I requested extra bedding before arriving. My son had to sleep with a mattress cover because they were out of bedding. The room was hot, had to door dash a fan just to sleep

Kept up nice. It felt very safe.

You had to pay for parking every day and it looked like there was no problem plenty of space it wasn’t a necessary fee. I thought that was too much.

The "rooms" are all suites. Mine included a whole mini kitchen, bedroom with a door, and separate TV area. Everything was clean, good condition, and in good taste. Bed comfort and climate control operation were flawless, which in my experience is rare at a mid-level hotel.

Check-in was a little chaotic, the extra $12/night parking felt wrong in this environment, breakfast service is a to-go bag only.

I like the eagerness of the staff freshly opened. The staff is not jaded yet. Everybody was super good and happy to be employed there from what I could tell.

There’s nothing like the smell of a new building and the freshness of all the new finishes. Didn’t I get a chance to check out a lot of the amenities will definitely stay again. Price point was on point.

We've stayed here a number of times over the years. Less favorable this time around. More expensive, now charge for parking which is new, breakfast not good, don't like having to cart to room instead of downstairs, no creamers for coffee-not neglect, apparently by design, enjoyed cookies previously, not out at 5 or 6 as told by staff. Air conditioner noisy which was historically true in past.

Room was clean, loved having a kitchen and it was in close proximity to my trade show and all the restaurants.

The property could be updated a little, the carpet etc.

The staff was very professional and polite!

The suite I booked online showed pictures of a kitchen/ living room space and a separate bedroom with a king bed. After checking into my room, it was not the room displayed in the booking I reserved through booking.com. I’m not one to make complaints, so I did not make a fuss for not receiving the amenities I was expecting to check into, based on the false advertising of the hotels availability. To top it off, the room shared a wall with the laundry facilities available for extended stay guests and the cleaning staff. Not only was it extremely load , but the laundry facilities did not have a closing time. Needless to say, my room was rumbling and shaking ALL NIGHT LONG, from the constant use of the washers and dryers. I did not have any intention of making a complaint regarding the wrong room but come on, y’all need to manage your property better and not allow guests to access the laundry facilities at any and all times of night. I was not impressed with the room, the loud obnoxious noise and vibration that kept me awake all night and will not be staying at this property again.

The TV set did not work and when we called it in, they told us that there’s no manager on site and that there was nothing they could do about it. There was only one pan to cook breakfast in which burnt everything badly so we tossed our food. The phone did not work. We could not call the front desk.

We’ve stayed there many times. It’s in the perfect location when visiting friends.

They now charge for parking, which isn’t listed online. This is a change from previous stays. Also, they say breakfast, but it’s a brown bag to go, which is not the same as sit down hot breakfast. This should be clear online as well.

My room was close to an interstate so I heard a ton of traffic noise all night.

I love the location having a stove,dishwasher and full size refrigerator in room was wonderful to be able to have groceries and cook meals and the staff is very nice accommodating housekeeping is wonderful place is very clean room is very clean loved having laundry on site in building that you don't have to pay for or leave and go elsewhere for that was a great perk as well considering I needed somewhere to stay for three weeks while waiting to move to a new area for my job this place met all my needs felt like I was living in a apartment like home and it's very quiet here you don't hear noise very peaceful and relaxing stay

not much room had no cooking utensils or cookware not sure if there was some at one point I had my own with me so that worked out nothing else to say

The location is nice in area with things to do lots of restaurants and stores down the street from Galleria Mall a water park across the street quiet area

We were greeted with a smile upon check in. The Studio suite was a good size. The kitchen had all the basics. The bed was comfortable. Their to go breakfast was impressive. Who needs a vacation rental when you can stay at a suite hotel like this one? This hotel is also pet friendly and that is a huge deal for me. They have a small pet relief area, which was great. The hotel is close to a movie theater, restaurants, a shopping mall, and a water park, etc.

I'm sure this hotel was super nice in its heydays. It is currently looking pretty tired, though. The sheer curtains in my suite were ripped and the curtains had a water stain. If the carpet was clean it looked dingy. The carpets in the hallways need to be stretched. In the parking lot, there are signs that they are not responsible for anything you leave in your car. So what is the $10 parking fee for? The parking lot is shared with another hotel and a permanently closed restaurant. It's public parking. Couldn't guests just park in the permanently closed restaurant parking and pay zero? The $75 non-refundable fee for pets does not make sense for old, tired and dated furniture, carpets, etc. There was no hand soap, and hair conditioner in the bathroom.

Location was great for us. It was clean and the staff was friendly

We got to the location late afternoon and it was starting to get dark. We looked at one location and it was kind of dark and not well lit. Saw a building opposite this location well lit so went there figuring that must be the hotel but it was a different hotel and ours was the darker location

The temperature in the bedroom remained on the very cool to cold side during our stay. We turned up the thermostat in the living room but the heat never reached the bedroom.

rugs, and chair needs steam cleaning the place needs a make over. feels old and dark. the free breakfast is not really a breakfast. choices are on a card and just bread or an orange or banana.

Parking was additional $10 that was not advertised. No shampoo in the shower container. Kitchen had tape on several counter doors to disguise what? The sofa bed is soooo uncomfortable — don’t advertise as a room for 4 guests, because no one wants to sleep on that.

There was a smell to the property. There was a loud and annoying humming noise all night. We learned that this sound of the elevator going up and down all night. The woman who helped us initially came off as very condescending and rude. We were not able to check in during the check in time of 3pm.

When we got there, there was a bunch of men just sitting outside getting drunk near the front door. They then went to the pool area I couldn’t even take my child to the spa to enjoy it bc they were playing very loud music being very loud and drunk. I also went into my room smelled so bad like cat pee I had to go to the store to get a candle to drown out the smell. Then when we went to go to bed the blankets were just sheets and not warm and cozy at all. Very upsetting

Our family has always stayed at Larskspur Roseville when visiting extended family. This trip was very discouraging at check-in the $10.00 per night to park is a crazy add on to the room. The hotel needs attention as far as maintenance. The hallway carpet has big rolls. It needs to be replaced or stretched. It’s really a liability on your part. I’m not trying to be rude but I was so very disappointed.

My husband and I will definitely be staying at this hotel again if we ever need one in Roseville. The reason, my husband and I were in the area was because he had to have surgery. Every single staff member we came into contact with was professional, accommodating, and extremely nice. The room and bathroom were very nice and clean. The TV had great channel options and it wasn’t confusing to use. The hotel its self is very charming. I definitely recommend this place.

I stayed in Larkspur Landing hotels when I used to travel for business. My husband and I always like to stay in the Rosevilled hotel when we are visting family in the area. It’s clean, well located, comfortable and offers a kitchen for those times when we don’t want to eat out.

I've stayed here a couple times and know how wonderful it is. So when we have out of town company I need a place I always choose the large group and they always tell me how nice the place is.

Location was convenient for a concert attendance @ the Thunder Valley Casino. Liked the separate sleep quarters, however, as mentioned in other reviews, theres no AC throughout, only in sitting room, so a small fan in bedroom doesn't quite cut it. Nice kitchen area, which might be better to make your own breakfast due to minimal offerings for their pre-order to-go options. Coffee was good, but no stir sticks. Clean, good place for an overnighter.

We stay at this hotel a lot. This time wasn’t so great. The room was not clean. The toilet was dirty The shower head was not great. I do not like the grab and go breakfast and the juices were not cold.
