator in the far corner of the property (wish there could've been one in the lobby), and there was flooding on the ground floor from the heavy rain/weather conditions during our stay. Thankfully the flooding was gone the next morning. The flooding thankfully did not affect our stay in our room (3rd floor).
