Room was nice enough - bed comfy, shower ok, had a desk so I cd work Location - near enough to port for cruise. They run a shuttle bus but I got an uber I think it was about 20 mins or so down to coco beach - not far if you have a car

Pool side area was small due to some construction work Was only there for a night so wasn't much of an impact to me

Lights to dim, couldn't do my makeup at all. Don't like Raddison set up. I am use to hotels with elevators to your room. Didn't like this at all.

The customer service was great, everyone was so friendly and helpful. The pool side bar was awesome!!

Staff are great and Vanessa/Manager is so helpful and understanding about the door key situation as we have problem getting in to the room with our room key several times. And she made it more than right and transfered us to a great room.

It wasn’t very clean, staff directions were not clear. The room had a rancid smell. There was trash on the grounds.

The location was ok.

Travelling solo for a funeral. The room was too expensive for 2 nights.They charged for parking every night. On my first night l came back around 11pm. There was no parking at all. Nobody made the bed or clean the room. The entrance of the lobby on main floor of the 200 (3 story building) had garbage all over the carpet. The doors should open automatically they got stuck every time. Which is not easy when you are entering with suitcases. They don't have 24hrs room service .

What breakfast?

The shower grout needs a good scrubbing, who wants to step into a shower with black grout that's supposed to be white.. no thank you. Signs of wear and tear but a big price tag....

It was clean and the pool area was beautiful.

I was surprised not only wasn’t breakfast included (cost of the room was high enough to make that seem logical) but our only option at the hotel was a very expensive buffet.

Room and bathroom were clean and new and had everything we needed. Location was great for the port and close to the Kennedy space centre. It is far from a lot of other things but there are a few restaurants within walking distance. The pool was gorgeous and there were generally loungers available. Staff were friendly and helpful.

There was no shade at the pool. The room was not serviced in the 3 nights we were there. The air con was really noisy and because it was on a thermostat, it would turn on and off depending on the temperature in the room. Every time it turned on or off was really loud and made it difficult to sleep.

The front desk staff, security guy Mike, and the morning manager were all truly amazing. They were very attentive and showed grace and empathy to the issue we had with our room.

The staff both night and day staff were very friendly and empathetic to the situation that we had to arise. Once we got into our room, there were bed bugs in the first room, they were alive and moving, we were then moved to another room, there was hair and stains on the sheets. We then were moved to a third room which by this time, my friend and I were really tired due to a delayed flight and we were ready for bed, the third room was okay.

The room wasn't bad, needed to be updated with a new mattress, it was uncomfortable. The bed cover/duvet was very lumpy and made the bed look like someone else was in it. I didn't like that a person could just walk into the building without a key on the outside door. I was in building 600. Parking was difficult due to the convention center being right next door.

Nothing is included but says it is. Staff was a little snotty and room was way too far out back. Didn’t feel safe as there were no security people I saw at all. Drinks were overpriced

Jace at the tiki bar is amazing kept them coming just like we asked he never let me officially be sitting there with a empty bucket

When I booked my reservation the site said breakfast was included and parking was available-when I checked in I was charged over$16.00 dollars to park and they told me breakfast was $20.00 per person -I centainly was defrauded.

See above and you will understand what I did not like-Told one thing that was a lie and didn't find out that I was being screwed until I got there

It was everything you could want or need on vacation! Nothing is too far away. Most things are within walking distance. If you’re not from the area you could uber 10 minutes away and walk around and shop. The hotel has everything restaurant laundry gym tennis court outdoor and indoor bars the pool is phenomenal! There’s just so much! They are doing construction to upgrade so I can’t wait to stay there once that’s done!!

Confusing parking area to get into, to busy with Cruise Passengers coming and going. Called office regarding our stay answered by desk who couldn’t find our reservation, claimed we didn’t have one, Manager unavailable for 15 minutes, lobby packed with Cruise Passengers and long lines at counter. We waited and two girls left while there were people lined up waiting to be helped. High priced rooms. Parking lot chaos people block to unload Room keys 1 worked 1 didn’t

Patty is hilarious and an amazing bartender! She kept us laughing all morning and made the best coffee with baileys to get us started the right way for our cruise!

Whenever cruise from Cape Canaveral I stay here. Restaurants are walking distance and the hotel has one indoors and outdoors with a bar as well. Free quick transfer to the port and cheap transportation from the Orlando airport is easily booked...

The pool

They nickel and dime you for everything.. Not enough staff. You have to ask for everything as its locked up, like a luggage cart. And you have to pay for breakfast, nothing complimentary considering how expensive it is. Fancy on the outside, on the inside not so much.

THIS PLACE IS DISGUSTING. I hope this review saves someone from wasting their money at this flea bag motel. We decided to take our first Disney cruise so I started searching for hotel near the port and the Radisson at the port caught my eye. The pictures and proximity to the terminal helped me make my decision and book it. Little did I know that would be the one of the only positive experiences at this “resort”. Upon our arrival I went to check in and immediately felt like a burden to the front counter staff, they were the opposite of hospitable. They resembled angry post office counter workers rather than hotel staff with their less than happy demeanor. Once we got to our room (room 616) we were pleased with how spacious it was until we noticed a few things. My wife was unpacking our bags and getting our kids ready for the pool when she noticed that there were long strands of hair clinging to her socks. Then she noticed a noticeable large black handprint on the bathroom wall. The best way I can describe it is though someone had eaten something greasy then played with dirt and then wiped their hand on the wall. She then asked me if I had just cut my toenails to which I replied “no babe, why?”. She pointed out a rather large cut toenail on the carpet which I think the average person would find disgusting. It was obvious that the room was not vacuumed. My wife then asked if I had placed the suitcases on the bed to which I replied no. We both noticed the top blankets were dirty. Needless to say, we were both utterly disgusted by this room. I went to the front desk and explained the condition of our room and was assured by an employee that it would be addressed so we went to the pool to give house keeping some time to clean the room (3 hours). When we got back to the room the same toenail and debris were still on the floor. I went back to the front desk and spoke with a manager named Bree. She genuinely seemed annoyed that I was complaining but again said “we’ll take care of it”. The next day we went to the magic kingdom for the day and I called the front desk at about 9:30 and spoke to one of the only two nice people at this place, Vanessa. I explained how grossed out my family was and our frustration that we keep asking for help and were being ignored. She immediately offered half off of our first night and free parking. I told her that I didn’t want a discount, just a clean room. She assured me that while we were at Disneyworld our room would be fully cleaned and I thanked her. We came back to the room 9 hours later only to find that it had never been touched. I went right to the front desk and spoke with a manager named Bree. She seemed genuinely concerned at first but then started rolling her eyes and seemed annoyed. I told her that I just wanted my room cleaned and some extra bath towels and she said I’ll get those for you and the head of house keeping to speak with you and she stormed off. I spoke with the head of house keeping and told her that Vanessa assured me our room would be cleaned to which she replied “Vanessa never told us anything”. I eventually started asking other employees around the hotel if there was disconnect between the front office and house keeping and was told by numerous employees “absolutely”. I was told that the house keeping staff refuses to do the basic job and that the lady who is supposed to be quality checking the status of the rooms is not and is just pencil whipping her paperwork. The restaurant staff told me it is so bad that the front desk is continuously giving out discounts for food and parking all of the time. Needless to say we cancelled our reservation there we had at the end of our cruise and booked the marriott two miles away. To summarize our stay at the Radisson at the port, I wouldn’t stay here again if they paid me. Vanessa and the night shift front desk person were the only people to give me an honest answer, and the “manager” Bree couldn’t manage a game of checkers. Save yourself the trouble and book somewhere else. You don’t want this kind of a headache before your cruise. Our dates of stay were from 8/7/26 to 8/9/26.

Myself and a friend each booked rooms at the Radisson Resort at the Port for a trip in Nov, 2026. Once we realized we had done this, I contacted the hotel to see if we could make changes to the reservation. Sean, the Reservation's Agent, was wonderful to work with. Very knowlegable, courteous, and sooooo helpful. He handled my situation quickly and efficiently. THANKS!

The location was good and pool was awesome

Upon arrival the first day which was the 13th the stay was great. The day of check out which was the 14th the day of the cruse I though I noticed a bedbug but wasn’t to sure. On the 17th day of returning from the cruse we noticed a bedbug bug in the bag that was closed up from the 14th. When I arrived to the hotel to check in and complain about what was discovered, I was told that they did find bedbugs in the room and they hired a professional to take of it. I was concerned about the other rooms with the infestation. They gave me another which upon looking my self I noticed signs of bedbugs. I them informed the front desk took pictures and they stated that they will return my money. I had to stay at the airport which I had a pregnant daughter with me and it was very uncomfortable disturbing

Lots was under construction or dated. Nobody was at counter when we got there and they were not very hospitable once they arrived. Bathroom had some weird trap door in the ceiling that was off putting, see photo

For the price, I believe it should have free breakfast like the surrounding hotels in that area. They had breakfast included. The hotel did not have breakfast included. It was 25.00pp i asked for orange juice it was $5.00 for a 8oz cup not good

The shower had absolutely no water pressure, the shampoo and conditioner were absolutely the worst, one would think that with a price of over $200 for one night that they could afford to get some better amenities for the rooms

Big room and clean, hotel beside the convention centre. This hotel is huge and set up as a motel (access room from outside). Lots of parking space and can park your car near your room (very convenient when you have big luggages to carry). There was refurbishement at the hotel so one part of the pool was closed. Hotel near the Kennedy NASA Space Centre.

It was close to cruise port.

This is an extremely old facility. Let’s be super clear- it is a MOTEL not a resort. Grounds were in complete disarray, room was so grimy you slid on the tile, walls were dirty and gross. Bathroom light strobed like a 90s rave. TVs were so old there was no option to stream and local cable or snow were only options. Chunks missing out of wooden doors making sharp corners and a hazard for my toddler. Room was so humid there was condensation on the transom. It was all around gross and we couldn’t get out of there fast enough. We requested a cancellation since the room was unfit but have the far not received any kind of refund.

The lady who served us breakfast was very kind.

They sold me some overly expensive - of course non refundable- transport ticket (group transport) to the cruise port and told me its way cheaper than an individual taxi. I felt scammed. Also during the night it was so loud because people were screaming like animals by the pool - after being awake for 35hours coming from germany i just wanted to cry. And i did.

The only criticism we could hear people outside our room pretty clearly. They weren't being loud, but I think the room was much less sound proof from the one we stayed in the week before. We weren't totally annoyed by it, but I just wanted to bring it to your attention. Other than that small detail ,we had a great time!

Great location and very convenient. The hotel has a large parking area, and having a Tesla Supercharger nearby was a big plus. There are also plenty of cafés and restaurants within walking distance. The room was comfortable, and overall we had a pleasant stay. I would definitely consider staying here again.

The only downside was that the staff seemed a bit disorganized. Before ordering food, we specifically asked the front desk if it was okay to have takeout from a nearby restaurant and eat it at the seating area by the pool. We were told that it was absolutely fine. We also ordered drinks from the pool bar. However, shortly after our food arrived, another staff member approached us and said that outside food was not allowed and asked us to return to our room to eat. It was an awkward and disappointing situation, especially since we had checked with the front desk beforehand.

Stayed for a trip to Kennedy space center. Great location to restaurants, activities, and space center.

The door to our room stuck. It was a struggle to open the door. They did come replace it. It was somewhat easier to open but would still stick. The music was entirely too loud in the pool area. You could not have a conversation without yelling.
