Отель расположен в удобном месте, атмосфера приятная и спокойная, а персонал — вежливый и внимательный. Номер был комфортным и чистым, всё необходимое для приятного проживания было. В целом отель оставил хорошее впечатление. Отличный вариант для проживания в Лугано — комфортно, уютно и с приятным уровнем сервиса. С удовольствием остановились бы здесь снова.
Из небольших минусов — в номере не было чайника, а в ванной комнате не хватало розетки, что иногда создавало небольшие неудобства.

Reviewed Sep 11, 2026Comfortable, spacious bedroom and bathroom. Scrupulously clean and made up every day. Very good breakfast. Good rooftop area with loungers and shade for very hot days.
The hotel is in a very built up area with views of the lake and mountains completely blocked by surrounding commercial and residential buildings so unless you are a smoker I wouldn’t bother booking a room with a balcony at extra cost as it’s very small with no view. Also we expected a hotel like this to have a bar area with comfortable seating area but found the seating outside the hotel to be mainly used by smokers.

Extremely pleased and we were surprised to hear we had a “Ticino Ticket” included offering free transportation around town. Staff was extremely nice, The breakfast buffet was filled with quality food with a generous selection. Front desk was always courteous and knowledgeable.
Can’t think of one thing, honestly. Maybe opportunity to buy more coffee filters as most drink more than one cup a day?

Tiefgarage muss extra reserviert werden, dass hatten wir übersehen und mussten die erste Nacht in einer öffentlichen Tiefgarage parken wo der 24 h Preis bei 40CHF lag. Auch der Hotel Parkplatz mit 20 CHF fanden wir überteuert.

Der automatische Lichtsensor im Eingangsbereich des Zimmers hat manchmal auch nachts gesummt/gebrummt... etwas lästig, wenn man eh nicht schlafen kann. Und komischerweise gab es im Doppelzimmer keinerlei Schrank (ok, war auch nur für eine Nacht).

Es wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass sie gerne eine kleine Deko im Zimmer bereit machen werden. Auch auf Bestellung ein gekühlter Prosecco wurde bei Ankunft bereit gestellt. Die Überraschung für meinen Mann, aber auch für mich, war perfekt gelungen. Dafür nochmal herzlichsten Dank an die Staff!

Reviewed Aug 31, 2026De ligging van het hotel is ideaal: op loopafstand van het meer en ook een supermarkt is dichtbij. Het ontbijt was heerlijk en er was voldoende keuze. Een groot pluspunt vonden wij de parkeergarage onder het hotel. De parkeerplekken zijn wel wat krap, maar het is erg fijn dat je de auto zo dichtbij en overdekt kunt parkeren. Ook prettig is dat je via de receptie gratis gebruik kunt maken van het openbaar vervoer.
Een verbeterpunt is de badkamer. Deze is wat verouderd en douchen in het bad vonden wij minder prettig. Daarnaast waren de kamers wat gehorig. Al met al een prettig verblijf met vooral een geweldige ligging en een goed ontbijt.

Reviewed Aug 29, 2026Il est bien situé (on peut facilement se balader à pied aux alentours), le personnel est très gentil, le petit déjeuner est très bon et il y a beaucoup de choix. Un frigo est mis à disposition dans la chambre.
L’hôtel dans son ensemble fait très vieux et il aurait besoin d’un coup de rafraîchissement. Nous avons constaté que les draps n’étaient pas très propre, que l’échantillon de crème de soin était déjà ouvert et quasiment terminé, les verres dans la salle de bain n’étaient pas propre. La salle de bain était très sombre (vieille), il y avait aussi des traces sur le miroir. La sonorisation de la chambre est à revoir (nous entendions tout ce qui se passait dans le couloir et dans la chambre d’à côté). Nous sommes déjà venu à plusieurs reprises dans cet établissement et nous constatons une vrai dégradation. Très dommage, car c’était un hôtel que nous apprécions, mais il y a d’autres hôtels aux alentours avec un meilleur rapport qualité/prix.

Die Bilder vom Homepage sind sehr vorteilhaft aufgenommen worden und entsprechen nicht der Realität ( s. Meine Bilder vom Pool). Auf der Dachterrasse gab’s kaum Schatten ( Schirm war kaputt). Das Bad und das Zimmer sind sehr eng mit kaum Platz für die Koffer. Alles in allem ist das Hotel etwas in die Jahren gekommen.
